The structural model for the title compound, C16H12N2O2, was refined using a multipolar atom model transferred from an experimental electron‐density database. The refinement showed some improvements of crystallographic statistical indices when compared with a conventional spherical neutral‐atom refinement. The title compound adopts a half‐chair conformation. The amide N atom lies almost in the plane defined by the three neighbouring C atoms. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked by weak intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...π hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compound, C21H18N2OS2, a strong intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.642 (3) Å] between the amide N atom and the benzoyl O atom forms an almost planar six‐membered ring in the central part of the molecule. In the crystal, molecules are packed through weak N—H...S interactions. Intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen bonds and van der Waals interactions are the stabilizing forces for the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title compounds, C10H9N5O·H2O (L1·H2O) and C16H12N6O (L2), were synthesized by solvent‐free aldol condensation at room temperature. L1, prepared by grinding picolinaldehyde with 2,3‐diamino‐3‐isocyanoacrylonitrile in a 1:1 molar ratio, crystallized as a monohydrate. L2 was prepared by grinding picolinaldehyde with 2,3‐diamino‐3‐isocyanoacrylonitrile in a 2:1 molar ratio. By varying the conditions of crystallization it was possible to obtain two polymorphs, viz. L2‐I and L2‐II; both crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c. They differ in the orientation of one pyridine ring with respect to the plane of the imidazole ring. In L2‐I, this ring is oriented towards and above the imidazole ring, while in L2‐II it is rotated away from and below the imidazole ring. In all three molecules, there is a short intramolecular N—H...N contact inherent to the planarity of the systems. In L1·H2O, this involves an amino H atom and the C=N N atom, while in L2 it involves an amino H atom and an imidazole N atom. In the crystal structure of L1·H2O, there are N—H...O and O—H...O intermolecular hydrogen bonds which link the molecules to form two‐dimensional networks which stack along [001]. These networks are further linked via intermolecular N—H...N(cyano) hydrogen bonds to form an extended three‐dimensional network. In the crystal structure of L2‐I, symmetry‐related molecules are linked via N—H...N hydrogen bonds, leading to the formation of dimers centred about inversion centres. These dimers are further linked via N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the amide group, also centred about inversion centres, to form a one‐dimensional arrangement propagating in [100]. In the crystal structure of L2‐II, the presence of intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the amide group results in the formation of dimers centred about inversion centres. These are linked via N—H...N hydrogen bonds involving the second amide H atom and the cyano N atom, to form two‐dimensional networks in the bc plane. In L2‐I and L2‐II, C—H...π and π–π interactions are also present.  相似文献

The title compounds, C11H11BrO3, (I), and C11H11NO5, (II), respectively, are derivatives of 6‐hydroxy‐5,7,8‐trimethylchroman‐2‐one substituted at the 5‐position by a Br atom in (I) and by a nitro group in (II). The pyranone rings in both molecules adopt half‐chair conformations, and intramolecular O—H...Br [in (I)] and O—H...Onitro [in (II)] hydrogen bonds affect the dispositions of the hydroxy groups. Classical intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds are found in both molecules but play quite dissimilar roles in the crystal structures. In (I), O—H...O hydrogen bonds form zigzag C(9) chains of molecules along the a axis. Because of the tetragonal symmetry, similar chains also form along b. In (II), however, similar contacts involving an O atom of the nitro group form inversion dimers and generate R22(12) rings. These also result in a close intermolecular O...O contact of 2.686 (4) Å. For (I), four additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds combine with π–π stacking interactions between the benzene rings to build an extensive three‐dimensional network with molecules stacked along the c axis. The packing in (II) is much simpler and centres on the inversion dimers formed through O—H...O contacts. These dimers are stacked through additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds, and further weak C—H...O interactions generate a three‐dimensional network of dimer stacks.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu(C12H9N2O)(C2H3O2)(C12H10N2O)], is a neutral CuII complex with a primary N3O2 coordination sphere. The Cu centre coordinates to both a deprotonated and a neutral molecule of N‐phenylpyridine‐2‐carboxamide and also to an acetate anion. The coordination around the metal centre is asymmetric, the deprotonated ligand providing two N donor atoms [Cu—N = 1.995 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å] and the neutral ligand providing one N and one O donor atom to the coordination environment [Cu—N = 2.042 (2) Å and Cu—O = 2.2557 (19) Å], the fifth donor being an O atom of the acetate ion [Cu—O = 1.9534 (19) Å]. The remaining O atom from the acetate ion can be considered as a weak donor atom [Cu—O = 2.789 (2) Å], conferring to the Cu complex an asymmetric octahedral geometry. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N—H...O, C—H...O and C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [MnCl2(C12H8N2O2)2], displays a novel supramolecular chain formed by intermolecular O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds and aromatic stacking. The molecule has crystallographically imposed twofold symmetry with the MnII atom on the twofold axis. In the 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐diol ligand, each H atom of the two hydroxy groups is oriented towards the other hydroxy O atom. Both hydroxy groups form intermolecular O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds with a single Cl atom of an adjacent molecule. These hydrogen bonds connect the molecules via operation of the molecular twofold axis and the centre of inversion of the crystal lattice, forming a doubly‐bridged one‐dimensional structure with Mn atoms as the nodes. Strong aromatic π‐stacking between two antiparallel neighbouring 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐diol ligands also helps to stabilize the chain.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title complex, {[Cu(C5H6O6P)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, consists of half a Cu atom, one complete 1‐oxo‐2,6,7‐trioxa‐1‐phosphabicyclo[2.2.2]octane‐4‐carboxylate anion ligand and two non‐equivalent water molecules. The Cu atom lies on a crystallographic inversion centre and has an elongated axially distorted octahedral environment. A two‐dimensional layer structure parallel to (100) is formed as a result of the connectivity brought about by each anion bonding to two different Cu atoms via a carboxylate O atom and a bridging O atom of a C—O—P group. The water molecules participate in extensive O—H...O hydrogen bonding. Neighbouring layers are linked together by intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions. The crystal structure is characterized by intra‐ and interlayer motifs of a hydrogen‐bonded network. This study demonstrates the usefulness of carboxylates with caged phosphate esters in crystal engineering.  相似文献

The structures of the title compounds, C28H33N3O, (I), and C26H27NO3, (II), together with their two‐photon absorption properties and fluorescence activities are reported. Molecules of (II) reside on crystallographic mirror planes containing the piperidone C=O group and N‐methyl H atoms. Because of the conjugation between the donor and acceptor parts, the central heterocycle in both (I) and (II) exhibits a flattened boat conformation, with deviations of the N atom and the opposite C atom from the planar fragment. The dihedral angles between the coplanar heterocyclic atoms and terminal C6 rings are less than 20° in both (I) and (II). In (I), the N‐methyl group of the ring occupies an equatorial position, but in (II) it is positioned in an axial site. In the crystal structure of (I), weak intermolecular C—H...π(arene) and C—H...O steric contacts link the molecules along the a axis. In the crystal structure of (II), molecules form stacks along the b axis.  相似文献

The title compound, C20H25N3O, an important precursor for the preparation of benzovesamicol analogues for the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, has been synthesized and characterized by FT–IR, and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic analyses. The crystal structure was analysed using powder diffraction as no suitable single crystal was obtained. The piperazine ring has a chair conformation, while the cyclohexene ring assumes a half‐chair conformation. The crystal packing is mediated by weak contacts, principally by complementary intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds that connect successive molecules into a chain. Further stabilization is provided by weak C—H...N contacts and by a weak intermolecular C—H...π interaction.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [U(C14H9N3O2)O2(CH3OH)2]·CH3OH, is the first to be reported for an actinide complex including triazole ligands. The UVI atom exhibits a pentagonal–bipyramidal NO6 coordination environment, involving two axial oxide ligands [U=O = 1.766 (3) and 1.789 (3) Å], four equatorial O atoms [U—O = 2.269 (3)–2.448 (3) Å] from the ligand and the two coordinated methanol molecules, and one equatorial N atom [U—N = 2.513 (4) Å] from the ligand. In the crystal structure, the complex molecules are linked via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

The title compounds, C8H11NO, (I), and 2C8H12NO+·C4H4O42−, (II), both crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c. In the crystal structure of (I), intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds combine the molecules into polymeric chains extending along the c axis. The chains are linked by C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms and the pyridine rings into polymeric layers parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal structure of (II), the succinate anion lies on an inversion centre. Its carboxylate groups interact with the 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium cations via intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the pyridine ring H atoms and O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the hydroxy H atoms to form polymeric chains, which extend along the [01] direction and comprise R44(18) hydrogen‐bonded ring motifs. These chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the pyridine ring H atoms and the hydroxy‐group O atoms of neighbouring cations. π–π interactions between the pyridine rings and C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms of the succinate anion and the pyridine rings are also present in this network.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O3)2(C2H6OS)2], consists of octahedrally coordinated CuII ions, with the 3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands acting in a bidentate manner [Cu—O = 1.9116 (14) Å and Cu—N = 2.1191 (16) Å] and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) molecule coordinated axially via the O atom [Cu—O = 2.336 (5) and 2.418 (7) Å for the major and minor disorder components, respectively]. The whole DMSO molecule exhibits positional disorder [0.62 (1):0.38 (1)]. The octahedron around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre, is elongated in the axial direction, exhibiting a Jahn–Teller effect. The ligand exhibits tautomerization by H‐atom transfer from the hydroxyl group at position 3 to the N atom at position 4 of the quinoxaline ring of the ligand. The complex molecules are linked through an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.838 (2) Å] formed between the quinoxaline NH group and a carboxylate O atom, and by a weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.392 (11) Å] formed between a carboxylate O atom and a methyl C atom of the DMSO ligand. There is a weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.065 (3) Å] formed between a benzene CH group and a carboxylate O atom.  相似文献

A new polymorph (denoted polymorph II) of 3‐acetyl‐4‐hydroxy‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one, C11H8O4, was obtained unexpectedly during an attempt to recrystallize the compound from salt–melted ice, and the structure is compared with that of the original polymorph (denoted polymorph I) [Lyssenko & Antipin (2001). Russ. Chem. Bull. 50 , 418–431]. Strong intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds are observed equally in the two polymorphs [O...O = 2.4263 (13) Å in polymorph II and 2.442 (1) Å in polymorph I], with a slight delocalization of the hydroxy H atom towards the ketonic O atom in polymorph II [H...O = 1.32 (2) Å in polymorph II and 1.45 (3) Å in polymorph I]. In both crystal structures, the packing of the molecules is dominated and stabilized by weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds. Additional π–π stacking interactions between the keto–enol hydrogen‐bonded rings stabilize polymorph I [the centres are separated by 3.28 (1) Å], while polymorph II is stabilized by interactions between α‐pyrone rings, which are parallel to one another and separated by 3.670 (5) Å.  相似文献

In the title compounds, 2‐methoxyethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O4, (II), isopropyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O3, (III), and ethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C20H18N2O3, (IV), the heterocyclic pyran ring adopts a flattened boat conformation. In (II) and (III), the carbonyl group and a double bond of the heterocyclic ring are mutually anti, but in (IV) they are mutually syn. The ester O atoms in (II) and (III) and the carbonyl O atom in (IV) participate in intramolecular C—H...O contacts to form six‐membered rings. The dihedral angles between the naphthalene substituent and the closest four atoms of the heterocyclic ring are 73.3 (1), 71.0 (1) and 74.3 (1)° for (II)–(IV), respectively. In all three structures, only one H atom of the NH2 group takes part in N—H...O [in (II) and (III)] or N—H...N [in (IV)] intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and chains [in (II) and (III)] or dimers [in (IV)] are formed. In (II), weak intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds, and in (III) intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the chains into ladders along the a axis.  相似文献

In the title compound, C19H20O8, the benzene rings are nearly perpendicular to each other [dihedral angle 80.2 (2)°]. The carboxy group is twisted out while both the methoxy and acetyl groups are almost coplanar with their attached benzene rings. The hydroxy group is involved in an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond with the acetyl O atom and the compound is connected through an intermolecular O—H?O contact to form a dimer. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [(Z)‐4‐allyl‐2‐(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)thiosemicarbazide‐κS][(E)‐4‐allyl‐1‐(2‐oxidobenzylidene)thiosemicarbazidato‐κ3O,N1,S]copper(II) monohydrate, [Cu(C11H11N3OS)(C11H13N3OS)]·H2O, crystallized as a rotational twin in the monoclinic crystal system (space group Cc) with two formula unit (Z′ = 2) in the asymmetric unit, one of which contains an allyl substituent disordered over two positions. The CuII atom exhibits a distorted square‐planar geometry involving two differently coordinated thiosemicarbazone ligands. One ligand is bonded to the CuII atom in a tridentate manner via the phenolate O, azomethine N and thioamide S atoms, while the other coordinates in a monodentate manner via the S atom only. The complex is stabilized by an intramolecular hydrogen bond, which creates a six‐membered pseudo‐chelate metalla‐ring. The structure analysis indicates the presence of the E isomer for the tridentate ligand and the Z isomer for the monodentate ligand. The crystal structure contains a three‐dimensional network built from intermolecular O—H...O, N—H...O, O—H...N and N—H...S hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, C8H4Br3NO4, shows an extensive hydrogen‐bond network. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked into chains by COO—H...O bonds, and pairs of chains are connected by additional COO—H...O bonds. This chain bundle shows stacking interactions and weak N—H...O hydrogen bonds with adjacent chain bundles. The three Br atoms present in the molecule form an equilateral triangle. This can be easily identified in the heavy‐atom substructure when this compound is used as a heavy‐atom derivative for experimental phasing of macromolecules. The title compound crystallizes as a nonmerohedral twin.  相似文献

The title compound, C14H11NO4, exists in the solid phase in the zwitterionic form, 2‐{[(4‐carboxy‐3‐hydroxyphenyl)iminiumyl]methyl}phenolate, with the H atom from the phenol group on the 2‐hydroxybenzylidene ring transferred to the imine N atom, resulting in a strong intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond between the iminium H atom and the phenolate O atom, forming a six‐membered hydrogen‐bonded ring. In addition, there is an intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond between the carboxylic acid group and the adjacent hydroxy group of the other ring, and an intermolecular C—H...O contact involving the phenol group and the C—H group adjacent to the imine bond, connecting the molecules into a two‐dimensional network in the (10) plane. π–π stacking interactions result in a three‐dimensional network. This study is important because it provides crystallographic evidence, supported by IR data, for the iminium zwitterionic form of Schiff bases.<!?tpb=12pt>  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds (both C7H7ClO) are characterized by two independent molecules in each of the asymmetric units and feature O—H...O, C—H...π and π–π interactions. In addition, intermolecular C—H...Cl and intramolecular O—H...Cl interactions are present in 2‐chloro‐5‐methylphenol. For each crystal, the non‐covalent interactions emphasize the different spatial environments for the two independent molecules.  相似文献

The molecule of N,N′‐bis(4‐pyridylmethyl)oxalamide, C14H14N4O2, (I) or 4py‐ox, has an inversion center in the middle of the oxalamide group. Adjacent molecules are then linked through intermolecular N—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming an extended supramolecular network. 4,4′‐{[Oxalylbis(azanediyl)]dimethylene}dipyridinium dinitrate, C14H16N4O22+·2NO3, (II), contains a diprotonated 4py‐ox cation and two nitrate counter‐anions. Each nitrate ion is hydrogen bonded to four 4py‐ox cations via intermolecular N—H...O and C—H...O interactions. Adjacent 4py‐ox cations are linked through weak C—H...O hydrogen bonding between an α‐pyridinium C atom and an oxalamide O atom, forming a two‐dimensional extended supramolecular network.  相似文献
