The title isomers, namely 3‐chloro‐N‐[1‐(1H‐pyrrol‐2‐yl)ethylidene]aniline, (I), and 4‐chloro‐N‐[1‐(1H‐pyrrol‐2‐yl)ethylidene]aniline, (II), both C12H11ClN2, differ in the position of the chlorine substitution. Both compounds have the basic iminopyrrole structure, which shows a planar backbone with similar features. The dihedral angle formed by the planes of the pyrrole and benzene rings is 75.65 (7)° for (I) and 86.56 (8)° for (II). The H atom bound to the pyrrole N atom is positionally disordered and partial protonation occurs at the imino N atom in (I), while this phenomenon is absent from the structure of (II). Packing interactions for both compounds include intermolecular N—H...N hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions, forming centrosymmetric dimers for both (I) and (II).  相似文献

The title compound, 2‐hydroxyphenyl 5‐(pyrrol‐2‐yl)‐3H‐pyrrolizin‐6‐yl ketone, C18H14N2O2, was isolated from the base‐catalyzed 1:2 condensation of 2‐hydroxyacetophenone with pyrrole‐2‐carbaldehyde. The pyrrole N—H and hydroxybenzoyl O—H groups are hydrogen bonded to the benzoyl O atom. The allylic C=C double bond of the 3H‐pyrrolizine system is located between ring positions 1 and 2, the C atom at position 3 (adjacent to the N atom) being single bonded.  相似文献

The 1,5‐benzodiazepine ring system exhibits a puckered boat‐like conformation for all four title compounds [4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C21H18N2O, (I), 2‐(2,3‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C23H22N2O3, (II), 2‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C23H22N2O3, (III), and 2‐(2,5‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C23H22N2O3, (IV)]. The stereochemical correlation of the two C6 aromatic groups with respect to the benzodiazepine ring system is pseudo‐equatorial–equatorial for compounds (I) (the phenyl group), (II) (the 2,3‐dimethoxyphenyl group) and (III) (the 3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl group), while for (IV) (the 2,5‐dimethoxyphenyl group) the system is pseudo‐axial–equatorial. An intramolecular hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl OH group and a benzodiazepine N atom is present for all four compounds and defines a six‐membered ring, whose geometry is constant across the series. Although the molecular structures are similar, the supramolecular packing is different; compounds (I) and (IV) form chains, while (II) forms dimeric units and (III) displays a layered structure. The packing seems to depend on at least two factors: (i) the nature of the atoms defining the hydrogen bond and (ii) the number of intermolecular interactions of the types O—H...O, N—H...O, N—H...π(arene) or C—H...π(arene).  相似文献

In the title compound, C15H17NO2, the ethoxycarbonyl group is anti with respect to the pyrrole N atom. The angle between the planes of the phenyl and pyrrole rings is 48.26 (9)°. The molecules are joined into dimeric units by a strong hydrogen bonds between pyrrole N—H groups and carbonyl O atoms. The geometry of the isolated molecule was studied by ab initio quantum mechanical calculations, employing both molecular orbital Hartree–Fock (MO–HF) and density functional theory (DFT) methods. The minimum energy was achieved for a conformation where the angle between the planes of the phenyl and pyrrole rings is larger, and that between the ethoxycarbonyl and pyrrole planes is smaller than in the solid‐state molecule.  相似文献

In the complex salt [η6‐1‐chloro‐2‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)benzene](η5‐cyclopentadienyl)iron(II) hexafluoridophosphate, [Fe(C5H5)(C10H12ClN)]PF6, (I), the complexed cyclopentadienyl and benzene rings are almost parallel, with a dihedral angle between their planes of 2.3 (3)°. In a related complex salt, (η5‐cyclopentadienyl){2‐[η6‐2‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)phenyl]phenol}iron(II) hexafluoridophosphate, [Fe(C5H5)(C16H17NO)]PF6, (II), the analogous angle is 5.4 (1)°. In both complexes, the aromatic C atom bound to the pyrrolidine N atom is located out of the plane defined by the remaining five ring C atoms. The dihedral angles between the plane of these five ring atoms and a plane defined by the N‐bound aromatic C atom and two neighboring C atoms are 9.7 (8) and 5.6 (2)° for (I) and (II), respectively.  相似文献

The title imino–phosphine compound, [PdCl2(C26H22NP)]·CH3CN, was prepared by reaction of N‐[2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)benzylidene]‐2‐methylaniline with dichlorido(cycloocta‐1,5‐diene)palladium(II) in dry CH2Cl2. The PdII cation is coordinated by the P and N atoms of the bidentate chelating ligand and by two chloride anions, generating a distorted square‐planar coordination geometry. There is a detectable trans influence for the chloride ligands. The methyl group present in this structure has an influence on the crystal packing.  相似文献

In the title compounds, 2‐methoxyethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O4, (II), isopropyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O3, (III), and ethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C20H18N2O3, (IV), the heterocyclic pyran ring adopts a flattened boat conformation. In (II) and (III), the carbonyl group and a double bond of the heterocyclic ring are mutually anti, but in (IV) they are mutually syn. The ester O atoms in (II) and (III) and the carbonyl O atom in (IV) participate in intramolecular C—H...O contacts to form six‐membered rings. The dihedral angles between the naphthalene substituent and the closest four atoms of the heterocyclic ring are 73.3 (1), 71.0 (1) and 74.3 (1)° for (II)–(IV), respectively. In all three structures, only one H atom of the NH2 group takes part in N—H...O [in (II) and (III)] or N—H...N [in (IV)] intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and chains [in (II) and (III)] or dimers [in (IV)] are formed. In (II), weak intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds, and in (III) intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the chains into ladders along the a axis.  相似文献

The title copper(II) complex, {[CuCl(C15H16N4O2)]Cl·0.61H2O}n, is a one‐dimensional zigzag coordination polymer structure extending along the (010) direction. The CuII atom has a square‐pyramidal geometry, where the basal plane is formed by two cis N atoms and one O atom from the ligand, and by a Cl atom. The apical position is occupied by a carbonyl O atom from a symmetry‐related molecule. In the crystal structure, there are O—H...Cl and N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, which link parallel polymer chains along the c direction, so building a two‐dimensional structure via the interstitial Cl atoms.  相似文献

Crystal structure analysis of the title compound, C13H12ClNO, reveals three crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The main conformational difference between these molecules is the orientation of the phenyl rings with respect to the pyrrole rings. The coplanar arrangement of the aldehyde groups attached to the pyrrole rings influences the pyrrole‐ring geometry. The C2—C3 and N1—C5 bonds are noticeably longer than the C4—C5 and N1—C2 bonds. Two independent molecules of the title compound form dimers via intermolecular C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [DA = 3.400 (3) Å and D—H⃛A = 157°]. The perpendicular orientation of the phenyl and pyrrole rings of one independent molecule and its symmetry‐related molecule allows C—H⃛π interactions, with an H⃛centroid distance of 2.85 Å and a C—H⃛π angle of 155°. The distances between the H atom and the pyrrole‐ring atoms indicate that the C—H bond points towards one of the bonds in the pyrrole ring.  相似文献

The molecule of the former title compound, C13H9ClN2O2, (I), is nearly planar, with an intramolecular O⋯O hydrogen bond of 2.692 (2) Å. The latter title compound, C17H18ClN3O4, (II), exists in the keto–amine tautomeric form, with a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond of 2.640 (2) Å between the O and N atoms, the H atom being bonded to the N atom. The azobenzene moieties of both molecules have trans configurations, and the dihedral angle between the planes of the two aromatic rings is 4.1 (1)° in (I) and 9.9 (1)° in (II). The N—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded rings are almost planar and coupled with the cyclohexadiene rings in (II).  相似文献

In the title compound, C16H17NO4, the benzyloxycarbonyl group is anti to the pyrrolic N atom. The molecules are joined into head‐to‐head dimers by hydrogen bonds involving the carboxylic acid groups. There is orientational disorder of these groups over two positions with approximately equal occupancy. A weaker hydrogen bond between the pyrrolic N atom and the carbonyl O atom of the benzyloxycarbonyl group joins the dimers into chains running parallel to the [110] direction.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of 4‐ethyl‐3,5‐dimethylpyrrole‐2‐carbaldehyde, C10H15NO, (I), benzyl 3,5‐dimethylpyrrole‐2‐carboxylate, C14H15NO2, (II), benzyl 4‐acetyl‐3,5‐dimethylpyrrole‐2‐carboxylate, C16H17NO3, (III), dimethyl 3,5‐dimethylpyrrole‐2,4‐dicarboxylate, C10H13NO4, (IV), 4‐ethyl‐3,5‐dimethyl‐2‐(p‐tosylacetyl)pyrrole, C17H21NO3S, (V), and ethyl 4‐(2‐ethoxycarbonyl‐2‐hydroxyacryloyl)‐3,5‐dimethylpyrrole‐2‐carboxylate, C15H19NO6, (VI), were determined at 130 K. Compounds (I), (II), (IV), (V) and (VI) form hydrogen‐bonded dimers [N—H⋯O=C = 1.97 (2)–2.03 (3) Å]. Four dimers, viz. (I) and (IV)–(VI), have inversion symmetry, while the dimer of (II) has twofold symmetry. Only (III) forms polymeric chains involving hydrogen bonds between the pyrrole H atom and the acetyl carbonyl group [H⋯O = 1.97 (2) Å] and is further stabilized by CH3⋯O interactions (C—H⋯O = 2.28–2.49 Å). Compound (VI) was found to occur as the enol ether in the crystal.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ti(C15H17NO2S)Cl2], has a Ti atom bound to the N and O atoms of a p‐toluenesulfonamide ligand, which is tethered by a three‐carbon chain to a η5‐cyclopentadienyl group. The distorted square‐pyramidal geometry is completed by two Cl atoms. The Ti—N bond length of 2.0375 (13) Å is longer than that in related compounds, the N atom having asymmetric trigonal–planar geometry. Conformational strain relief is noted when compared with ethyl‐tethered compounds.  相似文献

The title compounds, C10H9N5O·H2O (L1·H2O) and C16H12N6O (L2), were synthesized by solvent‐free aldol condensation at room temperature. L1, prepared by grinding picolinaldehyde with 2,3‐diamino‐3‐isocyanoacrylonitrile in a 1:1 molar ratio, crystallized as a monohydrate. L2 was prepared by grinding picolinaldehyde with 2,3‐diamino‐3‐isocyanoacrylonitrile in a 2:1 molar ratio. By varying the conditions of crystallization it was possible to obtain two polymorphs, viz. L2‐I and L2‐II; both crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c. They differ in the orientation of one pyridine ring with respect to the plane of the imidazole ring. In L2‐I, this ring is oriented towards and above the imidazole ring, while in L2‐II it is rotated away from and below the imidazole ring. In all three molecules, there is a short intramolecular N—H...N contact inherent to the planarity of the systems. In L1·H2O, this involves an amino H atom and the C=N N atom, while in L2 it involves an amino H atom and an imidazole N atom. In the crystal structure of L1·H2O, there are N—H...O and O—H...O intermolecular hydrogen bonds which link the molecules to form two‐dimensional networks which stack along [001]. These networks are further linked via intermolecular N—H...N(cyano) hydrogen bonds to form an extended three‐dimensional network. In the crystal structure of L2‐I, symmetry‐related molecules are linked via N—H...N hydrogen bonds, leading to the formation of dimers centred about inversion centres. These dimers are further linked via N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the amide group, also centred about inversion centres, to form a one‐dimensional arrangement propagating in [100]. In the crystal structure of L2‐II, the presence of intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the amide group results in the formation of dimers centred about inversion centres. These are linked via N—H...N hydrogen bonds involving the second amide H atom and the cyano N atom, to form two‐dimensional networks in the bc plane. In L2‐I and L2‐II, C—H...π and π–π interactions are also present.  相似文献

This analysis establishes the rotameric orientation of the pyridyl‐ring N atom of the title compound, C17H21N3O4·0.5C6H6, as antiperiplanar (ap) to the 1,4‐dihydropyridine H‐4, the absence of an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the 1,4‐dihydropyridine NH and the pyridyl‐N atom, and the unusual planarity of the 1,4‐dihydropyridine ring.  相似文献

In the title copper(II) compound, [Cu(C7H4BrO2)(ClO4)(C12H8N2)], the Cu atom is five‐coordinated in a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry by the N‐ and O‐donors of 4‐bromo‐2‐formylphenolate, 1,10‐phenanthroline and perchlorate. Pairs of complexes are linked together by Cu⋯O(phenolate) and π–π stacking interactions between 4‐bromo‐2‐formylphenolate and 1,10‐phenanthroline. Along the crystallographic a axis, the dimers are linked by hydrogen bonds between a perchlorate O atom and a 4‐bromo‐2‐formylphenolate H atom, and by further π–π stacking interactions. Hydrogen bonding between the Br atom and a 1,10‐phenanthroline H atom takes place between the stacks of dimers.  相似文献

The title compounds, C15H13ClN2·H2O, (I), and C19H13NO, (II), form monoclinic crystals. Arranged in a `head‐to‐tail' manner, the molecules of the amine form (I) lie along the b axis in layers that are linked by a network of hydrogen bonds involving the endocyclic N atom, the H atom at the exocyclic N atom and all the atoms of the solvent water molecule. Molecules of (II), with the phenoxy group nearly perpendicular to the acridine moiety, are arranged in pairs related by a center of symmetry and stabilized via two C—H⋯N contacts; the latter are linked via a network of further C—H⋯N contacts and non‐specific dispersive interactions.  相似文献

In the title compounds, C11H18N2, (II), and C13H20N2O, (III), the pyrrolidine rings have twist conformations. Compound (II) crystallizes with two independent molecules (A and B) in the asymmetric unit. The mean planes of the pyrrole and pyrrolidine rings are inclined to one another by 89.99 (11) and 89.35 (10)° in molecules A and B, respectively. In (III), the amide derivative of (II), the same dihedral angle is much smaller, at only 13.42 (10)°. In the crystal structure of (II), the individual molecules are linked via N—H...N hydrogen bonds to form inversion dimers, each with an R22(12) graph‐set motif. In the crystal structure of (III), the molecules are linked via N—H...O hydrogen bonds to form inversion dimers with an R22(16) graph‐set motif.  相似文献

The title compounds, 2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C11H15NO4, (I), 6‐hydroxy‐2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C11H15NO5, (II), and 6‐methoxy‐2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C12H17NO5, (III), adopt the keto–amine tautomeric form, with the formal hydroxy H atom located on the N atom, and the NH group and oxo O atom display a strong intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The N—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded rings are almost planar and coupled with the cyclohexadiene rings. The carbonyl O atoms accept two other H atoms from the alcohol groups of adjacent molecules in (I), and one from the alcohol and one from the phenol group in (II), but from only one alcohol H atom in (III).  相似文献
