<!?tpct=26.8pt>In the ionic title compound, [Ni(NO3)(C10H9N3)2]NO3, the central NiII atom exhibits cis‐NiN4O2 octahedral coordination with three chelating ligands, viz. one nitrate anion and two di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpya) molecules. A second nitrate group acts as a counter‐ion. The complex cations and the nitrate anions are also linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The compound was prepared in two different reproducible ways: direct synthesis from Ni(NO3)2 and dpya yielded systematically twinned crystals (the twinning law is discussed), while single crystals were obtained unexpectedly from the Ni(NO3)2/dpya/maleic acid/NaOH system.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of the mononuclear title compound, [Co(C2O4)(C10H8N2)2]·5H2O, is reported. The Co atom is six‐coordinated by two O atoms of a bidentate oxalate group and by four N atoms of two bipyridine ligands. The neutral [Co(C2O4)(C10H8N2)2] entities are connected by π–π stacking interactions of the aromatic systems into a two‐dimensional layer, interconnected through a ladder‐like hydrogen‐bonding pattern of solvate water molecules.  相似文献

The palladium center of the title compound, [PdBr2(C10H9N3)], has a slightly distorted square‐planar conformation, with the Pd atom bonded to the two pyridine N atoms of the di‐2‐pyridylamine moiety and to two Br atoms. The Pd—Br and Pd—N bond lengths are 2.4168 (6)/2.4201 (5) and 2.036 (3)/2.042 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

In the title monomer, [Cu(NO3)2(C18H12N2)], the six‐coordinated CuII atom lies on a twofold axis which bisects one of the ligands (a chelating biquinoline) and duplicates the remaining ligand, a chelating nitrate. The latter binds in a very asymmetric way, consistent with a Jahn–Teller distortion in the coordination polyhedron which, due to the triple chelation, is extremely distorted and difficult to describe in terms of any regular model.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ag(C7H5O2)(C5H6N2)2], the AgI atom is tricoordinated by two independent pyridine N atoms and one benzoate O atom in a nearly planar geometry. An intramolecular N—H⃛O hydrogen bond forms an S(8) graph ring. The packing is built from molecular layers stabilized by two types of N—H⃛O hydrogen bond. Intermolecular Ag⃛N and intramolecular Ag⃛O contacts were also observed, together with three weak intermolecular C—H⃛π interactions.  相似文献

In the two isomorphous title compounds, viz. tris[2,2′‐bi(4,5‐dihydro‐1,3‐oxazole)‐κ2N,N′]copper(II) diperchlorate, [Cu(C6H8N2O2)3](ClO4)2, (I), and tris[2,2′‐bi(4,5‐dihydro‐1,3‐oxazole)‐κ2N,N′]nickel(II) diperchlorate, [Ni(C6H8N2O2)3](ClO4)2, (II), the MII ions each have a distorted octahedral coordination geometry formed via six N atoms from three 2,2′‐bioxazoline ligands. For each ligand, the two five‐membered rings are nearly coplanar. It is noteworthy that the Jahn–Teller effect is stronger in (I) than in (II). The three‐dimensional supramolecular structures of (I) and (II) are formed via weak hydrogen‐bonding interactions between O atoms from perchlorate anions and H atoms from 2,2′‐bioxazoline ligands.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐trithionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]zinc(II) ethanol solvate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a trithiocyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The crystal structure of the compound is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The 1:1 adduct of N,N′‐bis(2‐chlorobenzylidene)ethylenediamine (cb2en) with copper(I) chloride proves to be an ionic compound with CuI‐centred cations and anions, [Cu(C16H14Cl2N2)2][CuCl2]·CH3CN. In the cation, the CuI atom has a flattened tetrahedral coordination geometry, with a small bite angle for the chelating ligands, which form a double‐helical arrangement around the metal centre. The anion is almost linear, as expected. The packing of the cations involves intermolecular π–π interactions, which lead to columns of translationally related cations along the shortest unit‐cell axis, with anions and solvent molecules in channels between them.  相似文献

The title complex, [CdCl(NCS)(C10H8N2)]n, represents an unusual CdII coordination polymer constructed by two types of anionic bridges and 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bipy) terminal ligands. These two types of bridges are arranged around inversion centers. The distorted octahedral coordination of the CdII center is provided by two chloride ions, one N‐ and one S‐donor atom from two thiocyanate ions, and a pair of N atoms from the chelating bipy ligand. Interestingly, adjacent CdII ions are interconnected alternately by paired chloride [Cd...Cd = 3.916 (1) Å] and thiocyanate bridges [Cd...Cd = 5.936 (1) Å] to generate an infinite one‐dimensional coordination chain. Furthermore, weak interchain C—H...S interactions between the bipy components and thiocyanate ions lead to the formation of a layered supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The two independent bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazole)silver(I) cations in crystalline [Ag(C5H7N2)2]NO3 display N—Ag—N angles of 175.51 (14) and 174.44 (13)°, and an average Ag—N distance of 2.124 (5) Å. The nitrate anion is situated between [Ag(C5H7N2)2]+ units and interacts via hydrogen bonds with the NH groups. The two 3,5‐dimethylpyrazole ligands are trans about the silver center. Only a small deviation from linearity is observed in the coordination around silver.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ru(C10H8N2)2(C12H8N2)][Pt(CN)4], cations and anions alternate along the a axis to afford a one‐dimensional network. The one‐dimensional character arises from the π–π stacking as well as from the electrostatic interactions formed between the phen (1,10‐phenanthroline) and [Pt(CN)4]2− units. Two adjacent one‐dimensional chains form further stacks based on the π–π stacking interactions between the phen moieties, where the interplanar spacing is 3.50 (1) Å.  相似文献

The Ru—N bond distances in the title complex, [Ru(NO2)(C11H9N3)(C15H11N3)]BF4 or [Ru(NO2)(tpy)(azpy)]BF4, [tpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine and azpy is 2‐(phenylazo)pyridine], are Ru—Npy 2.063 (4), Ru—Nazo 2.036 (4), Ru—Nnitro 2.066 (3) Å, and Ru—Ntpy 2.082 (4), 1.982 (3) and 2.074 (4) Å. The azo N atom is trans to the nitro group. The azo N=N bond length is 1.265 (5) Å, which is the shortest found in such complexes to date. This indicates a multiple bond between Ru and the N atom of the nitro group, and π‐backbonding [dπ(Ru) π*(azo)] is decreased.  相似文献

In the title dinuclear acetate‐bridged complex, [Cu2(C2H3O2)3(NCS)(C10H9N3)2], the two Cu atoms are five‐coordinated, with a basal plane consisting of two N atoms of a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpyam) ligand and two O atoms of two different acetate ligands. The axial positions of these Cu atoms are coordinated to N and O atoms from thiocyanate and acetate molecules, respectively, leading to a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with τ values of 0.30 and 0.22. Both CuII ions are linked by an acetate group in the equatorial–equatorial positions and have synanti bridging configurations. Hydrogen‐bond interactions between the amine H atom and the coordinated and uncoordinated O atoms of the acetate anions generate an infinite one‐dimensional chain.  相似文献

The title copper complex, [Cu(H2P2O7)(C15H11N3)]2·4.5H2O, consists of two very similar independent Cu(Tpy)H2P2O7 monomeric units (Tpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine) plus four and a half water molecules of hydration, some of which are disordered. Tpy units bind through the usual triple bite via their N atoms, and the H2P2O72− anions coordinate through two O atoms from two different phosphate units. Each independent CuN3O2 chromophore can be described as a slightly deformed square pyramid, with one of them having a sixth, semicoordinated, O atom from a centrosymmetrically related CuN3O2 unit in a weakly bound second apical position suggesting an octahedral environment for the cation and weak dimerization of the molecule. The two independent complex molecules are connected via two strong O—H...O interactions between the phosphate groups to form hydrogen‐bonded dinuclear units, further linked into [111] columns, resulting in a very complex three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through a variety of classical and nonclassical hydrogen bonds, as well as π–π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C10H8N2)3]2[V4O12]·11H2O, is composed of two symmetry‐related cations containing octahedrally coordinated CoII ions, a centrosymmetric [V4O12]4− anion with an eight‐membered ring structure made up of four VO4 tetrahedra, and 11 solvent water molecules. The CoII cations and vanadate anions are isolated and build cation and anion layers, respectively. In addition, the title compound exhibits a three‐dimensional network through intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions between water molecules and O atoms of the anions, and the crystal structure is stabilized mainly by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Purple prismatic crystals of the title compound, [Co2(C3H6NS2)4(C8H11O2P)2](PF6)2, were obtained by repeated recrystallization of trans‐[Co(C3H6NS2)2‐(C8H11O2P)2]PF6 from CH3CN/Et2O and then from MeOH/CH2Cl2; during recrystallization one of the P(OMe)2Ph ligands was dissociated from the CoIII center and the resulting CoIII complex fragment underwent dimerization. The complex cation has a dinuclear structure bridged by one S atom of each of two of the N,N‐dimethyldithiocarbamate ligands, and has crystallographically imposed C2 symmetry. Two P(OMe)2Ph ligands are coordinated at the transoid positions of the Co2(μ‐C3H6NS2)2(C3H6NS2)2 moiety, with Co—P bond lengths of 2.1921 (11) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(SiF6)(C12H8N2)2]·CH3OH, contains a neutral heteroleptic tris‐chelate ZnII complex, viz. [Zn(SiF6)(phen)2] (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), exhibiting approximate molecular C2 point‐group symmetry. The ZnII cation adopts a severely distorted octahedral coordination. As far as can be ascertained, the title complex represents the first structurally characterized example of a ZnII complex bearing a bidentate‐bound hexafluorosilicate ligand. A density functional theory study of the isolated [Zn(SiF6)(phen)2] complex was undertaken to reveal the influence of crystal packing on the molecular structure of the complex. In the crystal structure, the methanol solvent molecule forms a hydrogen bond to one F atom of the hexafluorosilicate ligand. The hydrogen‐bonded assemblies so formed are tightly packed in the crystal, as indicated by a high packing coefficient (74.1%).  相似文献

Crystallization of the title compound, di‐μ‐pyridazine‐1κ2N:2κ2N′‐bis[(2,3‐dihydro‐3‐oxobenzisosulfonazolato‐κN)silver(I)], [Ag2(C7H4NO3S)2(C4H4N2)2], from acetonitrile yields both monoclinic, (I), and triclinic, (II), polymorphs. In both forms, the silver(I) ions have a slightly distorted trigonal AgN3 coordination geometry and are doubly bridged by two neutral pyridazine (pydz) ligands, generating a centrosymmetric dimeric structure. The saccharinate (sac) ligands are N‐coordinated. The dihedral angles between the sac and pydz rings are 8.43 (7) and 7.94 (8)° in (I) and (II), respectively, suggesting that the dimeric molecule is nearly flat. The bond geometry is similar in both polymorphs. In (I), the dimers interact with each other via aromatic πsac–πpydz stacking interactions, forming two‐dimensional layers, which are further crosslinked by weak C—H⋯O interactions. Compound (II) exhibits similar C—H⋯O and π–π interactions, but additional C—H⋯π and π⋯Ag interactions help to stabilize the packing of the dimers.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C12H8N2)3](CF3SO3)3·2H2O, crystallizes to form infinite chains of complex cations that are connected through offset face‐to‐face and edge‐to‐face interactions between their phenanthroline ligands. The chains are themselves interconnected through weak offset face‐to‐face ligand interactions. The three trifluoromethanesulfonate anions of the asymmetric unit are connected with one another through the two water molecules by hydrogen bonds. One of the trifluoromethanesulfonate anions is described by a disorder over three positions, with occupancies of 0.35, 0.35 and 0.3 in the refined model.  相似文献

In the title salt, (C6H8N4)[Mn(C14H8O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·6H2O, the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre and is coordinated by four N atoms from two 2,2′‐biimidazole (biim) ligands and two O atoms from two biphenyl‐2,4′‐dicarboxylate (bpdc) anions to give a slightly distorted octahedral coordination, while the cation lies about another inversion centre. Adjacent [Mn(bpdc)2(biim)2]2− anions are linked via two pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, leading to an infinite chain along the [100] direction. The protonated [H2biim]2+ moiety acts as a charge‐compensating cation and space‐filling structural subunit. It bridges two [Mn(bpdc)2(biim)2]2− anions through two pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, constructing two R22(9) rings, leading to a zigzag chain in the [2] direction, which gives rise to a ruffled set of [H2biim]2+[Mn(bpdc)2(biim)2]2− moieties in the [01] plane. The water molecules give rise to a chain structure in which O—H...O hydrogen bonds generate a chain of alternating four‐ and six‐membered water–oxygen R42(8) and R66(12) rings, each lying about independent inversion centres giving rise to a chain along the [100] direction. Within the water chain, the (H2O)6 water rings are hydrogen bonded to two O atoms from two [Mn(bpdc)2(biim)2]2− anions, giving rise to a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献
