The title complex, [Ag2(C7H5O2)2(C18H18F2N2)]n, is a dinuclear silver(I) compound with one inversion centre between pairs of Ag atoms and another at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond in the butane‐1,4‐diamine moiety. Each of the smallest repeat units consists of two silver(I) cations, two benzoate anions and one N,N′‐bis(2‐fluorobenzyl­idene)­butane‐1,4‐di­amine Schiff base ligand. Each AgI ion is three‐coordinated in a trigonal configuration by two O atoms from two benzoate anions and one N atom from a Schiff base ligand. The di‐μ‐benzoato‐disilver(I) moieties are linked by the bridging Schiff base ligand, giving zigzag polymeric chains with an [–Ag⋯Ag—N—C—C—C—C—N–]n backbone running along the b axis.  相似文献

In the title compound, C22H24N4O11, the N‐glycosidic torsion angles O′—C′—N—C and O′—C′—N—N are ?34.1 (6) and 148.8 (3)°, respectively. The mol­ecule displays an α‐d configuration with the ribo­furan­ose moiety in an O′‐exo–C′‐endo pucker. There are only weak C—H?O and C—H?N intra‐ and intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

In 2‐iodo‐N‐(3‐nitro­benzyl)­aniline, C13H11IN2O2, the mol­ecules are linked into a three‐dimensional structure by a combination of C—H?O hydrogen bonds, iodo–nitro interactions and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions, but N—H?O and C—H?π(arene) hydrogen bonds are absent. In the isomeric 3‐iodo‐N‐(3‐nitro­benzyl)­aniline, a two‐dimensional array is generated by a combination of N—H?O, C—H?O and C—H?π(arene) hydrogen bonds, but iodo–nitro interactions and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions are both absent.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ag(C6H16N2)](C9H7O2)·2H2O}n, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The Ag atom is coordinated in a linear configuration by two N atoms from two hexane‐1,6‐­diamine ligands, giving a zigzag polymeric chain with an [–Ag—N—C—C—C—C—C—C—N–]n backbone running parallel to the c axis. In the crystal packing, adjacent chains interact with the anions via the lattice water mol­ecules, thus forming layers parallel to the bc plane.  相似文献

The AgI atom is trigonally coordinated by two N atoms from two 2‐­amino­pyrimidine ligands and one O atom from one benzoate anion, giving zigzag polymeric chains with an [–Ag—N—C—N–]n backbone running along the a axis. The title compound, [Cu(C9H13N5O2)(CH4O)](NO3)2, consists of square‐planar cationic complex units where the CuII centre is coordinated by an N,N′,O‐tridentate pyridoxal–aminoguanidine Schiff base adduct and a methanol molecule. The tridentate ligand is a zwitterion exhibiting an almost planar conformation. The dihedral angles between the mean planes of the pyridoxal ring and the six‐ and five‐membered chelate rings are all less than 2.0°. The charge on the complex cation is neutralized by two nitrate counter‐ions. Extensive N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonding connects these ionic species and leads to the formation of layers. The pyridoxal hydroxy groups are the only fragments that deviate significantly from the flat layer structure; these groups are involved in O—H...O hydrogen bonding, connecting the layers into a three‐dimensional crystal structure.  相似文献

Adjacent molecules are then linked through intermolecular N—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming an extended supramolecular network. 4,4′‐{[Oxalylbis(azanediyl)]dimethylene}dipyridinium dinitrate, C14H16N4O22+·2NO3, (II), contains a diprotonated 4py‐ox cation and two nitrate counter‐anions. Each nitrate ion is hydrogen bonded to four 4py‐ox cations via intermolecular N—H...O and C—H...O interactions. Adjacent 4py‐ox cations are linked through weak C—H...O hydrogen bonding between an α‐pyridinium C atom and an oxalamide O atom, forming a two‐dimensional extended supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title complex, C17H9N5·C6H4S4, contains π‐deficient bis(di­nitrile) and TTF mol­ecules stacked alternately in columns along the a‐axis direction; the interplanar angle between the TTF molecule and the isoindolinyl C4N[C(CN)2]2 moiety is 1.21 (4)°. The N‐allyl moiety in the TCPI mol­ecule is oriented at an angle of 87.10 (10)° with respect to the five‐membered C4N ring, and the four C[triple‐bond]N bond lengths range from 1.134 (3) to 1.142 (3) Å, with C—C[triple‐bond]N angles in the range 174.3 (3)–176.9 (2)°. In the TTF system, the S—C bond lengths are 1.726 (3)–1.740 (3) and 1.751 (2)–1.763 (2) Å for the external S—C(H) and internal S—C(S) bonds, respectively.  相似文献

The two title complexes, catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propane­diylbis(nitrilo­methyl­idyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐azido], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(N3)]n, (I), and catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propane­diylbis(nitrilo­methyl­idyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐thio­cyanato], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(NCS)]n, (II), are isomorphous polynuclear cobalt(III) compounds. In both structures, the CoIII atom is six‐coordinated in an octa­hedral configuration by two N atoms and two O atoms of one Schiff base, and two terminal N or S atoms from two bridging ligands. The [N,N′‐bis­(salicyl­idene)propane‐1,3‐diaminato]cobalt(III) moieties are linked by the bridging ligands, viz. azide in (I) and thio­cyanate in (II), giving zigzag polymeric chains with backbones of the type [–Co—N—N—N—Co]n in (I) or [–Co—N—C—S—Co]n in (II) running along the c axis.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyl­oxy)­benz­ami­dine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxy­benzoyl­oxy)­benz­ami­dine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the mol­ecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the mol­ecules into sheets. In (III), an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.26 and 2.10 Å, N⋯O = 2.975 (2) and 2.954 (2) Å, and N—H⋯O = 138 and 163°] link the molecules into sheets.  相似文献

The title compound, C11H12F2N4O3, exhibits an anti glycosylic bond conformation, with a torsion angle χ = −117.8 (2)°. The sugar pucker is N‐type (C4′‐exo, between 3T4 and E4, with P = 45.3° and τm = 41.3°). The conformation around the exocyclic C—C bond is −ap (trans), with a torsion angle γ = −177.46 (15)°. Oxazolidin‐2‐ones are widely used as protective groups for 1,2‐amino alcohols and chiral derivatives are employed as chiral auxiliaries. The crystal structures of four differently substituted oxazolidinecarbohydrazides, namely N′‐[(E)‐benzylidene]‐N‐methyl‐2‐oxo‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐4‐carbohydrazide, C12H12N3O3, (I), N′‐[(E)‐2‐chlorobenzylidene]‐N‐methyl‐2‐oxo‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐4‐carbohydrazide, C12H12ClN3O3, (II), (4S)‐N′‐[(E)‐4‐chlorobenzylidene]‐N‐methyl‐2‐oxo‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐4‐carbohydrazide, C12H12ClN3O3, (III), and (4S)‐N′‐[(E)‐2,6‐dichlorobenzylidene]‐N,3‐dimethyl‐2‐oxo‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐4‐carbohydrazide, C13H13Cl2N3O3, (IV), show that an unexpected mild‐condition racemization from the chiral starting materials has occurred in (I) and (II). In the extended structures, the centrosymmetric phases, which each crystallize with two molecules (A and B) in the asymmetric unit, form A+B dimers linked by pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, albeit with different O‐atom acceptors. One dimer is composed of one molecule with an S configuration for its stereogenic centre and the other with an R configuration, and possesses approximate local inversion symmetry. The other dimer consists of either R,R or S,S pairs and possesses approximate local twofold symmetry. In the chiral structure, N—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into C(5) chains, with adjacent molecules related by a 21 screw axis. A wide variety of weak interactions, including C—H...O, C—H...Cl, C—H...π and π–π stacking interactions, occur in these structures, but there is little conformity between them.  相似文献

In catena‐poly­[[(di‐2‐pyridyl­amine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nico­tinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridyl­amine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxyl­ate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly­[[(di‐2‐pyridyl­amine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐di­hydroxy­benzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxyl­ate O atom from the 2,6‐di­hydroxy­benzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐di­hydroxy­benzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Hindered rotation about the partial double C—N bonds between the amine and pyridine moieties in the title mol­ecule, C16H14N4, results in two different conformations of the N‐aryl‐2‐amino­pyridine units. One, assuming an E conformation, is involved in a pair of N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds that generate a centrosymmetric (8) motif. The second, adopting a Z conformation, is not engaged in any hydrogen bonding and is flattened, the dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine rings being 12.07 (7)°. This conformation is stabilized by an intramolecular C—H⋯N interaction [C⋯N = 2.9126 (19) Å, H⋯N = 2.31 Å and C—H⋯N = 120°].  相似文献

The title compound, C10H12FN5O4·H2O, shows an anti glycosyl orientation [χ = −123.1 (2)°]. The 2‐deoxy‐2‐fluoroarabinofuranosyl moiety exhibits a major C2′‐endo sugar puckering (S‐type, C2′‐endo–C1′‐exo, 2T1), with P = 156.9 (2)° and τm = 36.8 (1)°, while in solution a predominantly N conformation of the sugar moiety is observed. The conformation around the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is −sc (trans, gauche), with γ = −78.3 (2)°. Both nucleoside and solvent molecules participate in the formation of a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding pattern via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds; the N atoms of the heterocyclic moiety and the F substituent do not take part in hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

In the title compounds, 2‐methoxyethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O4, (II), isopropyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O3, (III), and ethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C20H18N2O3, (IV), the heterocyclic pyran ring adopts a flattened boat conformation. In (II) and (III), the carbonyl group and a double bond of the heterocyclic ring are mutually anti, but in (IV) they are mutually syn. The ester O atoms in (II) and (III) and the carbonyl O atom in (IV) participate in intramolecular C—H...O contacts to form six‐membered rings. The dihedral angles between the naphthalene substituent and the closest four atoms of the heterocyclic ring are 73.3 (1), 71.0 (1) and 74.3 (1)° for (II)–(IV), respectively. In all three structures, only one H atom of the NH2 group takes part in N—H...O [in (II) and (III)] or N—H...N [in (IV)] intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and chains [in (II) and (III)] or dimers [in (IV)] are formed. In (II), weak intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds, and in (III) intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the chains into ladders along the a axis.  相似文献
