In the mononuclear title compound, [Cu(C4H4O5)(C6H6N2O)(H2O)2], the CuII centre is bound to a chelating oxydiacetate ligand, a monodentate pyridine‐3‐carboxamide unit and two water molecules, defining an octahedral coordination where the first two ligands form the equatorial plane and the last two occupy the apical sites. The planar oxydiacetate ligand is slightly disordered at its central ether O atom. The availability of efficient donors and acceptors for hydrogen bonding results in a complex interaction scheme where each monomer links to six similar units to define a well connected three‐dimensional structure. A comparison is made with related structures in the literature, and the reasons for their differences are discussed.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C7H3NO4)(C3H4N2)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the MnII centre is surrounded by one bidentate phenanthroline ligand [Mn—N = 2.383 (3) and 2.421 (3) Å], one tridentate dipicolinate ligand [Mn—N = 2.300 (3) Å, and Mn—O = 2.300 (2) and 2.357 (2) Å], one monodentate imidazole ligand [Mn—N = 2.238 (3) Å] and one water molecule [Mn—O = 2.157 (3) Å]. It displays a distorted pentagonal‐bipyramidal geometry, with neighbouring angles within the equatorial plane ranging from 68.05 (9) to 77.48 (10)°. Intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains. The chains are crosslinked by hydrogen bonds involving the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand and the protonated imidazole N atom, leading to an infinite two‐dimensional network sheet packing mode. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework, stabilized by these intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions and π–π stacking interactions involving the phenanthroline rings.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C8H4O5)(C5H5N)2]n or [Cu(OH‐BDC)(py)2]n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and py is pyridine), the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the pyridine ligands and by three O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted triangular bipyramidal environment, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.941 (4)–2.225 (5) Å and Cu—N distances of 2.014 (6) and 2.046 (6) Å. The [Cu(OH‐BDC)]n two‐dimensional network is built up from interlocking 22‐, 15‐ and eight‐membered rings via sharing of Cu atoms and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by edge‐ or point‐to‐face C—H⋯π interactions and offset or slipped π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of [Cu(CF3SO3)(C2N3)(C8H7N5)2]·0.5C2H6O, the CuII atom adopts a distorted octahedral geometry, with the basal plane formed by two N atoms of one dipyrimidinylamine ligand, one N atom of the second pyrimidine ligand and a nitrile N atom of the dicyanamide anion [Cu—N = 1.972 (2)–2.021 (2) Å]. The apical positions are occupied by an N atom of the second ligand [Cu—N = 2.208 (2) Å], and an O atom of the trifluoromethanesulfonate anion [Cu—O = 2.747 (2) Å] at a semi‐coordination distance. Pairs of inversion‐related N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds of the so‐called Watson–Crick type, augmented by two C—H⋯N contacts, link adjacent complexes into an infinite one‐dimensional chain running in the [101] direction.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C4H4O5)(C6H6N4S2)]·H2O, displays a square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The tridentate oxydiacetate dianion chelates the CuII atom in the facial mode. The large difference [0.487 (4) Å] between the longest Cu—O distance in the basal plane and that in the apical direction correlates with the small displacement of the CuII atom [0.0576 (13) Å] from the basal plane towards the apex of the square pyramid. The intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding network results in a closely overlapped arrangement of the coordination basal plane and the thiazole ring of a neighboring molecule.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Pt(C18H15P)(C28H28P2S)](ClO4)2·C3H6O or [Pt(PPh3)(PSP)](ClO4)2·CH3COCH3, where PSP is the potentially tridentate chelate ligand bis(2‐diphenylphosphinoethyl) sulfide, all three donor groups of the PSP ligand are coordinated to the central Pt atom, with Pt—P = 2.310 (1) Å and Pt—S = 2.343 (1) Å. The fourth coordination site is occupied by the P donor of the triphenylphosphine ligand [Pt—P = 2.289 (1) Å]. The complex cation has exact mirror symmetry, with the S atom, the Pt atom and the P atom of the PPh3 ligand in the mirror plane. The Pt atom has a distorted square‐planar coordination geometry. A π–π interaction is present between the phenyl rings of the PPh3 ligand and the terminal –PPh2 group of the PSP chelate.  相似文献

The Ru—N bond distances in the title complex, [Ru(NO2)(C11H9N3)(C15H11N3)]BF4 or [Ru(NO2)(tpy)(azpy)]BF4, [tpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine and azpy is 2‐(phenylazo)pyridine], are Ru—Npy 2.063 (4), Ru—Nazo 2.036 (4), Ru—Nnitro 2.066 (3) Å, and Ru—Ntpy 2.082 (4), 1.982 (3) and 2.074 (4) Å. The azo N atom is trans to the nitro group. The azo N=N bond length is 1.265 (5) Å, which is the shortest found in such complexes to date. This indicates a multiple bond between Ru and the N atom of the nitro group, and π‐backbonding [dπ(Ru) π*(azo)] is decreased.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Mn(NO3)(C10H8N2)(H2O)3]NO3, contains a monomeric [Mn(NO3)(bpy)(H2O)3]+ cation (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine) and a nitrate anion. The MnII ion is coordinated by one chelating bpy [Mn—N 2.241 (3) and 2.259 (3) Å], three water molecules [Mn—O 2.120 (3)–2.188 (3) Å] and a nitrate ligand [Mn—O 2.228 (2) Å] in a distorted octahedral geometry. There are O?H—O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the ligated water molecules and the ligated and unligated nitrate anions, resulting in double columns of stacked cations and anions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C4H4O5)(C6H6N4S2)(H2O)]·3H2O, displays a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The tridentate oxydiacetate dianion chelates the CuII atom in the meridional mode. In the crystal packing, hydrophilic and hydrophobic layers are arranged in an alternating manner. In addition, a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding framework and π–π stacking are present.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu(C12H9N2O)(C2H3O2)(C12H10N2O)], is a neutral CuII complex with a primary N3O2 coordination sphere. The Cu centre coordinates to both a deprotonated and a neutral molecule of N‐phenylpyridine‐2‐carboxamide and also to an acetate anion. The coordination around the metal centre is asymmetric, the deprotonated ligand providing two N donor atoms [Cu—N = 1.995 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å] and the neutral ligand providing one N and one O donor atom to the coordination environment [Cu—N = 2.042 (2) Å and Cu—O = 2.2557 (19) Å], the fifth donor being an O atom of the acetate ion [Cu—O = 1.9534 (19) Å]. The remaining O atom from the acetate ion can be considered as a weak donor atom [Cu—O = 2.789 (2) Å], conferring to the Cu complex an asymmetric octahedral geometry. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N—H...O, C—H...O and C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl(C7H7O3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the central Cu atom is coordinated by a water molecule, a chloride ion, an O‐monodentate p‐toluenesulfonate anion and an N,N′‐bidentate 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand. The copper environment is best described as a slightly distorted square pyramid, with bond distances Cu—Cl 2.2282 (9) Å, Cu—OW 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—N 2.006 (3) and 2.028 (3) Å; the apical Cu—O distance is 2.281 (2) Å. In the supramolecular structure, π–π‐stacking stabilization is observed, and classical and non‐classical hydrogen bonds also play an important role.  相似文献

The title mononuclear complex, [Cu(CO3)(C8H7N5)(H2O)]·2H2O, was obtained by fixation of CO2 by a mixture of copper(II) tetrafluoroborate and the ligand bis(pyrimidin‐2‐yl)amine in ethanol/water. The CuII ion of the complex has a distorted square‐pyramidal environment, with a basal plane formed by two N atoms of the ligand and two chelating O atoms of the carbonate group, while the apical position is occupied by the O atom of the coordinating water molecule. In the solid state, hydrogen‐bonding interactions are dominant, the most unusual being the Watson–Crick‐type coplanar ligand pairing through two N—H?N bonds. Lattice water molecules also participate in hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H8N2)]·H2O}n or {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), the Zn atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the phen ligands and by four O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted octahedral geometry, with Zn—O distances in the range 2.042 (4)–2.085 (5) Å and Zn—N distances of 2.133 (5) and 2.137 (5) Å. The {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n infinite zigzag polymer forms a helical chain of [Zn2(OH‐BDC)2]n units. Face‐to‐face π–π interactions (3.60–3.75 Å) occur between two phen rings belonging to the same helical chain. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by O—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the carboxylate O atoms, the hydroxyl group and the water molecule, forming two‐dimensional sheets.  相似文献

In the title compounds, [Pd(C10H6O2)(C10H8N2)], (I), and [Pd(C10H6O2)(C18H12N2)], (II), each PdII atom has a similar distorted cis‐planar four‐coordination geometry involving two O atoms of the 2,3‐naphthalenediolate dianion and two N atoms of the 2,2′‐bipyridine or 2,2′‐biquinoline ligand. The overall structure of (I) is essentially planar, but that of (II) is not, as a result of intramolecular overcrowding leading to bowing of the biquinoline ligand.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thiodiglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent manganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. The MnII atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate phen ligands [Mn—N = 2.240 (2)–2.3222 (19) Å] and either two water O atoms or two tdga carboxyl O atoms [Mn—O = 2.1214 (17)–2.1512 (17) Å]. The tdga ligand chelates as an O,O′‐bidentate ligand, forming an eight‐membered ring with one Mn atom. The free tdga2− dianion is hydrogen bonded to an [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ ion, with O⋯O distances of 2.606 (2) and 2.649 (2) Å. The crystal structure is further stabilized by an extensive network of hydrogen bonds involving 13 water molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C11H9N)2] or [Cu2(MeCO2)4(phpy)2] (phpy is 4‐phenylpyridine), consists of centrosymmetric dimers in which the CuII atoms display a square‐pyramidal CuO4N coordination, with four acetate O atoms in the basal plane [Cu—O 1.975 (3)–1.987 (3) Å] and the phpy N atom in the apical position [Cu—N 2.150 (3) Å]. The Cu atoms are 2.654 (1) Å apart and are bridged by four acetate groups. The discrete dimers are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular array through intermolecular π–π‐stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C2N3)(C12H8N2)2]ClO4, represents a relatively rare class of compounds with dicyanamide coordinated in a monodentate manner. The structure is formed by the [Cu{N(CN)2}(phen)2]+ complex cation (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline) and an uncoordinated ClO4 anion. The Cu atom is five‐coordinate, with a slightly distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment. The dicyanamide ligand is coordinated through one nitrile N atom in the equatorial plane, at a distance of 2.033 (6) Å from the metal. The two axial Cu—N distances are similar [mean 1.999 (4) Å] and are substantially shorter than the remaining two equatorial Cu—N bonds [mean 2.087 (1) Å].  相似文献

In the title PbII coordination polymer, [Pb(C16H10O4)(C14H8N4)(C3H7NO)]n, each PbII atom is eight‐coordinated by two chelating N atoms from one pyrazino[2,3‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand, one dimethylformamide (DMF) O atom and five carboxylate O atoms from three different 4,4′‐ethylenedibenzoate (eedb) ligands. The eedb dianions bridge neighbouring PbII centres through four typical Pb—O bonds and one longer Pb—O interaction to form a two‐dimensional structure. The C atoms from the L and eedb ligands form C—H...O hydrogen bonds with the O atoms of eedb and DMF ligands, which further stabilize the structure. The title compound is the first PbII coordination polymer incorporating the L ligand.  相似文献

In the noncentrosymmetric title compound, [Cu(C4H5NO4)(C6H12N4)(H2O)] or [Cu(IDA)(HMTA)(H2O)], where IDA is iminodiacetate and HMTA is hexamethylenetetramine, the asymmetric unit consists of a whole mononuclear neutral molecule, where the CuII cation is coordinated by two carboxylate O atoms and one N atom from the IDA ligand, by one N atom from the HMTA ligand and by the O atom of the coordinated water molecule, giving rise to a CuN2O3 distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The IDA and HTMA ligands adopt terminal tri‐ and monocoordinated modes, respectively. All adjacent molecules within the ac plane are connected to each other via two pairs of O—H...O and one N—H...O hydrogen bond, forming a (4,4) supramolecular two‐dimensional network. In the unit cell, these layers stack alternately in an …ABABAB… sequence along the b axis. The optical absorption properties of this compound have been studied on powder samples, which had previously been examined by powder X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

The title mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2]·3H2O complex [sq is squarate (C4O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)] has been synthesized and the structure consists of a neutral mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2] unit and three solvate water molecules. The CuII ion has distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry, comprised of one carboxylate O atom from a monodentate squarate ligand and four N atoms from two chelating phen ligands. An extensive three‐dimensional network of OW—H⋯O/OW hydrogen bonds, face‐to‐face π–π interactions between the 1,10‐phenanthroline aromatic rings and a weak π–ring interaction are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献
