In 3,4‐di‐2‐pyridyl‐1,2,5‐oxadiazole (dpo), C12H8N4O, each molecule resides on a twofold axis and interacts with eight neighbours via four C—H⋯N and four C—H⋯O interactions to generate a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded architecture. In the perchlorate analogue, 2‐[3‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1,2,5‐oxadiazol‐4‐yl]pyridinium perchlorate, C12H9N4O+·ClO4 or [Hdpo]ClO4, the [Hdpo]+ cation is bisected by a crystallographic mirror plane, and the additional H atom in the cation is shared by the two pyridyl N atoms to form a symmetrical intramolecular N⋯H⋯N hydrogen bond. The cations and perchlorate anions are linked through C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions to form one‐dimensional tubes along the b‐axis direction.  相似文献

The structures of the diastereoisomers Λ(+)578‐, (I), and Δ(−)578‐bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine)[β‐ethyl (S)‐aspartato‐κ2N,O1]cobalt(III) bis(perchlorate) monohydrate, (II), both [Co(C6H10N2O4)(C2H8N2)2](ClO4)2·H2O, are compared. In both structures, the ester group of the amino acid side chain is engaged only in intramolecular hydrogen bonding to coordinated amine groups. This interaction is stronger in (I) and correlates with previously observed diastereoisomeric equilibrium ratios for related metal complex systems in aqueous media. The two perchlorate anions of (II) are located on twofold axes. Both perchlorates in (I) and one of the perchlorates in (II) are affected by disorder. Both structures exhibit extensive three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding networks.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C5H9N)4(H2O)2](ClO4)2, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m. The cation has space‐group‐imposed 2/m symmetry, while the perchlorate ion is disordered about a mirror plane. The two slightly non‐equivalent Co—C bonds [1.900 (3) and 1.911 (3) Å] form a rectangular plane, with a C—Co—C bond angle of 86.83 (11)°, and the linear O—Co—O C2 axis is perpendicular to this plane. The C[triple‐bond]N bond lengths are 1.141 (4) Å and the Co—C[triple‐bond]N and C[triple‐bond]N—C angles average 175.5 (4)°. The perchlorate counter‐ions are hydrogen bonded to the water molecules. The title compound is the first example of four alkyl isocyanide ligands coordinating CoII upon initial reaction of Co(ClO4)2·6H2O/EtOH with alkyl isocyanide. In all other known examples, five alkyl isocyanide molecules are coordinated, as in [(RNC)5Co—Co(CNR)5](ClO4)4 (R = Me, Et, CHMe2, CH2Ph, C4H9n or C6H11) or [Co(CNC8H17t)5](ClO4)2. This complex, therefore, is unique and somewhat unexpected.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu(ClO4)2(C9H13N5O)(CH3OH)], was synthesized from a methanolysis reaction of N‐(methylpyridin‐2‐yl)cyanoguanidine (L3) and copper(II) perchlorate hexahydrate in a 1:1 molar ratio. The CuII ion is six‐coordinated by an N3O3 donor set which confers a highly distorted and asymmetric octahedral geometry. Three N‐donor atoms from the chelating 1‐(methoxymethanimidoyl)‐2‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl)guanidine (L3m) ligand and one O atom from the methanol molecule define the equatorial plane, with two perchlorate O atoms in the apical sites, one of which has a long Cu—O bond of 2.9074 (19) Å. The dihedral angle between the five‐ and six‐membered chelate rings is 8.21 (8)°. Two molecules are associated into a dimeric unit by intermolecular N—H...O(perchlorate) hydrogen bonds. Additionally, the weakly coordinated perchlorate anions also link adjacent [Cu(ClO4)2(L3m)(CH3OH)] dimers by hydrogen‐bonding interactions, resulting in a two‐dimensional layer in the (100) plane. Further C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the two‐dimensional layers along [100] to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Crystals of l ‐leucinium perchlorate, C6H14NO2+·ClO4, are built up from protonated l ‐leucinium cations and perchlorate anions. l ‐Leucinium cations related by a twofold screw axis are interconnected by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds into zigzag chains parallel to [010]. The O atoms of the perchlorate anions act as acceptors of hydrogen bonds that link the l ‐leucinium chains into separated but interacting two‐dimensional layers parallel to (001). Since the title compound crystallizes in a non‐centrosymmetric space group, it can be useful as a material for non‐linear optics. The efficiency of second harmonic generation is about twice that of K2[HPO4].  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C12H9N4O+·ClO4, the protonated cation adopts a cis‐I conformation and approximately planar geometry. Each perchlorate anion acts as the acceptor of three C—H⋯O weak interactions, which, together with N—H⋯N and C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds between the protonated cations, extend this structure into a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network.  相似文献

A one‐dimensional AgI coordination complex, catena‐poly[[silver(I)‐μ‐{2‐[2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐benzimidazol‐1‐ylmethyl]phenol‐κ2N2:N3}] perchlorate monohydrate], {[Ag(C19H15N3O)]ClO4·H2O}n, was synthesized by the reaction of 2‐[2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐benzimidazol‐1‐ylmethyl]phenol (L) with silver perchlorate. In the complex, the L ligands are arranged alternately and link AgI cations through one benzimidazole N atom and the N atom of the pyridine ring, leading to an extended zigzag chain structure. In addition, the one‐dimensional chains are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture via O—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions and π–π stacking interactions. The complex exhibits photoluminescence in acetonitrile solution, with an emission maximum at 390 nm, and investigation of the thermal stability reveals that the network structure is stable up to 650 K.  相似文献

The structures of [Cu(AA)6](ClO4)2, (I), and [Mn(AA)6](ClO4)2, (II) (AA is acrylamide, also known as prop‐2‐enamide; C3H5NO), display both intra‐ and intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonding. A three‐dimensional network is propagated via the perchlorate counter‐ions. There are two crystallographically independent molecules in the copper complex, with the most significant difference between them being the conformation of one symmetry‐related pair of AA ligands which are in the unusual syn conformation. The copper complex exhibits syn/anti disorder of the =CH2 group in one pair of symmetry‐related AA ligands. The CuII and MnII centres are both situated on centres of inversion. The copper complex cation has octahedral coordination geometry with typical Jahn–Teller distortions.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni2(C10H20N4O2)(C12H12N2)2](ClO4)2 or [Ni(dmaeoxd)Ni(dmbp)2](ClO4)2 {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxamide and dmbp is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine}, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand is in a cis conformation and bridges two NiII atoms, one of which is located in a slightly distorted square‐planar environment, while the other is in an irregular octahedral environment. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The dmaeoxd2− ligands interact with each other via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions, which results in an extended chain along the c axis.  相似文献

The CoII atom in bis(5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetato)tetraaquacobalt(II), [Co(C3H4N5O2)2(H2O)4], (I), is octahedrally coordinated by six O atoms from two 5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetate (atza) ligands and four water molecules. The molecule has a crystallographic centre of symmetry located at the CoII atom. The molecules of (I) are interlinked by hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming a two‐dimensional supramolecular network structure in the ac plane. The CdII atom in catena‐poly[[cadmium(II)]‐bis(μ‐5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetato], [Cd(C3H4N5O2)2]n, (II), lies on a twofold axis and is coordinated by two N atoms and four O atoms from four atza ligands to form a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The CdII centres are connected through tridentate atza bridging ligands to form a two‐dimensional layered structure extending along the ab plane, which is further linked into a three‐dimensional structure through hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structures of a pair of closely related macrocyclic cyano‐ and hydroxopentaaminecobalt(III) complexes, as their perchlorate salts, are reported. Although the two complexes, [Co(CN)(C11H27N5)](ClO4)2·H2O and [Co(OH)(C11H27N5)](ClO4)2, exhibit similar conformations, significant differences in the Co—N bond lengths arise from the influence of the sixth ligand (cyano as opposed to hydroxo). The ensuing hydrogen‐bonding patterns are also distinctly different. Disorder in the perchlorate anions was clearly resolved and this was rationalized on the basis of distinct hydrogen‐bonding motifs involving the anion O atoms and the N—H and O—H donors.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C9H7N3)2(H2O)4](CF3O3S)2, contains an octahedral [ZnL2(H2O)4]2+ cationic complex with trans geometry (Zn site symmetry ), and each 5‐(3‐pyridyl)pyrimidine (L) ligand is coordinated in a monodentate fashion through the pyridine N atom. In the extended structure, these complexes, with both hydrogen‐bond acceptor (pyrimidine) and donor (H2O) functions, are linked to each other by intermolecular water–pyrimidine O—H...N hydrogen‐bonding interactions, resulting in a double chain along the crystallographic a axis. The trifluoromethanesulfonate anions are integrated into the chains via O—H...O hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water and sulfonate O atoms. These double chains are associated into a novel three‐dimensional network through interchain water–pyrimidine O—H...N hydrogen bonds. The asymmetric ligand plays an important role in constructing this unusual supramolecular structure.  相似文献

In the organometallic silver(I) supramolecular complex poly[[silver(I)‐μ3‐3‐[4‐(2‐thienyl)‐2H‐cyclopenta[d]pyridazin‐1‐yl]benzonitrile] perchlorate methanol solvate], {[Ag(C18H11N3S)](ClO4)·CH3OH}n, there is only one type of AgI center, which lies in an {AgN2Sπ} coordination environment. Two unsymmetric multidentate 3‐[4‐(2‐thienyl)‐2H‐cyclopenta[d]pyridazin‐1‐yl]benzonitrile (L) ligands link two AgI atoms through π–AgI interactions into an organometallic box‐like unit, from which two 3‐cyanobenzoyl arms stretch out in opposite directions and bind two AgI atoms from neighboring box‐like building blocks. This results in a novel two‐dimensional network extending in the crystallographic bc plane. These two‐dimensional sheets stack together along the crystallographic a axis to generate parallelogram‐like channels. The methanol solvent molecules and the perchlorate counter‐ions are located in the channels, where they are fixed by intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions. This architecture may provide opportunities for host–guest chemistry, such as guest molecule loss and absorption or ion exchange. The new fulvene‐type multidentate ligand L is a good candidate for the preparation of Cp–AgI‐containing (Cp is cyclopentadienyl) organometallic coordination polymers or supramolecular complexes.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(ClO4)2(C4H12N2)2], (I), is reported at 100, 250 and 400 K. The CuII cation in this complex is coordinated in a distorted octahedral mode characteristic of Jahn–Teller systems. The coordination of the perchlorate ligands via longer, and presumably weaker, axial Cu—O distances varies significantly as a function of temperature. One of the Cu—O distances increases between 100 and 250 K, and one of the Cu—O—Cl angles expands between 250 and 400 K. At all temperatures, the complex forms a two‐dimensional N—H...O hydrogen‐bond network in the (001) plane.  相似文献

Ocotillol‐type saponins have a wide spectrum of biological activities. Previous studies indicated that the configuration at the C24 position may be responsible for their stereoselectivity in pharmacological action and pharmacokinetics. Natural ocotillol‐type saponins share a 20(S)‐form but it has been found that the 20(R)‐stereoisomers have different pharmacological effects. The semisynthesis of 20(R)‐ocotillol‐type saponins has not been reported and it is therefore worthwhile clarifying their crystal structures. Two C24 epimeric 20(R)‐ocotillol‐type saponins, namely (20R,24S)‐20,24‐epoxydammarane‐3β,12β,25‐triol, C30H52O4, (III), and (20R,24R)‐20,24‐epoxydammarane‐3β,12β,25‐triol monohydrate, C30H52O4·H2O, (IV), were synthesized, and their structures were elucidated by spectral studies and finally confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The (Me)C—O—C—C(OH) torsion angle of (III) is 146.41 (14)°, whereas the corresponding torsion angle of (IV) is −146.4 (7)°, indicating a different conformation at the C24 position. The crystal stacking in (III) generates an R44(8) motif, through which the molecules are linked into a one‐dimensional double chain. The chains are linked via nonclassical C—H…O hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional network, and further stacked into a three‐dimensional structure. In contrast to (III), epimer (IV) crystallizes as a hydrate, in which the water molecules act as hydrogen‐bond donors linking one‐dimensional chains into a two‐dimensional network through intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds. The hydrogen‐bonded chains extend helically along the crystallographic a axis and generate a C44(8) motif.  相似文献

The crystals of a new melaminium salt, 2,4,6‐triamino‐1,3,5‐triazine‐1,3‐diium bis(4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate) dihydrate, C3H8N62+·2C6H5O4S?·2H2O, are built up from doubly protonated melaminium(2+) residues, dissociated p‐phenolsulfonate anions and water molecules. The doubly protonated melaminium dication lies on a twofold axis. The hydroxyl group of the p‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate residue is roughly coplanar with the phenyl ring [dihedral angle 13 (2)°]. A combination of ionic and donor–acceptor hydrogen‐bond interactions link the melaminium and p‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate residues and the water molecules to form a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the racemic crystals of (1S,2R)‐ or (1R,2S)‐1‐[N‐(chloroacetyl)carbamoylamino]‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐inden‐2‐yl chloroacetate, C14H14Cl2N2O4, (I), the enantiomeric molecules form a dimeric structure via the N—H?O cyclic hydrogen bond of the carbamoyl moieties. In the chiral crystals of (—)‐(1S,2R)‐1‐[N‐(chloroacetyl)carbamoylamino]‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐inden‐2‐yl chloroacetate, C14H14Cl2N2O4, (II), the N—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bond forms a zigzag chain around the twofold screw axis. The melting points and calculated densities of (I) and (II) are 446 and 396 K, and 1.481 and 1.445 Mg m?3, respectively.  相似文献

Mixtures of 4‐carboxypyridinium perchlorate or 4‐carboxypyridinium tetrafluoroborate and 18‐crown‐6 (1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane) in ethanol and water solution yielded the title supramolecular salts, C6H6NO2+·ClO4·C12H24O6·2H2O and C6H6NO2+·BF4·C12H24O6·2H2O. Based on their similar crystal symmetries, unit cells and supramolecular assemblies, the salts are essentially isostructural. The asymmetric unit in each structure includes one protonated isonicotinic acid cation and one crown ether molecule, which together give a [(C6H6NO2)(18‐crown‐6)]+ supramolecular cation. N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the protonated N atoms and a single O atom of each crown ether result in the 4‐carboxypyridinium cations `perching' on the 18‐crown‐6 molecules. Further hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the supramolecular cation and both water molecules form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain that propagates along the crystallographic c direction. O—H...O or O—H...F hydrogen bonds between one of the water molecules and the anions fix the anion positions as pendant upon this chain, without further increasing the dimensionality of the supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title compound, [H2bipy](ClO4)2 or C10H10N22+·2ClO4?, was obtained at the interface between an organic (2,2′‐bipyridine in methanol) and an aqueous phase (perchloric acid in water). The compound crystallizes in space group P and comprises discrete diprotonated trans‐bipyridinium cations, [H2bipy]2+, and ClO4? anions. The cations and anions are connected through N—H?O and C—H?O hydrogen bonds [distances N?O 2.817 (4) and 2.852 (4) Å, and C?O 3.225 (6)–3.412 (5)Å]. The C—C bond distance between the two rings is 1.452 (5) Å. The bipyridinium cation has a trans conformation and the N—C—C—N torsion angle is 152.0 (3)°.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C5H4ClNO)2(C4H4N2)(H2O)2](ClO4)2, the Cu atom, which lies on an inversion centre, has an octahedral environment. The pyrazine ligand also lies about an inversion centre and links adjacent Cu atoms into a chain running along the b axis; perchlorate anions occupy the space between the chains, and the chains use the coordinated water molecules to link to the anions, resulting in a hydrogen‐bonded ribbon structure. The donor 5‐chloro‐2‐hydroxypyridine ligand exists in the zwitterionic form, i.e. 5‐chloropyridinium‐2‐olate.  相似文献
