One-dimensional Bi2MoxW1-xO6 (x = 0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.67, and 1) photocatalysts have been successfully synthesized for the first time by a straightforward electrospinning technique with a calcination process. The as-formed Bi2MoxW1-xO6 nanofibers are composed of inter-linked nanosheets of 30–50 nm in size and characterized by thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetric, Fourier transform infrared, Raman spectra, X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscope, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller, transmission electron microscope, UV-Vis spectroscopy, photoluminescence, HPLC, and EIS. The photodegradation behaviors towards organic dyes, including rhodamine B (RhB) and methylene blue (MB) are investigated, and the results illustrate that Bi2Mo0.25W0.75O6 nanofibers exhibit the highest photocatalytic performance under visible light irradiation than Bi2MoxW1-xO6 (x = 0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.67, and 1) samples. The possible mechanisms of the enhanced photocatalytic properties are discussed in detail. 相似文献

Fast oxide-ion conductors La2Mo2-xWxO9 (x = 0–1) have been prepared using mechanochemical activation (MA) of starting oxides in a high-power planetary ball mill. Studies of La2Mo2-xWxO9 genesis and structural properties using thermal analysis, XRD, SEM, IR, and Raman spectroscopy have revealed that MA results in the formation of an amorphous precursor, while the cubic β-phase is formed after calcination at 700–900 °C. Due to a high dispersion of powders, high-density pellets of W-LAMOX ceramics have been obtained already after sintering at 950 °C. Their electrical conductivity measured by the impedance spectroscopy depends on the W concentration being sufficiently high (up to 5.6?10?3 S/cm at 630 °C) at temperatures below 650 °C. 相似文献

The magnetic properties of the binuclear nitrosyl-iron complexes Fe2(SC3H5N2)2(NO)4 are investigated. It is demonstrated that several types of particles, such as dimers with a pair of spins 1/2, dimers with a pair of spins 5/2, and paramagnetic particles with spin 3/2, make a contribution to the magnetic properties of the complexes. A decrease in the temperature below 25 K leads to a change in the shape of the EPR spectra corresponding to these dimers, so that Lorentzian lines (homogeneous broadening) transform into Gaussian lines (inhomogeneous broadening). This is accompanied by a stepwise change in the EPR line width and g factors. The change in the line shape indicates that complexes become asymmetric at low temperatures, possibly, due to the decrease in the spin exchange frequency below the frequency of the microwave field of the spectrometer. 相似文献

Polycrystalline samples of SrFe2/3W1/3O3 (SFWO) ceramic were obtained by solid-phase reactions with subsequent sintering using conventional ceramic technology. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that at room temperature, the SFWO ceramic is single-phase and has a perovskite-type structure with tetragonal symmetry and parameters a = 3.941(9) Å, c = 3.955(6) Å, and c/a = 1.0035. In studying the magnetic properties and the Mössbauer effect in SFWO ceramics, it is found that the material is a ferrimagnet, and the iron ions are only in the valence state of Fe3+. It is suggested that in the temperature range of T = 150–210°C, a smeared phase transition from a cubic (paraelectric) phase to a tetragonal (ferroelectric) phase takes place in SFWO with decreasing temperature. 相似文献

Resistance, magnetization and specific heat measurements were performed on Mo0.63Ru0.37 alloy. All of them confirm that Mo0.63Ru0.37 becomes superconducting at about 7.0 K with bulk nature. Its upper critical field behavior fits to Werthamer-Helfand-Hohenberg (WHH) model quite well, with an upper critical field of μ0Hc2(0) = 8.64 T, less than its Pauli limit. Its electronic specific heat is reproduced by Bardeen-Cooper-Schriffer (BCS)-based α-model with a gap ratio Δ0 = 1.88k B T c , which is a little larger than the standard BCS value of 1.76. We concluded that Mo0.63Ru0.37 is a fully gapped isotropic s-wave superconductor, with its features are mostly consistent with the conventional theory. 相似文献

In this work, we research two series of Mn-substituted bismuth molybdates: Bi26-2xMn2xMo10O69-d and Bi26Mo10-2yMn2yO69-d. The synthesis of powder samples is performed by the conventional solid state technology. Samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and chemical analysis methods, and it is shown that single phase Bi26-2xMn2xMo10O69-d and Bi26Mo10-2yMn2yO69-d complex oxides form up to x = 0.8 and y = 0. We use densitometry, grain size measurements and scanning electron microscopy to study the morphology of ceramic pellets and powders. This issue reveals formation of dense ceramic samples with low porosity (≤3%). High-temperature X-ray diffraction is used to define small deviation of unit cell parameters from their linear dependence on temperature. Measurement of electrical conductivity is made using a.c. impedance spectroscopy method. We observe the decrease of electrical conductivity in Bi26-2xMn2xMo10O69-d series depending on dopant concentration. 相似文献

(μSR) method in the temperature range of 10–300 K. Below the magnetic ordering temperature T
N = 40 K, the loss of the polarization of muons and the effect of the external magnetic field have been observed. Both phenomena
can be explained by an additional channel of the depolarization of muons owing to the appearance of muons in a medium with
a low electron density due to the charge separation process (the redistribution of the electron density in the phase transition
process). The “memory” phenomenon has been revealed in a sample in the external magnetic field; the memory relaxation time

The density of liquid and undercooled BiFeO3 and high-temperature solid, liquid, and undercooled BaTiO3 was measured with an electrostatic levitation furnace. The density was obtained with an ultraviolet-based imaging technique that allowed excellent sample contrast throughout all phases of processing, including at elevated temperatures. Over the 1250- to 1490-K temperature range, the density of liquid BiFeO3 can be expressed as L(T)=6.70×103–1.31(T-Tm)(kgm-3) (±2 per cent) with Tm=1423 K, yielding a volume coefficient of thermal expansion L(T)=1.9×10-4 K-1. For BaTiO3, the density of the solid can be expressed as S(T)=5.04×103–0.21(T-Tm) (Tm=1893 K) over the 1220- to 1893-K range, yielding a volume coefficient of thermal expansion S(T)=4.2×10-5 K-1, whereas that of the liquid can be expressed as L(T)=4.04×103-0.34(T-Tm) over the 1300- to 2025-K range with L(T)=8.4×10-5 K-1. The thin-film photocatalysts TiO2/MoO3 and TiO2/MoO3:V2O5 obtained by a combination of sol–gel and sintering techniques were studied using the photooxidation of probing dyes, EPR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, and electron microscopy. It was shown that due to charge accumulation caused by UV irradiation, these photocatalysts retain their oxidative activity and ability for self-sterilization in the dark for a long time after irradiation was terminated (up to 5 h for TiO2/MoO3:V2O5). 相似文献

Electrodynamic properties of Pb(Fe0.95Sc0.05)2/3W1/3O3 solid solution belonging to A(B'B'')O3 perovskite structural family have been investigated by broadband dielectric spectroscopy in a wave-number range of (4 × 10–9–4 × 103) cm–1 and a temperature range of 100–600 K. The influence of low-frequency relaxations on the vibrational spectrum is determined within the four-parameter factorized dispersion model. The luminescence spectra of single-crystal films and bulk crystals of yttrium-aluminum garnet Y3Al5O12 and Ce3+-activated Y3Al5O12 were investigated. It was shown that the room-temperature luminescence intensity of the Ce3+-free single-crystal Y3Al5O12 film was considerably lower than that of the bulk crystals, while the luminescence intensity of the Ce3+ ions in the Y3Al5O12:Ce films was considerably higher than that one for the corresponding bulk crystal. 相似文献

The optical transmission (OT) spectra of Yb:LaSc3(BO3)4 and Yb:LuYSiO5 laser crystals have been analyzed before and after irradiation from a 60Co source with doses up to 45 Mrad. The OT spectra of the Yb:LuYSiO5 crystal are found to be the same (within the measurement error) before and after irradiation. The irradiation of the 10 at.%Yb:LaSc3(BO3)4 crystal significantly changes its OT spectra in a wide spectral range (330 to 700 nm). A 975-nm laser based on a previously irradiated 4 at.%Yb:LuYSiO5 crystal has exhibited a differential efficiency of 23% under diode pumping. The up-conversion luminescence spectra in the visible range of the crystals under study have been explained. 相似文献

The saturation magnetization, the perpendicular and rotational anisotropy constants, and the coercitivity of Ni75Fe16Cu5Mo4 thin magnetic films produced by rf sputtering are measured in the initial state and after annealing. A relation between the presence of perpendicular anisotropy and the “transcritical” state in the films is established. The influence of different degrees of crystallinity on the magnetic behaviour of heat-treated nanocrystalline Fe76Mo8Cu1B15 alloy has been investigated using a combination of Mössbauer spectrometry and magnetic measurements. The evolution of magnetically active regions and their growth with rising contents of nanocrystals are followed by distributions of hyperfine interactions. Combined electric quadrupole and magnetic dipole interactions corresponding to non-magnetic and magnetic regions inside the amorphous phase, respectively, were revealed. A deterioration of the soft-magnetic properties takes place for the samples exhibiting low fraction of crystallinity. The very good soft-magnetic behaviour is regained for the samples where the primary crystallization process is almost finished. 相似文献

Based on the dielectric continuum phonon model, uniaxialmodel and force balance equation the mobility of two dimensional electrongas in wurtzite AlxGa1-xN/GaN/AlxGa1-xN quantum wells isdiscussed theoretically within the temperature range dominated by opticalphonons. The dependences of the electron mobility on temperature, Al molarfraction and electron sheet density are presented including hydrostaticpressure effect. The built-in electric field is also taken into account. Itis found that under normal pressure the main contribution to the mobility isfrom the scattering of interface optical phonons in narrow (for well widthd < 12 Å) and wide (for d > 117 Å and d > 65 Å for finitelythick barriers and infinitely thick ones, respectively) wells, whereas thatis from the scattering of confined optical phonons in a well with anintermediate width. It is shown that the electron mobility decreases withincreasing Al molar fraction and temperature, whereas increases obviouslywith increasing electron sheet density. The theoretical calculated electronmobility is 978 cm2/V?s which is higher than an available experimentaldata 875 cm2/V?s when x equals to 0.58 at room temperature. Theresults under hydrostatic pressure considering the modification of strainindicate that the mobility increases slightly as hydrostatic pressureincreases from 0 to 10 GPa. 相似文献

It is demonstrated that 50% substitution of vanadium for molybdenum in the pyrochlore lattice of the complex oxide Y2(V x Mo1 ? x )2O7 results in a transition from the spin-glass ground state (at x = 0) to the ferromagnetic state in Y2VMoO7 (a = 10.1645(2) Å, T C = 55 K). The Gd2V0.67Mo1.33O7 compound (a = 10.2862(3) Å) is a ferromagnet with T C (84 K) exceeding that of undoped Gd2MnO2O7. 相似文献
