A miniaturized multi-frequency circularly polarized array is designed in this paper. The antenna array is composed of three independent sub-arrays employing modified quarter-mode substrate ntegrated aveguide (QMSIW) to achieve three circularly polarized frequency bands. By introducing strip-slot, the impedance bandwidth of the antenna array is broadened while the dimension is decreased by 75% to realize miniaturization. Meanwhile, metasurface causes the impedance bandwidth of the sub-array to be further enhanced. Moreover, the metal vias are employed in the antenna array design to further achieve miniaturization. The antenna array is manufactured and measured to verify the design. Both the measured and simulated results display that the array achieves the impedance bandwidths of 10%, 11.7%, and 14.8% and axial ratio bandwidths of 8.8%, 8.0%, and 8.5% at 2.5, 3.5, and 4.8 GHz, respectively. The gain is stable in the operating band within an uncertainty of 0.7 dBi. The whole dimension is 0.92λ×0.63λ×0.04λ, where λ0 is the wavelength at the lowest resonant frequency. Furthermore, the simple structure and miniaturization provides great convenience in sub-6 applications.  相似文献

基于Pancharatnam-Berry相位原理, 设计了一种宽带圆极化反射聚焦超表面并将其应用到提高天线增益中. 首先提出了一种变形十字超表面单元, 在11-16 GHz频带范围内能够实现高效同极化转换, 并基于该单元构建了宽带反射聚焦超表面. 仿真结果表明, 垂直入射的右旋圆极化平面波宽带聚焦效果明显. 然后利用单向阿基米德螺旋天线对超表面进行照射, 其辐射的球面波经超表面反射后得到了近平面波, 有效地提高了天线的增益. 最终对所设计的天线系统进行加工并测试, 结果表明系统的-1 dB增益带宽达到25% (12.5-16 GHz), 在该频带范围内峰值增益均高于19 dBc且轴比小于3 dB. 此外, 在12-15.5 GHz范围内天线口径效率均超过50%.  相似文献

介绍了一种低成本高效率的W波段4×4基片集成波导(SIW)缝隙阵天线。天线阵为双层结构,上层为辐射层,采用宽边纵向偏移缝隙驻波阵,可以实现高的辐射功率,下层为馈电层,采用SIW串联缝隙馈电方式,减小了传统功分网络带来的传输损耗和实现难度。对天线阵进行了优化设计,采用标准低成本PCB工艺制作了天线阵实物样品并进行测试。测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好,天线阵在94 GHz时,最大增益为16.8 dB,反射系数-30.1 dB,-10 dB带宽为92.6~96 GHz,副瓣电平19.5 dB,天线阵口径效率为83%。  相似文献

In this paper, we first propose a metamaterial structure by etching the same two interdigital fingers on the upper ground of quarter mode substrate integrated waveguide(QMSIW). The simulated results show that the proposed QMSIWbased metamaterial has a continuous phase constant changing from negative to positive values within its passband. A periodic leaky-wave antenna(LWA), which consists of 11 QMSIW-based metamaterial unit cells, is designed, fabricated,and measured. The measured results show that the fabricated antenna achieves a continuous beam scanning property from backward-43° to forward +32° over an operating frequencyrange of 8.9 GHz–11.8 GHz with return loss better than 10 d B.The measured antenna gain keeps consistent with the variation of less than 2 d B over the operating frequency range with a maximum gain of 12 d B. Besides, the measured and simulated results are in good agreement with each other, indicating the significance and effectiveness of this method.  相似文献

针对平衡滤波器小型化和高选择的应用需求,提出两种新型的多层双模基片集成波导平衡带通滤波器。首先详细分析了基于平衡端口馈电的双模基片集成波导谐振器的特性;然后根据谐振模式分布特性,设计了一种输入输出馈线同时在上层双模谐振器上的四阶平衡带通滤波器,下层双模谐振器通过十字交叉槽线结构与上层谐振器耦合,可以实现三个传输零点;又提出一种输入和输出馈线分别在上层和下层双模谐振器上的四阶平衡带通滤波器,上层和下层谐振器通过一个槽线进行耦合,可以实现两个对称的传输零点。基于提出的两种平衡滤波器结构,分别设计了一个中心频率为10 GHz的平衡带通滤波器,并进行加工和测试。测试和仿真结果一致性较好,表明了该结构可以实现小型化和高选择,并且具有很好的共模抑制特性。  相似文献

在进行高功率微波(HPM)空中辐射场测量时,由于来波信号极化角度难以确定和受空中平台姿态影响等因素,普通线极化接收天线难以确保极化匹配,天线的极化失配会进一步降低辐射场参数测量的精确性。为了降低极化失配影响,在梯形微带圆极化单元天线分析设计的基础上,采用四阵元依次旋转90°和依次移相馈电的方式组建了一种低轴比微带圆极化阵列天线,该天线采用功分器和移相器作为馈电网络,天线在9.7 GHz实测增益约为9.4 dB,1 dB波束宽度约17.4°,轴比约0.4 dB。应用该圆极化天线可将极化失配引入的不确定度降低到0.2 dB以下,可满足高功率微波空中辐射场的精确测量需求。  相似文献

A wideband high-gain and low-profile metasurface antenna is proposed by analyzing characteristic quantities and parameters in the characteristic modes(CMs). The detailed modal current and modal weighting coefficient are analyzed to explain the broadband operation and high gain. A dominant characteristic mode is well excited, leading to a broadband operation. The mode behaviors of the excitation are changed to suppress the unwanted higher-order modes and improve the radiation performance by changing the widths of two patches. The measured impedance bandwidth for-10 dB is 39.8%(5.3 GHz–7.94 GHz) with a gain of 7.8 dBi–10.04 dBi over the operating bandwidth.  相似文献

提出利用超材料吸波体减缩波导缝隙阵列天线带内雷达散射截面的设计方法. 设计具有超薄(厚度仅为0.01λ, λ为吸波体中心频率对应波长)、无表面损耗层和高吸波率的超材料吸波体, 将其加载到波导缝隙天线E面方向辐射缝隙间的金属表面上, 并与辐射缝隙保持一定的间距. 该加载方式没有破坏天线的口径馈电振幅分布, 并利用超材料吸波体对电磁波的强吸收特性降低了天线阵的结构模式项散射. 仿真和实验结果表明, 加载超材料吸波体后天线阵的反射系数、增益、波瓣宽度保持不变, 在x极化和y极化条件下, 波导缝隙阵列天线的带内雷达散射截面减缩量均在6 dB 以上, 且在-25°-+25°范围内天线雷达散射截面均有明显的减缩, 鼻锥方向减缩超过10 dB. 该研究成果对阵列天线雷达散射截面减缩具有重要的借鉴意义和工程应用价值.  相似文献

基于射线跟踪模型,提出了一种超材料角反射面结构,实现了Fabry-Perot天线增益和口径效率的提升.首先对基于超材料角反射面的Fabry-Perot天线进行了理论推导和分析.然后,设计并分析了双圆极化馈源、基于超材料角反射面的Fabry-Perot天线及其性能.最后,对所提出的Fabry-Perot天线模型进行了制造和测试.结果表明,该天线的左圆极化增益和右圆极化增益分别为21.4 d Bi和21.3 d Bi.相比馈源天线,增益分别提高了16.4 d B和16.3 d B.与传统Fabry-Perot天线相比,所提出超材料角反射面同时充当了反射面和相位校正面,实现了对Fabry-Perot天线边缘电磁波的有效调控.所设计Fabry-Perot天线工作在2.8 GHz频段,具有高增益、高口径效率和低旁瓣的优点,满足了太阳射电望远镜F107指数观测的需求.  相似文献

A simple incident circular polarization Raman optical activity (ICP ROA) spectrometer was constructed by applying the method of circularity conversion. The circular polarization of the incident laser light was modulated between right and left by the insertion of a half‐wave plate and not by using a Pockels cell which is usually used in ICP ROA instruments. On the basis of the concept of the virtual enantiomer (Hug, W. Applied Spectroscopy, 2003, 57, 1), circularity converters were inserted in the optical train, which could effectively compensate the systematic offset. The new instrument successfully attained photon shot‐noise‐limited conditions for all bands except for the very strongly polarized Raman band. The ROA spectra of some standard chiral samples were measured to demonstrate the performance of the spectrometer. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A frequency selective polarization rotator that can rotate the polarization angle of an incident electromagnetic wave at the microwave frequency by 45 is presented. The polarization rotator is based on a two-dimensional periodic array of substrate integrated waveguide cavities, realizing the polarization rotation by coupling the input signal to the output wave through three metallic slots. Two layers of frequency selective surfaces are cascaded by substrate and form the polarization rotator. A vertical slot on the top layer is used to select the horizontal polarization from the incident wave, the vertical and the horizontal slots on the bottom layer are, respectively, used to obtain horizontally and vertically polarized outgoing waves. The two orthogonal outgoing waves are combined to result in the 45~ polarized wave. Both full wave simulation and experimental measurement are carried out, together validating the proposed method.  相似文献

准光共焦波导具有功率容量大、模式密度低的特点,能够有效地减少模式竞争对回旋管互作用的影响,有利于高次谐波太赫兹回旋管的设计.为提高太赫兹准光回旋管的互作用效率,在共焦柱面波导的基础上,研究了一种新型高频互作用结构——双共焦波导结构,设计了一种330 GHz二次谐波双共焦结构回旋管谐振腔并对其进行了理论分析和粒子模拟.研究结果表明,双共焦谐振腔中的高阶模式能够与高次电子回旋谐波发生稳定的相互作用,并且没有模式竞争现象,具备工作在太赫兹波段的潜力.相比普通共焦波导谐振腔,双共焦谐振腔能够增强准光回旋管的注波互作用强度,提高回旋管的输出功率和工作效率.此外,结果还表明双共焦波导中的电磁波模式是一种由两个独立的共焦波导模式叠加而成的混合模式.利用这种混合模式有望实现太赫兹回旋管的单注双频工作,为新型太赫兹辐射源的研究提供了新的途径.  相似文献

针对高性能交叉耦合基片集成波导带通滤波器的应用,提出一种新型负耦合结构,该耦合结构由两个短路耦合线设计实现,并详细分析了其特性,能够实现较弱或较强的负耦合。总结了基于特征多项式的耦合矩阵综合优化方法,并通过两个滤波器的设计进行说明。基于综合得到的两个耦合矩阵,设计了两个中心频率为10 GHz的四阶交叉耦合基片集成波导带通滤波器,第一个滤波器的归一化相对带宽为3%,负耦合结构提供交叉耦合,用于说明该耦合结构提供相对较弱的耦合强度;第二个滤波器的相对带宽为8%,负耦合结构提供主耦合,用于说明该耦合结构提供较强的负耦合强度。为了验证滤波器的实际性能,对这两款滤波器进行了加工和测试。测试和仿真结果一致性较好,表明了该负耦合结构用于高性能交叉耦合基片集成波导滤波器设计的可行性。最后讨论了弱色散交叉耦合对传输零点位置的影响。  相似文献

采用喷墨打印的方法对衬底进行图形化, 结合链取向技术, 实现聚合物混合体Poly(9, 9-dioctylfluorene-co-benzothiadiazole)(F8BT, 主体)和Red F(客体)在指定区域链取向. 利用链取向区域内外的折射率差异, 设计出了各种宽度的薄膜光波导, 使光信号在链取向区域传播. 同时, 这一共混体系中主体的荧光光谱与客体的吸收光谱区域重叠, 可以使有效的能量传递发生, 利用主体向客体的能量传递机理, 使链取向处理后的聚合物混合体实现了红光发射.  相似文献

A novel monolithic integrated chaotic-optical transmitter structure is proposed in this paper. It consists of a distributed feedback laser, a semiconductor optical amplifier, a passive waveguide, and a photonic crystal waveguide. The length of external cavity is shorten to 1.125 mm by the slow light effect in photonic crystal waveguide. The performance of the integrated chaotic-optical transmitter is simulated. A series of dynamic states transiting from steady state, period state, and finally to chaotic laser is obtained. The size and power consumption of the chaotic-optical transmitter are both reduced by introduction of photonic crystal waveguide.  相似文献

基于漏波波导行波天线辐射理论,设计了一种X波段基于漏波波导的高功率微波(HPM)天线。采用微扰法和横向谐振法对天线的辐射特性进行分析,结合数值模拟优化给出了一种基于漏波波导的X波段HPM天线的设计方案。数值模拟表明:该天线在9.6 GHz时增益为26.2 dBi,口径效率大于70%,反射系数小于-20 dB。通过理论分析与数值模拟得到该天线的功率容量大于200 MW,在最大增益点上对ns量级短脉冲的远场响应波形不存在畸变,验证了该天线在HPM条件下使用的可行性。  相似文献
