A five-value memristor model is proposed, it is proved that the model has a typical hysteresis loop by analyzing the relationship between voltage and current. Then, based on the classical Liu–Chen system, a new memristor-based four-dimensional(4D) chaotic system is designed by using the five-value memristor. The trajectory phase diagram, Poincare mapping, bifurcation diagram, and Lyapunov exponent spectrum are drawn by numerical simulation. It is found that, in addition to the general chaos characteristics, the system has some special phenomena, such as hidden homogenous multistabilities, hidden heterogeneous multistabilities, and hidden super-multistabilities. Finally, according to the dimensionless equation of the system, the circuit model of the system is built and simulated. The results are consistent with the numerical simulation results, which proves the physical realizability of the five-value memristor-based chaotic system proposed in this paper.  相似文献

Based on the two-dimensional (2D) discrete Rulkov model that is used to describe neuron dynamics, this paper presents a continuous non-autonomous memristive Rulkov model. The effects of electromagnetic induction and external stimulus are simultaneously considered herein. The electromagnetic induction flow is imitated by the generated current from a flux-controlled memristor and the external stimulus is injected using a sinusoidal current. Thus, the presented model possesses a line equilibrium set evolving over the time. The equilibrium set and their stability distributions are numerically simulated and qualitatively analyzed. Afterwards, numerical simulations are executed to explore the dynamical behaviors associated to the electromagnetic induction, external stimulus, and initial conditions. Interestingly, the initial conditions dependent extreme multistability is elaborately disclosed in the continuous non-autonomous memristive Rulkov model. Furthermore, an analog circuit of the proposed model is implemented, upon which the hardware experiment is executed to verify the numerically simulated extreme multistability. The extreme multistability is numerically revealed and experimentally confirmed in this paper, which can widen the future engineering employment of the Rulkov model.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate the hybrid absorptive-dispersive optical bistability and multistability in a four-level inverted-Y quantum well system inside a unidirectional ring cavity. We find that the coupling field, the pumping field as well as the cycling field can affect the optical bistability and multistability dramatically, which can be used to manipulate efficiently the threshold intensity and the hysteresis loop. The effects of the relative phase and the electronic cooperation parameter on the OB and OM are also studied. Our study is much more practical than its atomic counterpart due to its flexible design and the wide adjustable parameters. Thus, it may provide some new possibilities for technological applications in optoelectronics and solid-state quantum information science.  相似文献

构造了只包含一个非线性项的四维超混沌系统,得到了系统的Lyapunov指数谱、周期轨道、拟周期轨道、混沌和超混沌吸引子.给出了此超混沌系统的电路实现原理图,利用EWB仿真得到了与数值仿真完全相符的动力学行为.同时给出了实现此超混沌系统同步的一种方法,并利用严格数学理论证明了该混沌同步方法.在同步过程中并未删除响应系统的非线性项,理论分析与仿真计算表明同步方法的有效性. 关键词: 四维超混沌系统 非线性项 Lyapunov指数谱  相似文献

We investigated the optical bistability and multistability in an Er3+-doped ZrF4–BaF2–LaF3–AlF3–NaF optical fiber inside an optical ring cavity. It is found that the optical bistability and multistability can be easily controlled via adjusting properly the parameters of the corresponding system. Our scheme may provide some new possibilities for technological applications in optoelectronics and optical-fiber communication.  相似文献

Based on a modified Lorenz system, a relatively simple four-dimensional continuous autonomous hyperchaotic system is proposed by introducing a state feedback controller. The system consists of four coupled first-order ordinary differential equations with three nonlinear cross-product terms. Some dynamical properties of this hyperchaotic system, including equlibria, stability, Lyapunov exponent spectrum and bifurcation, are analysed in detail. Moreover, an electronic circuit diagram is designed for demonstrating the existence of the hyperchaos, and verifying computer simulation results.  相似文献

We provide a theoretical technique to study the occurrence of multistability and normal mode splitting in an optomechanical system driven by a single mode cavity field. For this purpose, we consider the position-dependent mass mechanical resonator (PDMR) which produces the nonlinearity in the system. This shifts the system from monostable to bistable regime and bistable to a multistable regime at different conditions of the nonlinearity. Further, we use the Fourier transform technique to find out the fluctuation in the position of the nano-mechanical resonator and their energy spectrum as well. Moreover, we used the input-output theory to analyze the transmitted field spectrum as well as x and y quadratures spectra of the output field. We explain the effect of the non-linearity on the normal mode splitting of the former and later spectra. In addition, we also explain the normal mode splitting as a function of cavity decay rate and laser power, respectively.  相似文献

对于具有隐藏吸引子的混沌系统,既有文献大多只针对整数阶系统进行分析与控制研究.基于Sprott E系统,构建了仅有一个稳定平衡点的分数阶混沌系统,通过相位图、Poincare映射和功率谱等,分析了该系统的基本动力学特征.结果显示,该系统展现出了丰富而复杂的动力学特性,且通过随阶次变化的分岔图可知,系统在不同阶次下呈现出周期运动、倍周期运动和混沌运动等状态,这些动力学特征对于保密通信等实际工程领域有重要的研究价值.针对该具有隐藏吸引子的分数阶系统,应用分数阶系统有限时间稳定性理论设计控制器,对系统进行有限时间同步控制,并通过数值仿真验证了其有效性.  相似文献

We proposed a new model for controlling the optical bistability(OB) and optical multistability(OM) in a defect slab doped with four-level GaAs/AlGaAs multiple quantum wells with 15 periods of 17.5 nm GaAs wells and 15-nm Al_(0.3)Ga_(0.7)As barriers. The effects of biexciton energy renormalization, exciton spin relaxation, and thickness of the slab on the OB and OM properties of the defect slab were theoretically investigated. We found that the transition from OB to OM or vice versa is possible by adjusting the controllable parameters in a lab. Moreover, the transmission, reflection, and absorption properties of the weak probe light through the slab were also discussed in detail.  相似文献

A novel memristor-based multi-scroll hyperchaotic system is proposed. Based on a voltage-controlled memristor and a modulating sine nonlinear function, a novel method is proposed to generate the multi-scroll hyperchaotic attractors. Firstly, a multi-scroll chaotic system is constructed from a three-dimensional chaotic system by designing a modulating sine nonlinear function. Then, a voltage-controlled memristor is introduced into the above-designed multi-scroll chaotic system. Thus, a memristor-based multi-scroll hyperchaotic system is generated, and this hyperchaotic system can produce various coexisting hyperchaotic attractors with different topological structures. Moreover, different number of scrolls and different topological attractors can be obtained by varying the initial conditions of this system without changing the system parameters. The Lyapunov exponents, bifurcation diagrams and basins of attraction are given to analyze the dynamical characteristics of the multi-scroll hyperchaotic system. Besides, the field programmable gate array (FPGA) based digital implementation of the memristor-based multi-scroll hyperchaotic system is carried out. The experimental results of the FPGA-based digital circuit are displayed on the oscilloscope.  相似文献

In this paper, a new four-dimensional autonomous hyperchaotic system is designed for generating complex chaotic signals. In the design, its parameters are selected according to the requirements for chaos and hyperchaos. The hyperchaotic nature is verified theoretically by using the bifurcation analysis and demonstrated experimentally by the implementation of an analogue electronic circuit. Moreover, the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology is applied to implementing a continuous system in a digital form by using a chip of Altera Cyclone II EP2C35F484C8. The digital sequence generated from the FPGA device is observed in our experimental setup.  相似文献

A novel 3D fractional-order chaotic system is proposed in this paper. And the system equations consist of nine terms including four nonlinearities. It's interesting to see that this new fractional-order chaotic system can generate one-wing, two-wing, three-wing and four-wing attractors by merely varying a single parameter. Moreover, various coexisting attractors with respect to same system parameters and different initial values and the phenomenon of transient chaos are observed in this new system. The complex dynamical properties of the presented fractional-order systems are investigated by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulations including phase portraits, equilibrium stability, bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov exponents, chaos diagram, and so on. Furthermore, the corresponding implementation circuit is designed. The Multisim simulations and the hardware experimental results are well in accordance with numerical simulations of the same system on the Matlab platform, which verifies the correctness and feasibility of this new fractional-order chaotic system.  相似文献

Conservative chaotic flows have better ergodicity, therefore researching dynamics and applications of conservative systems has become a hot topic. We introduce a constant-perturbation into a 5-dimensional(5D) conservative model.Consequently, the line equilibria of original model have been changed to non-equilibrium. Plentiful chaos phenomena such as coexisting conservative flows can be observed in this modified system. In addition, by increasing the magnitude of the disturbance, the conservative system can be transformed to a dissipative system. Then, the modified system is realized by an xc7z020clg400 field programmable gate array(FPGA) chip. The designed chaotic oscillator consumes fewer resources and has high iteration speed. Finally, a pseudo random number generator based on this novel digital oscillator is designed.  相似文献

Based on two modified Rosslor hyperchaotic systems, which are derived from the chaotic Rosslor system by introducing a state feedback controller, this paper proposes a new switched Rosslor hyperchaotic system. The switched system contains two different hyperchaotic systems and can change its behaviour continuously from one to another via a switching function. On the other hand, it presents a systematic method for designing the circuit of realizing the proposed hyperchaotic system. In this design, circuit state equations are written in normalized dimensionless form by rescaling the time variable. Furthermore, an analogous circuit is designed by using the proposed method and built for verifying the new hyperchaos and the design method. Experimental results show a good agreement between numerical simulations and experimental results.  相似文献

Memristor-based chaotic systems with infinite equilibria are interesting because they generate extreme multistability. Their initial state-dependent dynamics can be explained in a reduced-dimension model by converting the incremental integration of the state variables into system parameters. This paper introduces a new four-dimensional (4D) hyperchaotic system, which has only two quadratic nonlinearity parameters but with a complex topological structure. Some complicated dynamical properties are then investigated in detail by using bifurcations, Poincare mapping, LE spectra. Furthermore, a simple fourth-order electronic circuit is designed for hardware implementation of the 4D hyperchaotic attractors. In particular, a remarkable fractional-order circuit diagram is designed for physically verifying the hyperchaotic attractors existing not only in the integer-order system but also in the fractional-order system with an order as low as 3.6.  相似文献

We study the behavior of the optical bistability (OB) and multistability (OM) in a two-level pumped-probe atomic system by means of a unidirectional ring cavity. We show that the optical bistability in a two-level atomic system can be controlled by adjusting the intensity of the pump field and the detuning between two fields. We find that applying the pumping field decreases the threshold of the optical bistability.  相似文献

We find that the frequency detuning of the control field and the electronic cooperation parameter as well as the total decay rates can affect the optical multistability behavior dramatically, which can be used to manipulate efficiently the threshold intensity and the hysteresis loop. The effect of the intensity of the control field on the OM is also studied. Our study is much more practical than its atomic counterpart due to its flexible design and the wide adjustable parameters.
