We report 121Sb nuclear quadrupole resonance(NQR)measurements on kagome superconductor CsV3Sb5 with Tc=2.5 K.121Sb NQR spectra split after a charge density wave(CDW)transition at 94 K,which demonstrates a commensurate CDW state.The coexistence of the high temperature phase and the CDW phase between 91 K and 94 K manifests that it is a first order phase transition.The CDW order exhibits tri-hexagonal deformation with a lateral shift between the adjacent kagome layers,which is consistent with 2×2×2 superlattice modulation.The superconducting state coexists with CDW order and shows a conventional s-wave behavior in the bulk state.  相似文献

The ground-state properties and quantum phase transitions (QPTs) of the one-dimensional bond-alternative XXZ model are investigated by the infinite time-evolving block decimation (iTEBD) method.The bond-alternative effects on its ground-state phase diagram are discussed in detail.Once the bond alternation is taken into account,the antiferromagnetic phase (Δ 1) will be destroyed at a given critical point and change into a disordered phase without nonlocal string order.The QPT is shown to be second-order,and the whole phase diagram is provided.For the ferromagnetic phase region (Δ-1),the critical point r c always equals 1 (independent of Δ),and the QPT for this case is shown to be first-order.The dimerized Heisenberg model is also discussed,and two disordered phases can be distinguished by with or without nonlocal string orders.Both the bipartite entanglement and the fidelity per site,as two kinds of model-independent measures,are capable of describing all the QPTs in such a quantum model.  相似文献

The one-band t–J model captures strong correlations in cuprate high-temperature superconductors. By critical analyses of the order parameter of symmetry breaking, we have researched the phase transitions at high density in D = 2 and D = 3 Gross-Neveu (GN) model and shown that the gap equation obeyed by the dynamical fermion mass has the same effectivenesss as the effective potentials for such analyses of all the second order and some specJal first order phase transitions. In the meantime we also further ironed out a theoretical divergence and proven that in D = 3 GN model a first order phase transition does occur in the case of zero temperature and finite chemical potential.  相似文献

The two dimensions hole-doped t-t '-J-U model was studied based on the Gutzwiller approach and the renormalized mean-field theory.The phase diagrams of gossamer superconductors and the effects of the next-nearestneighbor hopping(t ') on superconductivity and antiferromagnetism based on the t-t '-J-U model were investigated.The results show that the qualitative feature of the phase diagrams in the t-t '-J-U model is the same as in the case of the t-J-U model.The antiferromagnetic order coexists with the d-wave superconductivity(dSC) in the underdoped region below the doping δ≈ 0.1 and is enhanced by the t '.The dSC order is slightly suppressed by t ' in the underdoped region and greatly enhanced in the overdoped region.The dSC order is pushed to a larger doping region and the coexistence region of the AF and dSC extends to higher doping.  相似文献

We prepared the semimetals RAl Si(R = light rare earth), and systematically study their crystal structures and magnetic properties. X-ray diffractions confirm the coexistence of the site-disordered phase with group space of I41/amd and the noncentrosymmetrically ordered phase with space group of I41 md in RAl Si alloy. The ordered phase is the main phase in RAl Si alloy. RAl Si alloys show nonmagnetic character for R = La, low temperature ferromagnetic order for R = Ce, Pr, and paramagnetic character for R = Nd, respectively. Sm Al Si shows metamagnetic transition at 10 K and ferromagnetic order at 143 K, respectively. Sm Al Si follows the van Vleck paramagnetic model in its paramagnetic region. The magnetization curves of RAl Si(R = Ce, Pr, Sm) follow the mixed model of ferromagnetism and paramagnetism, and the fitted saturation moment MSdepends on the moment of trivalent rare earth. The paramagnetic susceptibility χ of RAl Si is going up with increasing the atomic order numbers of rare earth elements. This reveals that the magnetic property of RAl Si originates from the rare earth.  相似文献

The random crystal field(RCF) effects are investigated on the phase diagrams of the mixed-spins 1/2 and 3/2 Blume-Capel(BC) model on the Bethe lattice.The bimodal random crystal field is assumed and the recursion relations are employed for the solution of the model.The system gives only the second-order phase transitions for all values of the crystal fields in the non-random bimodal distribution for given probability.The randomness does not change the order of the phase transitions for higher crystal field values,i.e.,it is always second-order,but it may introduce first-order phase transitions at lower negative crystal field values for the probability in the range about 0.20 and 0.45,which is only the second-order for the non-random case in this range.Thus our work claims that randomness may be used to induce first-order phase transitions at lower negative crystal field values at lower probabilities.  相似文献

The thermodynamics and the phase diagram of random field Ising model (RFIM) on Bethe lattice are studied by using a replica trick. This lattice is placed in an external magnetic field (B). A Gaussian distribution of random field (hi) with zero mean and variance hi2 = HR2F is considered. The free-energy (F ), the magnetization (M) and the order parameter (q) are investigated for several values of coordination number (z). The phase diagram shows several interesting behaviours and presents tricritical point at critical temperature TC = J/k and when HRF = 0 for finite z. The free-energy (F) values increase as T increases for different intensities of random field (HRF) and finite z. The internal energy (U) has a similar behaviour to that obtained from the Monte Carlo simulations. The ground state of magnetization decreases as the intensity of random field HRF increases. The ferromagnetic (FM)-paramagnetic (PM) phase boundary is clearly observed only when z →∞. While FM-PM-spin glass (SG) phase boundaries are present for finite z. The magnetic susceptibility (χ) shows a sharp cusp at TC in a small random field for finite z and rounded different peaks on increasing HRF.  相似文献

A general research on chiral symmetry restoring phase transitions at zero temperature and finite chemical potentials under electrical neutrality condition has been conducted in a Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model to describe twoflavor normal quark matter. Depending on whether mo/A, the ratio of dynamical quark mass in vacuum and the 3D momentum cutoff in the loop integrals, is less or greater than 0.413, the phase transition will be of the second or first order. A complete phase diagram of u quark chemical potential versus mo is given. With the electrical neutrality constraint, the region where the second order phase transition happens will be wider than the one without electrical neutrality limitation. The results also show that, for the value of m0/∧ from QCD phenomenology, the phase transition must be of the first order.  相似文献

High density phase transitions in a 4-dimensional Nambu-dona-Lasinio model containing a single symmetry breaking order parameter coming from the fermion-antifermion condensates are researched and expounded by means of both the gap equation and the effective potential approach. The phase transitions are proven to be second-order at a high temperature T; however at T = 0 they are first- or second-order, depending on whether A/m(0), the ratio of the momentum cutoff A in the fermion-loop integrals to the dynamical fermion mass m(0) at zero temperature, is lessthan 3.387 or not. The former condition cannot be satisfied in some models. The discussions further show complete effectiveness of the critical analysis based on the gap equation for second order phase transitions including determination of the condition of their occurrence.  相似文献

提出基于混合束模型的相对生物学效应(RBE)加权剂量鲁棒优化方法,用于减少碳离子束射程和摆位偏差对生物剂量分布的影响。建立概率组合鲁棒优化模型,利用二次型目标函数表达式,分别制定针对物理吸收剂量和RBE加权剂量的碳离子束治疗计划,并基于共轭梯度优化算法求解出各自最优的权重解,使得靶区和危及器官(OAR)实际剂量分布在射程和摆位偏差组合情况下尽量满足剂量要求。采用C型靶模型测试鲁棒优化方法的有效性。与基于计划靶区(PTV)的常规优化方法相比,针对物理吸收剂量的鲁棒优化计划临床靶区(CTV)的$ \Delta {D}_{95{\text{%}} } $减少10.00 cGy,OAR的$ \Delta {D}_{5{\text{%}} } $$ \Delta {D}_{\mathrm{m}\mathrm{a}\mathrm{x}} $分别减少21.50和35.97 cGy,计划的鲁棒性得到了很好的提升。针对RBE加权剂量的鲁棒优化计划CTV的$ \Delta {D}_{95{\text{%}} } $降低14.00 cGy(RBE),OAR的$ \Delta {D}_{5{\text{%}} } $$ \Delta {D}_{\mathrm{m}\mathrm{a}\mathrm{x}} $分别减少19.00和26.28 cGy(RBE),说明该方法不仅减少了CTV的生物剂量变化,也减少了OAR的生物剂量热点。该结果证明了基于混合束模型的RBE加权剂量鲁棒优化方法在有效提高碳离子放疗计划鲁棒性的同时使OAR也得到了很好的保护。  相似文献

本工作研究了双重味重子的理想混合角。理想混合角是将$^{2S+1}(l_\lambda)_J$态转换为具有确定重夸克对称性的态时所对应的旋转角度。在标准的$\rho-\lambda$图像下,求得了$L_\rho=0$情形时重夸克对称性的态$\left(J, j_\ell\right)$$\left(J, s_{\rm q}+j_\rho\right)= $$ \left(J, \{^4l_\lambda/^2l_\lambda\}\right)$态之间的理想混合角,其中${\boldsymbol{j}}_\ell={\boldsymbol{l}}_\lambda+{\boldsymbol{s}}_{\rm q}$, ${\boldsymbol{s}}_\rho={\boldsymbol{s}}_{\rm Q1}+{\boldsymbol{s}}_{\rm Q2}$${\boldsymbol{j}}_\rho={\boldsymbol{s}}_\rho+{\boldsymbol{L}}_\rho$。本工作指出当研究双重味重子的衰变性质时,需要采用$(1S1p)1/2^-$$(1S1p)3/2^-$等理想混合态。  相似文献

回顾了最近关于手征平滑过渡温度和手征相变温度的研究结果。首先给出了在零重子化学势能下的手征平滑过渡温度为156.5(1.5) MeV,其次,给出了在非零重子化学势能下手征相转变曲线的二阶及四阶曲率分别为0.012(4)和0.000(4)。接着讨论了在格点QCD中第一次得到的量子色动力学的手征相变温度。在热力学极限、连续极限及手征极限下,我们得到手征相变温度为132$^{+3}_{-6}$ MeV。  相似文献

锕系核的转动性质对于揭示$A \approx 250 $质量区原子核的顺排机制、对关联性质、能级结构等十分重要,研究这些核的高自旋结构一方面可以对现有的理论模型进行检验,另一方面有助于深入认识超重核。本工作采用基于推转壳模型的粒子数守恒方法研究了实验上观测到的$^{235}{\rm{Np}}$$^{237}{\rm{Np}}$中转动带的性质,计算得到的转动惯量、角动量顺排等与实验符合。首先,通过描述转动谱的$ab$公式确定了$^{235}{\rm{Np}}$中观测到的转动带的带头自旋。随后,通过对比理论与实验上的转动惯量,确定了其组态为$\pi 5/2^-[523]$。此外,也讨论了高阶形变$\varepsilon_6^{}$对中子$j_{15/2}^{}$顺排的作用,探索了在计算中出现而在实验上未观测到中子$j_{15/2}^{}$顺排的原因,从而解释了$^{235, 237}{\rm{Np}}$的转动带中产生上弯的机制。最后,还讨论了$^{237}{\rm{Np}}$的转动带$\pi 5/2^-[523]$中出现旋称劈裂的原因,发现可能是由于这个转动带的两个旋称分支上弯以后高阶形变$\varepsilon_6^{}$不同所导致的。  相似文献

在等效质量模型框架下,考虑线性禁闭和一阶微扰相互作用的贡献并通过拟合$ \mathrm{p} $$ \mathrm{n}$$\Lambda$$ \Delta $的质量来得到模型参数。发现,等效质量模型能够较好地给出符合实验的重子质量谱。而禁闭强度$D$、强耦合常数$\alpha_{\rm{s}}$以及夸克质量因子$f$与微扰强度$C$之间都存在关联,并能够很好地用解析公式逼近。除此之外,单胶子交换相互作用的色磁部分在重子质量谱中起着重要作用,从而使自旋$J=1/2$和3/2的重子之间的质量差最高达到300 MeV。为了更好地描述超子质量,对于包含奇异夸克的一对夸克间的相互作用我们进一步采用不同的强耦合常数,其具体的模型参数通过拟合$ \Sigma $$ \Xi $的质量得到。基于本工作得到的等效质量模型参数组,能够更好地描述$ \mathrm{ud}$夸克物质团、奇异子以及致密星。  相似文献

A novel high precision method measures the b-quark forward-backward asymmetry at the Z pole on a sample of 3,560,890 hadronic events collected with the DELPHI detector in 1992 to 2000. An enhanced impact parameter tag provides a high purity b sample. For event hemispheres with a reconstructed secondary vertex the charge of the corresponding quark or anti-quark is determined using a neural network which combines in an optimal way the full available charge information from the vertex charge, the jet charge and from identified leptons and hadrons. The probability of correctly identifying b-quarks and anti-quarks is measured on the data themselves comparing the rates of double hemisphere tagged like-sign and unlike-sign events. The b-quark forward-backward asymmetry is determined from the differential asymmetry, taking small corrections due to hemisphere correlations and background contributions into account. In this work we study the semileptonic decay of ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {l}^{+}{l}^{-}$ (l=e, μ, τ) with the QCD sum rule method. We calculate the ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi $ translation form factors relevant to this semileptonic decay, then the branching ratios of ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {l}^{+}{l}^{-}$ (l=e, μ, τ) decays are calculated with the form factors obtained here. Our result for the branching ratio of ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {\mu }^{+}{\mu }^{-}$ agree very well with the recent experimental data. For the unmeasured decay modes such as ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {e}^{+}{e}^{-}$ and ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {\tau }^{+}{\tau }^{-}$, we give theoretical predictions.  相似文献

锦屏深地核天体物理(JUNA)实验项目将利用中国锦屏深地实验室(CJPL)的良好条件,在天体物理伽莫夫能量窗口开展核天体关键反应$^{25}{\rm{Mg}}({\rm{p}},{\rm{\gamma}})^{26}{\rm{Al}}$$^{19}{\rm{F}}({\rm{p}},\alpha)^{16}{\rm{O}}$$^{13}{\rm{C}}(\alpha, {\rm{n}})^{16}{\rm{O}}$$^{12}{\rm{C}}(\alpha,{\rm{\gamma}})^{16}{\rm{O}}$的直接测量,为理解恒星演化和元素起源提供新的数据。目前,已经在地面上对加速器装置、束流稳定性、靶、探测器以及电子学进行了系统的测试。地面实验内容包括高纯锗探测器效率刻度,$^{25}{\rm{Mg}}({\rm{p}}, {\rm{\gamma}})^{26}{\rm{Al}}$在304 keV的共振强度测量,$^{19}{\rm{F}}({\rm{p}}, \alpha)^{16}{\rm{O}}$的截面测量,聚乙烯作为慢化体的中子探测器的设计、加工和效率刻度,靶的设计和稳定性检测等。JUNA项目整体进展顺利,地面实验已取得一系列关键进展和初步成果。在不远的将来,JUNA项目将有序开展地下实验,完成设定目标,也将促进更广泛的国际合作,助力于天体演化中的若干重大科学问题的解决。  相似文献
