反向流动注射抑制化学发光法测定尿酸   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
基于尿酸抑制磷钼钒杂多酸氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,结合流动注射分析技术,提出了一种测定尿酸的方法。尿酸在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4g·ml-1范围内与化学发光分析信号呈线性关系;检出限为4×10-8g·ml-1;对5.0×10-6g·ml-1的尿酸进行11次连续测定,相对标准偏差为1.2%。方法可应用于尿液中尿酸的测定。  相似文献

基于吡哌酸对Ce(Ⅳ) SO2-3化学发光体系有较强的增敏作用,结合流动注射分析技术,提出了吡哌酸的化学发光测定法。方法选择性好、灵敏度高。吡哌酸在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5g·ml-1浓度范围内与化学发光分析信号呈线性关系,其检出限为4×10-8g·ml-1。对5.0×10-6g·ml-1的吡哌酸进行11次连续测定,相对标准偏差为2.5%。方法已成功地应用于片剂中吡哌酸含量的测定。  相似文献

NBSM-荧光素体系流动注射化学发光法测定盐酸二甲双胍   总被引:4,自引:4,他引:4  
在碱性条件下,N 溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBSM)氧化盐酸二甲双胍,体系中荧光素作为能量转移剂,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)的增敏作用下产生化学发光。基于此,结合流动注射技术,首次建立了测定盐酸二甲双胍的化学发光分析法,详细研究了影响化学发光强度的因素,并探讨了化学发光可能的机理。化学发光信号的增加值ΔI与盐酸二甲双胍浓度在7×10-8~1×10-5g·ml-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3σ)为2.4×10-8g·ml-1,对9×10-8g·ml-1盐酸二甲双胍进行了11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.8%。将方法用于盐酸二甲双胍片剂中盐酸二甲双胍的定量分析,结果满意。  相似文献

基于叔丁基茴香醚(BHA)与2,6 二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)与铬(Ⅵ)的还原反应,产生的铬(Ⅲ)催化Luminol(鲁米诺) 过氧化氢化学发光体系的研究,结合流动注射技术,建立了一种高灵敏度的快速测定BHA与BHT的新方法。方法的线性范围为2.0×10-9~4.0×10-5g·ml-1和2.8×10-9~1.0×10-5g·ml-1,检出限为6.0×10-10g·ml-1和8.0×10-10g·ml-1,相对标准偏差为1.2%和1.4%(1.0×10-7g·ml-1BHA和BHT,n=11)。方法应用于食品中痕量BHA和BHT的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

基于发现在强碱性介质维生素 B1对电生BrO-氧化Luminol的强化学发光有很强的抑制作用, 将在线恒电流电解产生BrO-与流动注射技术结合,建立了流动注射电化学发光测定维生素B1的新方法.该方法测定维生素B1的线性范围为1.0×10-8~6.0×10-6g·ml-1,检出限为3.2×10-9g·ml-1,相对标准偏差为1.2%(n=11).该法具有灵敏度高,可控性强等优点,用于片剂中的维生素B1含量测定,结果满意.  相似文献

基于鲁米诺在碱性条件下可以被H2O2氧化产生化学发光,利福平对此化学发光具有增敏作用这一现象,结合流动注射技术建立了一种直接测定利福平的流动注射化学发光新方法.该方法的线性范围在1.0×10-6~2.0×10-8g·mL-1,检出限为3.0×10-9g·mL-1,对5.0×10-7g·mL-1的利福平连续进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.0%.该法已成功测定了利福平胶囊及眼药水中利福平的含量.  相似文献

探讨实现结晶紫-KIO4-NTA-Mn2+体系的流动注射催化吸光光度测定痕量锰的条件,方法的检出限为3×10-4μg·ml-1,线性范围0~8×10-3μg·ml-1。采用停流法测定人发中锰的结果与石墨炉原予吸收法相近,回收率为102%,RSD为4.2%(n=6),采样速率为10次·h-1。  相似文献

基于在碱性介质中,白藜芦醇对I-增强N-氯代丁二酰亚胺-鲁米诺化学发光体系的阻抑作用,建立了测定白藜芦醇的流动注射化学发光分析新方法.优化了流动注射化学发光的分析条件和探讨了反应的可能机理.测定白藜芦醇的线性响应质量浓度范围为2.5×10-9~8.0×10-8g·mL-1,检出限为6.3×10-10g·mL-1,用5.0×10-8g·mL-1的白藜芦醇标准溶液进行11次测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%.应用本法测定了虎杖、葡萄酒、葡萄皮样品中的白藜芦醇含量,结果满意.  相似文献

采用一阶导数紫外吸光光度法在 pH≤ 7时直接同时测定苯酚和对苯二酚。苯酚和对苯二酚的摩尔吸光系数分别为 5 .0× 10 4 和 4 .2× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,较基本光谱分别提高 34倍和19倍。检出限均为 0 .0 4 μg·ml- 1。对模拟合成样品进行分析 ,苯酚和对苯二酚的相对标准偏差分别≤ 1.18%和≤ 1.74 ,结果良好  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of 2-carbonyl-substituted 2H-azirines with ethyl 2-cyano-2-diazoacetate or 2-diazo-3,3,3-trifluoropropionate provides an easy access to 2H-1,3-oxazines and 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ones. These compounds can be selectively prepared from the same starting material using temperature as the only varied parameter. The 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, a common precursor for both heterocyclic products, isomerizes into 2H-1,3-oxazine under kinetic control, while 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one is the sole product of the reaction at elevated temperatures. According to DFT-calculations a one-atom oxazine ring contraction involving ring-opening to a 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, followed by a 1,5- and 1,2-prototropic shift leads to the consecutive formation of imidoylketene and azomethine ylide, which then further undergo cyclization to the pyrrole derivative.  相似文献
