结合粒子群最小二乘支持向量机(PSO-LSSVM)与偏最小二乘法(PLS)提出一种基于气相色谱技术的新方法,对芝麻油进行真伪鉴别,并对掺伪品中掺假比例进行定量分析。采用主成分分析法(PCA)对857个样本的脂肪酸色谱数据进行分析,优选主成分作为最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)的输入向量。利用粒子群算法(PSO)优化LSSVM,构建芝麻油掺伪鉴别的两级分类模型,同时运用PLS建立掺伪芝麻油中掺伪油脂的定量校正模型,两级分类模型的准确率分别达到了100%和98.7%,定量分析模型的平均预测标准偏差(RMSEP)为3.91%。结果表明,本方法的鉴别准确性和模型泛化能力均优于经典的BP神经网络和支持向量机(SVM),可用于食用油脂加工和流通环节的质量控制,为食用油质量的准确鉴定提供了一条有效途径。  相似文献

采用电喷雾离子迁移谱法(IMS),建立了保健食品中12种降糖类化学药物盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸苯乙双胍、甲苯磺丁脲、格列本脲、格列美脲、格列喹酮、格列吡嗪、格列齐特、盐酸罗格列酮、盐酸吡格列酮、瑞格列奈、那格列萘的快速筛查方法。考察了离子源电压、迁移管电压和迁移管温度对降糖类化学药品迁移时间和信号强度的影响,最终条件设定为:离子源电压2.5kV,迁移管电压7.0kV,进样口温度180℃,迁移管温度180℃,谱图叠加次数10,分析时间30s,采集谱图时长25ms。为保证迁移时间稳定,采用色氨酸作为校准物质进行迁移时间校正,同时进行长期稳定性考察。结果表明12种降糖药物的迁移时间在7.977~17.153ms之间,检出限在0.02~8μg·mL-1之间,在4个月内迁移时间的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%。16个保健食品样品用该方法进行检测,其中有6个样品检出二甲双胍,检出苯乙双胍的样品有7个,同时检出苯乙双胍和二甲双胍的样品有1个。该方法可用于建立保健食品中非法添加药品的IMS迁移时间数据库,并用于其快速筛查。  相似文献

将最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)用于近红外(NIR)光谱分析,建立一种新型的NIR光谱快速鉴别方法。以丹参药材道地性鉴别为例,对其NIR漫反射光谱进行主成分分析后,运用LSSVM法建立NIR光谱非线性分类模型,对丹参药材道地性进行快速鉴别。将本方法与经典SVM和BP神经网络法相比较,结果表明,本法判别准确率高,计算时间少,可推广应用于中药等天然产物质量快速鉴别。  相似文献

近年来,果汁掺伪问题日益突出。作为一种新型的实时鉴别方法,智能手术刀(IKnife)与快速蒸发电离质谱(REIMS)联用技术无需样品前处理即可解决这一问题。该文采用代谢组学指纹识别技术建立橙汁、苹果汁和葡萄汁的实时鉴别方法,并对其掺假水平进行预测。主成分分析-线性判别分析联用法建立的判别模型能够区分不同类型的果汁,排除20%交叉验证法的正确率为97.28%,未知样品实时鉴别正确率高达100%。筛选出不同果汁中的标志物,并对部分化合物进行鉴定。结果表明,此方法能够成功区分掺有10%-50%苹果汁和葡萄汁的橙汁。通过对比分析REIMS单极质谱和串联质谱(REIMS/MS)的检测结果,两种方法建立的偏最小二乘分析模型均能准确预测掺假水平(所有模型的R 2和Q 2均大于0.82)。与传统的REIMS方法相比,REIMS/MS的预测值更加精确。  相似文献

采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结合簇类独立软模式识别技术(SIMCA)建立了真伪食用油的快速鉴别方法. 该方法依据FTIR 的指纹特性, 收集并分析了53 个合格食用油和13 个伪造食用油的FTIR 谱图; 通过对谱图取二阶导数和标准化处理, 主成分分析(PCA)提取特征变量; 采用SIMCA 方法分别随机选取43 个合格食用油和9 个伪食用油样品的FTIR 谱图组成训练集, 构建得到真伪食用油的SIMCA 分类模型. 该模型经过剩余10 个合格食用油和4 个伪食用油的验证, 正确识别率达到了100%. 说明FTIR 结合SIMCA 可能成为快速鉴别食用油真伪的一种新方法.  相似文献

针对人类和非人类血液种属鉴别对无损、 高效分析方法的需求, 结合随机森林(Random Forest)和AdaBoost(Adaptive Boosting Algorithm)算法, 提出了一种血液种属鉴别方法(RF_AdaBoost). 该方法将RF作为AdaBoost的弱分类器, 以达到提高模型鉴别准确度, 增强模型鲁棒性的目的. 采用RF、 支持向量机(SVM)、 极限学习机(ELM)、 核极限学习机(KELM)、 堆栈自编码网络(SAE)、 反向传播网络(BP)、 主成分分析-线性判别法(PCA-LDA)及偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)与RF_AdaBoost模型进行对比, 以不同规模血液拉曼光谱数据训练集进行鉴别实验评估其性能. 结果表明, 随着训练样本的增加, RF_AdaBoost鉴别准确度最高达100%, 预测标准偏差趋于0. 与其它模型相比, RF_AdaBoost具有较高的分类准确度及较强的稳定性, 为血液种属的鉴别工作提供了新方法.  相似文献

偏最小二乘法在红外光谱识别茶叶中的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用漫反射傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法结合主成分分析(PCA)、偏最小二乘法(PLS)、簇类的独立软模式(SIMCA)识别法对十三种茶叶进行了分类判别研究。研究结果表明,通过多元散射校正(MSC)对原始光谱进行预处理,可以提高模式识别技术的分类判别效果。在此基础上,选取1 900~900 cm-1波长范围内的茶叶红外光谱建立识别模型,三种方法都得到了满意的分类判别效果。在对检验集中全部130个样本的判别中,PCA仅有两类样本无法判别,SIMCA的识别率和拒绝率都在90%以上,而PLS的识别效果最佳,全部样本都得到了正确的归类。这一研究结果表明傅立叶变换红外光谱法与化学计量学方法相结合可以实现茶叶品种的快速鉴别,这为茶叶的客观评审提供了一种新思路。  相似文献

采用静态顶空-气相色谱质谱联用技术对7种食用植物油(菜籽油、大豆油、花生油、棉籽油、玉米油、芝麻油、棕榈油)中易挥发成分进行了采集,应用化学计量学分析方法对各油种间易挥发成分的差异进行了评价。通过主成份分析、偏最小二乘判别分析等方法,建立了分类预测模型,分类模型训练和模型验证准确率均为100%,鉴定出了每种植物油的主要标志化合物,为建立植物油类别分析提供了强有力的手段。实验证明,根据植物油挥发性物质对不同种类的植物油进行分类和判别是可行的。  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
