The dinuclear mixed-valent complex [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC(2)Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)](+)[(eta2-MeC5H4)3Mn](-)[1](+)[2]- (dmpe=1,2-bis(dimethylphosphanyl)ethane) was prepared by the reaction of [Mn(MeC5H4)2] with dmpe and Me(3)SnC[triple chemical bond]CSnMe3. The reactions of [1](+)[2]- with K[PF6] and Na[BPh4] yielded the corresponding anion metathesis products [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)][PF6] ([1][PF6]) and [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)][BPh4] ([1][BPh4]). These mixed-valent species can be reduced to the neutral form by reaction with Na/Hg. The obtained complex [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)] (1) displays a triplet/singlet spin equilibrium in solution and in the solid state, which was additionally studied by DFT calculations. The diamagnetic dicationic species [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)][PF6]2 ([1][PF6]2) was obtained by oxidizing the mixed-valent complex [1][PF6] with one equivalent of [Fe(C5H5)2][PF6]. Both redox processes are fully reversible. The dinuclear compounds were characterized by NMR, IR, UV-visible, and Raman spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and magnetic susceptibility measurements. X-ray diffraction studies were performed on [1][2], [1][PF6], [1][BPh4], and [1][PF6]2.  相似文献

The reactions of ammonia, pyridine (py), N-methyl imidazole (N-MeIm), tetrahydrothiophene (tht), and piperidine (pip) with Re(CO) 3(H 2O) 3 (+), 1 ( + ), were investigated employing aqueous conditions under atmospheric dioxygen. The reaction of [ 1]Br in aqueous ammonia led to [Re(CO) 3(NH 3) 3]Br ([ 2]Br) as the only product isolated. For the aqueous reactions of [ 1]Br with py, N-MeIm, and tht, mixtures of products are formed because of competition between the bromide and added ligand, even when the ligand is present in excess. Substitution of the PF 6 (-) anion for Br (-) leads to the clean formation of [Re(CO) 3L 3][PF 6] ([ 3][PF 6]-[ 5][PF 6]) for py, N-MeIm, and tht, respectively, as the only products observed. Reaction of [ 1][PF 6] with pip produces the dimeric species, (pip)(CO) 3Re(micro-OH) 2Re(CO) 3(pip), 6. Reactions of [ 1]Br were also performed in methanol for comparison purposes. The reaction with pip in this solvent led to the analogous dimer, (pip)(CO) 3Re(micro-OMe) 2Re(CO) 3(pip), 7; however, reactions with py, N-MeIm, and tht gave Re(CO) 3L 2Br, 8- 10, respectively, as the only products. The crystal structures of compounds [ 2]Br- 10 are reported.  相似文献

We present in this work the first molecular simulation study of an enzyme, the serine protease cutinase from Fusarium solani pisi, in two ionic liquids (ILs): 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM][PF6]) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium nitrate ([BMIM][NO(3)]). We tested different water contents in these ILs at room temperature (298 K) and high temperature (343 K), and we observe that the enzyme structure is highly dependent on the amount of water present in the IL media. We show that the enzyme is preferentially stabilized in [BMIM][PF6] at 5-10% (w/w) (weight of water over protein) water content at room temperature. [BMIM][PF6] renders a more nativelike enzyme structure at the same water content of 5-10% (w/w) as previously found for hexane, and the system displays a similar bell-shape-like dependence with the water content in the IL media. [BMIM][PF6] is shown to increase significantly the protein thermostability at high temperatures, especially at low hydration. Our analysis indicates that the enzyme is less stabilized in [BMIM][NO(3)] relative to [BMIM][PF6] at both temperatures, most likely due to the strong affinity of the [NO(3)]- anion toward the protein main chain. These findings are in accordance with the experimental knowledge for these two ionic liquids. We also show that these ILs "strip off" most of the water from the enzyme surface in a degree similar to that found for polar organic solvents such as acetonitrile, and that the remaining waters at the enzyme surface are organized in many small clusters.  相似文献

The symmetrically ligated complexes 1, 2, and 3 with a (mu-oxo)bis(mu-acetato)diferric core can be one-electron oxidized electrochemically or chemically with aminyl radical cations [*NR3][SbCl6] in acetonitrile yielding complexes which contain the mixed-valent [(mu-oxo)bis(mu-acetato)iron(IV)iron(III)]3+ core: [([9]aneN3)(2FeIII2)(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2](ClO4)2 (1(ClO4)2), [(Me3[9]aneN3)(2FeIII2)(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2](PF6)2 (2(PF6)(2)), and [(tpb)(2FeIII2)(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2] (3) where ([9]aneN3) is the neutral triamine 1,4,7-triazacyclononane and (Me3[9]aneN3) is its tris-N-methylated derivative, and (tpb)(-) is the monoanion trispyrazolylborate. The asymmetrically ligated complex [(Me3[9]aneN3)FeIII(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2FeIII(tpb)](PF6) (4(PF6)) and its one-electron oxidized form [4ox]2+ have also been prepared. Finally, the known heterodinuclear species [(Me3[9]aneN3)CrIII(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2Fe([9]aneN3)](PF6)2 (5(PF6)(2)) can also be one-electron oxidized yielding [5ox]3+ containing an iron(IV) ion. The structure of 4(PF6).0.5CH3CN.0.25(C2H5)2O has been determined by X-ray crystallography and that of [5ox]2+ by Fe K-edge EXAFS-spectroscopy (Fe(IV)-O(oxo): 1.69(1) A; Fe(IV)-O(carboxylato) 1.93(3) A, Fe(IV)-N 2.00(2) A) contrasting the data for 5 (Fe(III)-O(oxo) 1.80 A; Fe(III)-O(carboxylato) 2.05 A, Fe-N 2.20 A). [5ox]2+ has an St = 1/2 ground state whereas all complexes containing the mixed-valent [FeIV(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2FeIII]3+ core have an St = 3/2 ground state. M?ssbauer spectra of the oxidized forms of complexes clearly show the presence of low spin FeIV ions (isomer shift approximately 0.02 mm s(-1), quadrupole splitting approximately 1.4 mm s(-1) at 80 K), whereas the high spin FeIII ion exhibits delta approximately 0.46 mm s(-1) and DeltaE(Q) approximately 0.5 mm s(-1). M?ssbauer, EPR spectral and structural parameters have been calculated by density functional theoretical methods at the BP86 and B3LYP levels. The exchange coupling constant, J, for diiron complexes with the mixed-valent FeIV-FeIII core (H = -2J S1.S2; S(1) = 5/2; S2 = 1) has been calculated to be -88 cm(-1) (intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling) and for the reduced diferric form of -75 cm(-1) in reasonable agreement with experiment (J = -120 cm(-1)).  相似文献

The complexes [(H3N)5Ru(II)(mu-NC)Mn(I)Lx]2+, prepared from [Ru(OH2)(NH3)5]2+ and [Mn(CN)L(x)] {L(x) = trans-(CO)2{P(OPh)3}(dppm); cis-(CO)2(PR3)(dppm), R = OEt or OPh; (PR3)(NO)(eta-C5H4Me), R = Ph or OPh}, undergo two sequential one-electron oxidations, the first at the ruthenium centre to give [(H3N)5Ru(III)(mu-NC)Mn(I)Lx]3+; the osmium(III) analogues [(H3N)5Os(III)(mu-NC)Mn(I)Lx]3+ were prepared directly from [Os(NH3)5(O3SCF3)]2+ and [Mn(CN)Lx]. Cyclic voltammetry and electronic spectroscopy show that the strong solvatochromism of the trications depends on the hydrogen-bond accepting properties of the solvent. Extensive hydrogen bonding is also observed in the crystal structures of [(H3N)5Ru(III)(mu-NC)Mn(I)(PPh3)(NO)(eta-C5H4Me)][PF6]3.2Me2CO.1.5Et2O, [(H3N)5Ru(III)(mu-NC)Mn(I)(CO)(dppm)2-trans][PF6]3.5Me2CO and [(H3N)5Ru(III)(mu-NC)Mn(I)(CO)2{P(OEt)3}(dppm)-trans][PF6]3.4Me2CO, between the amine groups (the H-bond donors) at the Ru(III) site and the oxygen atoms of solvent molecules or the fluorine atoms of the [PF6]- counterions (the H-bond acceptors).  相似文献

The photochemistry and photophysics of the cationic molecular dyad, 5-{4-[rhenium(I)tricarbonylpicoline-4-methyl-2,2'-bipyridine-4'-carboxyamidyl]phenyl}-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrinatopalladium(II) ([Re(CO)(3)(Pic)Bpy-PdTPP][PF(6)]) have been investigated. The single crystal X-ray structure for the thiocyanate analogue, [Re(CO)(3)(NCS)Bpy-PdTPP], exhibits torsion angles of 69.1(9)°, 178.1(7)°, and 156.8(9)° between porphyrin plane, porphyrin-linked C(6)H(4) group, amide moiety, and Bpy, respectively. Steady-state photoexcitation (λ(ex) = 520 nm) of [Re(CO)(3)(Pic)Bpy-PdTPP][PF(6)] in dimethylformamide (DMF) results in substitution of Pic by bromide at the Re(I)Bpy core. When [Re(CO)(3)(Pic)Bpy-PdTPP][PF(6)] is employed as a photocatalyst for the reduction of CO(2) to CO in DMF/NEt(3) solution with λ(ex) > 420 nm, 2 turnovers (TNs) CO are formed after 4 h. If instead, a two-component mixture of PdTPP sensitizer and mononuclear [Re(CO)(3)(Pic)Bpy][PF(6)] catalyst is used, 3 TNs CO are formed. In each experiment however, CO only forms after a slight induction period and during the concurrent photoreduction of the sensitizer to a Pd(II) chlorin species. Palladium(II) meso-tetraphenylchlorin, the hydrogenated porphyrin analogue of PdTPP, has been synthesized independently and can be substituted for PdTPP in the two-component system with [Re(CO)(3)(Pic)Bpy][PF(6)], forming 9 TNs CO. An intramolecular electron transfer process for the dyad is supported by cyclic voltammetry and steady-state emission studies, from which the free energy change was calculated to be ΔG(ox)* = -0.08 eV. Electron transfer from Pd(II) porphyrin to Re(I) tricarbonyl bipyridine in [Re(CO)(3)(Pic)Bpy-PdTPP][PF(6)] was monitored using time-resolved infrared (TRIR) spectroscopy in the ν(CO) region on several time scales with excitation at 532 nm. Spectra were recorded in CH(2)Cl(2) with and without NEt(3). Picosecond TRIR spectroscopy shows rapid growth of bands assigned to the π-π* excited state (2029 cm(-1)) and to the charge-separated state (2008, 1908 cm(-1)); these bands decay and the parent recovers with lifetimes of 20-50 ps. Spectra recorded on longer time scales (ns, μs, and seconds) show the growth and decay of further species with ν(CO) bands indicative of electron transfer to Re(Bpy).  相似文献

IRMOF-1 supported ionic liquid (IL) membranes are investigated for CO(2) capture by atomistic simulation. The ILs consist of identical cation 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium [BMIM](+), but four different anions, namely hexafluorophosphate [PF(6)](-), tetrafluoroborate [BF(4)](-), bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide [Tf(2)N](-), and thiocyanate [SCN](-). As compared with the cation, the anion has a stronger interaction with IRMOF-1 and a more ordered structure in IRMOF-1. The small anions [PF(6)](-), [BF(4)](-), and [SCN](-) prefer to locate near to the metal-cluster, particularly the quasi-spherical [PF(6)](-) and [BF(4)](-). In contrast, the bulky and chain-like [BMIM](+) and [Tf(2)N](-) reside near the phenyl ring. Among the four anions, [Tf(2)N](-) has the weakest interaction with IRMOF-1 and thus the strongest interaction with [BMIM](+). With increasing the weight ratio of IL to IRMOF-1 (W(IL/IRMOF-1)), the selectivity of CO(2)/N(2) at infinite dilution is enhanced. At a given W(IL/IRMOF-1), the selectivity increases as [Tf(2)N](-) < [PF(6)](-) < [BF(4)](-) < [SCN](-). This hierarchy is predicted by the COSMO-RS method, and largely follows the order of binding energy between CO(2) and anion estimated by ab initio calculation. In the [BMIM][SCN]/IRMOF-1 membrane with W(IL/IRMOF-1) = 1, [SCN](-) is identified to be the most favorable site for CO(2) adsorption. [BMIM][SCN]/IRMOF-1 outperforms polymer membranes and polymer-supported ILs in CO(2) permeability, and its performance surpasses Robeson's upper bound. This simulation study reveals that the anion has strong effects on the microscopic properties of ILs and suggests that MOF-supported ILs are potentially intriguing for CO(2) capture.  相似文献

Treatment of [Et(4)N][M(CO)(6)] (M = Nb, Ta) with I(2) in DME at -78 degrees C produces solutions of the bimetallic anions [M(2micro-I)(3)(CO)(8)](-). Addition of the tripodal phosphine (t)BuSi(CH(2)PMe(2))(3) (trimpsi) followed by refluxing affords (trimpsi)M(CO)(3)I [M = Nb (1), Ta (2)], which are isolable in good yields as air-stable, orange-red microcrystalline solids. Reduction of these complexes with 2 equiv of Na/Hg, followed by treatment with Diazald in THF, results in the formation of (trimpsi)M(CO)(2)(NO) [M = Nb (3), Ta (4)] in high isolated yields. The congeneric vanadium complex, (trimpsi)V(CO)(2)(NO) (5), can be prepared by reacting [Et(4)N][V(CO)(6)] with [NO][BF(4)] in CH(2)Cl(2) to form V(CO)(5)(NO). These solutions are treated with 1 equiv of trimpsi to obtain (eta(2)-trimpsi)V(CO)(3)(NO). Refluxing orange THF solutions of this material affords 5 in moderate yields. Reaction of (trimpsi)VCl(3)(THF) (6) with 4 equiv of sodium naphthalenide in THF in the presence of excess CO provides [Et(4)N][(trimpsi)V(CO)(3)] (7), (trimpsi)V(CO)(3)H, and [(trimpsi)V(micro-Cl)(3)V(trimpsi)][(eta(2)-trimpsi)V(CO)(4)].3THF ([8][9].3THF). All new complexes have been characterized by conventional spectroscopic methods, and the solid-state molecular structures of 2.(1)/(2)THF, 3-5, and [8][9].3THF have been established by X-ray diffraction analyses. The solution redox properties of 3-5 have also been investigated by cyclic voltammetry. Cyclic voltammograms of 3 and 4 both exhibit an irreversible oxidation feature in CH(2)Cl(2) (E(p,a) = -0.71 V at 0.5 V/s for 3, while E(p,a) = -0.55 V at 0.5 V/s for 4), while cyclic voltammograms of 5 in CH(2)Cl(2) show a reversible oxidation feature (E(1/2) = -0.74 V) followed by an irreversible feature (0.61 V at 0.5 V/s). The reversible feature corresponds to the formation of the 17e cation [(trimpsi)V(CO)(2)(NO)](+) ([5](+)()), and the irreversible feature likely involves the oxidation of [5](+)() to an unstable 16e dication. Treatment of 5 with [Cp(2)Fe][BF(4)] in CH(2)Cl(2) generates [5][BF(4)], which slowly decomposes once formed. Nevertheless, [5][BF(4)] has been characterized by IR and ESR spectroscopies.  相似文献

Nitrosonium triflate reacts with cold methylene chloride solutions of mer,trans-ReH(CO)3(PPh3)2 (1) with 1,1-insertion of NO+ into the Re-H bond to give the orange nitroxyl complex [mer,trans-Re(NH=O)(CO)3(PPh3)2][SO3CF3] (3) in 86% isolated yield. Use of [NO][PF6] or [NO][BF4] gives analogous insertion products at low temperature, which decompose on warning to ambient temperature to the fluoride complex mer,trans-ReF(CO)3(PPh3)2 (4). A related 1,1-insertion is observed in the reaction of 1 with [PhN2][PF6] in acetone that affords the yellow-orange phenyldiazene salt [mer,trans-Re(NH=NPh)(CO)3(PPh3)2][PF6] (2), which has been characterized by X-ray crystallographic methods. The methyl derivative mer,trans-Re(CH3)(CO)3(PPh3)2 (5) also undergoes a 1,1-insertion reaction with [NO][SO3CF3] to give the nitrosomethane adduct [mer,trans-Re{N(CH3)=O}(CO)3(PPh3)2][SO3CF3] (6) as red crystals in 75% yield. The nitroxyl complex [cis,trans-OsBr(NH=O)(CO)2(PPh3)2][SO3CF3] (8) can be similarly prepared as orange crystals in 52% yield by reaction of cis,trans-OsHBr(CO)2(PPh3)2 (7) with [NO][SO3CF3] in cold methylene chloride solution.  相似文献

Metallic triflates M(OTf)(3) (M = Bi, Sc, Yb), immobilized in imidazolium ionic liquids [BMIM][BF(4)], [BMIM][PF(6)] and [BMIM][OTf] are efficient systems for one-pot reactions of propargylic alcohols 1,3-diphenyl-2-propyn-1-ol Ia, 1-methyl-3-phenyl-2-propyn-1-ol Ib, and 2-pentyn-1-ol Ic, with a wide range of arenes bearing activating substituents, under mild conditions. The [BMIM][PF(6)]/B(C(6)F(5))(3) and [BMIM][PF(6)]/TfOH systems were superior in propargylation with Ib and Ic, while reaction of 3-phenyl-2-propyn-1-ol Id with activated aromatics resulted in the formation of diaryl-propanones instead. Propargylation of anisole with Ib under M(OTf)(3) catalysis is highly para selective, but with TfOH or B(C(6)F(5))(3) as catalyst the ortho isomer was also formed. Steric influence of the propargylic moiety on substrate selectivity is reflected in the lack of ortho propargylation for phenol and ethylbenzene by using propargylic alcohol Ia, and notable formation of the ortho isomer employing alcohol Ib. In the later case para selectivity could be increased by running the reaction at r. t. for 10 h. The Bi(OTf)(3)-catalyzed reaction of 1,3-dimethoxybenzene with Ia led to minor formation of dipropargylated derivative, along with the monopropargyl product. Propargylation of the less reactive arenes (mesitylene, ethylbenzene, toluene), using Sc(OTf)(3) as catalyst, led increasingly to the formation of dipropargylic ethers and propargyl ketones, with no ring propargylation product with toluene. Concomitant formation of dipropargylic ether was also observed in Yb(OTf)(3)-catalyzed propargylation of β-naphthol, whereas propargylation of 2-nitro and 4-nitro-aniline led to N-propargylation. The recycling/reuse of the IL was demonstrated in representative cases with no appreciable decrease in the conversions over 3 cycles. It was also shown that recycled IL could be used to propargylate a different aromatic compound. The efficacy of IL/M(OTf)(3) and IL/TfOH systems for cross-breeding two propargylic alcohols or a propargylic alcohol with a non-propargylic alcohol and/or self-coupling, to form a wide variety of functionalized ethers is also demonstrated.  相似文献

Reduction of [M(CO)2(eta-RC[triple bond]CR')Tp']X {Tp' = hydrotris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)borate, M = Mo, X = [PF6]-, R = R' = Ph, C6H4OMe-4 or Me; R = Ph, R' = H; M = W, X = [BF4]-, R = R' = Ph or Me; R = Ph, R' = H} with [Co(eta-C5H5)2] gave paramagnetic [M(CO)2(eta-RC[triple bond]CR')Tp'], characterised by IR and ESR spectroscopy. X-Ray structural studies on the redox pair [Mo(CO)2(eta-PhC[triple bond]CPh)Tp'] and [Mo(CO)2(eta-PhC[triple bond]CPh)Tp'][PF6] showed that oxidation is accompanied by a lengthening of the C[triple bond]C bond and shortening of the Mo-C(alkyne) bonds, consistent with removal of an electron from an orbital antibonding with respect to the Mo-alkyne bond, and with conversion of the alkyne from a three- to a four-electron donor. Reduction of [Mo(CO)(NCMe)(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp'][PF6] with [Co(eta-C5H5)2] in CH2Cl2 gives [MoCl(CO)(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp'], via nitrile substitution in [Mo(CO)(NCMe)(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp'], whereas a similar reaction with [M(CO){P(OCH2)3CEt}(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp']+ (M = Mo or W) gives the phosphite-containing radicals [M(CO){P(OCH2)3CEt}(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp']. ESR spectroscopic studies and DFT calculations on [M(CO)L(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp'] {M = Mo or W, L = CO or P(OCH2)3CEt} show the SOMO of the neutral d5 species (the LUMO of the d4 cations) to be largely d(yz) in character although much more delocalised in the W complexes. Non-coincidence effects between the g and metal hyperfine matrices in the Mo spectra indicate hybridisation of the metal d-orbitals in the SOMO, consistent with a rotation of the coordinated alkyne about the M-C2 axis.  相似文献

Systematic synthesis routes have been developed for the linear-shaped rhenium(I) oligomers and polymers bridged with bidentate phosphorus ligands, [Re(N--N)(CO)3-PP-{Re(N--N)(CO)2-PP-}(n)Re(N--N)(CO)3](PF6)(n+2) (N--N = diimine, PP = bidentate phosphine, n = 0-18). These were isolated by size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and identified by (1)H NMR, IR, electrospray ionization Fourier transform mass spectrometry, analytical SEC, and elemental analysis. Crystal structures of [Re(bpy)(CO)3-Ph2PC[triple bond]CPPh2-Re(bpy)(CO)3](PF6)2, [Re(bpy)(CO)3-Ph2PC[triple bond]CPPh2-Re(bpy)(CO)2-Ph2PC[triple bond]CPPh2-Re(bpy)(CO)3](PF6)3 and [Re(bpy)(CO)3-Ph2PC2H4PPh2-{Re(bpy)(CO)2Ph2PC2H4PPh2-}(n)Re(bpy)(CO)3](PF6)(n+2) (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, n = 1, 2) were obtained, showing that they have interligand pi-pi interaction between the bpy ligand and the phenyl groups on the phosphorus ligand. All of the oligomers and polymers synthesized were emissive at room temperature in solution. For the dimers, broad emission was observed with a maximum at 523-545 nm, from the (3)MLCT excited-state of the tricarbonyl complex unit, [Re(N--N)(CO)3-PP-]. Emission from the longer oligomers and polymers with > or = 3 Re(I) units was observed at wavelengths 50-60 nm longer than those of the corresponding dimers. This fact and the emission decay results clearly show that energy transfer from the edge unit to the interior unit occurs with a rate constant of (0.9 x 10(8))-(2.5 x 10(8)) s(-1). The efficient energy transfer and the smaller exclusive volume of the longer Re(I) polymers indicated intermolecular aggregation for these polymers in an MeCN solution.  相似文献

1-Triphenylphosphoniobenzo[c]phospholide 1 reacts with [M(CO)(5)Br] (M = Mn, Re) and [Mn(CO)(3)(naphthalene)][BF(4)] to give complexes cis-[M(CO)(4)(1)Br] (5 a,b) and [Mn(CO)(3)(1)][BF(4)] (6 a[BF(4)]), respectively, featuring eta(1)(P)- and eta(5)(pi)-coordination of the phosphole ring. The corresponding reactions with [M(2)(CO)(10)] proceed with conservation of the metal-metal bond and yield, depending on the reaction temperature, dinuclear complexes [M(2)(CO)(8)(1)] (M=Mn, 7 a) or [M(2)(CO)(6)(1)(2)] (M=Mn, Re, 8 a,b) with mu(2)-bridging eta(1)(P):eta(2)(Pdbond;C) coordination of the phosphole moiety. All complexes formed were characterized by spectroscopic data; 5 b, 6 a[BF(4)], and 8 a,b were characterized by X-ray diffraction studies as well. The structural and (31)P NMR data of the dinuclear manganese complex 8 a suggest that the interaction between the metal atoms and the eta(2)-bound Pdbond;C double bond moieties is dominated by the L-->M charge-transfer contribution; this hints at a very low back-donation ability of the central M(2)(CO)(6) fragment. Investigation of the reactions of the Mn complexes 6 a and 8 a with Mg or ferrocenium hexafluorophosphate ([Fc][PF(6)]), respectively, revealed that the chemically reversible mutual interconversion between both species was feasible. Likewise, oxidation of the rhenium complex 8 b with [Fc][PF(6)] gave spectroscopic evidence for the formation of a Re analogue of 6 a. Electrochemical studies suggested that the oxidation 8 a-->2 6 a involves two consecutive single-electron-transfer steps, the first of which is electrochemically reversible and produces a metastable radical cation that is detectable by ESR spectroscopy. The mutual interconversion between 6 a and 8 a represents the first case of a reversible coordination isomerization of a phosphaarene that is triggered by a redox process and might stimulate further studies directed at the use of dinuclear phosphaarene complexes in redox-catalysis.  相似文献

The overall crystallization kinetics and spherulite morphologies of miscible poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)/1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([BMIM][PF_6]) mixtures were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),polarized optical microscopy(POM) and rheological measurements. The finer crystal structures were further detected by wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) and small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS). Crystallization of PEO is largely suppressed by [BMIM][PF_6] addition especially at higher ionic liquid(IL) concentrations above 20 wt%. Both the overall crystallization rate and the spherulite growth decrease with the increase of IL content and crystallization temperature; however, the crystallization mechanism keeps unchanged as evidenced by the similar Avrami exponent n and WAXD results. The addition of [BMIM][PF_6] could induce more nuclei to some extent, but the induction time of crystallization is evidently prolonged, and a linear to non-linear transition of the spherulite growth(R ∝ t to R ∝ t~(1/2)) can be observed. At higher IL concentration, the spherulite texture changes apparently from particular serrated to branch surface due to the diffusion-controlled growth and the dilution effect, which also as a main factor contributes to the increasing trend of the long period of crystals.  相似文献

The 18 and 19 valence electron (VE) nitrosyl complexes [Fe(NO)('pyS4')]BF4 ([1]BF4) and [Fe(NO)('pyS4')] (2) have been synthesized from [Fe('pyS4')]x ('pyS4'(2-) = 2,6-bis(2-mercaptophenylthiomethyl)pyridine(2-)) and either NOBF4 or NO gas. Complex [1]BF4 was also obtained from [Fe(CO)('pyS4')] and NOBF4. The cation [1]+ is reversibly reduced to give 2. Oxidation of 2 by [Cp2Fe]PF6 afforded [Fe(NO)('pyS4')]PF6 ([1]PF6). The molecular structures of [1]PF6 and 2 were determined by X-ray crystallography. They demonstrate that addition of one electron to [1]+ causes a significant elongation of the Fe-donor atom bonds and a bending of the FeNO angle. Density functional calculations show that the unpaired electron in 2 occupies an orbital, which is antibonding with respect to all Fe-ligand interactions. As expected from qualitative Molecular Orbital (MO) theory, it has a large contribution from a pi* type NO orbital. The nu(NO) frequency decreases from 1893 cm(-1) in [1]BF4 to 1648 cm(-1) in 2 (in KBr). The antibonding character of the unpaired electron explains the ready reaction of 2 with excess NO to give [Fe(NO)2('pyS4')] (3), the facile NO/CO exchange of 2 to afford [Fe(CO)('pyS4')], and the easy oxidation of 2 to [1]+.  相似文献

The compounds fac-(κ(3)-PDP)Mo(CO)(3) {1; PDP = 2-[[2-(1-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)pyrrolidin-2-yl)pyrrolidin-1-yl]methyl]pyridine}, [(cis-β-PDP)Mo(NO)(CO)]PF(6) ([cis-β-3]PF(6)), [(cis-α-PDP)Mo(NO)(CO)]PF(6) ([cis-α-3]PF(6)), [(cis-α-PDP)Mo(NO)Br]PF(6) ([4]PF(6)), [(trans-PDP)Cu](BF(4))(2)·CH(3)CN ([5](BF(4))(2)·CH(3)CN), and [(trans-PDP)Cu](OSO(2)CF(3))(2) ([5](OSO(2)CF(3))(2)) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. These are the first reported complexes of PDP on metal centers other than iron(II). The observed configurations indicate a broader range of accessible PDP topologies than has been reported. The {(cis-α-PDP)Mo(NO)}(+) fragment is found to be less π-basic than the dearomatizing {Tp(MeIm)Mo(NO)} fragment [Tp = hydridotris(1-pyrazolyl)borato; MeIm = 1-methylimidazole].  相似文献

Nitrosylruthenium complexes containing 2,2':6',2"-terpyridine (terpy) have been synthesized and characterized. The three alkoxo complexes trans-(NO, OCH3), cis-(Cl, OCH3)-[RuCl(OCH3)(NO)(terpy)]PF6 ([2]PF6), trans-(NO, OC2H5), cis-(Cl, OC2H5)-[RuCl(OC2H5)(NO)(terpy)]PF6 ([3]PF6), and [RuCl(OC3H7)(NO)(terpy)]PF6 ([4]PF6) were synthesized by reactions of trans-(Cl, Cl), cis-(NO, Cl)-[RuCl2(NO)(terpy)]PF6 ([1]PF6) with NaOCH3 in CH3OH, C2H5OH, and C3H7OH, respectively. Reactions of [3]PF6 with an acid such as hydrochloric acid and trifluoromethansulforic acid afford nitrosyl complexes in which the alkoxo ligand is substituted. The geometrical isomer of [1]PF6, trans-(NO, Cl), cis-(Cl, Cl)-[RuCl2(NO)(terpy)]PF6 ([5]PF6), was obtained by the reaction of [3]PF6 in a hydrochloric acid solution. Reaction of [3]PF6 with trifluoromethansulforic acid in CH3CN gave trans-(NO, Cl), cis-(CH3CN, Cl)-[RuCl(CH3CN)(NO)(terpy)]2+ ([6]2+) under refluxing conditions. The structures of [3]PF6, [4]PF6.CH3CN, [5]CF3SO3, and [6](PF6)2 were determined by X-ray crystallograpy.  相似文献

We report a high yield, two-step synthesis of fac-[Ru(bpy)(CH3CN)3NO2]PF6 from the known complex [(p-cym)Ru(bpy)Cl]PF6 (p-cym = eta(6)-p-cymene). [(p-cym)Ru(bpy)NO2]PF6 is prepared by reacting [(p-cymene)Ru(bpy)Cl]PF6 with AgNO3/KNO2 or AgNO2. The 15NO2 analogue is prepared using K15NO2. Displacement of p-cymene from [(p-cym)Ru(bpy)NO2]PF6 by acetonitrile gives [Ru(bpy)(CH3CN)3NO2]PF6. The new complexes [(p-cym)Ru(bpy)NO2]PF6 and fac-[Ru(bpy)(CH3CN)3NO2]PF6 have been fully characterized by 1H and 15N NMR, IR, elemental analysis, and single-crystal structure determination. Reaction of [Ru(bpy)(CH3CN)3NO2]PF6 with the appropriate ligands gives the new complexes [Ru(bpy)(Tp)NO2] (Tp = HB(pz)3-, pz = 1-pyrazolyl), [Ru(bpy)(Tpm)NO2]PF6 (Tpm = HC(pz)3), and the previously prepared [Ru(bpy)(trpy)NO2]PF6 (trpy = 2,2',6',2' '-terpyridine). Reaction of the nitro complexes with HPF6 gives the new nitrosyl complexes [Ru(bpy)TpNO][PF6]2 and [Ru(bpy)(Tpm)NO][PF6]3. All complexes were prepared with 15N-labeled nitro or nitrosyl groups. The nitro and nitrosyl complexes were characterized by 1H and 15N NMR and IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, cyclic voltammetry, and single-crystal structure determination for [Ru(bpy)TpNO][PF6]2. For the nitro complexes, a linear correlation is observed between the nitro 15N NMR chemical shift and 1/nu(asym), where nu(asym) is the asymmetric stretching frequency of the nitro group.  相似文献

Cyclometalated Ru(II) complexes having a 3-phenylbenzo[b][1,6]naphthyridine (phbn) ligand have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic methods. The photo- and electrochemical redox behavior of the complexes are demonstrated. Complex [Ru(phbn)(bpy)(2)]PF(6) ([1]PF(6)) readily undergoes proton coupled two electron reduction by chemical, electrochemical, and photochemical methods to generate [Ru(phbnHH)(bpy)(2)]PF(6) ([1HH]PF(6)). The photochemical oxidation of [1HH]PF(6) was also observed in presence of p-chloranil.  相似文献

The mononuclear macrocyclic complexes [Au(I)([9]aneS2O)2]BF4 x MeCN 1a, [Au(II)([9]aneS2O)2](BF4)2 x 2 MeCN 2a, and [Au(III)([9]aneS2O)2](ClO4)6(H5O2)(H3O)2 3 ([9]aneS2O = 1-oxa-4,7-dithiacyclononane) have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The oxidation of [Au([9]aneS2O)2](+) to [Au([9]aneS2O)2](2+) involves a significant reorganization of the co-ordination sphere from a distorted tetrahedral geometry in [Au([9]aneS2O)2](+) [Au-S 2.3363(12), 2.3877(12), 2.6630(11), 2.7597(13) A] to a distorted square-planar co-ordination geometry in [Au([9]aneS2O)2](2+). The O-donors in [Au([9]aneS2O)2](2+) occupy the axial positions about the Au(II) center [Au...O = 2.718(2) A] with the S-donors occupying the equatorial plane [Au-S 2.428(8) and 2.484(8) A]. [Au([9]aneS2O)2](3+) shows a co-ordination sphere similar to that of [Au([9]aneS2O)2](2+) but with significantly shorter axial Au...O interactions [2.688(2) A] and equatorial Au-S bond lengths [2.340(4) and 2.355(6) A]. The cyclic voltammogram of 1 in MeCN (0.2 M NBu4PF6, 253 K) at a scan rate of 100 mV s(-1) shows an oxidation process at E(p)(a) = +0.74 V and a reduction process at E(p)(c) = +0.41 V versus Fc(+)/Fc assigned to the two-electron Au(III/I) couple and a second reduction process at E(p)(c) = +0.19 V assigned to the Au(I/0) couple. This electrochemical assignment is confirmed by coulometric and UV-vis spectroelectrochemical measurements. Multifrequency EPR studies of the mononuclear Au(II) complex [Au([9]aneS2O)2](2+) in a fluid solution at X-band and as frozen solutions at L-, S-, X-, K-, and Q-band reveal g(iso) = 2.0182 and A(iso) = -44 x 10(-4) cm(-1); g(xx) = 2.010, g(yy) = 2.006, g(zz) = 2.037; A(xx) = -47 x 10(-4) cm(-1), A(yy) = -47 x 10(-4) cm(-1), A(zz) = -47 x 10(-4) cm(-1); P(xx) = -18 x 10(-4) cm(-1), P(yy) = -10 x 10(-4) cm(-1), and P(zz) = 28 x 10(-4) cm(-1). DFT calculations predict a singly occupied molecular orbital (SOMO) with 27.2% Au 5d(xy) character, consistent with the upper limit derived from the uncertainties in the (197)Au hyperfine parameters. Comparison with [Au([9]aneS3)2](2+) reveals that the nuclear quadrupole parameters, P(ii) (i = x, y, z) are very sensitive to the nature of the Au(II) co-ordination sphere in these macrocyclic complexes. The observed geometries and bond lengths for the cations [Au([9]aneS2O)2](+/2+/3+) reflect the preferred stereochemistries of d(10), d(9), and d(8) metal ions, respectively, with the higher oxidation state centers being generated at higher anodic potentials compared to the related complexes [Au([9]aneS3)2](+/2+/3+).  相似文献
