The establishment of effective null models can provide reference networks to accurately describe statistical properties of real-life signed networks.At present,two classical null models of signed networks(i.e.,sign and full-edge randomized models)shuffle both positive and negative topologies at the same time,so it is difficult to distinguish the effect on network topology of positive edges,negative edges,and the correlation between them.In this study,we construct three re-fined edge-randomized null models by only randomizing link relationships without changing positive and negative degree distributions.The results of nontrivial statistical indicators of signed networks,such as average degree connectivity and clustering coefficient,show that the position of positive edges has a stronger effect on positive-edge topology,while the signs of negative edges have a greater influence on negative-edge topology.For some specific statistics(e.g.,embeddedness),the results indicate that the proposed null models can more accurately describe real-life networks compared with the two existing ones,which can be selected to facilitate a better understanding of complex structures,functions,and dynamical behaviors on signed networks.  相似文献

Stochastic resonance (SR) for bias signal modulation is studied in a single-mode laser system. By investigating a gain-noise model driven by correlated pump noise and quantum noise, we find that, whether the correlation coefficient between both the noises is positive or negative, SR always appears in the dependence of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) upon the noise correlation time and the frequency of the modulation signal. However, only when the correlation coefficient between both noises is negative can SR occur in the dependence of SNR upon the quantum noise intensity and pump noise intensity, while when the correlation coefficient between both noises is positive, it shows monotonically.  相似文献

The influences of the two forms of modulated noises,i.e.the bias signal-modulated noise and the direct signalmodulated noise,on the normalized intensity fluctuation (NIF) are investigated,and the results of the two forms of modulation are compared in detail,We find that a minimum for the case of the bias signal modulation appears in the curve of the dependence of the NIF upon the quantum and pump noise intensities when the correlation coefficient between the quantum noise and the pump noise is negative.However,the NIF for the case of the direct signal modulation is independent of the correlation coefficient between the two noises.Moreover,at the same parameter region,the NIF for the bias signal modulation is only one-eighth as much as.that for the direct signal modulation.  相似文献

Based on the symmetric two-lane Nagel–Schreckenberg(STNS) model, a three-lane cellular automaton model between two intersections containing a bus stop with left-turning buses is established in which model the occurrences of vehicle accidents are taken into account. The characteristics of traffic flows with different ratios of left-turn lines are discussed via the simulation experiments. The results indicate that the left-turn lines have more negative effects on capacity,accident rate as well as delay if the stop is located close to the intersections, where the negative effect in a near-side stop is more severe than that in a far-side one. The range of appropriate position for a bus stop without the bottleneck effect becomes more and more narrow with the increase of the ratio of left-turn bus lines. When the inflow is small, a short signal cycle and a reasonable offset are beneficial. When the inflow reaches or exceeds the capacity, a longer signal cycle is helpful. But if the stop position is inappropriate, the increase of cycle fails in reducing the negative effect of left-turning buses and the effectiveness of offset is weakened.  相似文献

The lateral shift of a light beam at the surface of an anisotropie metamaterial (AMM) slab backed by a metal is investigated. Analytical expressions of the lateral shifts are derived using the stationary-phase method, in the case that total reflection does and does not occur at the first interface. The sign of the lateral shift in two situations is discussed, and the necessary conditions for the lateral shift to be positive or negative are given. It is shown that the thickness and physical parameters of the AMM slab and the incident angle of the light beam strongly affect the properties of the lateral shift. Numerical results validate these conclusions. The lossy effect of the metamaterial on the lateral shift is also investigated.  相似文献

By using the linear approximation method, the output power spectrum is calculated for a single-mode laser driven by coloured pump and quantum noises with coloured correlation. We have observed that the configuration of the output power spectrum is complicated: that is, it can be of single peak, two peaks or three peaks. The configurations of the power spectrum can be transformed from one into another by changing the cross-correlation time, the cross-correlation coefficient between the two noises, and pump noise intensity.  相似文献

The coupling effect and stability property of symmetric bright holographic soliton pairs have been investigated numerically. Results show that when any one of the two solitary beams from a pair is perturbed in amplitude or width, both beams will be affected by such a perturbation via the coupling effect between the beams, thus resulting in both beams propagating in the medium without a constant shape; however, these two solitary beams are still stable against small perturbations. When both solitary beams from a pair are perturbed simultaneously in amplitude, for some given absolute values of the perturbations, the two beams are stable against these perturbations if both beams are perturbed with the same sign, whereas are unstable with the different signs. When the two beams are simultaneously perturbed in width, both beams exhibit their stability property similar to that when only one beam is perturbed no matter whether both perturbations have the same or different signs.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new macro model for traffic flow on a highway with ramps based on the existing models. We use the new model to study the effects of on-off-ramp on the main road traffic during the morning rush period and the evening rush period. Numerical tests show that, during the two rush periods, these effects are often different and related to the status of the main road traffic. If the main road traffic flow is uniform, then ramps always produce stop-and-go traffic when the main road density is between two critical values, and ramps have little effect on the main road traffic when the main road density is less than the smaller critical value or greater than the larger critical value. If a small perturbation appears on the main road, ramp may lead to stop-and-go traffic, or relieve or even eliminate the stop-and-go traffic, under different circumstances. These results are consistent with real traffic, which shows that the new model is reasonable.  相似文献

We have studied quantum statistical properties in a zero-temperature two-species Bose-Einstein condensate system in the presence of the nonlinear self-interaction of each species,the interspecies nonlinear interaction,and the Jisephson-like tunneling interaction.It is found that the two condensates may periodically exhibit sub-Poissonian distribution.It is revealed that the correlation between the two condensates can be nonclassical,which means that there exists a violation of Cauchy-Schwartz inequality.The nonclassical effect about the correlation between the two condensates can be realized experimentally by properly preparing the total number of atoms in the two condensates.  相似文献

The properties of the two-mode mazer operating on V-type three-level atoms are studied. The effect of the oneatom pumping on the two modes of the cavity field in number-state is asymmetric, that is, the atom emits a photon into one mode with some probability and absorbs a photon from the other mode with some other probability. This effect makes the steady-state photon distribution and the steady-state photon statistics asymmetric for the two modes. The diagram of the probability currents for the photon distribution, given by the analysis of the master equation, reveals that there is no detailed balance solution for the master equation. The computations show that the photon statistics of one mode or both modes can be sub-Poissonian, that the two modes can have anticorrelation or correlation, that the photon statistics increases with the increase of thermal photons, and that the resonant position and strength of the photon statistics are influenced by the ratio of the two coupling strengths of the two modes. These properties are also discussed physically.  相似文献

In this paper, the backscattering coefficient of a two-dimensional randomly rough perfectly-conducting surface is investigated using the Kirchhoff approach with a shadowing function. The rough surface height/slope correlations assumed to be Gaussian are accounted for in this analysis. The scattering coefficient is then formulated in terms of a characteristic function for the integrations over the surface heights, in terms of expected values for the integrations over the surface slopes. Numerical comparisons of Kirchhoff's approach (KA) with the stationary-phase (SP) approximation are made with respect to the choice of the one-dimensional surface height autocorrelation function and the shadowing effect. For an isotropic surface the results show that SP underestimated the incoherent backscattering coefficient compared with KA. Moreover, when the correlation between the slopes and the heights is neglected, the shadowing effect may be ignored.  相似文献

当采用蒙特卡罗方法对很多问题进行研究时,有时需要对多维相关随机变量进行抽样.之前的研究表明:在协方差矩阵满足正定条件时,可以采用Cholesky分解方法产生多维相关随机变量.本文首先对产生多维相关随机变量的理论公式进行了推导,发现采用Cholesky分解并不是产生多维相关随机变量的唯一方法,其他的矩阵分解方法只要能满足协方差矩阵的分解条件,同样可以用来产生多维相关随机变量.同时给出了采用协方差矩阵、相对协方差矩阵和相关系数矩阵产生多维随机变量的公式,以方便以后使用.在此基础上,利用一个简单测试题和Jacobi矩阵分解方法对上述理论进行了验证.通过对大亚湾中微子能谱进行抽样分析,Jacobi矩阵分解和Cholesky矩阵分解结果一致.针对核工程中的不确定性分析常用的~(238)U辐射俘获截面协方差矩阵进行分解时,由于协方差矩阵的矩阵本征值有负值,导致很多矩阵分解方法无法使用,在引入置零修正以后发现,与Cholesky对角线置零修正相比,Jacobi负本征值置零修正的误差更小.  相似文献

研究了受色交叉关联噪声驱动的癌细胞增长系统的平均首通时间.根据Novikov定理和Fox方法得到了相应的近似Fokker-Planck方程,给出了稳态概率密度函数的表达式.运用最快下降法,得到了平均首通时间的解析式.数值结果表明:两噪声之间负关联时,平均首通时间是加性噪声强度和乘性噪声强度的减函数,是噪声关联时间的增函数;两噪声之间正关联时,平均首通时间与加性噪声强度之间的单调关系与穿越方向有关,是乘性噪声强度的非单调函数,是噪声关联时间的减函数.  相似文献

The dependence of two-level systems in disordered atomic chain on pressure, both positive and negative was studied numerically. The disorder was produced through the use of interatomic pair potentials having more than one energy minimum. It was found that there exists a correlation between the energy separation of the minima of two-level systems Δ and the variation of this separation with pressure. The correlation may have either positive or negative sign, implying that the asymmetry of two-level systems may in average increase or decrease with pressure depending on the interplay of different interactions between atoms in disordered state. The values of Δ depend on the sign of pressure.  相似文献

We report on the first observation to our knowledge of the photorefractive effect due to hole photoconduction in Bi12GeO20 (BGO) crystals. In cubic crystals such as BGO, the study of energy redistribution in two beam coupling experiments does not allow by itself the determination of the sign of the photocarriers. Additional experiments such as ellipsometric measurements have to be performed to give the sign of the effective electrooptic coefficient. Such experiments points out that either holes or electrons govern the photorefractive effect this behavior is demonstrated in both undoped and iron-doped BGO crystals.  相似文献

Electromigration in Co films at 530°C is directed towards the anode, in contradistinction from earlier measurements by Ho at about 1300°C in bulk Co, where the electromigration is directed towards the cathode. This result is correlated with the sign of the normal Hall coefficient R0 in Co, instead of with the sign of the anomalous Hall coefficient Rs. R0 is shown to be negative below about 400°C and positive at higher temperatures, while Rs is positive at all temperatures above room temperature. It is also found that R0 is hardly affected by a large density of grain boundaries. The difference in the temperatures where the normal Hall coefficient and the electromigration momentum transfer change sign is ascribed to the different mechanisms involved in the two experiments. It is suggested that the change of sign of R0 is related to conduction in two bands and is caused by electron-magnon scattering.  相似文献
