面向低轨卫星载荷测试中可灵活配置和小体积宽带信号模拟的需求,采用了AD9361和Zynq-7000构成了信号模拟系统,AD9361射频捷变芯片具有宽带、小型化特点,基于SOC架构设计的Zynq-7000运行Linux操作系统,可完成低轨卫星轨道的位置、速度以及卫星接收信号的多普勒值计算,Zynq-7000通过寄存器实现对AD9361射频捷变芯片参数配置,同时将接收信号多普勒值计算结果通过AXI总线实时设置AD9361射频捷变参数可实现70MHz至6GHz低轨卫星载荷接收信号的模拟。论文给出了基于Zynq-7000芯片Linux操作系统下实时轨道参数和信号参数计算的流程和结果,测试了AD9361射频捷变芯片模拟生成的低轨卫星载荷接收信号性能参数。  相似文献

Recently, a Rydberg atom-based mixer was developed to measure the phase of a radio frequency (RF) field. The phase of the signal RF (SIG RF) field is down-converted directly to the phase of a beat signal created by the presence of a local RF (LO RF) field. In this study, we propose that the Rydberg atom-based mixer can be converted to an all-optical phase detector by amplitude modulation (AM) of the LO RF field; that is, the phase of the SIG RF field is related to both the amplitude and phase of the beat signal. When the AM frequency of the LO RF field is the same as the frequency of the beat signal, the beat signal will further interfere with the AM of the LO RF field inside the atom, and then the amplitude of the beat signal is related to the phase of the SIG RF field. The amplitude of the beat signal and the phase of the SIG RF field show a linear relationship within the range of 0 to π/2 when the phase of the AM is set with a difference π/4 from the phase of the LO RF field. The minimum phase resolution can be as small as 0.6° by optimizing the experimental conditions according to a simple theoretical model. This study will expand and contribute to the development of RF measurement devices based on Rydberg atoms.  相似文献

目前国际上提出了采用短脉冲射频(RF)信号实现相对论磁控管的模式切换,数值模拟经证实了可以采用几十kW到几百kW的RF信号实现相对论磁控管采用轴向提取功率的相邻模式以及同一模式的不同纵向模式之间的切换,这里假设所需的RF信号的能量已经馈入到相对论磁控管腔体内。提出了实验系统中采用扇形波导和探针天线来馈入前级微波源来提供模式切换所需的RF信号的能量的方法。该方法分为两个步骤,首先采用扇形波导来将前级微波源提供的能量馈入到相对论磁控管的阳极体中;然后利用探针天线将馈入的RF信号辐射至相对论磁控管腔体内,提供模式切换所需的能量。数值模拟证实了该方法在实际应用中具有可行性以及实用性。  相似文献

In this article, we have proposed and experimentally demonstrated a directly modulated distributed feedback laser (DFB-LD) to generate microwave and millimeter-wave signals. The proposed scheme uses DFB-LD and intensity modulator (IM) biased at null point. A radio frequency (RF) signal from a signal generator is split into two branches and one branch directly modulates the DFB-LD, while the other branch drives the IM. Two second-order sidebands separated by four times the frequency of the input RF signal are generated. Experimental results indicated that we can generate a four-fold microwave signal with a good optical signal to noise ratio.  相似文献

A novel approach realizing an optical spectrum analyzer for photonic detection of an unknown RF carrier signals is presented. The described module may be part of an electronic warfare system in which detection of a narrow band RF signal is required. Moreover, The RF signal is characterized by an unknown time varying carrier frequency embedded in wide band noise. The system uses a passive, fiber based photonic configuration. It allows the spectrum mapping of an incoming electronic RF signal modulated on an optical carrier. The spectral analyzer configuration uses a finite impulse response (FIR) filter that is realized by two different optical paths of parallel fibers which generate a spectral notch filter. Hence, a wavelength coding is realized by chromatic dispersion such that each wavelength is filtered by a different FIR filter. Therefore, the energy at a WDM demux output channels is actually proportional to the spectrum of the input RF signal. This spectral mapping is obtained without lose of temporal RF information.  相似文献

This work demonstrates the feasibility of the generation of an RF direct-detection vector signal using optical in-phase/quadrature-phase (I/Q) upconversion. The advantage of the proposed transmitter is that no electrical mixer is needed to generate the RF signal. Therefore, I/Q data of RF signals are processed at baseband at the transmitter, which is independent of the carrier frequency of the generated RF signal. A 10 Gb/s 16 quadrature amplitude modulation signal is experimentally demonstrated. Following transmission over a 50 km single-mode fiber, the power penalty is negligible. Moreover, I/Q imbalance of the proposed transmitter is studied and compensated by digital signal processing, which is both numerically and experimentally verified.  相似文献

In this paper we present an overview of the radio-frequency muon spin resonance (RFμSR) technique, an analogue to continuous-wave NMR, and an introduction to time-integral (TI) and time-differential (TD) RFμSR on muons in diamagnetic or in paramagnetic environments. The general form of the resonance line for TI-RFμSR as well as the expression for the time-dependence of the longitudinal muon spin polarization at resonance are given. Since RFμSR does not require phase coherence of the muon spin ensemble, this technique allows us to investigate muon species that are generated by transitions from, or in the course of reactions of, a precursor muon species even if in transverse-field (TF) μSR measurements the signal is lost due to dephasing. This ability of RFμSR is clearly demonstrated by measurements on doped Si. In this example, at low temperatures, a very pronounced signal from a muon species in diamagnetic environment has been found in RFμSR measurements, whereas in TFμSR experiments only a very small signal from muons in diamagnetic environment could be detected and a large fraction of the implanted muons escaped detection. These findings could be interpreted in terms of the delayed formation of a diamagnetic muonium-dopant complex, and, due to the large diamagnetic RFμSR signal, the RFμSR technique is a unique tool to study how the variation of parameters and experimental conditions such as illumination affects formation and behavior of these complexes. First results obtained on illuminated boron doped Si are reported. However, as illustrated by the example of experiments on the muonated radical in solid C60, results from conventional TI-RFμSR cannot always be interpreted unambiguously since different parameters, namely the fraction of muons forming the investigated muon species, the longitudinal and the transverse relaxation rates, have similar effects on height and shape of the RFμSR resonance line. These ambiguities, however, may be resolved by collecting time-differential data. With this extension RFμSR becomes a very powerful complementary method to TFμSR in the studies of dynamic effects.  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于非线性超声射频(radio frequency, RF)信号熵对乳腺结节良恶性进行定征的方法.对306例乳腺结节样本(良性158例,恶性148例)提取了基于超声RF信号二次谐波的熵和加权熵,以及常规超声参数(图像灰度、纵横比、不规则度、乳腺结节大小、深度);采用t检验和线性分类器检测参数对乳腺结节良恶性的区分度;进一步将有效参数组合输入支持向量机对乳腺结节良恶性进行分类.结果表明:除图像灰度外,其余参数均在乳腺结节的良性与恶性间有显著差异.多参数结合输入支持向量机的良恶性分类的准确率、敏感性和特异性分别为81.4%, 78.4%和84.2%.本文工作表明非线性超声RF信号的熵可有效地定征乳腺结节的良恶性,有望成为乳腺结节良恶性定征新参量.  相似文献

This paper presents a signal-level simulation model for simulating the process that antenna array of Aperture Synthesis Radiometer (ASR) collecting thermal radiation and transforming thermal radiation signal into radio frequency (RF) signal. By using the equivalent complex baseband signals to represent the practical thermal radiation and RF signals, simulation efficiency is improved significantly. The statistic characteristics of simulation results are found to match the corresponding theoretical analysis well. Results of an imaging simulation experiment show that this model can be employed in ASR system-level simulator design.  相似文献

在核四极矩共振(NQR)领域,射频激励脉冲信号的优劣对NQR响应信号有重要影响.针对常规方法中射频激励脉冲参数不可控的问题,本文基于32位闪存微型控制器STM32和直接数字频率合成(DDS)芯片AD9910设计了一种相位可控激励脉冲发生器.采用STM32控制AD9910产生波形参数(脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、脉冲个数和共振频率等)可控的射频激励脉冲,利用LabVIEW软件平台设计脉冲参数设置界面,并建立计算机与微控制器通信,实现波形参数的精确优化控制.实验结果表明,该方法实现了相位可控的NQR激励脉冲序列,可为后续NQR信号检测提供有效激励源.  相似文献

在磁共振非均匀场成像中,传统的射频脉冲导致回波信号的衰减.为了减小和消除这种磁共振信号的衰减,在讨论了经典理论的基础上根据非线性动力学中的逆散射理论和Shinnar-Le Roux方法导出了用于非均匀场成像的射频脉冲设计方法.模拟结果表明,采用逆散射理论和Shinnar-Le Roux方法优化的脉冲序列可以明显提高信号的信噪比. 关键词: 磁共振成像 射频脉冲 非线性系统  相似文献

插入损耗是射频微机电系统 (RF MEMS) 开关的关键性能指标之一。电容式RF MEMS开关是一种适合高频应用的开关器件,对其损耗机制进行了研究。电容式RF MEMS开关的射频损耗主要包括四部分:信号线的导体损耗、衬底损耗、辐射损耗以及MEMS桥损耗。对电容式RF MEMS开关建立了损耗模型并进行了数值计算,同时在HFSS有限元软件中进行了电磁仿真,数值计算结果和有限元仿真结果较好的吻合。此外,对影响电容式RF MEMS开关插入损耗的因素进行了分析,结果表明,高阻抗的衬底、200 m左右的导体宽度、较小的导体厚度以及较小的up态电容能够降低开关的插入损耗,提高开关的射频性能。  相似文献

介绍了合肥光源(HLS)逐束团跟踪监测系统, 并且展示了相关的实验、数据分析 结果. 通过同相的门电路信号和RF的分频信号控制ADC的外触发, 对该测量系统的可靠性、稳定性进行了验证. 并且利用该系统, 跟踪记录了完整的注入, 慢加速, 降频, 校正轨道, 扭摆磁铁充电, 加斜四极铁以及正常供光运行的全过程. 最后展示了该过程的横向工作点(tune值)漂移, 多束团耦合不稳定性的研究结果.  相似文献

准静态弹性成像技术是基于组织压缩前和压缩后超声回波射频信号进行组织运动重构的弹性成像技术。提出了一种基于先验估计的自适应窗函数算法,在位移估计过程中,使用已估计的临近窗的时延值作为先验信息,自动调整截取压缩后射频信号段的截取窗函数,提高了互相关运算所需的压缩前和压缩后信号段之间的相关性。仿真实验结果表明,该算法不仅大大提高了成像速度,而且提高了信噪比较低时的成像质量,同时该算法具有更宽的应变通带。   相似文献

A chirped fiber grating (CFG) written by the moving fiber/phase mask scanning beam technique with a uniform mask is used to demonstrate the dispersion compensation in the externally modulated microwave/millimeter-wave over fiber system. It is found that the use of the CFG is an efficient way to compensate for the severe RF power degradation induced by the fiber chromatic dispersion, which results in a significant improvement in the transmission performance. The signal to noise ratio is improved from 4.8 dB to 24.4 dB when 10.58 GHz RF signal carrying 5 Mbit/s QPSK format data is transmitted over 35 km single mode fiber.  相似文献

设计了一种采用太阳能供电模式的无线户外环境监测系统。该系统由终端节点,ZigBee-GSM网关和上位机数据存储中心组成,集成ZigBee和GSM无线通信,根据用户发送的短信指令控制终端节点数据采集的通断,同时用户发送短信指令远程查询户外环境的重要信息。针对户外环境因子的特点,选用工业级、灵敏度高的传感器,对户外不同位置的PM2.5浓度和紫外线指数进行测量,测量结果既可在上位机实时显示和存储,也可以由ZigBee-GSM网关通过SIM900A模块发送至移动终端。户外测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,数据传输可靠,能快速地实现远程遥测功能,为户外环境远程监测提供了一种技术手段。  相似文献
