A series of new stannylated derivatives of dimethylaminomethylferrocene (DMAMF) and N,N-dimethylbenzylamine have been synthesised and their structures investigated by 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR together with 57Fe and 119Sn Mössbauer spectroscopy. Polystannylated derivatives were synthesised from DMAMF and BuLi in the presence of TMED. The methylene protons of the CH2NMe2 group were diastereotopic for all the DMAMF derivatives synthesised. The chemical shift differences of these protons is discussed in terms of conformational changes. 13C and 119Sn shifts were used to establish the substitution patterns in the polystannylated derivatives. 13C shifts for the 2-substituted derivatives of both DMBA and DMAMF were reasonably additive, for both the free amines and the quaternary ammonium salts. The Mössbauer data show no evidence of pentacoordination in any of the derivatives.  相似文献

Novel rhodamine B (RB) derivatives bearing mono and bis-boronic acid groups were investigated as Hg2+ selective fluorescent and colorimetric sensors. These derivatives are first examples of reversible fluorescent chemosensors for Hg2+ which utilized boronic acid groups as binding sites. Two new RB-boronic acid derivatives displayed selective ‘Off-On’-type fluorescent enhancements and distinct color changes with Hg2+. Selective fluorescent enhancement of two rhodamine derivatives was attributed to ring opening from the spirolactam (nonfluorescent) to ring-opened amide (fluorescent).  相似文献

Carbon-13 NMR data are reported for trimethyltin derivatives containing ERn groups where E  C, Si, Ge, Sn, N, O and S including a series of cyclic amines with ring sizes from three to seven. Coupling constant values for the homologous series of fourth group derivatives give goood correlations with the electronegativity of E. The observation of the two-bond, ¦ 2J(119SnE13C) ¦ couplings only in the derivatives containing bulky R groups is rationalized by a bimolecular exchange of ERn groups in the concentrated solutions studied.  相似文献

Synthetic procedures for bis(η6-arene) metal derivatives and aspects of their reactivity are reviewed. Attention is focused on early transition metals (Groups 4–6) but, when necessary, reference will be made to arene derivatives of Groups 7–10, lanthanides and actinides.After a short historical presentation of bis(η6-arene) derivatives, aimed at illustrating the relevance of this class of compounds to the origin and the evolution of organometallic chemistry, the synthetic procedures to bis(η6-arenes) will be discussed in the light of the most recent results. As far as the reactivity of bis(η6-arene) compounds is concerned, particular attention is given to the electron transfer reactions occurring with or without arene displacement; data are reported for the use of low-valent bis(η6-arene) compounds as a useful entry into the inorganic and coordination chemistry of the corresponding metal in non aqueous systems.The use of bis(η6-arene) derivatives of transition metals in low oxidation states (0, +1) as precursors to catalytic systems for the oligomerisation and polymerization of unsaturated monomers and as starting compounds for the preparation of molecule-based magnets, ordered crystals and new materials and supports is described.  相似文献

In this paper, we report the assembling of libraries of β-arylated short/medium/long chain-based non-α-amino acid (aminoalkanoic acid) derivatives via the Pd(II)-catalyzed, bidentate directing group 8-aminoquinoline-aided sp3 β-C-H activation/arylation method. Short/medium chain-based unnatural amino acid derivatives containing an aryl group at the β-position are promising small molecules with therapeutic properties. Thus, it is necessary to enrich the libraries of short/medium/long chain-based unnatural amino acid derivatives containing an aryl group at the β-position. Considering the importance of β-arylated short/medium/long chain-based non-α-amino acid derivatives, an inclusive attention was paid to explore the Pd(II)-catalyzed sp3 β-C-H arylation of short/medium/long chain-based non-α-amino acids. Representative synthetic transformations including a short route for the assembling of rolipram and related compounds and 3-arylated GABA derivatives such as, baclofen, phenibut and tolibut were shown using selected β-C-H arylated non-α-amino acid derivatives.  相似文献

The preparation of chiral orthogonally protected Nα-Z, Nβ-Fmoc- or Boc-α-hydrazinoacids derivatives, directly suitable for SPPS, is described in six steps with good yields starting from the corresponding α-aminoacids. The coupling reaction assays performed in liquid phase between Nα-Z-hydrazinoesters and N-Fmoc-α-aminoacids demonstrated the low reactivity of the hydrazinoester derivatives. However, we found that the acid fluoride method allowed the formation of hydrazinodipeptides almost quantitatively.  相似文献

Nitrocellulose (NC)-based propellants require stabilizers to avoid early decomposition or even explosion during storage. A series of novel fullerene-malonamide derivatives with different carbon chain lengths on the p-position of the benzene ring was synthesized as stabilizers for NC-based propellants through the Bingel reaction because of the excellent thermal stability and strong ability of these derivatives to eliminate free radicals. The molecular structures of these fullerene-malonamide derivatives were verified via 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, 13C NMR spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Meanwhile, their stability was investigated using methyl violet, vacuum stability, and weight loss tests. Results indicated that the stability of the novel fullerene-malonamide derivatives was considerably better than that of traditional stabilizers, such as N,N′-dimethyl-N,N′-diphenylurea and diphenylamine. Moreover, these derivatives exhibited excellent thermal stability at high temperatures. The stability of the fullerene-malonamide derivatives also improved as the carbon chain length on the p-position of the benzene ring on C60 increased. In addition, the stability mechanism of the fullerene-malonamide derivatives was studied through electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, FT-IR spectroscopy, and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results turned out that the fullerene-malonamide derivatives could react with nitroxide radicals released from the pyrolysis of NC. Hence, these novel fullerene-malonamide derivatives can be used as promising stabilizers for NC-based propellants.  相似文献

A simple and efficient procedure for the synthesis of 9H-xanthene or bisphenol derivatives has been developed by one-pot condensation of xylenols with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid (pTSA) as a catalyst under solvent-free conditions at 100 °C. It is noteworthy that the condensation reaction of 3,5-xylenol with aldehydes produces 9H-xanthene derivatives, while the reaction with other xylenols leads to the corresponding bisphenol derivatives. Different types of aromatic aldehydes are used in the reaction and in every case the products were obtained in good to excellent yields. The structures of these compounds were established on the basis of IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and CHN data.  相似文献

Tin-119m Mössbauer and selected infrared and 1H NMR data are reported for twenty four triorganotin derivatives of substituted pyridines and related ligands, and conclusions concerning structure inferred. Mössbauer quadrupole splittings in the ranges 3.09–3.38 mm sec?1 and 2.92–3.22 mm sec?1, respectively, for the 2- and 3-pyridone derivatives indicate five-coordinate trans-R3SnX2 trigonal bipyramidal configurations at tin with planar R3Sn moieties. In the case of the derivatives of 2-pyridone, the extra coordination to give linear chain structures arises from bridging oxygen atoms, but bridging via either oxygen or the pyridyl nitrogen atom may occur in the derivatives of 3-pyridone. Similar oxygen-bridged chain structures are also postulated for the triorganotin derivatives of 2-pyridylalcohol and 2-pyridylaldehyde oxime, but lower splittings values of 2.63(5)–2.93 mm sec?1 indicate some relaxation from planarity of the R3Sn group towards tetrahedral. The splittings are observed to decrease in the order Me > Et > Pr, illustrating that the deviation from planarity and the bond distance of the coordinate O?Sn bond increase with the steric bulk of R. Much lower splittings of 1.60–2.27 mm sec?1 are observed for the derivatives of 2-thiopyridone and 8-hydroxyquinoline, which, with the presence of three tin—carbon stretching modes in the infrared spectrum for the methyltin compounds, are consistent with the alternative five-coordinate cis-R3SnX2 geometry at tin. The very high splitting values, together with the low values of the anti-symmetric OCO stretching vibration of the carboxylate group and the multiple tin—carbon stretching modes observed for the methyltin compounds in the infrared, have been interpreted in terms of the six-coordinate mer-R3SnX3 stereochemistry for the triorganotin esters of 2-pyridylcarboxylic and 2,6-pyridyldicarboxylic acids. The low and almost constant value of the two-bond coupling constant 2J(1HC119Sn) for the methyltin derivatives indicate that n solution either four or five-coordinate cis-R3SnX2 structures are adopted.  相似文献

Proton NMR data for the Group III methyl derivatives, MMe3 and LiMMe4 are compared with NMR data for the novel tin—Group III-metal bonded species, Li[Me3SnMMe3] (M  Al, Ga, In and Tl) and for Li[(Me3Sn)n-TlMe4?n] (n = 0 to 4), reported here for the first time.The presence of tinmetal bonding in these derivatives is established by the observed tin-across-metal coupling constants and for the thallium derivatives by the additional observation of thallium-across-tin coupling.The variation in the magnitudes of 2J(SnCH), 2J(TlCH), 3J(SnMCH) and 3J(TlSnCH) are reported as a function of M and as a function of the number of Me3Sn groups bond to thallium in the [(Me3Sn)nTIME4?n]?anions. Proposals concerning the factors governing the changes in these coupling constants and the chemical shifts are presented.  相似文献

Polarizations, polarization ranges and ratios of polarization ranges for vinylene groups in seven series, namely chalcone derivatives, ferrocene analogues of chalcone, stilbene derivatives, ferrocene analogues of stilbene, and styrene derivatives, were studied. The polarization ranges spanning the intervals between 13C NMR chemical shifts of the derivatives substituted by p-NO2 and p-NMe2 groups are compared in these related compounds. The influence of the side-chain groups in the vinylene moiety and of the sign of the polarization on the substituent-effect are discussed.  相似文献

It has given easy access to the synthesis of derivatives of the technologically important heterocycle dithieno[3,2-b;2,3-d]thiophene, DTT. Enthalpy of solution, ΔH sol o , enthalpy of sublimation, ΔH subl o , apparent partial molar volume and heat capacities,V 2 o andC p,2 o were determined for aqueous solutions of thirty alkylated derivatives of uracyl and adenine, eight derivatives of cytosine and guanine. Calculated accessible surface areas and molar volumes are presented, too. The values of enthalpy of solution, enthalpy of sublimation can be useful in the studies on the nature of interaction between these compounds and water molecules. Apparent partial molar volume and heat capacity give a new aspect on hydrophob properties of the examined nucleic acid base derivatives.  相似文献

The reaction of 1,1,2-trimethyl-1H-benzo[e]indole with acrylic acid and its derivatives was employed for the preparation of novel fluorescent building blocks. Treatment of 1,1,2-trimethyl-1H-benzo[e]indole with acrylic acid, acrylamide or tert-butyl acrylate in an autoclave or a microwave reactor at 180–200 °C afforded benzo[e]pyrido[1,2-a]indole derivatives. Various chemical transformations of the latter compounds have been performed to yield functionalized benzo[e]indole scaffolds. The structure assignments were based on data from 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray analyses. The optical properties of the obtained benzo[e]indoline derivatives were studied by UV–vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.  相似文献

A sensitive method for the determination of free fatty acids using 1,2-benzo-carbazole-9-ethyl-p-toluenesulfonate (BCETS) as tagging reagent with fluorescence detection has been developed. BCETS could easily and quickly label fatty acids in the presence of the K2CO3 catalyst at 80 °C for 30 min in N,N-dimethylformamide solvent. In this study, fatty acids from the extracted Potentilla anserina L. plant sample were sensitively determined. The corresponding derivatives were separated on a reversed-phase Eclipse XDB-C8 column by LC in conjunction with gradient elution. The identification was carried out by post-column APCI-MS in positive-ion detection mode. BCETS-fatty acid derivatives gave an intense molecular ion peak at m/z [M+H]+, the collision-induced dissociation spectra of m/z [M+H]+ produced the specific fragment ions at m/z [M′+CH2CH2]+, m/z 216.6 and m/z [MH?H2O]+ (here, M′: corresponding molecular mass of the fatty acids). The fluorescence excitation and emission wavelengths of the derivatives were at λ ex 279 nm and λ em 380 nm, respectively. Linear correlation coefficients for all fatty acid derivatives are more than 0.9994. Detection limits, at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3:1, are 10.79–34.19 fmol for the labeled fatty acids.  相似文献

Both enantiomers of syn diethyl 2-(benzoylamino)-1-hydroxy-2-phenylethylphosphonate have been obtained by resolution via O-methylmandelate derivatives. Removal of the resolving ester moiety was easily achieved by ammonolysis with no trace of the retro-Abramov reaction. Absolute configurations of the enantiomeric phosphonate analogs were established from 1H (the Trost model) and 31P NMR data of the O-methylmandelate derivatives.  相似文献

In the past decade, synthetic oxidized 5-MedC nucleosides and their derivatives have become essential tools for epigenetic research. The low efficacy of both conventional and newly reported BOP methods on C4-amination of these specific oxidized 5-MedU substrates urged us to systematically investigate how the nature of onium salt-based coupling reagents affects the C4-amination of pyrimidine nucleobases and lead us to the findings that different onium coupling reagents result in the formation of distinctive activation intermediates and PyAOP is much more potent than BOP in both activation and aminolysis steps. Direct amination without the need of ribose protection, ultrafast activation, tolerance to aqueous N-nucleophiles, and excellent yields for diverse oxidized 5MedC derivatives are the advantages of this PyAOP-based C4-amination method.  相似文献

Asymmetrically substituted 6I-VII-O-t-butyldimethylsilyl(TBDMS)-3I-VII-O-ethyl-2I-VII-O-methyl-β-cyclodextrin (MeEt-CD) and 6I-VII-O-TBDMS-2I-VII-O-ethyl-3I-VII-O-methyl-β-cyclodextrin (EtMe-CD) were synthesised to evaluate the role of the substitution pattern in positions 2 and 3 on the enantioselectivity, in particular in view of their application to routine analysis in fast enantioselective gas chromatography (Es-GC). The chromatographic properties and enantioselectivities of the new derivatives were tested by separating the enantiomers of a series of medium-to-high volatility racemates in the flavour and fragrance field, and compared to those of the corresponding symmetrically substituted 6I-VII-O-TBDMS-2I-VII,3I-VII-O-methyl-β-CD (MeMe-CD) and 6I-VII-O-TBDMS-2I-VII,3I-VII-O-ethyl-β-CD (EtEt-CD), and were then applied to analysis of real-world essential oil (e.o.) samples. A new synthetic process including the sonochemical approach to obtain synthetic reproducibility and significant yields of the per-substituted derivatives with acceptable reaction times was developed. The results show that asymmetrically substituted methyl/ethyl CDs compared to the methyl or ethyl symmetrical derivatives in general provide better enantioselectivity in terms of both enantiomer resolution and number of separated chiral compounds, and show how the substitution pattern in positions 2 and 3 of the CD ring can influence the separation. Moreover, these new CD derivatives with better enantioselectivity are also shown to be very useful in routine analysis for the exhaustive control of samples containing several chiral characterizing markers in a single run.  相似文献

The strength of the O-H bonds (D) in hydroquinone (HQH) and its alkyl derivatives has been estimated by the intersecting parabolas method using rate constants known for the reactions of these compounds with the styrene peroxy radical. For unsubstituted HQH, D = 352.6 kJ/mol; for substituted HQH derivatives, D = 349.9 (Me), 346.9 (2,5-Me2), 343.0 (Me3), 347.6 (CMe3), and 340.2 (2,5-(CMe3)2) kJ/mol. The enthalpies of formation of these HQH derivatives have been calculated. The O-H bond strengths in the semiquinone radicals (HQ.) resulting from the above HQH derivatives have been calculated using a thermochemical equation to be $D_{HQ^. } $ = 236.7, 237.4, 239.8, 244.7, 240.1, and 247.5 kJ/mol, respectively. Rate constants have been determined for the reactions of the hydroquinones with tertiary and secondary peroxy radicals and HOO. at 323 K. The rate constants of the reactions between HOO. and benzoquinones and the relative reactivities of the HQ. radicals in their reactions with ROO. have been estimated.  相似文献
