Unprecedented noradamantane-type compounds [(R(2,3)Ge)(4)Te(5)] (R(2) = CH(2)CH(2)COOH, R(3) = CH(CH(2)COOH)(2)), containing a Ge-Ge bond, yield from reactions of R(2,3)GeCl(3) with Na(2)Te or Li(2)Te in THF, while reactions with R(1)GeCl(3) (R(1) = CMe(2)CH(2)COMe) afford a double-decker-type cage [(R(3)Ge)(4)Te(6)]; by reaction with hydrazine, the latter reacts to the hydrazone functionalized, monomeric anion [(R(4)Ge)Te(2)](-) (R(4) = CMe(2)CH(2)CNNH(2)Me).  相似文献

A synthetic strategy of 4-benzyl-substituted 1,3-butadiene derivatives through Pd-catalyzed three-component coupling reaction of benzyl chlorides, alkynes, and monosubstituted alkenes is described. This tandem coupling reaction forms a C(sp(3))-C(sp(2)) bond and a C(sp(2))-C(sp(2)) bond sequentially in a single-step operation.  相似文献

Two nickel complexes, [Ni(tpen)](ClO4)2.0.5CH3COCH3 ( 1 ) and [Ni(tpbn)](ClO4)2 ( 2 ), of tetrapyridyl ligands N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-pyridyl-methyl)-1,2-ethanediamine (tpen) and N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-pyridyl-methyl)-1,4-butanediamine (tpbn) were prepared and their catalysis for water oxidation reaction (WOR) studied. In 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of pH 8.0, complex 1 is a homogeneous molecular catalyst with an overpotential of ~440 mV and a Faradaic efficiency of 89%. At pH ≥ 9.0, complex 1 degraded gradually during the catalytic process and formed NiOx composite (nickel oxide with general formula NixOyHz) active for WOR. In contrast, complex 2 deteriorated under measured conditions (pH 8.0–12.0) and formed NiOx composite active for WOR. The NiOx composite derived from 1 in 0.1 M PBS at pH 11.0 showed an activity with an overpotential of ~500 mV, a Tafel slope of ~90 mV/decade and a Faradaic efficiency of 97%. Mechanisms were proposed for water oxidation catalyzed by 1 and 2 . This work revealed that the catalytic activity of the nickel complexes was related to the flexibility of the tetrapyridyl ligands and the adaptability of the coordination sphere of the nickel(II) center.  相似文献

Hydrogen iodide is lost upon reaction of PNP with IrI(3), where PNP = 2,6-bis-(di-t-butylphosphinomethyl)pyridine to give crystallographically characterized Ir(PNP)*(I)(2), which reacts with H(2) to give Ir(PNP)(H)(I)(2). Ir(PNP)(Cl)(3) is relatively inert towards the intramolecular C-H activation of the tert-butyl's of the PNP ligand.  相似文献

A series of original 2-indenylidene palladium pincer complexes {PdL[Ind(Ph(2)P==S)(2)]} (L = HNCy(2), PPh(3), Cl(-)) have been prepared by double C-H activation of a 1,3-bis(thiophosphinoyl)indene proligand. Crystallographic analyses and DFT calculations indicate that the bonding situation of the {Pd[Ind(Ph(2)P==S)(2)]} fragment is essentially governed by the conjugated and rigid nature of the dianionic pincer ligand, the nature of the coligand having little influence. The formation of the 2-indenylidene complexes involves either a 2-indenyl pincer or a four-membered cyclometalated complex as an intermediate, suggesting that C(sp(2))-H or C(sp(3))-H bond activation takes place. However, deuterium labelling experiences show that in all cases, C(sp(3))-H bond activation occurs followed eventually by a Pd/H exchange. Nevertheless, evidence for direct C(sp(2))-H bond activation under mild conditions is obtained when a methyl group is introduced at the indene proligand to prevent C(sp(3))-H bond activation. The ensuing dissymmetrical 2-indenyl palladium pincer complex has been fully characterized.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Oxygen-promoted Pd(II) catalysis facilitated the synthesis of conjugated dienes by cross-coupling of alkenylboronic compounds and various olefins including highly substituted alkenes and cyclohexenone. Under mild conditions, these versatile reactions were efficient and highly stereoselective.  相似文献

Despite significant advances made on the synthesis of indole derivatives through photochemical strategies during the past several years, the requirement of equivalent amounts of oxidants, bases or other additional additives has limited their practical applications in the synthesis of natural products and pharmaceuticals as environment-friendly processes. Herein, we report LED visible-light-induced redox neutral desulfonylative C(sp2)–H functionalization for the synthesis of N-substituted indoles with a broad scope through γ-fragmentation under mild conditions in the absence of any additional additive. The reaction mechanism paradigm has been investigated on the basis of deuterium labeling experiments, kinetic analysis, Hammett plotting analysis and DFT calculations.

To be or not to bifluoride: Two synthetic pathways to unprecedented N-heterocyclic carbene copper(I) bifluoride complexes have been developed. Catalytic tests demonstrated that copper(I) bifluorides are very efficient catalysts, which do not require any additional activating agent. The first Cu-catalyzed diastereoselective allylation of (R)-N-tert-butanesulfinyl aldimines was also established. The method enables efficient, simple and general synthesis of enantiomerically enriched homoallylic amines at room temperature in high yields.  相似文献

A dual photochemical/nickel-mediated decarboxylative strategy for the assembly of C(sp3)–C(sp2) linkages is disclosed. Under light irradiation at 390 nm, commercially available and inexpensive Hantzsch ester (HE) functions as a potent organic photoreductant to deliver catalytically active Ni(0) species through single-electron transfer (SET) manifolds. As part of its dual role, the Hantzsch ester effects a decarboxylative-based radical generation through electron donor–acceptor (EDA) complex activation. This homogeneous, net-reductive platform bypasses the need for exogenous photocatalysts, stoichiometric metal reductants, and additives. Under this cross-electrophile paradigm, the coupling of diverse C(sp3)-centered radical architectures (including primary, secondary, stabilized benzylic, α-oxy, and α-amino systems) with (hetero)aryl bromides has been accomplished. The protocol proceeds under mild reaction conditions in the presence of sensitive functional groups and pharmaceutically relevant cores.

This works demonstrates the implementation of an electron donor–acceptor (EDA) complex platform toward Ni-catalyzed C(sp3)–C(sp2) bond formation, circumventing the need for exogenous photocatalysts, additives, and stoichiometric metal reductants.  相似文献

Chiral 1,3-bis(2'-imidazolinyl)benzenes 1a-e easily undergo direct nickelation at the C2 position of the central benzene ring via the C-H bond activation in the reaction with anhydrous NiCl(2) giving neutral NCN pincer nickel(II) complexes 2a-e in 40-87% yields. Treatment of the nickel pincers 2a or 2c with AgBF(4) in CH(3)CN-CH(2)Cl(2) afforded the cationic nickel pincers 3a or 3c in good yields. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, (1)H, (13)C NMR, and IR spectra. Molecular structures of the neutral complexes 2a, 2b and 2c as well as the cationic complex 3c have been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The cationic nickel pincers 3 are found to be effective catalysts for the Michael addition of ethyl 2-cyanopropionate to methyl vinyl ketone in the presence of i-Pr(2)NEt base with a catalyst loading of 5 mol% even at -78 °C, producing the adduct in >99% yield after 24 h albeit with no ee.  相似文献

Carbon-heteroatom bond formation from copper(III) is commonly invoked as a key step in catalytic reactions, including the century-old Ullmann reactions. Well-defined examples of such reactions have never been observed. Here, we demonstrate that a well-defined Cu(III)-aryl species reacts with a variety nitrogen nucleophiles to undergo facile carbon-nitrogen bond formation.  相似文献

Mild electrophilic C(sp2)-H cyclometalation of 2-phenylpyridine and N,N-dimethylbenzylamine by the chloro-bridged osmium(II) dimer [OsCl(micro-Cl)(eta6-C6H6)]2 in acetonitrile affords cyclometalated pseudotetrahedral OsII complexes [Os(C approximately N)(eta6-C6H6)(NCMe)]PF6 (C approximately N=o-C6H4py-kappa C,N (2) and o-C6H4CH2NMe2-kappa C,N (5), respectively) in good to excellent yields. The cyclometalation reactions are super sensitive to the nature of an external base. Sodium hydroxide is essential for cyclometalation of 2-phenylpyridine, but NaOH retards metalation of N,N-dimethylbenzylamine, the tertiary amine being self-sufficient as a base. Further reactions of compounds 2 and 5 with 1,10-phenanthroline or 2,2'-bipyridine (N approximately N) lead to the substitution of the eta6-bound benzene to produce octahedral species [Os(C approximately N)(N approximately N)(NCMe)2]PF6 or [Os(C approximately N)(N approximately N)2]PF6 in MeCN or MeOH as solvent, respectively. The cis configuration of the MeCN ligands in [Os(C approximately N)(phen)(NCMe)2]PF6 has been confirmed by an X-ray crystallographic study. Electrochemical investigation of the octahedral osma(II)cycles by cyclic voltammetry showed a pseudoreversible MIII/II redox feature at (-50)-(+109) and 190-300 mV versus Ag/AgCl in water and MeCN, respectively. As a possible application of the compounds, a rapid electron exchange between the reduced active site of glucose oxidase enzyme from Aspergillus niger and the electrochemically generated OsIII species has been demonstrated. The corresponding second-order rate constants cover the range (0.7-4.8)x10(6) M(-1) s(-1) at 25 degrees C and pH 7.  相似文献

The first transition-metal-catalyzed activation of silyl C(sp(3))-H bond was realized and synthetically applied. A variety of organic skeletons substituted with SiMe(3) groups could undergo the Pd-catalyzed intramolecular coupling reaction, resulting in an unprecedented synthetic method for yielding six-membered silacycles. It was found that the adjacent Si atom played an essential role for the activation of the C(sp(3))-H bond of the SiMe(3) group; no activation reaction of the C(sp(3))-H bond of the CMe(3) group took place under the same reaction conditions.  相似文献

A new class of luminescent cyclometalated alkynylgold(III) complexes, [Au(RC=N(R')=CR)(CCR' ')], i.e., [Au(C=N=C)(C triple bond CR')] (HC=N=CH = 2,6-diphenylpyridine) R' ' = C6H5 1, C6H4-Cl-p 2, C6H4-NO2-p 3, C6H4-OCH3-p 4, C6H4-NH2-p 5, C6H4-C6H13-p 6, C6H13 7, [Au(tBuC=N=CtBu)(C triple bond CC6H5)] 8 (HtBuC=N=CtBuH = 2,6-bis(4-tert-butylphenyl)pyridine), and [Au(C=NTol=C)(CCC6H4-C6H13-p)] 9 (HC=NTol=CH = 2,6-diphenyl-4-p-tolylpyridine), have been synthesized and characterized. The X-ray crystal structures of most of the complexes have also been determined. Electrochemical studies show that, in general, the first oxidation wave is an alkynyl ligand-centered oxidation, while the first reduction couple is ascribed to a ligand-centered reduction of the cyclometalated ligand with the exception of 3 in which the first reduction couple is assigned as an alkynyl ligand-centered reduction. Their electronic absorption and luminescence behaviors have also been investigated. In dichloromethane solution at room temperature, the low-energy absorption bands are assigned as the pi-pi* intraligand (IL) transition of the cyclometalated RC=N(R')=CR ligand with some mixing of a [pi(C triple bond CR') --> pi*(RC=N(R')=CR)] ligand-to-ligand charge transfer (LLCT) character. The low-energy emission bands of all the complexes, with the exception of 5, are ascribed to origins mainly derived from the pi-pi* IL transition of the cyclometalated RC=N(R')=CR ligand. In the case of 5 that contains an electron-rich amino substituent on the alkynyl ligand, the low-energy emission band was found to show an obvious shift to the red. A change in the origin of emission is evident, and the emission of 5 is tentatively ascribed to a [pi(CCC6H4NH2) --> pi*(C=N=C)] LLCT excited-state origin. DFT and TDDFT computational studies have been performed to verify and elucidate the results of the electrochemical and photophysical studies.  相似文献

Mixed cyclization of 3-mono-, 4-mono-, or 4,5-di(porphyrinated) phthalonitrile compounds 2, 3, or 6 and unsubstituted phthalonitrile with the half-sandwich complex [EuIII(acac)(Pc)] (Pc=phthalocyaninate, acac=acetylacetonate) as the template in the presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) in n-pentanol afforded novel porphyrin-appended europium(III) bis(phthalocyaninato) complexes 7-9 in 30-40% yield. These mixed tetrapyrrole triads and tetrad were spectroscopically and electrochemically characterized and their photophysical properties were also investigated with steady-state and transient spectroscopic methods. It has been found that the fluorescence of the porphyrin moiety is quenched effectively by the double-decker unit through an intramolecular photoinduced electron-transfer process, which takes place in several hundred femtoseconds, while the recombination of the charge-separated state occurs in several picoseconds. By using different phthalocyanines containing different numbers of porphyrin substituents at the peripheral or nonperipheral position(s) of the ligand, while the other unsubstituted phthalocyanine remains unchanged in these double-deckers, the effects of the number and the position of the porphyrin substituents on these photophysical processes were also examined.  相似文献

A series of stable Cr(V) model complexes that mimic the binding of Cr(V) to peptide backbones at the C-terminus of proteins have been prepared for N,N-dimethylurea derivatives of the tripeptides Aib3-DMF, AibLAlaAib-DMF, and AibDAlaAib-DMF (Aib = 2-amino-2-methylpropanoic acid, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide). The Cr(ll) precursor complexes were synthesized by the initial deprotonation of the amide and acid groups of the peptide ligands in DMF with potassium tert-butoxide in the presence of CrCl2. The Cr(II) intermediates thus formed were then immediately oxidized to Cr(V) using tert-butyl hydroperoxide. Spectroscopic and mass-spectrometric analyses of the Cr(V) complexes showed that a new metal-directed organic transformation of the ligand had occurred. This involved a DMF solvent molecule becoming covalently bound to the amine group of the peptide ligand, yielding a urea group, and a third coordinated deprotonated urea nitrogen donor. A metal-directed oxidative coupling has been proposed as a possible mechanism for the organic transformation. The Cr(V/IV) reduction potential was determined for the three Cr(V) complexes using cyclic voltammetry, and in all cases it was quasi-reversible. These are the first isolated and fully characterized Cr(V) complexes with non-sulfur-containing peptide ligands.  相似文献

A new set of luminescent platinum(II) diimine complexes has been synthesized and characterized. The anionic ligands in these complexes are arylacetylides. The complexes are brightly emissive in fluid solution with relative emission quantum yields phiem ranging from 3 x 10(-3) to 10(-1). Two series of complexes have been investigated. The first has the formula Pt(Rphen)(C...CC6H5)2 where Rphen is 1,10-phenanthroline substituted in the 5-position with R = H, Me, Cl, Br, NO2, or C...CC6H5, while the second has the formula Pt(dbbpy)(C=CC6H4X)2 where dbbpy = 4,4'-di(tert-butyl)bipyridine and X = H, Me, F, or NO2. From NMR, IR, and electronic spectroscopies, all of the complexes are assigned a square planar coordination geometry with cis-alkynyl ligands. The crystal structure of Pt(phen)(Ce-CC6H4CH3)2 confirms this assignment. All of the complexes exhibit an absorption band at ca. 400 nm that corresponds to a Pt d-->pi*diimine charge-transfer transition. The variation of lambdamax for this band with substituent variation supports this assignment. From similar changes in the energy of the solution luminescence as a function of substituents R and X, the emissive excited state is also of MLCT origin, but with spin-forbidden character on the basis of excited-state lifetime measurements (0.01-5.6 micros). The complexes undergo electron-transfer quenching, showing good Stern-Volmer behavior using 10-methylphenothiazine and N,N,N',N'-tetramethylbenzidine as reductive quenchers. Excited-state reduction potentials are estimated on the basis of a simple thermochemical analysis. Crystal data for Pt(phen)(C...CC6H4CH3)2: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 19.0961(1) A, b = 10.4498(1) A, c = 11.8124(2) A, beta = 108.413(1) degrees, V = 2236.49 A3, number of reflections 1614, number of variables 150, R1 = 0.0163, wR2 (I > 2sigma) = 0.0410.  相似文献
