采用液相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用(HPLC-ESI-MSn)技术, 对北五味子与南五味子中木脂素类成分进行了系统研究. 通过HPLC-ESI-MS技术, 获得了相应化合物的保留时间、紫外光谱和分子量等信息, 利用电喷雾多级串联质谱技术(ESI-MSn), 获得了相应化合物的结构信息. 研究结果表明, 北五味子与南五味子的主要木脂素成分除5个共有成分外其它成分差异较大, 并且其共有成分含量差别较大. 在此基础上, 建立了简便、快速的北五味子与南五味子药材分析鉴定的新方法.  相似文献

Four new nortriterpenoids, pre-schisanartanins C and D (1-2) with pre-schisanartane backbone, and propintrilactones A and B (3-4) possessed wuweiziartane framework, were isolated from the acetone extract of the stems of Schisandra propinqua var. propinqua. Their structures were characterized by extensive spectroscopic analyses. Compounds 3 and 4 existed as a pair of slowly interconverting diastereomers at room temperature; their absolute configuration was established by CD methods. Compounds 1-4 showed no cytotoxicity against K562, A549, and HT-29 human cancer cells.  相似文献

Homogeneous ionic liquid microextraction (HILME) was developed for the extraction of schizandrin, schisantherin A and deoxyschizandrin from Schisandra chinensis and Schisandra sphenanthera. 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([C4MIM][BF4]) aqueous solution was used as extraction solvent, and ammonium hexafluorophosphate ([NH4][PF6]) was used as ion-pairing agent. 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C4MIM][PF6]), which is barely soluble in water, was formed in situ, and was used as sample solution. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was employed for separation and determination of the analytes. The calibration curve showed good linear relationship (r > 0.9998). The recoveries were between 69.71% and 88.33% with RSDs lower than 4.86%. External standard method was adopted in the proposed method, and internal standard method was applied for the evaluation of the proposed method. The two methods were compared and the results indicated that the proposed method was acceptable and simple. The HILME is free of volatile organic solvents, and represents lower expenditures of sample, extraction time and solvent, compared with ultrasonic and Soxhlet extraction. There was no obvious difference in the extraction yields of active constitutions obtained by the three extraction methods.  相似文献

Brassica rapa var. rapa L. (turnip) is highly appreciated and consumed by human. In this work, the volatile profile of B. rapa var. rapa was studied during the maturation process. The volatiles of seeds, sprouts with 6 and 9 days, and adult plant were determined using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography/ion trap-mass spectrometry (GC/IT-MS).Several constituents, including alcohols, aldehydes, esters, ketones, norisoprenoids, nitrogen and sulphur compounds were characterized, totalizing 64 compounds. Isothiocyanates are the main volatiles in all matrices, being 3-butenyl isothiocyanate the major compound. Qualitative and quantitative differences were found among the analysed materials. Nitrogen and sulphur compounds decreased during the maturation process, while terpenes, aldehydes, norisoprenoids and ester compounds were present in higher amounts during germination, especially in sprouts with 9 days of development.  相似文献

A new triterpene glycoside, leucospilotaside C, along with two known saponin, was isolated from sea cucumber Holothuria leucospilota collected from the South China Sea, and its structure was elucidated as 3-0-{4′-O-sodiumsulfate-β′-D-xylopyranosyl}- holosta-22,25-epoxy-9-ene-3β,12α,17α-triol (1) by extensive spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods. A class of C29 triterpene dilactones (1-6) featuring 18(13→14)-abeo-schiartane skeleton have been isolated from the stems of Schisandra propinqua var. propinqua. The structures of new compounds, propindilactones K-O (1-5), were determined on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic means. Biogenetic pathway of 1-6 was proposed and then chemically mimicked. The absolute stereochemistries of new compounds were established on biosynthetic consideration coupled with CD experiments. Compound 2 showed promising anti-HBV activity in vitro.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the chloroform extract of the rhizomes of Curcuma aromatica Salisb. (Zingiberaceae) yielded three new phytoconstituents characterized as n-heneitriacontan-14-one; n-pentatriacontan-5-one; 11α-cyclopentyl-n-decan-1-ol (curcumapentadecanol) along with the known compounds stigmasterol and n-nonacosan-1-ol. The continuous chemical investigation on the ethyl acetate (EtOAc) soluble fraction of the MeOH extract afforded two new lanostane triterpenoid derivatives including one with a rearranged lanostane skeleton. They were identified as 3,4-seco-8-(14→13R)abeo-17,13-friedo-9β-lanosta-4(28), 7,14(30),24-tetraen-26,23-olide-23-hydroxy-3-oic acid (1) and 7,14-mariesa- dien-3oL-hydroxy-25-methoxy-26-oic acid (2). A new phenylpropanoid and two new diterpenes were isolated from the leaves of the plant Mikania laevigata Shultz Bip. ex Baker. The structures of these compounds were established by 1D- and 2D-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic techniques and mass spectrometry data. Taraxerol, lupeol, coumarin, syringaldehyde, trans-melilotoside, cis-melilotoside, adenosine, patuletin 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, kaempferol 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, quercetin 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, methyl 3,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinate, and 3,3′,5-trihydroxy-4′,6,7-trimethoxyflavone were isolated too. In addition, the compounds dihydrocoumarin, spathulenol, caryophyllene oxide, kaurenoic acid, beyerenoic acid, and lupeol acetate were identified by GC-MS.  相似文献

From the roots ethanol extract of Glehnia littoralis, two new lignan glycosides, named glehlinoside E (1) and F (2), were obtained. Valeneomerins A–D, two new neomerane-type sesquiterpenoids and two new nor-sesquiterpenoids, were isolated from the roots of Valeriana officinalis var. latifolia. Among them, valeneomerin A (1) was identified as a sesquiterpenoid with an unprecedented 15,3-lactone loop while valeneomerin C (3) and valeneomerin D (4) were determined to be nor-sesquiterpenoids with a new 15-reductive neomerane-type carbon skeleton. Their structures were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analysis and Cu Kα X-ray crystallography. Compounds 1, 2, and 4 exhibited significant neuroprotective effects against H2O2 induced oxidative stress in SH-SY5Y cells with viability of 49.8, 40.9, and 44.6% each at 50 μM, respectively, in contrast to positive control (catechin, 50 μM) with viability of 32.6%.  相似文献

Summary. Three new pyrroloazepine type alkaloids, stichoneurines A and B and 6-hydroxycroomine were isolated from the lipophilic root extracts of Stichoneuron caudatum and Stemona tuberosa collected in Thailand together with the already known croomine, tuberostemonine, and tuberostemonine A. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including H/H-COSY, HMQC, and HMBC. Information on the relative stereochemistries and conformational behaviour was obtained by analysis of the NOESY spectra. The formation of pyrroloazepine alkaloids in the genus Stichoneuron is reported for the first time and supports its affiliation to the family Stemonaceae. The occurrence of two different types of alkaloids, of the tuberostemonine and croomine series, in different geographical provenances of Stemona tuberosa is of special chemosystematic interest and may contribute to a more natural species delimitation within that complex group.  相似文献
