Six column experiments were performed, and six breakthrough curves (BTCs) and six displacement (desorption) curves (DPCs) were obtained, which demonstrate the effects of phosphate and Cr3+ on the sorption and transport of Th(IV) on a silica column at pH 3.0 and Th(IV) concentration 8·10−6 mol/l of the influent. It was found that in the presence of phosphate sorbed preliminarily on the silica column, the amount of Th(IV) sorbed on the silica column is significantly increased. The breakthrough is significantly delayed relative to those in the absence of phosphate; the effect of simultaneous injection of Cr3+ on Th(IV) breakthrough is not significant and while the maximum concentration of Th(IV) of BTC is significantly decreased and reached about 70% of the input concentration; a minor proportion of Th(IV) sorbed on the silica column in the presence or absence of phosphate is not readily displaced with 0.01 mol/l KNO3 aqueous solution at pH 3. Transport and sorption studies of Th(IV) are important, since all thorium isotopes are radioactive, and Th(IV) is an analogue of tetravalent actinides. There is a need to understand the potential for migration from radioactive waste storage and mill tilling sites.  相似文献

Summary An extraction chromatography method was developed for the separation of 239Np from 243Am in nitric acid solution. A sorbent based on aliphatic quaternary amine Aliquat-336 and hydrophobized silica gel was prepared. 239Np reduced to the oxidation state(IV) with ferrous sulfamate in 2M or 6M HNO3 sorbs on the prepared silica gel column. After washing with 0.1M ferrous sulfamate in 2.5M HNO3, 239Np is eluted with 0.1M HNO3 containing 0.02M HF. The separation of 243Am from 239Np is very effective. The purity of 239Np was found to be better than 99.5%. The proposed 239Np milking procedure is suitable for the preparation of 239Np tracer that can be used for the determination of 237Np radiochemical yield.  相似文献

Possibility of using a low-temperature magnesium-potassium phosphate matrix to solve the problem of immobilizing the radioactive wastes containing radioactive carbon (14C) in the form of calcium carbonate was examined. The physicochemical characteristics of the compounds obtained were determined. Large values of the ultimate compression strength (22 ± 5 MPa), which satisfy the technical requirements for cemented radioactive wastes (no less than 4.9 MPa), were obtained. The minimum carryover of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere in the course of synthesis and in keeping of samples for 14 days was noted: not more than 3 wt % relative to the starting CaCO3. The leaching rate of carbonate ions from magnesium-potassium compounds by 28th day of contact with air does not exceed 10?9 g cm?2 day?1, with this value for the rest of the compound components not exceeding 10?4 g cm?2 day?1. Thus, it was found that the magnesium?potassium phosphate matrix is an alternative to the cementation for solidification of radioactive wastes containing 14C.  相似文献

Er3+ photoluminescence (PL) and Yb3+ → Er3+ energy transfer (ET) phenomena in the near infrared (NIR) have been studied in three-dimensional (3-D) inverse opal (IO) structures synthesized by a colloidal/sol–gel route, starting with the deposition of polystyrene microsphere (235 nm and 460 nm diameter) direct opal templates by convective self-assembly, followed by infiltration of the interstices with Er3+/Yb3+-doped silica, titania and silica-titania sols and heat-removal of the polymeric template material. The crystalline quality of the IOs has been optimized through suitable substrate treatments, plus the control of temperature and humidity during deposition of the templates. The structural and optical properties of the 3-D opal and IO structures have been studied by field emission scanning electron microscopy and visible-NIR reflection spectroscopy, in order to assess the relationship between microstructure and the photonic properties obtained. Photonic bandgaps have been evidenced by the corresponding stop bands in the reflection spectra. The shape and the intensity of the Er3+ 4I13/2 → 4I15/2 transition at ~1.5 μm were modified in most IOs relatively to similar matrix deposits without a photonic crystal structure, particularly in the case of pure silica and titania IOs, where the PL peak narrowed and intensified. It was not possible at this stage to detect Yb3+ → Er3+ ET phenomena in the IOs structures.  相似文献

The reduction of immobile cations La3+ and Ce3+ in fluoride-conducting solid electrolytes (FSE) LaF3 (Eu2+ 0.8 mol %), LaF3 (Sr2+ 5 mol %), and CeF3 (Sr2+ 5 mol %) in contact with Ag, Bi, Si, La, Ce, and Sm working electrodes is studied by chronoamperometry and voltammetry with linear potential scan. Discovered is linear dependence of initial segments of potentiostatic transients of cathodic current on t 1/2 at FSE interfaces with Ag, Bi, La, Ce, and Sm. The dependence is due to diffusion-controlled instantaneous nucleation of Ln and Ce. The La3+ and Ce3+ reduction at the FSE/Ag interface is reversible in a narrow region. Silica glasses doped with Dy3+ were prepared by sol–gel method. The FTIR and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) clearly show complete densification (density = 2.2 gm/cm3) of the gels around 1000C. The fluorescence properties of Dy3+ ion are utilized to study the structural changes during the gel to glass transition of the silica xerogels. The fluorescence intensity and full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the emission bands show an increasing tendency with heat treatment. This is attributed to a glassy silica network with an asymmetric environment. The (Y/B) ratio for the Dy3+ ion is found to be less sensitive to site symmetry effects.  相似文献

The process of complex formation of maleic acid (H2L) with the ions Zn2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Cu2+ was studied by potentiometric titration in a wide range of concentration ratios at 298 K and I = 0.1 mol/l (NaNO3). Coprecipitation of mixed vanadium and titanium phosphates has been performed by reacting a mixed solution of vanadium alkoxide (VO(OPrn)3) and titanium alkoxide (Ti(OPrn)4) with anhydrous phosphoric acid (H3PO4). The goal is to obtain a mixture at a molecular level of phosphates with both acidic and redox properties. In protic solvents, such as propanol, the vanadium phosphate precipitation is slow, so, as indicated by the chemical analysis, the coprecipitation is not stoichiometric. The kinetics of precipitation of both vanadium and titanium phosphates are much faster in aprotic solvents such as tetrahydrofuran (THF) and result in homogeneous precipitates. 31P and 51V MAS-NMR experiments, have been used in order to characterise the homogeneity in these samples. Enthalpy of the complex formation between diglycine (HL±) and Ce3+ or La3+ at 308.15 K and ionic strength of 0.5 mol/L (KNO3) has been determined by means of calorimetry. The effects of La3+ on inward K+ channels at plasma membrane in vicia guard cells are investigated using the whole-cell patch-clamp recording mode. It is shown that La3+ on both sides of plasma membrane blocks inward K+ currents in a concentration-dependent manner, indicating that La3+ binding sites may exist on both sides of plasma membrane in guard cells in vicia. The dose response is fitted by the Michaelis-Menten relation characterized by an inhibitor constant K i of 2.56±0.25 μmol · L−1 (outside membrane) and (1.18±0.11)×10−15 mol · L−1 (inside membrane). Intracellular La3+ has much stronger inhibitory effect on inward K+ currents than extracellular La3+ does, suggesting there may exist stronger binding sites inside membrane than outside membrane. Since ion channel activities of guard cells directly affect plant stomatal movement and water status, our results imply that rare earth elements might have potential practical values in regulating plant water status and strengthening plant drought endurance.  相似文献

Summary To control virtually the toxic compounds and to improve quality control of the solution of 2-deoxy-2-[18F]fluoro-d-glucose (2-[18F]FDG), the products of its autoradiolysis were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography with electrospray mass spectrometric and radiometric detectors (HPLC/MS/RAD), thin layer chromatography on TLC silica plate and HPTLC on amino modified silica plate. Except Kryptofix2.2.2, glucose and fluoride anion, no by-products and impurities were observed by LC/MS analysis of fresh 2-[18F]FDG samples. The analysis performed in the time interval of 6 to 48 hours after the end of 2-[18F]FDG synthesis indicated that the activity of the autoradiolysis products separated by HPLC did not exceed 1.3%. As the main autoradiolysis products of 3.3 . 10-5 to 4.4 . 10-5M 2-[18F]FDG solution of original specific activity 0.5-1.5 GBq . cm-3 were established: arabinose - 2.8 μM (G= 0.07/100 eV), gluconic and glucuronic acids 1.8-0.5 μM (G =0.01-0.05/100 eV), arabinose and araburonic acids occurred under 0.5 μM concentration at residual glucose contents about 0.14 mM. Radiation chemical yields of active products were calculated from molar activity of 2-[18F]FDG and the percentage of their activity: 0.5% radiochemical yield of 2-[18F]fluoroglucuronic acid corresponds to the G = 0.004/100 eV and 0.3% yield of 2-[18F]fluorogluconic acid issues G = 0.003/100 eV.  相似文献

Application of 31P NMR for qualitative and quantitative determination of added phosphorus compounds in meat samples is described. Furthermore, usefulness of the proposed method for monitoring of poly- and pyrophosphates hydrolysis in meat is discussed. Calibration curves based on the 31P resonance line areas were elaborated for Na3P3O9, Na5P3O10, Na2H2P2O7, and K4P2O7 resulting in linearity (R 2 = 0.9976, 0.9953, 0.9974, and 0.9524, respectively), detection limits (DL from 0.0018 mol L−1 for Na3P3O9 to 0.0070 mol L−1 for K4P2O7), and quantification limits (QL from 0.0060 mol L−1 for Na3P3O9 to 0.0234 mol L−1 for K4P2O7). The developed procedure was applied for laboratory prepared meat samples and compared with the standard UV-VIS method. The minimal sample pretreatment, obtained within-day precision (CV ≤ 2.0 %) and accuracy (as recovery ≥ 95 %) suggest 31P NMR as an alternative method of phosphorus determination in food analysis.  相似文献

Results of measurements of the yield of Nd3+ radioluminescence photons in inorganic laser liquids POCl3-MCln-235UO 2 2+ -Nd3+ (M = Ti, Zr, Sn, or Sb) during homogeneous excitation by uranium α-particles are presented. It was found that the intensity of radioluminescence corresponding to the 4 F 3/24 I 11/2 transition in neodymium ions depends on the solvent composition. Data on the radiation-chemical yield, G, of excited neodymium ions in the POCl3-MCln-235UO 2 2+ -Nd3+ (M = Ti, Zr, Sn, or Sb) system were obtained. At a neodymium concentration of 0.25 mol/l, the values of G for the excited ions were 0.60 ± 0.10, 0.84 ± 0.10, 1.20 ± 0.10, and 1.64 ± 0.16 ion/100 eV in solutions with TiCl4, ZrCl4, SnCl4, and SbCl5, respectively. The maximum yields of excited ions estimated at G = 1.68 ± 0.10 and 2.20 ± 0.24 ion/100 eV were obtained for the solutions with SnCl4 and SbCl5, respectively, at neodymium ion concentrations above 0.4 mol/l.  相似文献

The removal characteristics of H14CO3 ions from IRN-150 mixed resin contaminated with 14C radionuclide and the gasification effects of 14C radionuclide on 14CO2 are investigated in this study. The stripping solutions used for the removal of 14C from spent resin are NaNO3, Na3PO4, NH4H2PO4, and H3PO4. The influence of the stripping solution concentration on the desorption characteristics of an inactive HCO3 ion into a stripping solution from IRN-150 mixed resin and the gasification of this ion to CO2 is analyzed. The gasification behavior to CO2 using NaOH, HNO3, and HCl was also compared to that of phosphate solution. Spent resin stored in Wolsong nuclear power plant is used to evaluate the gasification characteristics of 14C radionuclide to 14CO2. Gamma radionuclides such as 137Cs and 60Co in residual striping solutions after desorption experiments are analyzed.  相似文献

Rituximab was successively labeled with 177Lu-lutetium chloride. 177Lu chloride was obtained by thermal neutron flux (4 × 1013 n cm−2 s−1) of natural Lu2O3 sample with a specific activity of 2.6–3 GBq/mg. The macrocyclic bifunctional chelating agent, N-succinimidyl-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid (DOTA-NHS) was prepared at 25 °C using DOTA, N-hydroxy succinimide (NHS) in CH2Cl2. DOTA-rituximab was obtained by the addition of 1 mL of a rituximab pharmaceutical solution (5 mg/mL, in phosphate buffer, pH 7.8) to a glass tube pre-coated with DOTA-NHS (0.01–0.1 mg) at 25 °C with continuous mild stirring for 15 h. Radiolabeling was performed at 37 °C in 24 h. Radio-thin layer chromatography showed an overall radiochemical purity of >98% at optimized conditions (specific activity = 444 MBq/mg, labeling efficacy; 82%). The final isotonic 177Lu-DOTA-rituximab complex was checked by gel electrophoresis for structure integrity control. Radio-TLC was performed to ensure that only one species was present after filtration through a 0.22 μm filter. Preliminary biodistribution studies in normal rats were carried out to determine complex distribution of the radioimmunoconjugate up to 168 h. The biodistribution data were in accordance with other antiCD20 radioimmunoconjugates already reported.  相似文献

Rhodium(III) complex formation with phosphoric acid in strong acidic solutions has been studied by 103Rh, 17O, and 31P NMR. Phosphoric acid is mainly coordinated to rhodium as a monodentate terminal HPO42− ion, while the coordinated phosphate ion accounts for no more than 7%.  相似文献

In this paper, 3-amino-1-hydroxypropylidene-1,1-bisphosphonate(APB), a amidobisphophonate was synthesized and labeled with the α-emitter 211At by an indirect method using N-succinimidyl 5-(tributylstannyl)-3-pyridinecarboxylate (SPC) as a bi-functional linker, and the conjugated amidobisphophonate (211At-SAPC-APB) was preliminarily evaluated in vitro and in vivo by comparison with free astatide (211At) and 99mTc-MDP. 3-amino-1-hydroxypropylidene-1,1-bisphosphonate(APB) was prepared using β-alanine as the starting material. With SPC bi-functional linker, APB was conjugated with 211At in a labeling yield of 80–90% with radiochemical purity of more than 99%. The conjugated amidobisphophonate (211At-SAPC-APB) exhibited considerable stability in vitro, in that the radiochemical purity of 211At-SAPC-APB was still more than 98% in 0.1 mol/L PBS (pH 7.6) or in fetal calf serum, even stayed for 24 h at room temperature (RT). Biodistribution of 211At-SAPC-APB was investigated in NIH strain mice by I.V injection. The results showed that 211At-SAPC-APB could rapidly locate in shank, with the maximum uptake of 23.70 ± 2.29% I.D/g at 6 h, earlier than that of 99mTc-MDP at 12 h, and stayed in the bone for long time. Moreover, 211At-SAPC-APB uptake in some key organs or tissues, especially in thyriod, stomach, lung and spleen, was much less than that of free astatide (211At), implying that 211At-SAPC-APB was constantly stable in vivo as well as in vitro. These results indicated that 211At-SAPC-APB will be a suitable candidate for the targeted radiotherapy of bone metastases and should be further investigated.  相似文献

The preparation and study of electrochemical properties of a graphite screen-printed electrode (SPE) modified with the GO/Fe3O4@SiO2 (GO is graphene oxide) nanocomposites are described. The morphologies of the GO/Fe3O4@SiO2 nanocomposites were examined by scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical oxidation of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) on SPE modified with the GO/Fe3O4@SiO2 nanocomposite was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, and chronoamperometry. Under optimum conditions (pH 7.0), the vitamin B6 oxidation at the surface of the modified SPE occurs at a potential about 190 mV less positive than that at the unmodified SPE. A linear voltammetric response for vitamin B6 was obtained in the concentration range 1.0?10 6—9.0?10 4 mol L–1 with a detection limit of 5.2?10 7 mol L–1 using differential pulse voltammetry. The developed sensor was also successfully applied for determination of trace level of vitamin B6 in both the standard vitamin B6 sample and biological samples (urine).  相似文献
