5-氟尿嘧啶是一种广谱性的抗肿瘤药物, 其缺点是脂溶性小, 毒副作用较大, 为此, 对该化合物进行了大量的化学修饰工作, 本文通过2,4,-双三甲硅基-5-氟尿嘧啶分别与乙酸-W-溴代烷基酯和α-溴代丙二酸二乙酯的反应, 然后醇解, 制备了五种N'羟烷基-5-氟尿嘧啶-(2a-e)和α-5-氟尿嘧啶-N'-丙二酸二乙酯(3), 通过5-氟尿嘧啶与衣康酸二甲酯反应, 制备了α-5-氟脲嘧啶-N'-甲基丁二酸二甲酯(4)。将以上所得到的两种α-5-氟尿嘧啶-N'-二羧酸酯水解, 制得α-5-氟尿嘧啶-N'-丙二酸(5)和α-5-氟尿嘧啶-N'-甲基丁二酸(6)。 相似文献

2,3,3-三甲基-3 H-吲哚氢溴酸盐分别与五种取代苯甲醛在乙醇介质中反应,可得到五种新的2-(p-取代苯乙烯基)-3,3-二甲基-3H-吲哚氢溴酸盐(R=H(3a);Br(3b);MeO(3c);HO(3d);Me_2N(3e)]。研究了化合物3a-e的紫外光谱和Hammett常数的定量关系。以位移增量△λ_p,对△σ(△σ=σ_p-σ_m)作图可得到一条直线,说明它们紫外光谱的取代基效应遵守Hammett方程,即随着取代基给电子能力的增强,吸收带向红移。五个化合物以3e的光谱增感性能最好。 相似文献

A series of aromatic poly--1, 2, 4-triazines have been prepared. Experimental results showedthat these polymers exhibited good thermally oxidative stability as determined by isothermal agingat 30℃for 200 hours in air. After submerging the coated wire in boiling water for 240 hours nochange in electrical insulation was detected. Polymer films also showed good tensile strength (1050-1400 kg/cm~2) at room temperature. Therefore aromatic poly-1, 2, 4-triazines demonstrate highperformance showing good potential for use as functional and structural resins in the environmentsdemanding high thermal stability and hydrolytic stability. 相似文献

以丙烯酸全氟烷基酯 (ZonylTM)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯 (BA)为原料 ,在阴离子乳化体系中制备了含氟丙烯酸三元共聚物乳液 .研究了聚合反应动力学、转化率的各种影响因素 ,得出了聚合速率方程 ,并得出反应的表观活化能 (Ea)为 5 0 75 8kJ mol.考察了乳液的稀释稳定性、贮存稳定性、离心稳定性、耐热、耐寒稳定性 ,及乳胶膜的吸水性和耐溶剂性 .并用Wilhelmy方法测定了乳胶膜与水的接触角 ,结果表明乳胶膜对水的抗浸润力大大提高 相似文献

In-situ poling and synthesis of NLO chromophore-bearing polyurethanes for second harmonic generation

The preparation of six diol and one triol monomers bearing donor–acceptor chromophores is described. The monomers contain the N,N′-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)aniline unit with various acceptor groups attached in some cases via azo or olefin linkages, at the para position. Acceptors studied include nitro, tricyanovinyl, cyclobutene-1,2-dione, and imidazolidine-2,4-dione. Poled polymer films were prepared by thermal polymerization of these with 2,4-toluenediisocyanate (TDI) in the presence of an electric field generated by a corona tip. The resulting thin (ca. 1 μm), glassy polymer films were shown to exhibit reasonably good second harmonic generation efficiencies. Preliminary results show that the polymers with higher Tg's have the best temporal stability. The polymer derived from the diol bearing an imidazolidine-2,4-dione acceptor shows only a ca. 30% decrease in its second harmonic generation (SHG) signal over 200 days at room temperature, even though it is not crosslinked. We attribute this to hydrogen bonding interactions from the urethane and imidazolidine-2,4-dione groups. A crosslinked film derived from the triol and TDI has an exceedingly stable SHG response at room temperature, and no decrease in the SHG response is observed at 100°C for a few hours. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

通过双酚A 二 (缩水甘油醚 )与苯胺的逐步聚合反应合成环氧树脂类先驱聚合物BPAN ,进一步通过先驱聚合物的后重氮偶合反应 ,制备了侧链带偶氮生色团的二阶非线性光学聚合物BPAN 1A NT .将BPAN 1A NT与适当量的异氰酸酯交联剂M2 0S混合 ,得到了双组分非线性光学聚合物体系BPAN 1A NT M2 0S .该体系在电场极化的同时可发生交联固化 ,极化后其二阶非线性光学系数高达 10 5 2pm v(λ =1 0 6 4 μm) ,同时还具有很好的极化偶极取向稳定性 ,2 0 0℃时的非线性光学系数仍可维持在初始的 80 %以上 .上述双组分非线性光学聚合物材料 (BPAN 1A NT M2 0S)同时具有高二阶非线性光学系数和高极化偶极取向稳定温度 ,可以预期 ,在聚合物电光调制器、光开关等器件中将有很好的应用前景 . 相似文献

Two new polytriazines: poly[2-methyl-4, 6-(4,′4″-diphenylene)-1, 3, 5-triazine] (Ⅰ) and poly[2-phenyl-4, 6-(4′, 4″-diphenylene)-1, 3, 5-triazine] (Ⅱ) were synthesized from the solution condensation of biphenyl-4, 4′-diamidine dihydrochloride with acetic anhydride and biphenyl-4, 4′-diamidine with benzaldehyde respectively. These two polymers were characterized by TGA, DTA, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. They exhibited good thermal oxidative stability as shown by the fact that the powders of these polymers suffered 5.4%, 2.4% weight loss after isothermal aging in air at 300℃for 200 hours. The decomposition temperature of (Ⅱ) was 583℃in air and 590℃in N_2. These linear poly-1, 3, 5-triazines were soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and trifluoroacetic acid whereas the erosslinked poly-1, 3, 5-triazines reported in the literature were insoluble and infusible.It is interesting that these polymers can form complexes with metal halides as determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Four phenoxysilicon networks for nonlinear optical (NLO) applications were designed and prepared by an extended sol-gel process without additional H2O and catalyst. All poled polymer network films possess high second-order nonlinear optical coefficients (d33) of 10-?~10-8 esu. The investigation of NLO temporal stability at room temperature and elevated temperature (120℃) indicated that these films exhibit high d33 stability because the orientation of the chromophores are locked in the phenoxysilicon organic/inorganic networks. 相似文献

以2,7-二溴芴酮为起始原料,在芴的9位引入芳香取代基代替传统的烷基取代基,增加9位的稳定性,并用AB+AB2的方法,用新单体合成了不同支化度的超支化聚合物,新合成的超支化聚合物具有良好的热稳定性和发光稳定性.聚合物的热分解温度都在400℃以上;聚合物的薄膜在空气中于200℃加热2 h后没有出现绿光发射带,发光稳定性和烷基聚芴相比得到明显的提高.DSC结果显示,线性聚合物在170℃时有玻璃化转变,超支化聚合物在300℃以内没有明显的相转变,保持一种稳定的无定形态,更有利于提高材料的发光效率. 相似文献
