In this paper, we are concerned with a model arising from biology, which is a coupled system of the chemotaxis equations and the viscous incompressible fluid equations through transport and external forcing. The global existence of solutions to the Cauchy problem is investigated under certain conditions. Precisely, for the Chemotaxis-Navier–Stokes system over three space dimensions, we obtain global existence and rates of convergence on classical solutions near constant states. When the fluid motion is described by the simpler Stokes equations, we prove global existence of weak solutions in two space dimensions for cell density with finite mass, first-order spatial moment and entropy provided that the external forcing is weak or the substrate concentration is small.  相似文献

In this paper we prove existence of global strong-weak two-dimensional solutions to the Navier-Stokes and heat equations coupled by the external force dependent on temperature and the heat dissipation, respectively. The existence is proved in a bounded domain with the Navier boundary conditions for velocity and the Dirichlet boundary condition for temperature. Next, we prove existence of 3d global strong solutions via stability.  相似文献

We study the initial boundary value problem of semilinear hyperbolic equations with dissipative term. By introducing a family of potential wells we derive the invariant sets and vacuum isolating of solutions. Then we prove the global existence, nonexistence and asymptotic behaviour of solutions. In this paper, we study the global existence and the global nonexistence of doubly nonlinear degenerate parabolic systems with nonlinear boundary conditions. We first prove a local existence result by the regularization method. Next, we construct a weak comparison principle. Then we discuss the large time behavior of solutions by using a modified upper and lower solution methods and constructing various upper and lower solutions. Necessary and sufficient conditions on the global existence of all positive (weak) solutions are obtained.  相似文献

In this article we investigate the issue of existence of global in time solutions of semilinear Tricomi-type equations. We give conditions that relate the nonlinearity, the speed of propagation, and the order of singularities of initial data. These conditions guarantee existence of global in time solutions. In particular, we prove existence of solutions invariant under dilation by solving the Cauchy problem with initial data which are homogeneous functions.  相似文献

We consider a class of kinetic models of chemotaxis with two positive non-dimensional parameters coupled to a parabolic equation of the chemo-attractant. If both parameters are set equal zero, we have the classical Keller–Segel model for chemotaxis. We prove global existence of solutions of this two-parameters kinetic model and prove convergence of this model to models of chemotaxis with global existence when one of these two parameters is set equal zero. In one case, we find as a limit model a kinetic model of chemotaxis while in the other case we find a perturbed Keller–Segel model with global existence of solutions.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the Cauchy problem of the generalized Camassa–Holm equation. Firstly, we prove the existence of the global strong solutions provide the initial data satisfying a certain sign condition. In this paper we present some results on the global existence of weak solutions to a nonlinear variational wave equation and some related problems. We first introduce the main tools, the L p Young measure theory and related compactness results, in the first section. Then we use the L p Young measure theory to prove the global existence of dissipative weak solutions to the asymptotic equation of the nonlinear wave equation, and comment on its relation to Camassa-Holm equations in the second section. In the third section, we prove the global existence of weak solutions to the original nonlinear wave equation under some restrictions on the wave speed. In the last section, we present global existence of renormalized solutions to two-dimensional model equations of the asymptotic equation, which is also the so-called vortex density equation arising from sup-conductivity.  相似文献

We study the compressible Euler equation with an outer force. The global existence theorem has been proved in many papers, provided that the outer force is bounded. However, the stability of their solutions has not yet been obtained until now. Our goal in this paper is to prove the existence of a global solution without such an assumption as boundedness. Moreover, we deduce a uniformly bounded estimate with respect to the time. This yields the stability of the solution.When we prove the global existence, the most difficult point is to obtain the bounded estimate for approximate solutions. To overcome this, we employ an invariant region, which depends on both space and time variables. To use the invariant region, we introduce a modified difference scheme. To prove their convergence, we apply the compensated compactness framework.  相似文献

In this paper we deal with the initial boundary value problem for two classes of reaction diffusion systems with two source terms in bounded domain. Under some assumptions on the exponents and the initial data, applying the comparison principle, the maximum principle and the supersolution-subsolution method, we prove the global existence and blow up of solutions. This paper is concerned with the global existence and uniform boundedness of solutions for two classes of chemotaxis models in two or three dimensional spaces. Firstly, by using detailed energy estimates, special interpolation relation and uniform Gronwall inequality, we prove the global existence of uniformly bounded solutions for a class of chemotaztic systems with linear chemotactic-sensitivity terms and logistic reaction terms. Secondly, by applying detailed analytic semigroup estimates and special iteration techniques, we obtain the global existence of uniformly bounded solutions for a class of chemotactic systems with nonlinear chemotacticsensitivity terms, which extends the global existence results of [6] to other general cases.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the existence of weak solutions for the convective Cahn-Hilliard equation with degenerate mobility. Based on the Schauder type estimates, we establish the global existence of classical solutions for regularized problems. After establishing some necessary uniform estimates on the approximate solutions, we prove the existence of weak solutions. The nonnegativity and the finite speed of propagation of perturbations of solutions are also discussed.  相似文献

In this note, by constructing suitable approximate solutions, we prove the existence of global weak solutions to the compressible Navier–Stokes equations with density-dependent viscosity coefficients in the whole space or exterior domain, when the initial data are spherically symmetric. In particular, we prove the existence of spherically symmetric solutions to the Saint-Venant model for shallow water in the whole space (or exterior domain).  相似文献
