This paper discusses the design of fuzzy PID type controllers (FPIDC) to improve seismic control performance of a nonlinear structural system with an active tuned mass damper (ATMD) against earthquakes. Since structural systems have nonlinearities and uncertainties, fuzzy-based controllers are adequate because of their robust character and satisfactory performance in active structural control. The main advantages of this controller are the ability to handle nonlinearities and uncertainties effectively. In the literature, various structures for fuzzy PID (including PI and PD) controllers have been proposed. In order to obtain proportional, integral and derivative control actions altogether, it is intuitive and convenient to combine PI and PD actions to form a fuzzy PID controller. The simulated system has fifteen degrees of freedom and is modeled using nonlinear behavior of the base–structure interaction. The system is then simulated against the ground motion of the Northridge earthquake (M w =6.7) in USA on 17 January, 1994. Finally, the time history of the storey displacements, accelerations, ATMD displacements, control voltage and frequency responses of both the uncontrolled and controlled cases are presented. The ground motion recorded of the El-Centro and Kocaeli earthquakes has been used to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm. The robustness of the controller has been checked through the uncertainty in stiffness of the structure. Simulation results exhibit that superior vibration suppression is achieved by the use of designed fuzzy PID type controllers.  相似文献

随着科技不断进步,智能结构的振动控制在航天航空、机械制造、车辆与船舶等领域得到了广泛应用。由于多输入多输出存在多样性和复杂性,严重威胁系统稳定性。为了解决这一问题,针对两输入单输出的双驱动智能悬臂梁系统提出一种自适应控制策略,首先基于压电线性本构方程,应用假设模态方法建立双驱动智能悬臂梁的力学模型,得到了基于闭环控制系统的状态方程,同时利用递推最小二乘法在线辨识系统参数设计比例积分微分(proportional--integral--derivative, PID)控制器实现自校正PID控制。通过数值仿真对比在有无PID 控制下两输入单输出双驱动智能悬臂梁系统的振动情况,分析自校正PID 控制的控制效果。通过实验验证自校正PID 控制对双输入单输出的双驱动智能悬臂梁系统的控制效果;再设置两组不同的单输入单输出自校正PID控制实验作对比。结果表明:自校正PID 控制方法可以较为有效地抑制智能悬臂梁的自由振动,相比单输入单输出的两组,两输入单输出自校正PID控制的效果更为明显和有效。  相似文献

Isolating the sensitive equipment from vibrating base or the foundation from machinery vibration is of practical importance in a number of engineering fields. With the development of the vibration control techniques and increasing requirements for the higher-performance vibration isolation in industry and everyday life, active vibration isolation exhibits the best performances. In this paper, active vibration isolation reducing vibration transmitted from vibrating base to sensitive equipment and from machinery to foundation was investigated. Controller as static output feedback was considered to design components of active isolation system. An active control is provided by using H control criteria to design this controller. This criterion is presented as a cost function and then optimized by Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. The approach is validated using numerical simulation. Results show that this static output feedback H controller using PSO algorithm can get good performance to reduce the effect of unwanted vibration and disturbances.  相似文献

磁悬浮球实验装置是典型的非线性系统,该装置提供了常规PID控制,但难以达到理想的控制效果,由此提出采用离散滑模变结构控制来研究该系统。文中首先分析了离散滑模切换面和趋近率,然后设计了存在系统干扰和抖动情况下的离散滑模控制器,并研究了其收敛性,在此基础上提出了克服干扰和抖动的积分补偿离散滑模控制器,最后将所提出的控制方法在磁悬浮球实验装置上进行验证。试验验证结果表明,系统响应时间由PID控制的15 s减小到5 s,控制偏差也有所减小,控制效果优于PID控制,适合磁悬浮球系统的控制,为该实验装置提供了一套新的实验方法。  相似文献

多自由度隔振平台可以有效地隔离运载器传递到卫星的振动载荷。本文采用气动八作动器隔振平台实现卫星的六自由度隔振。首先应用牛顿欧拉法建立了气动八作动器隔振平台的动力学模型,设计了平台的主动控制律,然后对平台的主、被动隔振特性进行了仿真分析。仿真分析和实验结果显示主动隔振使平台各方向的低频隔振性能均得到改善。  相似文献

为提高惯性稳定平台控制系统的稳定精度,在常规PID控制的基础上提出了一种扩张状态观测器与PID相结合的复合控制算法。利用扩张状态观测器将惯性稳定平台的各种内部扰动和外部扰动都视为总和扰动并观测出来,然后通过PID控制器进行误差反馈控制,从而提高控制系统的扰动抑制能力与稳定精度。以Lu Gre摩擦模型加入控制模型进行仿真分析,并通过北航自研的惯性稳定平台进行实验验证。结果表明:扩张状态观测器/PD复合控制方法具有高的扰动抑制能力,可显著提高稳定平台稳定精度。相比常规PID方法,扩张状态观测器/PD复合控制使横滚框和俯仰框的稳定精度分别提高了33.23%和55.01%。  相似文献

与传统整数阶比例-积分-微分(PID)控制器相比,分数阶比例-积分-微分控制器由于增加了两个控制参数,因此能够更灵活地控制受控对象.研究了基于速度反馈分数阶比例-积分-微分控制的达芬振子的主共振,利用平均法获得了系统的近似解析解.研究发现分数阶比例-积分-微分控制器的比例环节以等效线性阻尼的形式影响系统的共振振幅,积分环节以等效线性阻尼和等效线性刚度的形式影响系统的动力学特性,微分环节以等效线性阻尼和等效质量的形式影响系统的动力学特性.建立了主共振幅频响应方程的解析表达式和稳定性判断准则,并对主共振幅频响应的近似解析解和数值解进行了比较,二者吻合良好,验证了求解过程和近似解析解的正确性.分析了分数阶比例-积分-微分控制器的比例环节系数、积分环节系数、微分环节系数以及分数阶阶次变化时,对系统主共振幅频响应的影响.对分数阶比例-积分-微分控制器与传统整数阶比例-积分-微分控制器的控制效果进行了对比,发现当控制器各个环节的系数相同时,基于速度反馈的分数阶比例-积分-微分控制对达芬振子主共振的控制效果要优于传统整数阶比例-积分-微分控制.   相似文献

浮筏在低频减振方面存在较大不足,而这恰是主动减振的优势.将两者相结合,研究了浮筏的主动吸振控制问题.研制了一种主动吸振器,建立了以DSP F2812为核心的控制系统;提出了符号LMS算法,与广泛使用的滤波x-LMS等算法相比,该算法不需要精确的模型信息;在此基础上设计了自适应前馈主动吸振控制律,并在浮筏实验平台上进行主动吸振控制实验.实验结果表明,通过主动吸振控制,浮筏的低频减振能力得到了显著的改善.  相似文献

The basic challenge associated with the design of vehicle suspension system is the attainment of an optimal trade-off between the various design objectives. This study presents the design of proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller for a quarter-car active vehicle suspension system (AVSS) using evolutionary algorithms (EA) such as the particle swarm optimization (PSO), genetic algorithm (GA) and differential evolution (DE). Each of the EA-based PID controllers showed overall improvement in suspension travel, ride comfort, settling time and road holding from the manually tuned controller and the passive vehicle suspension system. These improvements were, however, achieved at the cost of increased actuator force, power consumption and spool-valve displacement. DE-optimized PID control resulted in the best minimized suspension performance, followed by the GA and PSO, respectively. Frequency-domain analysis showed that all the signals were attenuated within the whole body vibration frequency range and the EA-optimized controllers had RMS frequency weighted body acceleration of the vehicle within allowable limits for vibration exposure. Robustness analysis of the DE-optimized PID-controlled AVSS to model uncertainties is carried out in the form of variation in vehicle sprung mass loading, tyre stiffness and speed.  相似文献

以海洋平台为对象, 开展时域低阶建模与主动控制的研究. 首先采用OKID(observer/Kalman filter identification)辨识方法, 根据系统的输入和输出时间历程数据计算出系统的Markov参数, 然后采用特征系统实现方法(eigensystemrealization algorithm, ERA)建立起一个阶数较低的系统状态空间模型, 随后基于该低阶模型采用LQG (linear quadratic Gaussian)控制方法进行控制律的设计, 最后将该控制律引入到系统的有限元模型中进行反馈闭环控制, 验证控制律的有效性. 数值仿真结果显示, 所给方法是有效和可行的.   相似文献

Modeling and control of vehicle suspension system are high noteworthy from safety to comfort. In this paper, an analytical nonlinear half-vehicle model which is included quadratic tire stiffness, cubic suspension stiffness, and coulomb friction is derived based on fundamental physics. A hybrid fuzzy logic approach which combines fuzzy logic and PID controllers is designed for reducing the vibration levels of passenger seat and vehicle body. Performances of designed controllers have been evaluated by numerical simulations. Comparisons with classical PID control, Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) and Hybrid Fuzzy-PID control (HFPID) have also been provided. Results of numerical simulations are evaluated in terms of time histories of displacement and acceleration responses and ride index comparison. A good performance for the Hybrid Fuzzy-PID controller with coupled rules (HFPIDCR) is achieved in simulation studies despite the nonlinearities.  相似文献

This paper studies the low-order dynamic modeling and active control of a flexible plate and provides experimental verification. First based on the input-output data of the system, the Markov parameters of the system are identified using the method of observer/Kalman filter identification (OKID). Then a low-order state-space model is built using the eigensystem realization algorithm (ERA). Finally, a linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG) controller is designed based on the low-order state-space model. The hybrid vibration isolation, which takes advantages of both the passive and active approaches, has been an important solution for space missions. The objective of this paper is to design a vibration isolation platform for payloads on spacecrafts with the robust, wide bandwidth, and multi-degree-of-freedom(MDOF). The proposed solution is based on a parallel mechanism with six voice-coil motors(VCMs) as the actuators. The linear active disturbance resistance control(LADRC) algorithm is used for the active control. Numerical simulation results show that the vibration isolation platform performs effectively over a wide bandwidth, and the resonance introduced by the passive isolation is eliminated. The system robustness to the uncertainties of the structure is also verified by simulation.  相似文献

采用模糊控制策略,开展介电弹性作动器的主动隔振性能试验研究。基于介电弹性材料的Maxwell应力模型建立了作动器的力电耦合模型,分析了作动器的非线性特性;针对隔振系统设计了Mamdani型模糊控制器,建立了控制电压信号与振动响应之间的关系;在此基础上,开展了介电弹性作动器主动隔振试验研究,并与加速度反馈控制进行了对比。试验结果表明,在相同驱动电压的情况下,基于模糊控制策略的主动隔振性能要优于加速度反馈控制,且能够显著降低由于非线性驱动力导致的倍频响应幅值,有助于提高隔振系统的稳定性。  相似文献

This paper addresses the three-axis stabilization of a satellite system in the presence of the gravity gradient and orbital eccentricity. Multivariable non-linear dynamics of the satellite system are converted into three well-known non-linear canonical independent models with unknown parameters. The new model is efficient and practical for designers to implement and analyze different control methodologies on satellite systems. A self-tuning PID controller is designed on the basis of the new proposed model to produce control signals for three reaction wheels in three axes. An adaptive algorithm is applied to tune and update gains of the PID controller and stability of the closed-loop system is guaranteed by using Lyapunov approach. Numerical simulations are performed to demonstrate feasibility and effectiveness of the self-tuning PID controller and a comparison with a fixed gain PD controller and a variable-structure controller is made.  相似文献

The method for evaluating the vibration isolation performance of discrete whole-spacecraft vibration isolation of flexible spacecrafts is studied in the paper. The dynamic model of the discrete whole-spacecraft system is built and model reduction is proposed. The analysis of vibration isolation method of vibration transmissibility from the isolator to satellite is discussed. Then, the evaluation method is studied from the perspective of simulation and experiment, and the results show the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The power flow evaluation method of discrete whole-spacecraft of the flexible spacecraft is introduced. By studying the power flow of the vibration isolation, we find that this method supplements inadequacies of the vibration transmissibility. At last, it is proposed that the vibration isolation performance should be evaluated by combining the vibration transmissibility at some key points of the satellite and the power flow of the vibration isolator.  相似文献

针对可重复使用运载器大俯仰角或偏航角转弯机动而产生的姿态角奇异的控制问题,提出了基于四元数的自抗扰控制方法。通过两级跟踪微分器从期望四元数中逐步得到三通道解耦的角加速度信号,然后利用扩张状态观测器观测模型中的不确定项,最终采用动态逆得到解耦的三通道发动机等效摆角或RCS(Reaction Control System)等控制信号,并设计了数字滤波器对弹性振动与液体晃动信号进行滤波处理。考虑到系统模型具有非线性、不确定性、11阶弹性振动、一阶液体晃动、风干扰和气动偏差等多种外部扰动条件,对可重复使用运载器从主动段到再入飞行段进行了非线性六自由度仿真分析。仿真结果表明,基于四元数的自抗扰姿态控制器具有快速、平稳、超调量小、抗干扰能力强、无系统抖振且控制参数较少的特点。  相似文献
