We announce the simplicity of non-affine Kac–Moody lattices (modulo center). The groups under consideration are minimal Kac–Moody groups. They were defined by Jacques Tits by means of a presentation à la Steinberg. The ground field is finite, assumed to be of cardinality greater than the rank of the buildings these groups naturally act upon. We work in the general combinatorial context of twin root data. Let G be a connected solvable Lie group, π a normal factor representation of G and ψ a nonzero trace on the factor generated by G. We denote by D(G) the space of C functions on G which are compactly supported. We show that there exists an element u of the enveloping algebra UGc of the complexification of the Lie algebra of G for which the linear form ? ψ(π(u 1 ?)) on D(G) is a nonzero semiinvariant distribution on G. The proof uses results about characters for connected solvable Lie groups and results about the space of primitive ideals of the enveloping algebra UGc.  相似文献

Summary The purpose of this paper is to prove that Strassen's algorithm is a representation of a product of (2,2) matrices by a Hadamard product in a space of 7 dimensions. For matrices (n, n) it is possible to obtain this representation in spaces withn 3n+1 dimensions.  相似文献

The transversal number of a given hypergraph is the cardinality of the smallest set of vertices meeting all the edges. What is the maximal possible value of the transversal number of a r-uniform hypergraph on n vertices with maximal degree p? En particulier nous caractérisons entièrement la propagation de la trivialité du -noyau sauvage dans une -extension de corps totalement réels en termes de ramification logarithmique.
We study the -part of the wild kernel of a number field for odd prime in connection with the arithmetic of logarithmic -class groups and we characterize the propagation of the triviality of wild kernel in a Galois -extension of totally real fields in terms of logarithmic ramification.
