Condensation of aldehydes of the vanillin series (vanillin, vanillal, and ethers and esters derived therefrom) with biphenyl-2-amine in anhydrous methanol gave the corresponding Schiff bases which were reduced with Na[BH(OAc)3] in benzene under mild conditions to obtain N-[3-alkoxy-4-(hydroxy-, alkoxy-, or acyloxy)phenylmethyl]biphenyl-2-amines.  相似文献

Two methods for the synthesis of N-(2-chloroethyl)glycine and-DL-alanine esters are proposed: 1) reductive amination of the C=O group of glyoxilic or pyruvic acids upon treatment with 2-chloroethylamine and sodium cyanoborohydride in methanol and 2) alkylation of 2-chloroethylamine with α-haloalkanoic acid esters in K2CO3-MeCN two-phase system. Reaction of N-ethoxycarbonyl-2-(1-cycloalken-1-yl)anilines with meta-cloroperbenzoic acid leads to the corresponding 2-[1-o-(3-chlorobenzoyl)-2-hydroxycyclopent-1-yl]anilines. 5-(2-Acetylaminophenyl)-5-oxopentanic or 6-oxohexanic acids are formed as main products in the reaction of N-acetyl-2-(1-cycloalken-1-yl)anilines with m-chloroperbenzoic acid in CH2Cl2. N-Acetyl-2-(1-cyclopenten-1-yl)-3,6-dimethylaniline is an exception in this series since its reaction stops at the stage of epoxide formation.  相似文献

The sulfoxide of 6Z-[2-(methoxyimino)propylidene]penicillanic acid tert-butyl ester and the sulfones of 6Z-[2-(hydroxyimino-, methoxyimino-, benzyloxyimino-, 2-bromo- and 4-bromobenzyloxyimino)-propylidene]penicillanic acid in the syn and anti forms have been synthesized by the condensation of the sulfoxide and sulfone of 6Z-acetylmethylenepenicillanic acid tert-butyl ester with hydroxylamine, methoxyamine, benzyloxyamine, 2-bromo- and 4-bromobenzyloxyamines. The syn and anti isomers of 3Z-(2-methoxyiminopropylidene)-4R-(benzothiazolyl-2-dithio)-2-oxoazetidinyl-1R-(2-propenyl)acetic acid tert-butyl ester were obtained by opening of the thiazolidine ring in 6Z-[2-(methoxy-imino)propylidene]-1-oxopenicillanic acid tert-butyl ester with 2-mercaptobenzothiazole. The 3Z-(2-methoxyiminopropylidene)-4R-(methylsulfonyl)-2-oxoazetidinyl-1-(2-propylidene)acetic acid tert-butyl ester was synthesized by the interaction of 1,8-diazobicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene and methyl iodide with 6Z-[2-(methoxyimino)propylidene]-1,1-dioxopenicillanic acid tert-butyl ester. A dependence of the cytotoxic effect in relation to cancer and normal cells in vitro on the structure of the substituent in position 6 and the syn and anti isomerism of the oxyimino group was established for the synthesized compounds.  相似文献

The composition of lipids from the aerial parts of two species of halophytes from the family Chenopodiaceae, Halostachys caspica C. A. Mey. and Halocharis hispida Bge. was determined. Neutral lipids (NL, 62.1 and 54.2%, respectively) dominated the total lipids (TL) of these plants. More than a third of the NL were esters of aliphatic alcohols and phytosterols (FAE). Fatty acids 16:0, 18:1, and 18:2 dominated the acids of FAE; 16:0, 18:1, and 18:3, the phospholipids. The principal fatty acids of glycolipids were unsaturated acids (68.3 and 75.1%) with linolenic acid dominating (44.9 and 43.5%). Further study of a 95% EtOH extract of red mold rice fermented with the yellow mutant of the fungus Monascus sp. led to the isolation of one new chroman derivative, namely monascuskaochroman (1), together with nine known compounds. The structure of the new compound was determined as 4-(1-hydroxy-1-methyl- ethyl)-chroman-4-carboxylic acid amide. The known compounds were identified as monascin (2), ankaflavin (3), (3R,6R,7E)-(+)-3-hydroxy-4,7-megstigmadien-9-one (4), vanillin (5), syringic acid (6), 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid (7), trans-methyl p-coumarate (8), ferulic acid (9), and methyl N-methyl anthranylate (10).This is the first report of a naturally occurring chroman skeleton isolated from Monascus species. Compounds 4–10 were isolated from this species for the first time. Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy together with HR-ESI-MS analysis, and comparison of the spectroscopic data with those reported for structurally related compounds.  相似文献

A ternary binuclear complex of dysprosium chloride hexahydrate with m-nitrobenzoic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline, [Dy(m-NBA)3phen]2·4H2O (m-NBA: m-nitrobenzoate; phen: 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized. The dissolution enthalpies of [2phen·H2O(s)], [6m-HNBA(s)], [2DyCl3·6H2O(s)], and [Dy(m-NBA)3phen]2·4H2O(s) in the calorimetric solvent (VDMSO:VMeOH = 3:2) were determined by the solution–reaction isoperibol calorimeter at 298.15 K to be \Updelta\texts H\textmq \Updelta_{\text{s}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } [2phen·H2O(s), 298.15 K] = 21.7367 ± 0.3150 kJ·mol−1, \Updelta\texts H\textmq \Updelta_{\text{s}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } [6m-HNBA(s), 298.15 K] = 15.3635 ± 0.2235 kJ·mol−1, \Updelta\texts H\textmq \Updelta_{\text{s}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } [2DyCl3·6H2O(s), 298.15 K] = −203.5331 ± 0.2200 kJ·mol−1, and \Updelta\texts H\textmq \Updelta_{\text{s}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } [[Dy(m-NBA)3phen]2·4H2O(s), 298.15 K] = 53.5965 ± 0.2367 kJ·mol−1, respectively. The enthalpy change of the reaction was determined to be \Updelta\textr H\textmq = 3 6 9. 4 9 ±0. 5 6   \textkJ·\textmol - 1 . \Updelta_{\text{r}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } = 3 6 9. 4 9 \pm 0. 5 6 \;{\text{kJ}}\cdot {\text{mol}}^{ - 1} . According to the above results and the relevant data in the literature, through Hess’ law, the standard molar enthalpy of formation of [Dy(m-NBA)3phen]2·4H2O(s) was estimated to be \Updelta\textf H\textmq \Updelta_{\text{f}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } [[Dy(m-NBA)3phen]2·4H2O(s), 298.15 K] = −5525 ± 6 kJ·mol−1.  相似文献

Method of synthesis of maleopimaric N-(n-alkyl)imides by the reaction of maleopimaric acid with primary aliphatic amines in melt was developed. To obtain further systematic information for the isomer systems, the excess molar enthalpies for binary (o + m), (o + p), (m + p)-isomers of methoxymethylbenzene, ethylmethylbenzene, diethylbenzene, chloromethylbenzene, tolunitrile and fluorobenzonitrile, tolylacetonitrile were measured at 298.15 K. In this article, the results are discussed and compared with those of previous works. The excess enthalpies of binary systems in different solid and liquid states were measured when the pure component of o-/m-tolunitrile, fluorobenzonitrile was titrated into the prior (o + p) or (m + p) mixtures. A series calculation for the interaction energies (IE) between the isomers was carried out for the pair molecules by ab initio MO of Gaussian 09. Correlations between the excess enthalpies at a molar fraction of x = 0.5 and the intermolecular energy are discussed.  相似文献

The condensation of the acetylmethylene group in the tert-butyl esters of 7Z-acetylmethylene-3-methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid and 7Z-acetylmethylene-3-methyl-1,1-dioxo-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid and in 7Z-acetylmethylene-3-methylene-1,1-dioxo-3-cephem with arylmethoxyamines and O-alkylation of the tert-butyl ester of 7Z-(2-hydroxyimino)propylidene-3-methyl-1,1-dioxo-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid using substituted benzyl bromides as well as pyridylmethyl chlorides gave arylmethoxyimino and pyridylmethoxyimino derivatives of these compounds in the syn and anti isomeric forms. The Vilsmaier reagent was used to introduce the N,N-dimethylaminomethylene group at C-2 of the cephem system in the tert-butyl esters of 7Z-[2-(arylmethoxyimino)propylidene]-3-methyl-1,1-dioxo-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid. Subsequent transformation of the N,N-dimethylaminomethylene cephems using hydroxylamine led to 3Z-[2-(anti-arylmethoxyimino)propylidene]-tert-butoxycarbonylmethyl-4-(5-methyl-4-isoxazolylsulfonyl)- azetidin-2-ones. Condensation of the acetyl group in the tert-butyl ester of 7Z-acetylmethylene- 3-methyl-1,1-dioxo-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid with 4-bromophenylhydrazine gave a cephem with a 2-(4-bromophenylhydrazono)propylidene group at C-7. Acylation of the tert-butyl ester of 7Z-(2-hydroxyimino)propylidene-3-methyl-1,1-dioxo-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid by 2-bromobenzoyl chloride gave a cephem with a 2-(2-bromo-benzoyloxyimino)propylidene group at C-7. Biological screening of these products towards to malignant and normal cells in vitro showed that their antitumor activity and cytotoxic selectivity towards to malignant and normal cells depend on the structure and configuration of the arylmethoxyimino and pyridylmethoxyimino groups in the 7-alkylidene substituent as well as on the presence or absence of N,N-dimethylaminomethylene and carboxyl groups, respectively, at C-2 and C-4 of the cephem system.  相似文献

N-(Trifluoromethylsulfonyl) and N-arylsulfonyl polychloroacetaldehyde imines reacted with pyrrole, 1-alkyl-, 1-benzyl-, and 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-substituted pyrroles, and bis-pyrroles to give the corresponding 2-[1-(sulfonylamino)polychloroethyl]-1H-pyrroles or mixtures of 2- and 3-[1-(sulfonylamino)polychloroethyl]-1H-pyrroles, depending on the nature of the Schiff base and substituent on the pyrrole nitrogen atom and reaction conditions. N-Chloroacetylcytisine was synthesized by acylation of (–)-cytisine. Stable Z- and E-conformers with respect to rotational isomerism around the N-12–CO bond were found in PMR spectra at room temperature. The point at which PMR resonances of the Z- and E-conformers coalesced upon heating was measured. The transition barrier between the conformers was estimated.  相似文献

The aggregation behavior of N-dodecanoyl-l-tryptophan within a liposome membrane was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. Liposomes with a mean diameter of 100 nm, formed from either 1-2-dilauroyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, 1-2-myristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, or 1-2-palmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, were used. Fluorescence measurements indicate that the sodium salt of N-dodecanoyl-l-tryptophan forms domains with the liposome membranes below the main phase transition temperature, T m. Above T m, the molecules are homogeneously dispersed in the liquid crystalline state of the membranes.  相似文献

The hydrodynamic and conformational properties of molecules of poly(N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride) and N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride-maleic acid copolymers of different compositions in solutions with various ionic-strength and pH values, as well as of the polyelectrolyte complex based on the copolymer with dodecyl sulfate anions in chloroform, are studied. For poly(N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride) molecules in a 1 M NaCl solution, the Kuhn segment length and the hydrodynamic diameter of the chain are estimated as A = 3.9 nm and d = 0.48 nm, respectively. In acidic solutions with pH 3.5, the copolymers demonstrate behavior typical for polyelectrolytes. In an alkaline solution with pH 13, when 1 M NaCl is added to the solution of the copolymer containing 29 mol % maleic acid units, there is an antipolyelectrolyte effect that manifests itself as an increase in the intrinsic viscosity of the copolymer and in the hydrodynamic radius of its molecules. It is found that an increase in the fraction of maleic acid units in the copolymer from 12 to 42 mol % brings about a reduction in the equilibrium rigidity of its macromolecules from 4.1 to 2.2 nm. The equilibrium rigidity of polyelectrolyte-complex molecules is higher than that of initial copolymer molecules owing to steric interactions arising between the aliphatic chains of dodecyl sulfate anions. In an electric field, the molecules of the complex are oriented owing to the induced dipole moment resulting from the displacement of dodecyl sulfate anions along the chain contour.  相似文献

Synthesis of amino acid conjugates of glycyrrhizic acid with the use of N-hydroxyphthalimide, N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, and tert-butyl esters of L-amino acids (valine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, and methionine) was performed followed by deprotection with trifluoroacetic acid. The target amino acid conjugates were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel in 40–45% yield. The structure of the prepared compounds was confirmed by IR and 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The reactions of dimethyl acetylenecarboxylate with 3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-2H-1,2,4-triazepine-3-thiones and 4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothioamides are convenient methods for the synthesis of 7,8-dihydrothiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazepin-3-ones derivatives and methyl esters of (2Z)-[2-(4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4-oxo-1,3-thiazol-5(4H)-ylidene]acetic acids, respectively. The reaction of methyl propynoates with 4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothioamides or with 5,5,7-trimethyl-2,4,5,6-tetrahydro-3H-1,2,4-triazepine-3-thione gives 2-(4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4H-1,3-thiazin-4-ones.  相似文献
