Microbial infection is a leading cause of death worldwide, resulting in around 1.2 million deaths annually. Due to this, medicinal chemists are continuously searching for new or improved alternatives to combat microbial infections. Among many nitrogen-containing heterocycles, carbazole derivatives have shown significant biological activities, of which its antimicrobial and antifungal activities are the most studied. 合成了一种新型的双阳离子咔唑衍生物3,6-双(1-羟乙基-4-烯基吡啶)咔唑碘盐(3,6-BHVC), 并对其进行了表征. 利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、圆二色谱、单光子和双光子荧光发射光谱探讨了该化合物与DNA的结合方式. 所有光谱测试结果表明, 该化合物在[磷酸根]/[染料]比值较低的条件下主要以插入方式与DNA结合, 在该比值较高的条件下主要以沟槽结合方式为主. 表明咔唑衍生物可以成为一种探索具有高结合能力双光子DNA探针的基本结构. 相似文献

以N-烷基咔唑作为电子给体和共轭桥中心, 二米基硼作为端基电子受体, 合成了两个V形A-π-D-π-A型新化合物: 3,6-二{[(E)-2-(5-二米基硼)噻吩]乙烯基}-N-丁基-咔唑 {N-butyl-3,6-bis{(E)-2-[5-(dimesitylboryl)thiophen-2-yl]-vinyl}-carbazole, BBTC}和3,6-二[(E)-(4-二米基硼)苯乙烯基]-N-己基-咔唑, {N-hexyl-3,6-bis[(E)-4-(dimesitylboryl)-styryl]-carbazole, BBSC}. 这两个化合物在蓝绿光波段都有较强的荧光发射. 光谱数据表明, 扩大共轭体系并在端基引入含硼基团导致吸收谱和发射谱显著红移, 并增大分子内电荷转移. 相似文献

A series of novel monodisperse, well‐defined molecules with a pyridine core and carbazole arms were synthesized by simple procedures with Iodo‐reaction and Ullmann reaction. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and elementary analysis. Moreover, the fluorescence spectra showed that these compounds exhibited strong fluorescence with the maximum wavelengths ranging from 373 to 385 nm. 相似文献

Reactions of 9-(2,2-dichlorocyclopropyl)carbazole, 10-(2,2-dichlorocyclopropyl)phenothiazine, and 10-(2,2-dichlorocyclopropyl)phenoxazine with alcohols in the system t-BuOK-DMSO yield the corresponding N-(1-alkoxy-2-propynyl) derivatives. Hydrolysis of 9-(1-methoxy-2-propynyl)carbazole and 10-(1-methoxy-2-propynyl)phenothiazine in 60% aqueous dioxane in the presence of sulfuric acid gives the corresponding heterocyclic amine and 2-propynal. 相似文献

设计合成了两种以咔唑为给体单元,苯并噻二唑为受体单元的分子内电荷转移化合物((E)-4-((4-(4-(9H-咔唑-9-基)苯乙烯基)苯基)乙炔基)-7-溴苯[c][1,2,5]噻二唑(CzPB-Br)和4,7-双((4-((E)-4-(9H-咔唑-9-基)苯乙烯基)苯基)乙炔基)苯[c][1,2,5]噻二唑(CzPBPCz))。 研究了紫外、荧光等光物理性质,发现CzPB-Br和CzPBPCz的溶液态在可见区域404和442 nm有明显特征紫外可见吸收峰,同时在557和588 nm处有明显的荧光发射。 结合理论计算考察了共轭长度对两种化合物性能的影响。 两个化合物利用给-受分子间的偶极-偶极、π-π等相互作用,通过良溶剂向不良溶剂扩散和热饱和溶液析出的自组装方法,分别获得了一维微米线、多边形微米片等聚集态结构。 其中,一维的微米线宽度为1~2 μm,长度可达100 μm以上。 一维微米线和多边形微米片分别在515和568 nm处显示出了较强的发光,同时还显示出了光波导的特征,为获得高性能低维有机光电纳米材料提供了新思路。 相似文献

ABA triblock copolymers consisting of different carbazole-containing blocks and ruthenium complexes were designed with respect to their energy-transfer behavior. The number of 2-vinylpyridine (2VP) units in a polymer chain was tailored from 0 to 20 to observe the size effect of the metal complex as a luminophore or as a luminescence quencher. Photoluminescence and optical absorption measurements as well as the intermolecular energy transfer in the block copolymers were studied. Evidence is provided for a fast energy transfer from carbazole to the ruthenium-coordinated 2VP. 相似文献
