保压过程是塑料注射成开型一个重要阶段,它直接关系到最终制件的内部结构、尺寸稳定性和变形等,本文在对塑料注射成型保压过程进行深入分析的基础上,基于合理的假设和选用恰当的材料模型,导出了保压过程可压缩、非牛顿粘性流体在模具型腔中非等温流动的控制方程,采用有限元/有限差分混合法实现了对保压过程的模拟,并通过算例讨论了保压压力、浇口凝固时间、锁模力等工程关心的实际问题。  相似文献

在ALE框架中提出了一个用于成型充填过程有限元数值模拟的模型。应用ALE参考构形及ALE参考粒子速度描写充填过程中的熔体质量运动。摒弃了Hele-Shaw近似假定,因而所提出的模型能用于非薄壁型腔中高分子材料充填过程的数值模拟。应用基于时域分步算法的Taylor-Galerkin方法,对控制成型充填过程的守恒方程建立了弱形式。对移动自由面附近的充填材料区构造了网格生成算法与网格重划分方案。给出了在几种不同形状的典型腔体中充填过程的数值模拟结果,表明了所提出的ALE有限元模型模拟充填过程的有效性。  相似文献

Hele-Shaw模型是模拟注塑成型过程的常用模型,它的主要缺点是不能模拟一些重要的物理现象及引入实际制件中并不存在的“中面”概念,为了消除这些不足,本文开发了真三维的流动分析程序。建立了粘性、不可压缩的非牛顿流体流动的控制方程,为了避免同时求解耦合的压力场、速度场,本文引入拟稳定技术独立地求解这些方程,用迭代法求耦合方程的解。这种方法可以减少内存并提高数值方法的稳定性。算例表明数值结果与实验结果吻合较好,这种方法成功地模拟了注塑成型流动过程中的重要特征。  相似文献

为了研究电磁驱动药型罩形成高速成型弹丸的可行性及弹丸成型特性,基于CQ-7脉冲功率装置,开展了电磁驱动线性药型罩形成弹丸技术实验。结合激光多普勒测速技术,实现了电磁驱动药型罩形成弹丸的速度测量和侵彻铝靶验证。同时,基于流体动力学软件和相应电磁仿真模块,建立了电磁驱动弹丸成型的物理模型和数值模拟方法,模拟了弹丸成型和侵彻铝靶的动力学过程,利用实验结果验证了数值模拟方法的可靠性。在此基础上,研究了等壁厚球缺型药型罩的结构参数以及加载能量对弹丸成型参数的影响规律。结果表明:外曲率半径对弹丸的头部速度影响较小,而头部速度会随壁厚的减小和加载能量的增大显著增加;弹丸的长径比随外曲率半径和壁厚的减小、加载能量的增大呈逐渐增加的趋势。最后,利用数值模拟方法预测并验证了利用电磁驱动技术获得高速度和大质量成型弹丸的可行性。  相似文献

为了对亚、跨、超音速及不可压无粘流动进行数值模拟,将LU-SGS方法与预处理方法结合,给出了PLU-SGS方法。方程离散基于有限体积法,采用高阶精度AUSMPW格式。方程求解采用了特征边界条件。通过典型算例的数值试验对比分析,表明PLU-SGS方法可以有效地对亚、跨、超音速及不可压流动进行数值模拟,并具有较高的计算精度和收敛速度。  相似文献

塑料熔体压缩流动中在主流动平面及厚度方向均有速度变化,结合了剪切和拉伸两种流动特征。为了准确描述和模拟塑料熔体的压缩流动,本文基于粘弹性及ALE原理建立了熔体三维流动理论模型,构造了有限元求解的变分方程。为了避免整体求解计算量大、稳定性差的缺陷,提出了两重迭代解耦合算法分别求解耦合的连续方程、动量方程、本构方程、能量方程,开发了模拟程序。开展了等厚度板及变厚度板的注压成型实验及相应的数值模拟,结果表明:压缩过程中出现压力变化小于4.57%的平台现象;温度呈指数规律下降;塑料入口、流动末端第一法向应力差比平均值分别高1.73MPa、0.87MPa,变厚度区域第一法向应力差比平均值高1.16MPa。本文提出的理论模型和数值算法能够较好地表征压缩过程中熔体的压力、温度变化、应力演化。  相似文献

The Vehicle-Terrain Interface (VTI) model is commonly used to predict off-road mobility to support virtual prototyping. The Database Records for Off-road Vehicle Environments (DROVE), a recently developed database of tests conducted with wheeled vehicles operating on loose, dry sand, is used to calibrate three equations used within the VTI model: drawbar pull, traction, and motion resistance. A two-stage Bayesian calibration process using the Metropolis algorithm is implemented to improve the performance of the three equations through updating of their coefficients. Convergence of the Bayesian calibration process to a calibrated model is established through evaluation of two indicators of convergence. Improvements in root-mean square error (RMSE) are shown for all three equations: 17.7% for drawbar pull, 5.5% for traction, and 23.1% for motion resistance. Improvements are also seen in the coefficient of determination (R2) performance of the equations for drawbar pull, 2.8%, and motion resistance, 2.5%. Improvements are also demonstrated in the coefficient of determination for drawbar pull, 2.8%, and motion resistance, 2.5%, equations, while the calibrated traction equation performs similar to the VTI equation. A randomly selected test dataset of about 10% of the relevant observations from DROVE is used to validate the performance of each calibrated equation.  相似文献

In this paper some considerations are presented about the equations needed to set up a model of the process of heat and mass transfer in porous media. A clear classification is made of the various types of equations used and of their physical meaning. Special attention is paid to the thermodynamic equilibrium equations and to their derivation since they are too often taken for granted. The importance of the various transport mechanisms (of mass and energy) is analyzed and the consequences that can arise when some term is neglected are indicated.  相似文献

提出利用多重多级子结构技术与Newmark算法求解结构动力学方程的高精度算法.该算法利用静凝聚技术列式简单,在凝聚过程中并不引入任何近似的优点,采用子结构周游树技术,分别对每个子结构求解Newmark等效平衡方程,最后通过回代求解得到整体结构的响应.由于该算法考虑了子结构内部自由度对整体求解的贡献,算法实施不受子结构划分方式的限制,因此可以得到系统高阶模态对响应分析的影响.该算法计算精度与传统的全结构求解相当,计算效率高,消耗计算机资源少,且可构造为统一的多重多级子结构综合分析算法框架.数值算例验证了该算法的正确性和有效性.  相似文献

Coating process is an important step in the manufacturing of different products, such as paper, adhesive and magnetic tapes, photographic films, and many other. The tensioned web roll coating is one the several methods used by different industries. It relies on the elastohydrodynamic action between the fluid and the tensioned substrate for transferring and applying the liquid. The main advantage of this method is its ability to apply very thin liquid layers with less sensitivity to mechanical tolerance at relative small cost. Despite its industrial application, theoretical analysis and fundamental understanding of the process are limited. This work analyses this elastohydrodynamic action by solving the differential equations that govern the liquid flow, described by the Navier–Stokes equation, and the web deformation, modelled by the cylindrical shell approximation. The goal is to determine the operating conditions at which the process is two dimensional and defect free. The equations are discretized by the Galerkin/finite‐element method. The resulting non‐linear system of equations is solved by Newton's method coupled with pseudo‐arc‐length continuation in order to obtain solutions around turning points. The theoretical results are used to construct an operating window of the process that is in agreement with limited experimental data. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A data assimilation procedure to incorporate measurements into a non-linear tidal model by using Kalman-filtering techniques is developed. The Kalman filter is based on the two-dimensional shallow water equations. To account for the inaccuracies, these equations are embedded into a stochastic environment by introducing a coloured system noise process into the momentum equations. The continuity equation is assumed to be perfect. The deterministic part of the equations is discretized using an ADI method, the stochastic part using the Euler scheme. Assuming that the system noise is less spatially variable than the underlying water wave process, this stochastic part can be approximated on a coarser grid than the grid used to approximate the deterministic part. A Chandrasekhar-type filter algorithm is employed to obtain the constant-gain extended Kalman filter for weakly non-linear systems. The capabilities of the filter are illustrated by applying it to the assimilation of water level measurements into a tidal model of the North Sea.  相似文献

A method for the evaluation of the probability density function (p.d.f.) of the response process of non-linear systems under external stationary Poisson white noise excitation is presented. The method takes advantage of the great accuracy of the Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) in evaluating the first two moments of the response process by considering just few samples. The quasi-moment neglect closure is used to close the infinite hierarchy of the moment differential equations of the response process. Moreover, in order to determine the higher order statistical moments of the response, the second-order probabilistic information given by MCS in conjunction with the quasi-moment neglect closure leads to a set of linear differential equations. The quasi-moments up to a given order are used as partial probabilistic information on the response process in order to find the p.d.f. by means of the C-type Gram-Charlier series expansion.  相似文献

从有限变形的基本框架出发 ,建立了含热传导的冲击动力学基本控制方程和合适的初边条件。应用变分原理和伽辽金方法得出了控制方程相应的有限元列式 ,并探讨了数值计算中的几个关键算法 ,主要包括构型转换、旋转张量的算法、本构算法以及计算流程和程序框图等。利用自行研制的程序 ,对长脉冲激光辐照下靶目标的变形和破坏、冲击压缩变形及变形局部化等问题进行了数值模拟和研究 ,所得结果与实验和理论分析相吻合。  相似文献

Based on base experiments formulated, methods are proposed to specify the scalar functional in the nonlinear equations that relate generalized stresses and finite strains in the theory of plasticity. The base experiments are conducted and the functionals are specified. It is shown that the nonlinear tensorial constitutive equations can be used to describe a nonisothermal process of deformation along a rectilinear path, which is distinct from the base ones, at high temperatures that cause creep strains  相似文献

Time series data from stochastic processes described by the Langevin equation are analyzed. Analysis is based on estimation of the deterministic and random terms of the Langevin equation from data. The terms are presented as fields and inspected visually. Forming a model of the process, the terms are also used to reconstruct the deterministic and stochastic process trajectories. The deterministic term is approximated by an analytical ansatz. The equations obtained by the approximation are used to generate deterministic process trajectories and to study their linear stability. Influence of measurement noise on the estimates is also discussed.  相似文献
