In this paper, the stability of a laser-diode-pumped Cr4+∶YAG passively Nd3+∶YAG Q-switched laser and the influence of the transversal mode structure on the stability are investigated. With the laser operating in TEM00 mode, the pulse energy fluctuation and the repetition rate fluctuation as functions of the repetition rate are measured, and semi-quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed, respectively.  相似文献

理论和实验研究了LD泵浦Nd∶Gd0.42Y0.58VO4/Cr4+∶YAG被动调Q锁模激光器.在分析Cr4+∶YAG晶体能级结构和调Q锁模物理过程的基础上,通过数值模拟给出了Cr4+∶YAG调Q锁模的参量要求,然后进行了实验验证.实验中Cr4+∶YAG的初始透过率T0分别为86.3%、95%,输出镜的透过率T分别为10%、20%,在其他条件不变的情况下构成四种不同的组合,均实现了激光器的调Q锁模运转.实验结果表明,降低Cr4+∶YAG的初始透过率T0或提高输出镜透过率T有利于获得较好的锁模效果,与理论分析一致.  相似文献

在考虑Cr^4+:YAG晶体激发态吸收的情况下,给出了Cr^4+:YAG被动调Q的Nd:YAG激光器的速率方程组,从该速率方程组出发推导出了Nd:YAG被动调Q激光器的输出能量、脉冲宽度和效率的解析解,并分析了各参量之间的相互耦合关系。结果表明,在考虑了Cr^4+:YAG晶体激发态吸收的情况下,理论上能够正确地反应出Cr^4+:YAG晶体的吸收特性,对设计和优化Cr^4+:YAG被动调Q激光器有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

Cr4+:YAG is a new saturable absorber for passive Q-switching. As a passive Q-switcher, it has several excellent properties, such as low saturation fluence, high damage threshold, good thermal conductivity, no degradation and so on. By using a laser-diode as pumping source and Cr4+ :YAG as passive Q switcher, the passive Q-switching run in Nd: Sr5(VO4)3F laser at 1. 065 μm is realized. The average output power, the single pulse energy, the pulse width and the repetition rate for different small-signal transmission of Cr4+:YAG and different pumping power were measured. Meanwhile, the coupling rate equations for Cr4+:YAG as passive Q-switcher were given and the experimental results agreed with the numerical solution of equations.  相似文献

Using specially coated mirrors, an output energy of 0.97 J at 1.32 μm from a Nd3 : YAG pulse laser is obtained with pumping energy of 66 J. The repetition rate is 1 pulse/sec and the slope efficiency is 1.7%. The repetition rate can be changed from 1 pulse/sec to 10 pulses/sec.  相似文献

报道了腔长为1.1mm的激光二极管端面抽运的Cr^4 :Nd^3 :YAG自调Q微片激光器,连续抽运下获得了平均功率为5—18mW、重复频率为1—10kHz的稳定的调Q激光脉冲输出序列。并且对微片激光器的调Q输出激光的单脉冲特性参量、重复频率以及抽运阈值功率等进行了理论研究,计算结果和实验结果比较吻合。  相似文献

考虑腔内光子数密度的空间高斯分布以及晶体热效应的影响,给出了LD泵浦Nd:GdVO4 晶体Cr4+:YAG被动调Q 1.06 μm激光的耦合速率方程组.数值求解该方程组获得了输出激光的脉冲宽度、重复率、峰值功率以及单脉冲能量随泵浦功率的变化特性,其理论值与实验结果相符.  相似文献

The investigative results of modulated pulse output from an LD end-pumped passively Q-switched intracavity-frequency-doubling Nd:YVO4/KTP laser with Cr4+:YAG saturable absorber are presented. The numerical stimulations of these modulated pulses are carried out basing on the rate equations. It indicated that the modulations are attribute to the frequency beating of two eigenstates of the resonant polarized modes. The theoretical calculations are in good agreement with the experimental observations.  相似文献

从理论和实验两个方面研究了连续激光二极管抽运的Cr~(4+):YAG被动调QNd~(3+):YAG微晶片激光器。考虑Cr~(4+):YAG饱和吸收体激发态吸收,推导了连续抽运的被动调Q微晶片激光器的速率方程,分析了微晶片参量对调Q脉冲半峰全宽和峰值功率的影响;提出了实现稳定脉冲输出的微晶片激光器设计原则。在饱和吸收体初始透过率较低(T_0≈40%)的情况下,获得了脉冲峰值功率不稳定性小于±0.7%、脉冲宽度不稳定性小于±1.0%、峰值功率高达千瓦量级的高重复频率激光输出。  相似文献

在理论上提出了Cr^4+:YAG作为可饱和吸收体在Nd:YAG激光器中实现被动锁模的可能性,运用速率方程组导出在强激光脉冲作用下Cr^4+:YAG激发态吸收的恢复时间和饱和光强。实验上在带有抗共振环结构的接近于介稳腔的脉冲式Nd:YAG激光器中用Cr^4+:YAG作为可饱和吸收体实现被动锁模运转,得到能量13.5mJ、平均脉宽180ps的锁模脉冲序列。  相似文献

对激光二极管端面泵浦Cr4+:YAG被动调QNd:YAG激光器输出特性进行了实验研究.实验研究发现,激光器输出功率及脉冲重复频率随谐振腔长度增大而增大.为解释这一实验现象,测量了泵浦光斑在激光晶体内尺寸,同时计算了激光晶体及Cr4+:YAG晶体内的基模激光光斑半径随谐振腔长度变化.分析结果表明:激光晶体内泵浦光斑尺寸远小于激光晶体内基模光斑半径,腔模间交叠效率较低;当腔长增加时,激光晶体内的基模激光光斑减小,腔模间交叠效率增加,从而导致输出功率及脉冲重复频率随腔长增加而增加;另外,Cr4+:YAG晶体内光斑半径也随谐振腔长度减小,引起Cr4+:YAG晶体漂白时间缩短,导致脉冲重复频率随腔长增加而增加.  相似文献

报道了由15W连续激光二极管端面抽运的Nd:YAG激光器,自由运转时输出功率达到4.5W,斜效率达到44%,声光调Q的重复率由3~65kHz可变。10kHz时,峰值功率达到28kW,脉宽8ns。还分析了激光二极管抽运的声光调Q高重复率激光器设计中的几个重要因素。从理论上分析了不同频率时激光单脉冲能量、斜效率产生区别的主要原因。  相似文献

A multi-pulse Q-switched (MPQ) Nd:YAG laser system for surface material cleaning has been developed. Trains of pulses having total output energy of as much as 1.05 J, 10–30 pulses/train, 20–70 ns individual pulse-width, and about 100 μs whole duration were generated. Ablation threshold fluence and ablation rate for limestone substrate have been measured and compared with the theoretical calculations. Safe surface cleaning of limestone samples was demonstrated thanks to the high gap between the ablation threshold fluence of the substrate and black crust. Tests of surface cleaning for samples of stone, ceramics, and metal were performed.  相似文献

研究了Cr3+,Yb3+,Er3+共掺磷酸盐铒玻 璃转镜调Q激光性质.三种Er2O3掺杂浓度的激光实验结果表明,在Er2O3名义掺杂浓 度为0.5wt%时,玻璃的综合激 光性质最好,重复频率为0.1Hz时,它的激光阈值功率为14.5mJ,最大输出能量为9.6mJ ,斜率效率为0.55%.在同种实验条件下,比较了Cr14和Kigre公司生产的QE-7S激光性质参数,实验表明,前者激光阈值功率稍低,而后者的斜率效率和最大输出功率略高. 关键词: 3+-Yb3+-Er3+共掺')" href="#">Cr3+-Yb3+-Er3+共掺 磷酸 盐玻璃 光谱性质 激光性质  相似文献
