Following the strategy of using polyfunctional phosphonic acids for the synthesis of open-framework metal phosphonates, the phosphonocarboxylic acid (H2O3PCH2)2NCH2C6H4COOH was used in the hydrothermal synthesis of new Ba phosphonates. Its decomposition led to the first open-framework barium phosphonate [Ba3(O3PCH2NH2CH2PO3)2(H2O)4].3H2O. The synthesis was also successfully performed using iminobis(methylphosphonic acid), (H2O3PCH2)2NH, as a starting material, and the synthesis was optimized to obtain as a pure material. The reaction setup as well as the pH are the dominant parameters, and only a diffusion-controlled reaction led to the desired compound. The crystal structure was solved from single-crystal data: monoclinic; C2/c; a=2328.7(2), b=1359.95(7), and c=718.62(6) pm; beta=98.732(10) degrees ; V=2249.5(3)x10(6) pm3; Z=4; R1=0.036; and wR2=0.072 (all data). The structure of [Ba3(O3PCH2NH2CH2PO3)2(H2O)4].3H2O is built up from BaO8 and BaO10 polyhedra forming BaO chains and layers, respectively. These are connected to a three-dimensional metal-oxygen-metal framework with the iminobis(methylphosphonic acid) formally coating the inner walls of the pores. The one-dimensional pores (3.6x4 A) are filled with H2O molecules that can be thermally removed. Thermogravimetric investigations and temperature-dependent X-ray powder diffraction demonstrate the stability of the crystal structure up to 240 degrees C. The uptake of N,N-dimethylformamide and H2O by dehydrated samples is demonstrated. Furthermore, IR, Raman, and 31P magic-angle-spinning NMR data are also presented.  相似文献

A new cobalt(II) carboxylate-phosphonate, namely, Co[HO2C(CH2)3NH(CH2PO3H)2]2, with a layered architecture has been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions. The Co(II) ion in the title compound is octahedrally coordinated by six phosphonate oxygen atoms from four carboxylate phosphonate ligands. Neighboring CoO6 octahedra are interconnected by phosphonate groups into a 2D layer with a 4,4-net topology. Adjacent layers are further cross-linked via hydrogen bonds between the noncoordinate carboxylate groups and noncoordinate phosphonate oxygens. The ac and dc magnetic susceptibility and magnetization measurements indicate that Co[HO2C(CH2) 3NH(CH2PO3H)2]2 is a canted antiferromagnet with T(c) = 8.75 K.  相似文献

A novel organic/inorganic hybrid molybdenum phosphate, [NH3(CH2CH2)2NH3]3[NH3(CH2CH2)2NH2]Na5-[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2·4H2O (1), involving molybdenum presented in V oxidation, has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., u.v.–vis., x.p.s., t.g. and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of the title compound (1) may be considered to consist of two [Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3] units bonded together with NaO6 octahedra, forming dimers. Further, these dimers connect with each other through four Na+ cations as bridges, giving rise to novel one-dimensional chain-like skeleton. Piperazines exist among inorganic chains acting as charge balancing cations.  相似文献

Under mild hydrothermal conditions, a new organically templated uranyl zinc phosphate, [H 2bipy] 2[(UO 2) 6Zn 2(PO 3OH) 4(PO 4) 4].H 2O ( UZnP-2), has been synthesized. Structural analysis reveals that UZnP-2 is constructed from UO 7 pentagonal bipyramids that are linked into edge-sharing dimers that are in turn joined together by ZnO 4 and PO 4 tetrahedra to form a three-dimensional network. Intersecting channels occur along the a, b, and c axes. These channels house the diprotonated 4,4'-bipyridyl cations and water molecules. Ion-exchange experiments demonstrate that replacement of the 4,4'-bipyridyl cations by alkali and alkaline-earth metal cations results in a rearrangement of the framework. Further characterization of UZnP-2 is provided by Raman and fluorescence spectroscopy. The latter method reveals strong emission from the uranyl moieties with characteristic fine structure.  相似文献

A new microporous iron (III) phosphate, [H3N(CH2)4NH3]3[Fe8(HPO4)12(PO4)2(H2O)6], has been prepared using low temperature hydrothermal methods and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, EDAX, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and bond valence sums. The title compound crystallizes as light pink hexagonal-shaped tabs in the centrosymmetric hexagonal space group 3¯ (No.147) with a = b = 13.495(2) Å, c = 9.396(2) Å, V = 1481.9(4) Å3 and Z = 4 with R/Rw = 0.044/0.048. The compound exhibits a complicated three-dimensional microporous structure with quaternary ammonium ions acting as a template for the framework. It is similar to previously reported [HN(CH2CH2)3NH]3[Fe8(HPO4)12(PO4)2(H2O)6].  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, ammineaquadi‐μ5‐phosphato‐trizinc(II), [Zn3(PO4)2(H2O)0.8(NH3)1.2], consists of two parts: (i) PO4 and ZnO4 vertex‐sharing tetrahedra arranged in layers parallel to (100) and (ii) ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra located between the layers. Elemental analysis establishes the ammine‐to‐water ratio as 3:2. ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra are located at special position 4e (site symmetry 2) in C2/c. The two O atoms of ZnO2(N/O)2 are bonded to neighbouring P atoms, forming two Zn—O—P linkages and connecting ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra with two adjacent bc plane layers. A noteworthy feature of the structure is the presence of NH3 and H2O at the same crystallographic position and, consequently, qualitative changes in the pattern of hydrogen bonding and weaker N/O—H...O electrostatic interactions, as compared to two closely related structures.  相似文献

A new zero-dimensional (0D) aluminophosphate monomer [dl-Co(en)3]2[Al(HPO4)2(H1.5PO4)2(H2PO4)2](H3PO4)4 (designated AlPO-CJ38) with Al/P ratio of 1/6 has been solvothermally prepared by using racemic cobalt complex dl-Co(en)3Cl3 as the template. The Al atom is octahedrally linked to six P atoms via bridging oxygen atoms, forming a unique [Al(HPO4)2(H1.5PO4)2(H2PO4)2]6? monomer. Notably, there exists intramolecular symmetrical O?H?O bonds, which results in pseudo-4-rings stabilized by the strong H-bonding interactions. The structure is also featured by the existence of four different types of monophosphates that have been confirmed by 31P NMR and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal data are as follows: AlPO-CJ38, [dl-Co(en)3]2[Al(HPO4)2(H1.5PO4)2(H2PO4)2](H3PO4)4, M = 1476.33, monoclinic, C2/c (No. 15), a = 36.028(7) Å, b = 8.9877(18) Å, c = 16.006(3) Å, β = 100.68(3)°, U = 5093.2(18) Å3, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0509 (I > 2σ(I)) and wR2 = 0.1074 (all data). Compound Cu2(H2O)2{O3PCH2N(C2H4)2NCH2PO3} (1) has a pillared layered structure in which the organic groups of N,N′-piperazinebis(methylenephosphonate) are sandwiched between the inorganic layers. Compared with other copper phosphonates with layered or pillared layered structures, the inorganic layer in 1 is unique in that each {CPO3} tetrahedron is corner-shared with three {CuO4N} square pyramids through three oxygen donors.
