Reactions of divalent Zn‐Hg metal ions with 1,3‐imidazolidine‐2‐thione (imdtH2) in 1 : 2 molar ratio have formed monomeric complexes, [Zn(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2(OAc)2] ( 1 ), [Cd((η1‐SimdtH2)2I2] ( 2 ), [Cd(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2Br2] ( 3 ), and [Hg(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2I2] ( 4 ). Complexes 1 – 4 , have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), spectroscopy (IR, 1H, NMR) and x‐ray crystallography ( 1 ‐ 4 ). Hydrogen bonding between oxygen of acetate and imino hydrogen of ligand, {N(2)–H(2C)···O(2)#} in 1 , ring CH and imino hydrogen, {C(2A)–H(2A)···Br(2)#} in 3 have formed H‐bonded dimers. Similarly, the interactions between molecular units of complexes 2 and 4 have yielded 2D polymers. The polymerization occurs via intermolecular interactions between thione sulfur and imino hydrogen, {N(2)–H(2)···S(1)#}, imino hydrogen and the iodine atom, {NH(1)···I(2)#} in 2 and imino hydrogen – iodine atom {N(2A)–H(2A)···I(2)} and I···I interaction in 4 . Crystal data: [Zn(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2(OAc)2] ( 1 ), C10H18N4O4S2Zn, orthorhombic, Pbcn, a = 9.3854(7) Å, b = 12.4647(10) Å, c = 13.2263(11) Å; V = 1547.3(2) Å3, Z = 4, R = 0.0280 [Cd((η1‐S‐imdtH2)2I2] ( 2 ), C6H12CdI2N4S2, orthorhombic, Pnma, a = 13.8487(10) Å, b = 14.4232(11) Å, c = 7.0659(5) Å; Z = 4, V = 1411.36(18) Å3, R = 0.0186.  相似文献

Reactions of copper(I) halides (Cl, Br, I) with 1‐methyl‐1, 3‐imidazoline‐2‐thione (mimzSH) in 1 : 2 molar ratio yielded sulfur‐bridged dinuclear [Cu2X2(μ‐S‐mimzSH)21‐S‐mimzSH)2] (X = I, 1 , Br, 2 ; Cl, 3 ) complexes. Copper(I) iodide with 1,3‐imidazoline‐2‐thione (imzSH2) and Ph3P in 1 : 1 : 1 molar ratio has also formed a sulfur‐bridged dinuclear [Cu2I2(μ‐S‐imzSH2)2(PPh3)2] ( 4 ) complex. The central Cu(μ‐S)2Cu cores form parallelograms with unequal Cu–S bond distances {2.324(2), 2.454(3) Å} ( 1 ); {2.3118(6), 2.5098(6) Å} ( 2 ); {2.3075(4), 2.5218(4) Å} ( 3 ); {2.3711(8), 2.4473(8) Å} ( 4 ). The Cu···Cu separations, 2.759–2.877Å in complexes 1 – 3 are much shorter than 3.3446Å in complex 4 . The weak intermolecular interactions {H2CH···S# ( 2 ); CH···Cl# ( 3 ); NH···I# ( 4 )} between dimeric units in complexes 2 – 4 lead to the formation of linear 1D polymers.  相似文献

Copper(I) halides with triphenyl phosphine and imidaozlidine‐2‐thiones (L ‐NMe, L ‐NEt, and L ‐NPh) in acetonitrile/methanol (or dichloromethane) yielded copper(I) mixed‐ligand complexes: mononuclear, namely, [CuCl(κ1‐S‐L ‐NMe)(PPh3)2] ( 1 ), [CuBr(κ1‐S‐L ‐NMe)(PPh3)2] ( 2 ), [CuBr(κ1‐S‐L ‐NEt)(PPh3)2] ( 5 ), [CuI(κ1‐S‐L ‐NEt)(PPh3)2] ( 6 ), [CuCl(κ1‐S‐L ‐NPh)(PPh3)2] ( 7 ), and [CuBr(κ1‐S‐L ‐NPh)(PPh3)2] ( 8 ), and dinuclear, [Cu21‐I)2(μ‐S‐L ‐NMe)2(PPh3)2] ( 3 ) and [Cu2(μ‐Cl)21‐S‐L ‐NEt)2(PPh3)2] ( 4 ). All complexes were characterized with analytical data, IR and NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography. Complexes 2 – 4 , 7 , and 8 each formed crystals in the triclinic system with P$\bar{1}$ space group, whereas complexes 1 , 5 , and 6 crystallized in the monoclinic crystal system with space groups P21/c, C2/c, and P21/n, respectively. Complex 2 has shown two independent molecules, [(CuBr(κ1‐S‐L ‐NMe)(PPh3)2] and [CuBr(PPh3)2] in the unit cell. For X = Cl, the thio‐ligand bonded to metal as terminal in complex 4 , whereas for X = I it is sulfur‐bridged in complex 3 .  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐amino‐1, 2, 4‐triazin‐3(2H)‐thione‐5‐one (ATTO, 1 ) with [Cu(PPh3)2]NO3 in ethanol led to the complex [Cu(PPh3)2(ATTO)]NO3 ( 2 ). 2 was characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and Raman spectroscopy. A single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction of compound 2 revealed that ATTO acts as a bidentate ligand via its nitrogen and sulfur atoms. The photochemistry of N‐hydroxypyridine‐2(1H)‐thione (NHPT), inserted as a photolabile modifier at the 6‐position of 2′‐deoxyguanosine or guanosine, has been evaluated. In particular, 6‐[(1‐oxidopyridin‐2‐yl)sulfanyl]‐ ( 1a ) and 6‐[(pyridin‐2‐yl)sulfanyl]‐2′,6‐dideoxyguanosine ( 2a ), novel photolabile derivatives of the natural nucleosides, were synthesized and characterized. The observed photolysis products of 1a in organic solvents could only be rationalized by assuming a rapid equilibrium with the corresponding 6‐[(2‐thioxopyridin‐1(2H)‐yl)oxy] analogue 3a (Scheme 5). Transient spectroscopy of 1a indicated a strong triplet‐excited state suitable for triplet → triplet energy transfer or singlet‐oxygen generation. The NHPT function was stable enough for (slightly modified) automated solid‐phase oligonucleotide synthesis. The utility of the above compounds is discussed, as well as their potential use in photosensitization of reactive oxygen species in DNA.  相似文献

The stereoselective total synthesis of the natural oxylipin, (6R,7E,9R,10S)‐6,9,10‐trihydroxyoctadec‐7‐enoic acid, has been accomplished using nonanal and hexane‐1,6‐diol as the starting materials. The synthesis involves Sharpless kinetic resolution, asymmetric epoxidation, and olefin cross‐metathesis as the key steps.  相似文献

Reactions of pyrimidine‐2‐thione (HpymS) with PdII/PtIV salts in the presence of triphenyl phosphine and bis(diphenylphosphino)alkanes, Ph2P‐(CH2)m‐PPh2 (m = 1, 2) have yielded two types of complexes, viz. a) [M(η2‐N, S‐ pymS)(η1‐S‐ pymS)(PPh3)] (M = Pd, 1 ; Pt, 2 ), and (b) [M(η1‐S‐pymS)2(L‐L)] {L‐L, M = dppm (m = 1) Pd, 3 ; Pt, 4 ; dppe (m = 2), Pd, 5 ; Pt, 6 }. Complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P), and single crystal X‐ray crystallography ( 1 , 2 , 4 , and 5 ). Complexes 1 and 2 have terminal η1‐S and chelating η2‐N, S‐modes of pymS, while other Pd/Pt complexes have only terminal η1‐S modes. The solution state 31P NMR spectral data reveal dynamic equilibrium for the complexes 3 , 5 and 6 , whereas the complexes 1 , 2 and 4 are static in solution state.  相似文献

Eight metal(II) complexes based on imidazo[4, 5‐f]‐1, 10‐phenanthroline (HIMP) and bridging dicarboxylato ligands such as 4, 4′‐biphenyldicarboxylic acid (H2BPDC), 1, 4‐benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2BDC), thiophene‐2, 5‐dicarboxylic acid (H2TDC), and 2, 6‐naphthalenedicarboxylic acid (H2NDC) were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complexes 1 , 3 , 6 , and 7 are molecular dinuclear metal complexes. Complexes 2 , 4 , and 5 exhibit chain‐like structures. Compound 8 shows a novel 3D architecture, in which ZnII dimers are connected by four NDC2– anions. In the metal(II) complexes, HIMP exhibits a similar chelating coordination mode. Different π ··· π stacking interactions are observed in the complexes. The emission of HIMP is completely quenched in complexes 1 – 4 due to the strong π ··· π stacking interactions in the structures. Complexes 5 – 8 exhibit different photoluminescence properties. Firstly, we quantitatively investigated the effect of the strong HIMP–HIMP stacking interactions on the emission quenching of HIMP in the metal complexes. It was found that a higher extent of π ··· π stacking interactions in the complexes resulted in a higher extent of the emission quenching of HIMP. The introduction of aromatic conjugated carboxylate groups into metal(II)‐HIMP complexes changed the extent of the strong π ··· π stacking interactions in the structures and thus the photoluminescence properties of the complexes.  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐amino‐5‐methyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thione (AMTT) with 4‐methylbenzaldehyde and 4‐methoxybenzaldehyde in ethanol led to the iminic derivatives ‐4‐(4‐methylbenzylideneamino)‐5‐methyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)thione ( L1 ) and 4‐(4‐methoxybenzyl‐ideneamino)‐5‐methyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thione ( L2 ). The reaction of L1 with CuCl in the presence of triphenylphosphane as co‐ligand in methanol/chloroform solution gave the CuI complex containing L1 , [Cu( L1 )(PPh3)2Cl]·0.5CH3OH·0.25CHCl3 ( 1 ). Treatment of L2 with the same metal salt in a molar ratio of 1:1 in methanol and further addition of a solution of PPh3 in chloroform led to the complex [Cu( L2 )(PPh3)2Cl]·2.5CHCl3 ( 2 ). The complexes and L1 were characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy as well as by X‐ray diffraction studies. In both complexes, the Schiff base ligand is coordinated to the copper ion through its sulfur atom. The other coordination sites around the copper ion are occupied by two triphenylphosphane molecules and one chloride ion. Therefore, each CuI ion is in a distorted tetrahedral environment. Crystal data for L1 at ?100 °C: space group P21/n with a = 720.5(1), b = 1140.6(1), c = 1426.3(2) pm, β = 91.25(1)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.03, for 1 at ?120 °C : space group with a = 1286.3(1), b = 1740.3(1), c = 2060.2(1) pm, α = 79.085(6), β = 83.827(5), γ = 76.688(6)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0649 and for 2 at ?80 °C : space group with a = 1183.7(2), b = 1370.1(2), c = 1812.1(3) pm, α = 85.69(2), β = 88.52(2), γ = 64.89(2)°, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0488.  相似文献

The reactions of pyrimidine‐phosphine ligand N‐[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]‐2‐pyrimidinamine ( L ) with various metal salts of PtII, PdII and CuI provide three new halide metal complexes, Pt2Cl4(μ‐L)2·2CH2Cl2 ( 1 ), Pd2Cl4(μ‐L)2 ( 2 ), and [Cu2(μ‐I)2L2]n ( 3 ). Single crystal X‐ray diffraction studies show that complexes 1 and 2 display a similar bimetallic twelve‐membered ring structure, while complex 3 consists of one‐dimensional polymeric chains, which are further connected into a 2‐D supramolecular framework through hydrogen bonds. In the binuclear complexes 1 and 2 , the ligand L serves as a bridge with the N and P as coordination atoms, but in the polymeric complex 3 , both bridging and chelating modes are adopted by the ligand. The spectroscopic properties of complexes 1 ‐ 3 as well as L have been investigated, in which complex 3 exhibits intense photoluminescence originating from intraligand charge transfer (ILCT) π→π* and metal‐to‐ligand charge‐transfer (MLCT) excited states both in acetonitrile solution and solid state, respectively.  相似文献

Tri(1‐cyclohepta‐2, 4, 6‐trienyl)phosphane, P(C7H7)3 ( 1 ) ([P] when coordinated to a metal) stabilizes platinum(II) ( 2 ) and palladium(II) dihalides ( 3 ) as [P]MX2 with X = Cl ( a ), Br ( b ) and I ( c ). The phosphane coordinates to the metal as a chelate ligand via both phosphorus and the central η2‐C=C bond of one of the cyclohepta‐2, 4, 6‐trienyl rings. The complexes were prepared by various routes, mainly by the reaction of (cod)MCl2 (cod = cycloocta‐1, 5‐diene) with 1 to give the chlorides 2a and 3a , which then could be converted into the bromides 2b , 3b or the iodides 2c , 3c by reaction with NaBr or NaI, respectively. The molecular structure of 2c was determined by X‐ray analysis. Treatment of 2a and 3a with sodium or potassium salts of several pseudohalides afforded the complexes [P]MX2 2d (NCO/NCO), 2e1 (NCS/SCN), 2e1' (SCN/NCS), 2f2 (SeCN/SeCN), 3f1 (NCSe/SeCN), 2g and 3g (X = N3). Attempts failed to synthesize the cyanides 2h and 3h by the same route. By using an excess of trimethylsilyl cyanide in the reaction with 2a in THF solution, the complex trans‐{[(C7H7)3P]2Pt(CN)2} ( 4h ) was obtained instead of 2h . The analogous complexes trans‐{[(C7H7)3P]2MX2} with M = Pt ( 4 ) and Pd ( 5 ) for X = Cl ( a ), Br ( b ), I ( c ) could be prepared from the reaction of the corresponding tetrahalogenometallates and 1 (in the case of 5c from PdI2 and 1 ). In contrast to 4h , the complexes 4a‐c and 5a‐c were found to be labile in solution with respect to partial loss of the phosphane 1 and rearrangement into 2a‐c and 3a‐c , respectively. All compounds were characterized by IR spectroscopy and by multinuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P, 77Se and 195Pt NMR). The ligand [P] in 2 and 3 is fluxional with regard to coordination of the C7H7 rings to the metal.  相似文献

The reaction of 1‐fluoro‐2‐lithiobenzenes, generated from 1‐bromo‐2‐fluorobenzenes 1 and BuLi, with 2‐halobenzaldehydes and subsequent oxidation of the resulting alcohols 2 afforded (2‐fluorophenyl)(2‐halophenyl)methanones 3 , which, on treatment with benzenamines or arylmethanamines, followed by NaH, gave rise efficiently to 10‐aryl‐ or 10‐(arylmethyl)acridin‐9(10H)‐ones ( 5 or 7 ), respectively.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of platinum(II) with a series of thiosemicarbazones {R(H)C2=N3‐N2(H)‐C1(=S)‐N1H2, R = 2‐hydroxyphenyl, H2stsc; pyrrole, H2ptsc; phenyl, Hbtsc} is described. Reactions of trans‐PtCl2(PPh3)2 precursor with H2stsc (or H2ptsc) in 1 : 1 molar ratio in the presence of Et3N base yielded complexes, [Pt(η3‐ O, N3, S‐stsc)(PPh3)] ( 1 ) and [Pt(η3‐ N4, N3, S‐ptsc)(PPh3)] ( 2 ), respectively. Further, trans‐PtCl2(PPh3)2 and Hbtsc in 1 : 2 (M : L) molar ratio yielded a different compound, [Pt(η2‐ N3, S‐btsc)(η1‐S‐btsc)(PPh3)] ( 3 ). Complex 1 involved deprotonation of hydrazinic (‐N2H‐) and hydroxyl (‐OH) groups, and stsc2? is coordinating via O, N3, S donor atoms, while complex 2 involved deprotonation of hydrazinic (‐N2H‐) and ‐N4H groups and ptsc2? is probably coordinating via N4, N3, S donor atoms. Reaction of PdCl2(PPh3)2 with Hbtsc‐Me {C6H5(CH3)C2=N3‐N2(H)‐C1(=S)‐N1H2} yielded a cyclometallated complex [Pd(η3‐C, N3, S‐btsc‐Me)(PPh3)] ( 4 ). These complexes have been characterized with the help of analytical data, spectroscopic techniques {IR, NMR (1H, 31P), U.V} and single crystal X‐ray crystallography ( 1 , 3 and 4 ). The effects of substituents at C2 carbon of thiosemicarbazones on their dentacy and cyclometallation are emphasized.  相似文献

The complexes crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/n with cell dimensions: 1 : a = 1.1159(3) Å, b = 1.2397(3) Å, c = 1.6003(4) Å, β = 92.798(4)°, V = 2.2111(8) Å3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1140, R1 = 0.0418, wR2 = 0.0932 and 2 : a = 1.1167(3) Å, b = 1.2394(3) Å, c = 1.5968(4) Å, β = 92.945(4)°, V = 2.2071(9) Å3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1204, R1 = 0.0341, wR2 = 0.0745. Both complexes form one‐dimensionally linked chains of [K(18‐C‐6)]+ cations and [M(SeCN)4]2— (M = Pd, Pt) anions bridged by K‐O‐K interactions between adjacent [K(18‐C‐6)]+ units.  相似文献

The title compound has been prepared from [Ti(η5‐C5Me5)Cl3] and cis‐cis‐(t‐BuSi(OH)—CH2)3 in hexane solution in the presence of Et3N. The pale yellow complex was characterized by NMR and MS spectra, as well as by a crystal structure determination. The two crystallographic independent molecules in the triclinic unit cell (space group P1¯, No. 2, Z = 4) both have a nearly identical adamantane‐like TiO3Si3C3 cage of approximate C3v symmetry. The exocyclic C—C—C bond angles in the Cp‐ligand range from 123° to 129°. A quantum chemical calculation of the free molecule predicts this range to be 124° to 127°. The arrangement of the molecules in the crystal is characteristic for an offset face‐to‐face ππ stacking of the aromatic η5‐C5Me5 rings.  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot synthesis of 3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one (=3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives 4 by a four‐component reaction of a salicylaldehyde 1 , 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one, a benzylamine 2 , and a diaroylacetylene (=1,4‐diarylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione) 3 in EtOH is reported. This new protocol has the advantages of high yields (Table), and convenient operation. The structures of these coumarin (=2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives, which are important compounds in organic chemistry, were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

Two new metal‐organic coordination polymers[Eu(m‐BDC)1.5(MOPIP) · 1/2H2O]n ( 1 ) and [Co(m‐BDC)(MOPIP)2 · 2H2O]n ( 2 ) [m‐H2BDC = benzene‐1, 3‐dicarboxylic acid, MOPIP = 2‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1H‐imidazo[4, 5‐f] 1 , 10 phenanthroline] were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The coordination polymers crystallize in monoclinic space group P21/m for 1 ( 2 : P21/n), with a = 9.779(2), b = 18.242(4), c = 17.146(3) Å, β = 106.41(3)° for 1 , and with a = 8.2153(16), b = 27.974(6), c = 17.974(4) Å, β = 100.40(3)° for 2 . The crystal structure of complex 1 is a zipper‐like chain of octacoordinate Eu3+ ions, in which Eu3+ ions are bridged in two coordination modes by m‐BDC2+ ligands and decorated by MOPIP ligands. The molecular structure of complex 2 consists of a hexacoordinte Co2+ atom, which generates a slightly distorted octahedral arrangement, and assembles into three‐dimensional supramolecular nets by π ··· π stacking interactions. Additionally, these two compounds show strong fluorescence in the solid state at room temperature. Natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis is performed by using the NBO method built in Gaussian 03 Program. The calculation results show a weak covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and metal ions.  相似文献

A series of new heteroleptic MN2S2 transition metal complexes with M = Cu2+ for EPR measurements and as diamagnetic hosts Ni2+, Zn2+, and Pd2+ were synthesized and characterized. The ligands are N2 = 4, 4′‐bis(tert‐butyl)‐2, 2′‐bipyridine (tBu2bpy) and S2 =1, 2‐dithiooxalate, (dto), 1, 2‐dithiosquarate, (dtsq), maleonitrile‐1, 2‐dithiolate, or 1, 2‐dicyanoethene‐1, 2‐dithiolate, (mnt). The CuII complexes were studied by EPR in solution and as powders, diamagnetically diluted in the isostructural planar [NiII(tBu2bpy)(S2)] or[PdII(tBu2bpy)(S2)] as well as in tetrahedrally coordinated[ZnII(tBu2bpy)(S2)] host structures to put steric stress on the coordination geometry of the central CuN2S2 unit. The spin density contributions for different geometries calculated from experimental parameters are compared with the electronic situation in the frontier orbital, namely in the semi‐occupied molecular orbital (SOMO) of the copper complex, derived from quantum chemical calculations on different levels (EHT and DFT). One of the hosts, [NiII(tBu2bpy)(mnt)], is characterized by X‐ray structure analysis to prove the coordination geometry. The complex crystallizes in a square‐planar coordination mode in the monoclinic space group P21/a with Z = 4 and the unit cell parameters a = 10.4508(10) Å, b = 18.266(2) Å, c = 12.6566(12) Å, β = 112.095(7)°. Oxidation and reductions potentials of one of the host complexes, [Ni(tBu2bpy)(mnt)], were obtained by cyclovoltammetric measurements.  相似文献
