One μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐carboxylato bridged dinuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu2(L1)(μ‐C6H5CO2)] ( 1 )(H3L1 = 1,3‐bis(salicylideneamino)‐2‐propanol)), and two μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐dicarboxylato doubly‐bridged tetranuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu4(L1)2(μ‐C8H10O4)(DMF)2]·H2O ( 2 ) and [Cu4(L2)2(μ‐C5H6O4]·2H2O·2CH3CN ( 3 ) (H3L2 = 1,3‐bis(5‐bromo‐salicylideneamino)‐2‐propanol)) have been prepared and characterized. The single crystal X‐ray analysis shows that the structure of complex 1 is dimeric with two adjacent copper(II) atoms bridged by μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐carboxylato ligands where the Cu···Cu distances and Cu‐O(alkoxo)‐Cu angles are 3.5 11 Å and 132.8°, respectively. Complexes 2 and 3 consist of a μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐dicarboxylato doubly‐bridged tetranuclear Cu(II) complex with mean Cu‐Cu distances and Cu‐O‐Cu angles of 3.092 Å and 104.2° for 2 and 3.486 Å and 129.9° for 3 , respectively. Magnetic measurements reveal that 1 is strong antiferromagnetically coupled with 2J =‐210 cm?1 while 2 and 3 exhibit ferromagnetic coupling with 2J = 126 cm?1 and 82 cm?1 (averaged), respectively. The 2J values of 1–3 are correlated to dihedral angles and the Cu‐O‐Cu angles. Dependence of the pH at 25 °C on the reaction rate of oxidation of 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol (3,5‐DTBC) to the corresponding quinone (3,5‐DTBQ) catalyzed by 1–3 was studied. Complexes 1–3 exhibit catecholase‐like active at above pH 8 and 25 °C for oxidation of 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol.  相似文献

Reactions of Cp*NbCl4 and Cp*TaCl4 with Trimethylsilyl‐azide, Me3Si‐N3. Molecular Structures of the Bis(azido)‐Oxo‐Bridged Complexes [Cp*NbCl(N3)(μ‐N3)]2(μ‐O) and [Cp*TaCl2(μ‐N3)]2(μ‐O) (Cp* = Pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) The chloro ligands in Cp*TaCl4 (1c) can be stepwise substituted for azido ligands by reactions with trimethylsilyl azide, Me3Si‐N3 (A) , to generate the complete series of the bis(azido)‐bridged dimers [Cp*TaCl3‐n(N3)n(μ‐N3)]2 ( n = 0 (2c) , n = 1 (3c) , n = 2 (4c) and n = 3 (5c) ). If the solvent CH2Cl2 contains traces of water, an additional oxo bridge is incorporated to give [Cp*‐TaCl2(μ‐N3)]2(μ‐O) (6c) or [Cp*TaCl(N3)(μ‐N3)]2(μ‐O) (7c) , respectively. Both 6c and 7c are also formed in stoichiometric reactions from [Cp*TaCl2(μ‐OH)]2(μ‐O) (8c) and A . Analogous reactions of Cp*NbCl4 (1b) with A were used to prepare the azide‐rich dinuclear products [Cp*NbCl3‐n(N3)n(μ‐N3)]2 (n = 2 (4b) , and n = 3 (5b) ), and [Cp*NbCl(N3)(μ‐N3)]2(μ‐O) (7b) . The mononuclear complex Cp*Ta(N3)Me3 (10c) is obtained from Cp*Ta(Cl)Me3 and A . All azido complexes were characterised by their IR as well as their 1H and 13C NMR spectra; X‐ray crystal structure analyses are available for 6c and 7b .  相似文献

The pale‐rose compound [(μ‐C6H8O4)4/2Co(μ‐H2O)2Co(H2O)4] · 4 H2O was prepared from adipic acid and CoCO3 in aqueous solution. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/n (no. 14), a = 8.061(1), b = 15.160(2), c = 9.708(2) Å, β = 90.939(7)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0405, wR2 = 0.0971) consists of adipate bridged supramolecular [(μ‐C6H8O4)4/2Co(μ‐H2O)2Co(H2O)4] layers and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The cobalt atoms Co1 and Co2 are distorted octahedrally coordinated by the O atoms of two bridging trans‐H2O molecules and four bidentate adipate anions (Co1) and by the O atoms of two bridging trans‐H2O molecules and four monodentate H2O molecules (Co2), respectively. Equatorial bonds: d(Co1–O) = 2.048 Å (2 × ), 2.060 Å (2 × ); d(Co2–O) = 2.057 Å (2 × ), 2.072 Å (2 × ). Axial bonds: d(Co1–O) = 2.235 Å (2 × ); d(Co2–O) = 2.156 Å (2 × ).  相似文献

Coordinatively Unsaturated Diiron Complexes: Synthesis and Crystal Structures of [Fe2(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2)] and [Fe2(CO)4(μ‐CH2)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2)] [Fe2(μ‐CO)(CO)6(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)] ( 1 ) reacts spontaneously with dppm (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) to give [Fe2(μ‐CO)(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 2 c ). By thermolysis or photolysis, 2 c loses very easily one carbonyl ligand and yields the corresponding electronically and coordinatively unsaturated complex [Fe2(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 3 ). 3 exhibits a Fe–Fe double bond which could be confirmed by the addition of methylene to the corresponding dimetallacyclopropane [Fe2(CO)4(μ‐CH2)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 4 ). The reaction of 1 with dppe (Ph2PC2H4PPh2) affords [Fe2(μ‐CO)(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppe)] ( 5 ). In contrast to the thermolysis of 2 c , yielding 3 , the heating of 5 in toluene leads rapidly to complete decomposition. The reaction of 1 with PPh3 yields [Fe2(CO)6(H)(μ‐PtBu2)(PPh3)] ( 6 a ), while with tBu2PH the compound [Fe2(μ‐CO)(CO)5(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)] ( 6 b ) is formed. The thermolysis of 6 b affords [Fe2(CO)5(μ‐PtBu2)2] and the degradation products [Fe(CO)3(tBu2PH)2] and [Fe(CO)4(tBu2PH)]. The molecular structures of 3 , 4 and 6 b were determined by X‐ray crystal structure analyses.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu3(C3H5O2)6(C6H7NO)4]n, is composed of polymeric chains formed by alternating centrosymmetric Cu2(μ‐CH3CH2CO2)4 and Cu(C3H5O2)2(C6H7NO)2 units. These elemental units are linked by two bridging 3‐pyridylmethanol (3PM) ligands. The Cu2(μ‐CH3CH2CO2)4 group presents a centrosymmetric tetrabridged structure with four synsyn bridging propionate ligands to which two 3PM molecules are bonded (through N), occupying the apical positions of each square‐pyramidal polyhedron around the CuII ions. The remaining mononuclear group is centred around a third CuII ion, which lies on a symmetry centre and is bound to two monodentate propionate groups (through O), two monodentate 3PM molecules (through N) and two bridging 3PM molecules (through O), thus completing a square‐bipyramidal CuO2N2O2 coordination.  相似文献

The single crystal X‐ray analysis of a novel thiophene‐2,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H2Tda) Manganese(II) coordination polymer, {Mn23‐Tda)2(μ‐H2O)(H2O)2(bipy)]·DMF}n, shows two different types of Mn2+‐ions with environment of Mn1O6 and Mn2O4N2, and the complex is a two‐dimensional polymer as a result of bridging (Tda)2? ligands and by connecting the carboxylate‐ and water‐bridged {Mn2(μ‐Tda)2(μ‐H2O)} nodes.  相似文献

Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction measurements have been carried out on [Nd(dmf)4(H2O)3(μ‐CN)Fe(CN)5]?H2O ( 1 ; dmf=dimethylformamide), [Nd(dmf)4(H2O)3(μ‐CN)Co(CN)5]?H2O ( 2 ), [La(dmf)4(H2O)3(μ‐CN)Fe(CN)5]?H2O ( 3 ), [Gd(dmf)4(H2O)3(μ‐CN)Fe(CN)5]?H2O ( 4 ), and [Y(dmf)4(H2O)3(μ‐CN)Fe(CN)5]?H2O ( 5 ), at 15(2) K with and without UV illumination of the crystals. Significant changes in unit‐cell parameters were observed for all the iron‐containing complexes, whereas 2 showed no response to UV illumination. Photoexcited crystal structures have been determined for 1 , 3 , and 4 based on refinements of two‐conformer models, and excited‐state occupancies of 78.6(1), 84(6), and 86.6(7) % were reached, respectively. Significant bond‐length changes were observed for the Fe–ligand bonds (up to 0.19 Å), the cyano bonds (up to 0.09 Å), and the lanthanide–ligand bonds (up to 0.10 Å). Ab initio theoretical calculations were carried out for the experimental ground‐state geometry of 1 to understand the electronic structure changes upon UV illumination. The calculations suggest that UV illumination gives a charge transfer from the cyano groups on the iron atom to the lanthanide ion moiety, {Nd(dmf)4(H2O)3}, with a distance of approximately 6 Å from the iron atom. The charge transfer is accompanied by a reorganization of the spin state on the {Fe(CN)6} complex, and a change in geometry that produces a metastable charge‐transfer state with an increased number of unpaired electrons, thus accounting for the observed photomagnetic effect.  相似文献

Bis(tetraphenylphosphonium)‐tris(μ‐hydroxo)hexaaquatriberylliumpentachloride, (Ph4P)2[Be3(μ‐OH)3(H2O)6]Cl5 ( 1 ), was surprisingly obtained by reaction of (Ph4P)N3 · n H2O with BeCl2 in dichloromethane suspension and subsequent crystallization from acetonitrile to give single crystals of composition 1· 5.25CH3CN. According to the crystal structure determination space group P , Z = 2, lattice dimensions at 100 K: a = 1354.8(2), b = 1708.7(2), c = 1753.2(2) pm, α = 114.28(1)°, β = 94.80(1)°, γ = 104.51(1)°, R1 = 0.0586] the [Be3(μ‐OH)3(H2O)6]3+ cations form six‐mem‐bered Be3O3 rings with boat conformation and distorted tetrahedrally coordinated beryllium atoms with the terminally coordinated H2O molecules. The structure ist characterized by a complicated three dimensional hydrogen‐bridging network including O–H ··· O, O–H ··· Cl, and O–H ··· NCCH3 contacts. DFT calculations result in nearly planar [Be3(OH)3] six‐membered ring conformations.  相似文献

Treating [Cp*V(μ‐Cl)2]3 (Cp* = C5Me5) and [(2,6‐i‐Pr2C6H3N)2MoMe2], respectively, with Me3SnF afforded the title compounds [Cp*V(μ‐F)2]4 ( 1 ) and [(2,6‐i‐Pr2C6H3N)2MoF2] · THF ( 2 ). 1 has a tetrameric structure, in which four V atoms can be regarded as being arranged at the vertices of a distorted tetrahedron, with four long edges bridged by one F atom and each of the other two short edges bridged by two F atoms with a mean V–F bond length of 2.00 Å. A hydrolyzed product of 2 , [(2,6‐i‐Pr2C6H3N)6Mo43‐F)2Me2(μ‐O)4] ( 3 ) was characterized by elemental analyses and X‐ray single crystal study. The X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that 3 has a unique tetranuclear structure, containing two five and two six coordinated Mo atoms connecting each other by four μ‐O and two μ3‐F atoms. The geometries around the two Mo atoms can be described having distorted trigonal bipyramidal and distorted octahedral coordination spheres, respectively. The Mo–(μ‐O) bond lengths are 1.813 Å (average) for five coordinated Mo atoms and 2.030 Å (average) for those of six coordinated, respectively, indicating an additional π bonding between five coordinated Mo atoms and the μ‐O atoms. The Mo–(μ3‐F) distances range from 2.291 to 2.352 Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn2(μ‐O)(C6H3NO3)2(C5H5N)4]·H2O, was isolated from the reaction of 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid with [Mn12O12(CH3COO)16(H2O)4] in pyridine. The dimanganese complex has twofold symmetry; the MnIII atoms are bridged by one oxo and two amidate ligands and show compressed octahedral Jahn–Teller distortion. The molecular packing comprises a three‐dimensional structure constructed by means of extensive intermolecular interactions, including three kinds of hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions.  相似文献

The reaction of [Ru3(CO)7(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)2] ( 3 ) with CS2 in refluxing toluene affords the 50 VE‐cluster [Ru3(CO)5(CS)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)23‐S)] ( 4 ). The compound cristallizes in the monoclinic space group P 21/a with a = 19.093(3), b = 12.2883(12), c = 20.098(3) Å; β = 104.223(16)° and V = 4570.9(10) Å3. In the title compound, [Cu(CN)(C4H5N3)]n or [Cu(μ‐CN)(μ‐PyzNH2)]n (PyzNH2 is 2‐aminopyrazine), the CuI center is tetrahedrally coordinated by two cyanide and two PyzNH2 ligands. The CuI–cyano links give rise to [Cu–CN] chains running along the c axis, which are bridged by bidentate PyzNH2 ligands. The three‐dimensional framework can be described as being formed by two interpenetrated three‐dimensional honeycomb‐like networks, both made of 26‐membered rings of composition [Cu6(μ‐CN)2(μ‐PyzNH2)4].  相似文献

Coordinatively Unsaturated Diruthenium Complexes: Synthesis and X‐ray Crystal Structures of [Ru2(CO)n(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2)] (n = 4; 5) and [Ru2(CO)4(μ‐CH2)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2)] The reaction of [Ru2(μ‐CO)(CO)5(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)] ( 2 ) with dppm yields the dinuclear species [Ru2(μ‐CO)(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 3 ) (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2). Under thermal or photolytic conditions 3 loses very easily one carbonyl ligand and affords the corresponding electronically and coordinatively unsaturated complex [Ru2(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 4 ). 4 is also obtainable by an one‐pot synthesis from [Ru3(CO)12], an excess of tBu2PH and stoichiometric amounts of dppm via the formation of [Ru2(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)2] ( 1 ). 4 exhibits a Ru–Ru double bond which could be confirmed by addition of methylene to the dimetallacyclopropane [Ru2(CO)4(μ‐CH2)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 5 ). The molecular structures of 3 , 4 and 5 were determined by X‐ray crystal structure analyses.  相似文献

[Fe2sb‐CO)(CO)3(NO)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2)]: Synthesis, X‐ray Crystal Structure and Isomerization Na[Fe2(μ‐CO)(CO)6(μ‐PtBu2)] ( 1 ) reacts with [NO][BF4] at —60 °C in THF to the nitrosyl complex [Fe2(CO)6(NO)(μ‐PtBu2)] ( 2 ). The subsequent reaction of 2 with phosphanes (L) under mild conditions affords the complexes [Fe2(CO)5(NO)L(μ‐PtBu2)], L = PPh3, ( 3a ); η‐dppm (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2), ( 3b ). In this case the phosphane substitutes one carbonyl ligand at the iron tetracarbonyl fragment in 2 , which was confirmed by the X‐ray crystal structure analysis of 3a . In solution 3b loses one CO ligand very easily to give dppm as bridging ligand on the Fe‐Fe bond. The thus formed compound [Fe2(CO)4(NO)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 4 ) occurs in solution in different solvents and over a wide temperature range as a mixture of the two isomers [Fe2sb‐CO)(CO)3(NO)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 4a ) and [Fe2(CO)4(μ‐NO)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 4b ). 4a was unambiguously characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis while 4b was confirmed both by NMR investigations in solution as well as by means of DFT calculations. Furthermore, the spontaneous reaction of [Fe2(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 5 ) with NO at —60 °C in toluene yields a complicated mixture of products containing [Fe2(μ‐CO)(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 6 ) as main product beside the isomers 4a and 4b occuring in very low yields.  相似文献

The three title compounds, namely 4‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazolium hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐chloro‐μ4‐oxo‐tris(4‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN1)tetracopper(II) monohydrate, (C9H9N2)[Cu4Cl7O(C9H8N2)3]·H2O, hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐μ4‐oxo‐tetrakis(pyridine N‐oxide‐κO)tetracopper(II), [Cu4Cl6O(C5H5NO)4], and hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐tetrakis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN1)‐μ4‐oxo‐tetracopper(II) methanol trisolvate, [Cu4Cl6O(C4H6N2)4]·3CH4O, exhibit the same Cu4OCl6 framework, where the O atom at the centre of an almost regular tetrahedron bridges four copper cations at the corners. This group is in turn surrounded by a Cl6 octahedron, leading to a rather globular species. This special arrangement of the CuII cations results in a diversity of magnetic behaviours.  相似文献
