Within the context of a free field model, a unitary transformation is introduced which carries the entire [U(6) × U(6)]βWcurrents of the current system, with subgroup SU(6)Wcurrents, into a newly defined [U(6) × U(6)]βWstrong, with diagonal subgroup SU(6)Wstrong, which commutes with the boost in the z-direction. Analysis of strong current-hadron scattering amplitudes in the deep Regge region permits the extraction of the hadron couplings to vector and tensor Regge exchanges as the matrix elements of “strong” charges.  相似文献

This paper investigates mathematical properties of a finite-dimensional real algebra of linear operators which are generated by an orthomodular lattice of filters in the sense of Mielnik [4]. The existence of a direct toroidal current in a magnetized plasma torus heated by microwaves is established experimentally. The dependences of that electric current on microwave power and gas pressure are given. The experimental results are consistent with the theory of non-linear dragging of electrons by waves travelling along the torus.  相似文献

Using the apparatus of the algebra of currents, within the limits of soft kaons we calculate the differential cross section of the reaction He3 K+ AH3, in which the nucleus He3 and the hypernucleus AH3 are regarded as elementary particles. Under the hypothesis of particle conservation of axial current that changes the strangeness, this makes it possible to relate the amplitude of the process of photoproduction of a hypernucleus to the matrix element of a weak nuclear current between the states nucleus-hypernucleus and to express them in terms of the corresponding nuclear form factors. The coupling constant of the axial current,characterizing -decay of AH3, was assumed to be equal to –0.67, as in the case of a free A-particle.Translated from Izvestiya VUZ. Currents in high-resistivity semiconductors arising due to the rectification of space-charge waves are theoretically studied. Attention is primarily focused on the situation where the effective trap concentration is low. It is shown that, in this case, the dispersion law of trap-recharging waves changes from the inverse proportionality to a linear law and the drift waves no longer exist. In crystals with bipolar conduction, there are two modes of trap-recharging waves with a linear dispersion law. The dc and ac currents are found for the first time as functions of the trap concentration, the mobility and lifetime of carriers, the wavenumber of space-charge waves, and the applied electric field.  相似文献

Hadron currents are introduced which violate the chiral SU(3) × SU(3) algebra, but leave the subalgebra of SU(2) × SU(2) unchanged. The coefficient of the symmetry breaking current can be related to the Cabibbo angle and the meson mass splitting. Two models are considered which give explicit values for this angle.  相似文献

We consider how a vertex operator algebra can be extended to an abelian interwining algebra by a family of weak twisted modules which aresimple currents associated with semisimple weight one primary vectors. In the case that the extension is again a vertex operator algebra, the rationality of the extended algebra is discussed. DC decoupling currents applied to receive-only coils during radiofrequency transmission can create stray magnetic fields capable of changing the resonant frequency of nearby nuclei. It is difficult to measure these fields with conventional field-mapping techniques because the fields are not present when the signal is acquired. Landau damping and transit time damping are analyzed from the point of view of toroidal electric current generation. Steady current density and energy absorption are estimated. The importance of momentum transfer to non-resonant electrons via Coulomb collisions is pointed out. If the bounce period of trapped electrons is less than their collisional relaxation time, the most part of the toroidal current is generated due to collisional dragging of non-resonant electrons.The author gratefully acknowledges valuable discussions with K.Jungwirth, V.Kopecký, V. We study the local state probabilities of the vertex models in the face formulation associated with the simple Lie algebras X n =A n, B n, C n, D n. The corner transfer matrix method expresses them in terms of one-dimensional configuration sums. We show that the latter are the string functions of X n (1) modules. Using the algebra of light-cone commutators and making some simplifying assumptions, we have attempted to determine the isospin structure of a two-parameter weak hadronic neutral current. We have also computed in the light-cone model, they distributions for inclusive neutrino and antineutrino neutral current deep-inelastic interactions. Contrary to the quark-parton model, we find that both distributions have the same value.  相似文献

Spin-orbit coupling enables charge currents to give rise to spin currents and vice versa, which has applications in non-volatile magnetic memories, miniature microwave oscillators, thermoelectric converters and Terahertz devices. In the past two decades, a considerable amount of research has focused on electrical spin current generation in different types of nonmagnetic materials. However, electrical spin current generation in ferromagnetic materials has only recently been actively investigated. Due to the additional symmetry breaking by the magnetization, ferromagnetic materials generate spin currents with different orientations of spin direction from those observed in nonmagnetic materials. Studies centered on ferromagnets where spin-orbit coupling plays an important role in transport open new possibilities to generate and detect spin currents. We summarize recent developments on this subject and discuss unanswered questions in this emerging field.  相似文献

We introduce the shift of relative time variable as a gauge transformation of bilocal field operator. The corresponding gauge invariant free bilocal Lagrangian theory is formulated. The subsidiary condition which eliminates the relative time appears as a gauge invariance condition for bilocal field operator.
