(S) -3-Chloro-1-(2-thienyl)-1-propanol was synthesized by the asymmetric reduction of 3-chloro-1-(2-thienyl)propanone with liquid-core immobilized Candida pseudotropicalis 104. The optimum time was 28?h for the re-cultivation of immobilized cells. The optimum film solvent for the liquid-core capsule was 0.3?% chitosan (M w 1.0?×?105). Conversion decreased with the increase of the liquid-core capsule diameter and with the addition of more substrates at the same reduction time. The immobilized cells show good reduction ability in a potassium phosphate buffer (pH 6.6~7.2). The material outside the spread speed of immobilized cells was not restricted when the shaking speed was higher than 160?r/min. Liquid-core immobilized cells can be reused 11 times. Compared with the batch reduction, the continuous reduction of 3-chloro-1-(2-thienyl)propanone in the membrane reactor with liquid-core immobilized cells as catalyst can relieve the inhibition from a high-concentration substrate. Conversion and enantiometric excess of (S)-3-chloro-1-(2-thienyl)-1-propanol reached 100?% and >99?% in a continuous reduction of 12?g/L 3-chloro-1-(2-thienyl)propanone for 10?days.  相似文献

Wittig reactions of 2-furaldehyde (20) [and thiophene-2-carbaldehyde (21)] with (3-guaiazulenylmethyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide (19) in ethanol containing NaOEt at 25 °C for 24 h under argon give (E)-1-(2-furyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (22E) and (E)-1-(2-thienyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (23E) in 53 and 36% yields. Similarly, Wittig reactions of 3-furaldehyde (29) [and thiophene-3-carbaldehyde (30)] with 19 under the same reaction conditions as for 20 and 21 afford (E)-1-(3-furyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (31E) and (E)-1-(3-thienyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (32E) in 32 and 46% yields. Molecular structures and characteristic properties as well as preparation of the title E (i.e., one of the geometrical isomers) forms, with a view to comparative study, are reported. Moreover, reactions of those conjugated π-electron systems with TCNE (=tetracyanoethylene) in benzene [and in DMF (=N,N-dimethylformamide)] at 25 °C for 24 h under argon yield unique products, possessing interesting molecular structures, respectively, whose characteristic properties and crystal structures are documented, also.  相似文献

Condensation of indole 1a with eight acetophenones 8a–h in ethanolic HCl afforded the corresponding mixtures of condensation products: 3,3-(1-phenylethane-1,1-diyl)bis(1H-indoles) 11a–h (2:1 condensation of indole:acetophenone, –H2O) and diastereomers of substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)-1-methyl-1,3-diphenylcyclopent[b]indoles 12a–h and 13a–h (2:2 condensation of indole:acetophenone, –2H2O). Each mixture was analyzed by 1H NMR. The use of substituted electron-withdrawing acetophenones favored formation of 2:1 condensation products, whereas the use of substituted electron-donating acetophenones favored formation of 2:2 condensation products. Increased reaction temperature gave higher 2:2 condensation yields, but temperatures above 40?°C were unfavorable, giving complex, tarry mixtures.  相似文献

The chiral N-(2-benzoylethyl)-N-tosylglycine esters 5a–h and the α-amino-γ-keto ester 6 were prepared from γ-(tosylamino) alcohols 7a–h . Irradiation of compounds 5a–c, e gave cis-3-hydroxyproline esters 20–23 (Scheme 6), partly with complete asymmetric induction by the C(1′)-substituent, whereas 6 gave enantiomerically pure 4-hydroxy-4-phenyl-L -proline esters 24 in good yield but low de (Scheme 6). The de of the photocyclization depended on the nature and/or size of the C(1′)-substituents. Irradiation of ketones 5d and 5f , bearing H-atoms at C(γ) with respect to the keto function, gave cyclobutanols (Scheme 9) in low yields besides the preferred Norrish-type-II cleavage product. Cyclopentanol 25 was a by-product of the photocyclization of 5c as a result of H? C(δ) abstraction from the t-Bu group. The structure of products 20, 22 , and 24a, b was established by NMR or X-ray analyses.  相似文献

The AlCl3-catalyzed alkylation of pyrrole (2) with chalcone (1a–i) at a ratio of 8:1 in the presence of 10 mol% AlCl3 gave the solely 2-alkyl pyrroles (3a–i) at room temperature for 12 in good yields. The same reaction was performed with pyrrole (2) and chalcone at a ratio of 1:3 in CH3CN at rt for 3 h to achieve 2,5-dialkyl pyrroles (4a–f). In addition, the reaction of the pyrrole (2) and indole (7) on 1,4-phenylene bis-chalcones (5a–g) at the ratio of 8:1 at rt for 24 h gave the double-addition products 6a–g and 8a–g in good yields, respectively. The structure of the products was confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.  相似文献

A new sulfonyl group-containing heterocyclic compound 2-(2-chloro-4-nitrophenylsulfonyl)-1-(2-thienyl)ethanone 2 was prepared from the corresponding sulfide 2-(2-chloro-4-nitrophenylthio)-1-(2-thienyl)ethanone 1 . Two different cyclization reactions of the compound 2 were discussed. In contrast to the tandem alkylation-cyclization process [1], another cyclic procedure was described. In the presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene as a base and dimethylformamide as a solvent, compound 2 was treated with ethyl acrylate or methyl methacrylate at 50–55° to give the 1,4-benzoxathiin 4,4-dioxide 5 or 6 respectively via a tandem Michael conjugate addition-cyclization process.  相似文献

A series of 3-(2-phenyl-6-(2-thienyl)-4-pyridyl)hydroquinolin-2-ones 4a–o were synthesized in high yields by a one–pot cyclocondensation reaction under Kröhnke's reaction conditions using 2-chloro-3-formyl quinoline 1a–c, 2-acetyl thiophene 2, and various N-phenacylpyridinium bromides 3a–e in a mixture of ammonium acetate and acetic acid by microwave irradiation. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectral analysis. These compounds have been screened for their antimicrobial activities.

2,5-Dibutoxy-4-(α-thienyl)-Δ3-dihydropyran was obtained by bromoalkoxylation at the double bond and dehydrobromination of 2-butoxy-4-(α-thienyl)-Δ5-dihydropyran. Acid hydrolysis of the product in the presence of N-methylaniline hydrochloride gave a salt of 3-(α-thienyl)glutaconic dialdehyde dianil, treatment of which with cyclopentadienylsodium in alcohol gives the corresponding fulvene, which is thermally cleaved to N-methylaniline and 6-(α-thienyl)azulene.  相似文献

2-(2-Thienyl)-1(3)H-imidazo{cm[4,5-f]}quinoline was synthesized by the Weidenhagen reaction of quinoline-5,6-diamine with thiophene-2-carbaldehyde. Its methylation in the system KOH-DMSO gave isomeric 1-methyl-2-(2-thienyl)-1H- and 3-methyl-2-(2-thienyl)-3H-imidazo{cm[4,5-f]}quinolines, the latter being the major product. The 3-methyl derivative was subjected to electrophilic substitution reactions (bromination, nitration, formylation, acylation, sulfonation). Depending on the conditions, electrophilic attack was directed at the thiophene or quinoline fragment or both these.  相似文献

Abstract

The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) membrane containing 2-{2-(2-anilinocarbothioyl)hydrazino)-2-oxoacetyl}-N-phenyl-1-hydrazinecarbothioamide (AHC) as a suitable iophore exhibits a Nernstian response for Tb3+ ions over a wide concentration range (1.0 × 10?6 to 1.0 × 10?2 M) with a slope of 19.6 ± 0.3 mV per decade and a limit of detection of 6.8 × 10?7 M in the pH range 3.5–8.5. The proposed sensor revealed very good selectivities (expect for the Pr3+ and Ho3+ ions) for a wide variety of other metal ions. The practical utility of the electrodes has been demonstrated by its use for the determination of Tb3+ in different solutions.  相似文献

3-acetyl coumarins on condensation with various aromatic aldehydes in the presence of piperidine gave corresponding chalcones in a solid state under solvent free conditions. These chalcones are isolated and characterized. The in-situ-formed chalcones (1) are also converted into corresponding 2-aryl-4-[2H-2-oxo[1]benzopyran-3-yl]-2,3-dihydro (3) and 2,5-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepines (4) in one step by interacting with orthoamino thiophenol. Both the 2,3-dihydro (3) and 2,5-dihydrobenzothiazepines (4) have been converted into same tetrahydrobenzothiazepine (5). Finally, the tetrahydrobenzo thiazepine (5) is converted into its acetyl derivative (11). The structures of the title compounds have been confirmed on the basis of their microanalytical, IR, 1 H NMR, and mass spectral data.  相似文献

Rates of cleavage by NaOMEMeOH at 25°C have been determined for (2-thienyl)2CHSiMe3 and for the compounds Ph(2-thienyl)CHSiMe3 and Ph(2-furyl)CHSiMe3 and some of their derivatives with a substituent in the m- or p-position of the phenyl group or the 5-position of the heterocyclic group. The results indicate that the 2-thienyl and 2-furyl groups stabilize a carbanionic centre more effectively than a phenyl group, and the following approximate pKa values can be derived: Ph2CH2, 33.4; Ph(2-thienyl)CH2, 30.0; Ph(2-furyl)CH2, 29.6; (2-thienyl)2CH2, 27.1. The effect of the 2-Cl substituent in the thiophen ring is close to that of the p-Cl substituent in the benzene ring, and the effects of the p-Me substituents on the benzene ring are very close to those of the 2-Me substituents on the thiophen or furan rings. The product and rate isotope effects (determined by use of MeOD) are consistent with separation of the carbanion in the rate-determining step.  相似文献

The reaction of 3,4,4-trichloro-1-(2-thienyl)but-3-en-1-one with hydroxylamine gave 3-hydroxyiminomethyl-5-(2-thienyl)isoxazole which was converted into 5-(2-thienyl)isoxazole-3-carbonitrile by the action of acetic anhydride in pyridine. 5-(2-Thienyl)isoxazole-3-carbonitrile reacted with hydroxylamine to produce the corresponding amide oxime. Heterocyclization of its O-acyl derivatives in acetic acid afforded 5-substituted 3-[5-(2-thienyl)isoxazol-3-yl]-1,2,4-oxadiazoles.  相似文献

A mild and simple technique for preparing of 4-benzyl-1-(3-[125I]iodobenzylsulfonyl)piperidine, 4-(3-[125I]iodobenzyl)-1-(benzylsulfonyl)piperazine and their derivatives, as sigma-1 receptor ligands, with relatively high radiochemical yields via nucleophilic substitution reaction by means of isotopic and non-isotopic exchange reactions is described. Some factors affecting the radiochemical yield were commonly studied in presence of acidic medium at elevated temperature. Unfortunately, the radiochemical yields were weak. Some attempts were carried out in presence of polar aprotic solvents to enhance the radiochemical yield. N,N-Dimethylformamide was proved highly efficient for preparing of radioiodinated 4-benzyl-1-(3-iodobenzylsulfonyl)piperidine (4-B-[125I]-IBSP, 70 ± 5.7 %) and 4-(3-iodobenzyl)-1-(benzylsulfonyl)piperazine (4-[125I]-IBBSPz, 72 ± 6.0 %) at moderate temperature (100–105 °C) within 8 h. The specific activities of 4-B-[125I]-IBSP and 4-[125I]-IBBSPz (6,534.2 and 5,927.4 MBq/mmol) were obtained respectively.  相似文献

Condensation of 9,10-phenanthrenequinone with 2-furaldehyde and 2-thiophenecarbaldehyde in glacial acetic acid in the presence of ammonium acetate gave 2-(2-furyl)- and 2-(2-thienyl)phenanthro[9,10-d]imidazoles which were converted into the corresponding 1-methyl derivatives. The furan and thiophene rings in the products lose their acidophobic properties. Depending on the conditions, electrophilic substitution reactions in 2-(2-furyl)- and 2-(2-thienyl)phenanthro[9,10-d]imidazoles occur both at the furan (thiophene) and phenanthrene moieties.  相似文献

Chalcones are of interest to medicinal chemists because their structures can be easily modified with various functional groups. The syntheses and biological activities of chalcones from natural sources are well known. In this study, 24 2′‐hydroxychalcones bearing methoxy substituents were synthesized, among which five are new. The NMR data for all synthesized chalcones are described for the first time. The complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR data can be used for the identification of newly discovered and widely isolated, synthesized chalcones. Chalcones are known to act on various physiological targets. As a result, structural modifications of chalcones have been studied extensively. Benzochalcones, in which the A‐ring of chalcone is substituted with a naphthalene unit, inhibits breast cancer resistance protein. Chalcones in which the α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl group is switched with a pyrazoline moiety are potent cytotoxic agents against various cancer cell lines, and chalcones with a pyrazoline‐1‐carbothioamide group instead of an α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl group exhibit antimicrobial activities. The present report describes hybrid molecules designed from benzochalcone and pyrazoline–carbothioamide. Methoxylation of plant‐derived polyphenols alters their hydrophobicity, resulting in changes in biological function and intracellular compartmentation. In the current study, 22 novel methoxylated 3‐(naphthalen‐2‐yl)‐N,5‐diphenyl‐pyrazoline‐1‐carbothioamide derivatives were prepared. This report provides complete assignments of their 1H and 13C NMR data, which can be used to subsequently identify chalcones bearing pyrazoline–carbothioamide groups. In this study, we investigate the structural and spectroscopic properties of the thienyl chalcone derivative 3-(5-Bromo-2-thienyl)-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-prop-2-en-1-one, C13H8BrNO3S, using nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C NMR), UV–vis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy at room conditions combined with density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent DFT (TD-DFT) augmented with B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) and CAM-B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) basis sets, yielding valuable information on the molecular conformational preferences, vibrational assignments, optical properties and electronic transitions. The vibrational mode assignments of the most stable conformer of C13H8BrNO3S are discussed based on potential energy distribution (PED) analysis and establishing a comparison with a similar chemical structure. The temperature dependence on the Raman spectra of the C13H8BrNO3S shows a reversible phase transition in the range 443–443 K pointed out by the discontinuity in the dω/dT of bands in the external and internal modes region. The UV–vis spectrum of the C13H8BrNO3S indicates a semiconductor behavior with an optical band gap of 2.6 eV, corresponding to the predicted value of 3.42 eV assigned as the electronic transition from the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) to the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO). TD-DFT calculations reveal that the electron donor and acceptor group substitution on the 1-phenyl-3-(thiophen-2-yl)prop-2-en-1-one affects its absorption and nonlinear activity.  相似文献

The chemical synthesis of new electroconducting poly(2,5-thienylene)s containing alkylhydroxy and alkylester side-chains in the β-position of the thiophene rings is reported. The polymers were obtained by oxidative homopolymerization or copolymerization of 2-(3-thienyl)ethanol and 2-(3-thienyl)ethyl hexanoate by FeCl3 in nitromethane. Structural characterization using elemental analysis, FT-IR and NMR spectroscopy shows that a partial nucleophilic substitution of the hydroxy group by chlorine and a partial cleavage of the ester function take place during polymerization. The presence of the ester function with a long aliphatic chain makes the polymers soluble and allows them to be processed into films. The polymers can be doped using a solution of FeCl3 to the maximum electrical conductivity of 10−3 Ω−1 cm−1.  相似文献
