Three complexes [Zn2(IPA)2(phen)4](HIPA)2(NO3)2·H2O (1), {[Zn(IPA)2(bipy)]·3H2O}n (2), and {[Mn(IPA)2(bipy)(H2O)]·2H2O}n (3) (HIPA = indole-3-propionic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) were synthesized and characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. Complex 1 displays a zero-dimensional structure, whilst 2 and 3 show one-dimensional chains, which are linked into supramolecular networks through hydrogen bonding interactions and/or π···π stacking interactions. The luminescence properties of complexes 1 and 2 were investigated.  相似文献

A series of transition metal (Zn, Cu, Mn) complexes with chelidamic acid (2,6-dicarboxy-4-hydroxypyridine, H3CAM) and 4,4′-bipyridine (bipy), [Zn2(bipy)Cl2] n (1), {[Zn2(HCAM)(H2CAM)2]?·?(bipy)?·?3.5H2O} n (2), [Mn3(HCAM)3(H2O)7]?·?(bipy)?·?3H2O (3), [Mn2(HCAM)2(bipy)?·?(H2O)2]?·?4H2O (4), [Cu2(HCAM)2(bipy)?·?(H2O)2]?·?4H2O (5), and Cu2(HCAM)2(bipy)?·?(H2O)2 (6), have been synthesized by hydrothermal or solution methods and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The structural analyses reveal that 1 exhibits a zigzag chain of Zn(II), Cl?, and 4,4′-bipyridine. In 2, a 1-D polymeric [Zn2(HCAM)(H2CAM)2] n chain and a discrete 4,4′-bipyridine assemble into a 2-D supramolecular network via H-bonds. Complex 3 consists of asymmetric units of Mn3(HCAM)3(H2O)7 that are linked by hydrogen bonds to form a 2-D H-bonded network. Complexes 46 are isomorphous and possess discrete structures. The photoluminescent properties of 16 at room temperature were studied.  相似文献

Two cobalt(II) coordination polymers, {[Co(μ‐4,4′‐bipy)(4,4′‐bipy)2(H2O)2]·(OH)3·(Me4N)·4,4′‐bipy·4H2O}n ( 1 ) and {[Co(μ‐4,4′‐bipy)(H2O)4]·suc·4H2O}n ( 2 ) (4,4′‐bipy = 4,4′‐bipyridine, suc = succinate dianions), were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by X‐ray diffraction analysis, UV‐Vis‐NIR, and ICP. The main structure feature common to the both polymers is presence of the infinite linear chains, [Co(μ‐4,4′‐bipy)(4,4′‐bipy)2(H2O)2]n ( 1 ) and [Co(μ‐4,4′‐bipy)(H2O)4]n ( 2 ), respectively. In 1 , the chains are further linked by the hydrogen‐bond and π‐π stacking interaction, producing extended layer structure. The 4,4′‐bipy molecules in 1 play three different roles. In 2 , the chains are linked into three‐dimensional network structure via complicated hydrogen bonding system. The variable temperature (2.0~300 K) magnetic susceptibility of 1 indicates a tendency of spin‐transition in the temperature range of 110 K to 22 K, which attributes to the transition of high‐spin to low‐spin from Co2+(d7) ion. Also, the result of surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) reveals that the polymer 1 has significant photoelectric conversion property in the region of 300‐800 nm.  相似文献

Five metal imidazole dicarboxylate-based compounds, {[Zn3(MIDC)2(4,4′-bipy)3](4,4′-bipy)·8H2O}n (1), {[Co3(MIDC)2(4,4′-bipy)3](4,4′-bipy)·6H2O}n (2), {[Co3(MIDC)2(py)2(H2O)2]}n (3), {[Mn6(MIDC)4(py)5(H2O)4]}n (4), and {[Mn3(MIDC)2(Phen)3(H2O)2]}n (5) (H3MIDC = 2-methyl-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid; 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine; py = pyridine; Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. We control the coordination modes of H3MIDC via hydrazine and obtained a series of coordination compounds containing honeycomb-like [M3(MIDC)2]n layers. We also investigated the effects of different neutral terminal or bridging ligands on [M3(MIDC)2]n layers. Coplanar [M3(MIDC)2]n layers and 4,4-bipy were used to construct 3-D frameworks of 1 and 2. Puckered [M3(MIDC)2]n layers were found in 3–5; 4 is the first [M3(L)2]n layer structure with two crests and troughs during each period (L = imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid or its analog). Compound 5 is the first puckered [M3(L)2]n layer structure decorated by chelating neutral ligands. Compound 1 exhibits weak blue photoluminescence in the solid state at room temperature. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements of 2–5 indicate strong antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

Two pairs of isostructural transition metal coordination polymers, {[Co(L)(H2O)]n} (1) and {[Zn(L)(H2O)]n} (3), {[Co(L)(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)]·H2O}n (2) and {[Zn(L)(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)]·H2O}n (4) (H2L = N-pyrazinesulfonyl-glycine acid and 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, elemental and thermogravimetric analyses. The structures show that 1 and 3 display 2-D polymeric grid frameworks with a 3-connected (4, 82) topology. 2 and 4 also exhibit a 2-D polymeric grid structure, but are constructed by a 4-connected (4, 4) topology. The adjacent 2-D polymeric grid frameworks for 1–4 are further linked by hydrogen bonding O–H?O interactions to form 3-D supramolecular interweaved orderly networks. The fluorescent properties of 3 and 4 were investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

Complex 2 displays a 1-D structure, while 1, 3, and 4 reveal 0-D structures, which further extend to 3-D supramolecular networks by hydrogen bonding interactions, of which 1 and 4 contain double-helical chains, 2 includes meso-helices, and 3 comprises single-helices. Furthermore, the thermal stabilities and antibacterial activities of the complexes were studied.  相似文献

Three pillared polymeric complexes, {[Ni2(AIP)2(4,4′-bpt)(H2O)2]·4H2O}n (1), {[Co(AIP)(3,3′-bpt)]·H2O}n (2), and {[Ni(AIP)(3,3′-bpt)]·H2O}n (3) (H2AIP = 5-aminoisophthalic, 4,4′-bpt = 1H-3,5–bis(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole and 3,3′-bpt = 1H-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. Both 1 and 3 have 2-D (6,3) honeycomb layers, which are further interlinked by bent pillared triazole-bipyridine ligands to form a bilayer structure. The structures can be simpli?ed to a (3,4)- and (3,5)-connected geometrical topology, respectively. Compound 2 has a Co-AIP layer structure in which the layers are pillared by 3,3′-bpt spacers to form the 3-D CsCl net.  相似文献

Abstract

By changing the ancillary ligands, three new zinc-based coordination polymers (CPs), {[Zn(4,4′-bpy)(H2O)4]·(TDC)·(H2O)}n (1), [Zn(2,2′-dmbpy)(TDC)]n (2), and [Zn2(3,3′-dmbpy)(TDC)2]n (3) (H2TDC =2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid, 4,4′-bpy =4,4′-bipyridine, 2,2′-dmbpy =2,2′-dimethyl-4,4′-bipyridine, 3,3′-dmbpy =3,3′-dimethyl-4,4′-bipyridine) have been synthesized under the same reaction conditions (H2O, pH =7–8, and 140°C) and were structurally characterized. 1 is a linear chain structure and further connected into a 3-D structure through hydrogen bonds. 2 shows a 2-D (4,4) network when the dinuclear [Zn2(COO)4N2] building unit is regarded as a six-connected node. 3 has a twofold-interpenetrating 3-D zinc-organic framework pcu topology. Furthermore, 1–3 show strong photoluminescence at room temperature in the solid state, and the catalytic activities of 1–3 for degradation of methyl orange in a Fenton-like process have been investigated. The results suggest that the ancillary ligands influence the final resulting CPs.  相似文献

Reactions of copper salts, zoledronic acid, and 2,2′-bipyridine/1,10-phenanthroline in aqueous ethanolic solutions afforded four phosphonate oxygen-bridged copper complexes, Cu(bipy)(H4zdn)(HSO4) (1), [Cu2(bipy)2(H2zdn)(H2O)(Cl)]·4H2O (2), [Cu2(phen)2(H2zdn)(H2O)(Cl)]·2.5H2O (3), and [Cu3(bipy)3(H4zdn)(H2zdn)(SO4)]·5H2O (4) (H5zdn = zoledronic acid, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline). The copper centers of 14 have square pyramidal coordination geometries. The Cu(II) ions are coordinated to bipy/phen, zoledronate, and HSO4?/Cl? forming mononuclear units for 1, dinuclear for 2 and 3, and trinuclear for 4. These building units are further extended into 3-D supramolecular networks via multiple hydrogen bond interactions. Temperature-dependent magnetic properties of 2 and 4 suggest weak antiferromagnetic coupling (J = ?4.53(8) cm?1 for 2, J = ?1.69(4) cm?1 for 4). The antitumor activity of 2 was evaluated against the human lung cancer cell line and indicates effective time- and dose-dependent cytotoxic effects.  相似文献

By hydrothermal reactions of a newly designed ligand, 2-(p-tert-butylphenyl)-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3BuPhIDC) with Cd(II) or Zn(II), three metal-organic frameworks, [Cd(μ3-HBuPhIDC)(H2O)]·2H2O (1), [Cd(μ3-HBuPhIDC)(4,4′-bipy)0.5] (4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) (2), and [Zn23-HBuPhIDC)2(CH3OH)2] (3), have been obtained and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In 1, small countless diamond grids form a mesh structure and then are bridged through μ3-HBuPhIDC2? linkers building a 3-D framework. Compared with 1, 4,4′-bipy participates in the construction of a 3-D structure of 2. Polymer 3 shows an interesting 3-D open architecture, which contains infinite 1-D octagonal channels built by left- and right-handed helical chains. Thermal and solid-state photoluminescence properties of the polymers have been investigated.  相似文献

Four cobalt(II) coordination polymers, {[Co(HO-BDC)(bbp)]}n (1), {[Co(HO-BDC)(bmbp)2]·(H2O)2}n (2), {[Co(HO-BDC)(bbb)]}n (3), and {[Co2(HO-BDC)2(bmbb)2]·(H2O)3}n (4), where HO-H2BDC?=?5-hydroxyisophthalic acid, bbp = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)propane, bmbp = 1,3-bis(2-methyl-benzimidazol-1-yl)propane, bbb = 1,4-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)butane, and bmbb = 1,4-bis(2-methyl-benzimidazol-1-yl)butane, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analyses, and fluorescence properties. Compounds 1 and 3 are 4-connected 2-D networks with (44·62) topology. Compound 2 is a 1-D chain, while 4 features a 1-D ladder. These 1-D and 2-D complexes are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form 3-D supramolecular architectures. Complexes 1–4 showed very strong yellow luminescence emission.  相似文献

Four novel coordination polymers, [Zn(HL1)2(phen)2]·2CH3OH·2H2O (1), [ZnCl(HL1)(4,4′-bipy)0.5] n (2), [Cd(HL1)(L2)0.5(2,2′-bipy)2]·3H2O (3), [Zn(L3)0.5(N3)1.5(phen)] n (4) (H2L1 = 9-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl)-10-carboxyl anthracene, H2L2 = 9,10-di-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl) anthracene, HL3 = 9-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl)-10-cyan anthracene, 1,10-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, 2,2′-bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine), have been constructed by in situ ligands synthesis system. The formation of tetrazole-based ligands H2L1, H2L2 and H2L3 involves the in situ Sharpless [2 + 3] cycloaddition reaction between 9,10-dicyanoanthracene (DCA) and NaN3 in the presence of Zn2+/Cd2+ ions as Lewis-acid catalysts under hydro/solvothermal conditions. At the same time, there is also another in situ carboxyl ligand synthesis reaction by hydrolysis from nitrile in compounds 1 and 2. The four compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 exhibits a butterfly-shaped mononuclear structure. Compound 2 represents a 2D framework constructed by six-membered {Zn6} rings as secondary building units (SBUs). Compound 3 presents a dinuclear {Cd2} structure with two butterflies “flying side by side” fashion. While compound 4 displays a 1D chain structure based on a dinuclear {Zn2} SBUs. Moreover, the luminescence properties of 1–4 have been also investigated.  相似文献

Three novel carboxyarylphosphonate polymers {[Zn2(PCP)(H2PCP)(phen)2] · H2O}n ( 1 ), [Zn(HPCP)(4,4′‐bipy)]n ( 2 ), and [Zn3(MCP)2(2,2′‐bipy)]n ( 3 ) [PCP3– = p‐O2C(C6H4)CH2PO33–, MCP3– = m‐O2C(C6H4)CH2PO33– and phen = phenanthroline] were synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 features a butterfly‐shaped dimer consisting of [Zn4P4O10] tetranuclear units, which are further linked by hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions into a 3D supramolecular framework. In 2 , there is an infinite P–O–Zn inorganic 2D (4,4) layer with the phosphonate moieties of HPCP2– and unidentate 4,4′‐bipy ligands vertically sticking out. As for 3 , the novel [Zn6P4O12] hexanuclear units with “chair“ conformation are tetrahedrally bridged by eight MCP3– to generate a 2D double‐layer, in which the windows are occupied by 2,2′‐bipy molecules. Additionally, 2D correlation analysis of FTIR with thermal perturbation of 3 were discussed. Compounds 1 – 3 exhibit intense solid state fluorescent emissions. Thermogravimetric analyses suggested the very high stability.  相似文献

Two new ZnII(μ‐4,4′‐bipy) coordination polymers with acetate anions, [Zn(4,4′‐bipy)(AcO)2] ( 1 ) and [Zn2(4,4′‐bipy)(AcO)4] ( 2 ), have been synthesized. The compounds were characterized with elemental analysis, IR‐, 1H NMR‐, 13C NMR spectroscopy and studied by thermal analysis, fluorescence measurements and x‐ray crystallography. The structural studies of compound 1 suggest the structure is a coordination polymer of zinc(II) consisting of linear double chains formed by bridging 4,4′‐bipy ligand and connection of the acetate‐bridged centrosymmetric [Zn2(OAc)2]2+ nodes.  相似文献

Three inorganic–organic hybrid materials based on Keggin-type polyoxometalates (POMs), [CuII2(phen)2(4,4′-bipy)(H4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)2][PMo12O40]2·2H2O (1), [CuII(phen)2(H4,4′bipy)][PW12O40]·H2O (2), and [CuII2(phen)2(4,4′-bipy)(BW12O40)(H2O)2](H24,4′-bipy)0.5·3H2O (3) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine), were synthesized using different POMs in the hydrothermal conditions. Compounds 1–3 were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, elemental analyses, powder X-ray diffraction analyses, and thermogravimetric analyses. Compound 1 presents a two-dimensional (2-D) network containing the Keggin-type [PMo12O40]3? anion and dinuclear metal–organic units [CuII2(phen)2(4,4′-bipy)(H4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)2]3+. Compound 2 is a 2-D architecture constructed from a [PW12O40]3? and mononuclear metal–organic units [CuII(phen)2(H4,4′-bipy)]3+. In 3, the [BW12O40]5? anions link [CuII2(phen)2(4,4′-bipy)] units to form a one-dimensional (1-D) chain [CuII2(phen)2(4,4′-bipy)(BW12O40)(H2O)2]; the 1-D chain connects with protonated 4,4′-bipy ligands and lattice waters, yielding a 2-D layer. Fluorescence spectra, UV–vis spectra, and electrochemical properties of 1–3 have been investigated.  相似文献

Reactions of Zn(II) salts, 5-(4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)-1H-tetrazolate (HIPT) and 2-mercaptobenzoic acid or 2-propyl-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3PrIDC), result in two mixed-ligand coordination polymers (CPs), [Zn2(IPT)(DSDB)(OH)]n (H2DSDB = 2,2′-disulfanediyldibenzoic acid, 1) and [Zn2(IPT)(PrIDC)(H2O)]n (H3PrIDC = 2-propyl-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid, 2). Compound 1 possesses a 2-D structure built by 1-D [Zn(IPT)]n chains and DSDB2? connectors, in which the DSDB2? is generated via in situ reaction from 2-mercaptobenzoic acid. It displays a new intricate 4-nodal {3·4·6·7·8·9}{3·6·7·8·9·10}{3·8·9}{4·6·8} topology. Compound 2 displays a 3-D framework with new 3-connected topology with Schläfli symbol of (4·8·10) (8·122), in which the 1-D Zn-carboxylate chains were bridged by 3-connected IPT? ligands. The thermal stabilities and luminescence properties of 1 and 2 have also been studied. The compounds exhibit intense solid-state fluorescent emissions at room temperature.  相似文献

Four new zinc(II) complexes formulated as [Zn(L)2] (1), [Zn(L)2(phen)] (2), [Zn(L)2(bipy)H2O] (3), and [Zn(en)2(H2O)2](L)2(H2O)2 (4), where HL = 4-methyl trans-cinnamic acid, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, and en = ethylenediamine, have been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and NMR spectroscopy. Single-crystal XRD revealed distorted square-pyramidal structure for 3 and octahedral for 4. The complexes were screened for DNA interaction via viscommetry and UV–visible spectroscopy. The apparent binding constants were calculated to be 1.18 × 104, 1.26 × 105, 4.64 × 104, and 1.89 × 104 for 14, respectively. The binding propensity to salmon sperm DNA was in the order: K2 > K3 > K4 > K1. Furthermore, these complexes demonstrated efficient inhibition of alkaline phosphatase, which was attributed to the binding of zinc(II) to the enzyme’s active site.  相似文献

A series of five new ZnII and CdII mixed‐ligand coordination polymers, namely, {[Zn(L1)(4,4′‐bpy)] · (ClO4) · 2H2O} ( 1 ), {[Zn(L2)(4,4′‐bpy)0.5] · (ClO4)} ( 2 ), {[Zn(L3)(4,4′‐bpy)] · (NO3) · 2H2O} ( 3 ), {[Cd(L4)(4,4′‐bpy)0.5(NO3)] · 5H2O} ( 4 ), and {[Zn(L4)(4,4′‐bpy)] · Cl · H2O} ( 5 ) [4,4′‐bpy = 4,4′‐bipyridine, L1 = 4‐carboxy‐1‐(4‐carboxybenzyl)pyridin‐1‐ium chloride, L2 = 3‐carboxy‐1‐(4‐carboxybenzyl)pyridin‐1‐ium chloride, L3 = 4‐carboxy‐1‐(3‐carboxybenzyl)pyridin‐1‐ium chloride, and L4 = 3‐carboxy‐1‐(3‐carboxybenzyl)pyridin‐1‐ium chloride], were obtained by the reactions of the 4,4′‐bipyridine with four dicarboxylate zwitterionic pyridine ligands. Single‐crystal X‐ray structural analyses reveal that the five complexes demonstrate different molecular frameworks coming from various coordination modes and flexibilities of different dicarboxylate zwitterionic pyridine ligands and central metal atoms. Mononuclear twofold dinuclear 2D twofold interpenetrating net for 2 , four‐coordinate mononuclear twofold interpenetrating 2D layer for 3 , mononuclear 2D layer arranged in parallel and with large grids for 4 , and twofold trans interpenetrating 2D network for compound 5 . The structural diversities in 1 – 5 indicate that the nature of the ligands and the presence of different metal atoms have a great influence on central metal coordination modes and the structural topologies of the metal‐organic molecular architectures. In addition, π ··· π stacking interactions also play important roles in the final crystal packing and supramolecular frameworks. The powder X‐ray diffraction, elemental analysis, and photoluminescence properties of 1 – 5 were studied, which show that architectures play an important role in emission bands and intensities.  相似文献
