A route to aryl-substituted quinolines from N-tosyl 1-azadienes is described. The key steps are a [4 + 2] cycloaddition with benzyne followed by base treatment of the 1,4-dihydroquinoline product. The N-tosyl 1-azadienes were prepared from readily accessible cinnamaldehyde and chalcone substrates by condensation with p-TsNH2.

In this paper, we have illustrated the utilisation of a second-sphere coordination approach to construct supramolecular inclusion solids with varieties of guest molecules. A flexible molecule N,N,N′,N′-tetra-p-methylbenzyl-ethylenediamine (L1) bearing doubly protonated H-bond donors was designed, capable of forming N–H…Cl hydrogen bonds with a crystallographically unique chloride anion, to construct an anion-directed ligand. The pillared double-layered host framework was constructed by an anion-directed ligand and primary coordination sphere [CoCl4]2 ?  through weak C–H…Cl hydrogen-bonding interactions. A variety of guest molecules, such as p-anisaldehyde, 1,4-dimethoxy-2,5-bis(methoxymethyl)benzene, can be included, leading to the formation of novel supramolecular inclusion solids: [L1]·4[H]+·[CoCl4]2 ? ·2Cl·1.5[C8H8O2]·0.25[CH3OH] (1) and [L1]·4[H]+·[CoCl4]2 ? ·2Cl·1.5[C12H20O4]·0.5[CH3OH] (2).

A simple route for the synthesis of Boc-protected tetrazole analogs of amino acids starting from N α-Boc amino acids has been described. The [2 + 3] cycloaddition of Boc-α-amino nitrile and sodium azide in the presence of a catalytic amount of zinc bromide yielded the desired tetrazoles in good yields and purity. All the compounds obtained have been characterized by 1H and 13C-NMR and mass spectral studies.  相似文献

An efficient and facile method for the synthesis of novel spiro[indole-2,2′-pyrroles] from N-methyl-3-isatin imines, t-butyl isocyanide, and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate has been achieved by [3 + 2] cyclo addition reaction. All the products were purified by column chromatography as yellow solids and confirmed with 1H NMR, 13C NMR, fast atom bombardment, mass, and infrared. Compound 11 was further confirmed with x-ray analysis.  相似文献

The behavior of N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐2‐ylmethylene)benzene‐1,4‐diamine (L) towards zinc(II), cadmium(II), and mercury(II) chlorides was studied in methanol solutions. In the presence of metal ions, the organic molecule was decomposed to N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethylene)benzene‐1,4‐diamine (L′), and complexes of general formula M(L′)Cl2 were isolated from the mixture. The complexes were identified by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectra, and their structures were further confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of Zn(L′)Cl2 and Hg(L′)Cl2. In the solid state of both complexes, the molecules are stabilized by N–H ··· Cl hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The reactions of 3-[N-chloracetylamino-N-(4-nitrophenyl)]-2-formylindole (1a) with 2-(N, N-dialkylamino)ethylamines afford complex condensation products 7b,c consisting of two similar but not identical diazepinoindole fragments. For the reaction of compound 1a with 3-(N,N-diethylamino)propylamine, the process occurs in a different manner, and the predominant product is 4-ethylaminopropyl-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-oxo-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole hydrocloride (14). Two routes of these unexpected transformations were proposed. The structures of the synthesized products were proved by the 1sH and 13C NMR, HMBC, and HSQC (direct proton-carbon correlation) spectra. N′-(4-Oxo-1,4-dihydronaphthalen-1-ylidene)-1-phenyl-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carbohydrazides and N′-(3-methyl-4-oxo-1,4-dihydronaphthalen-1-ylidene)-1-phenyl-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carbohydrazides were synthesized by reactions of 5-oxo-1-phenylpyrrolidine-3-carbohydrazides with 1,4-naphthoquinone or 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone. The alkylated analogues of the above products were obtained using ethyl iodide. The interaction of 5-oxo-1-phenylpyrrolidine-3-carbohydrazides with 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone was followed by formation of N′-(3-chloro-1,4-dioxo-1,4-dihydronaphthalen-2-yl)-1-phenyl-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carbohydrazides. All these compounds were characterized using 1H, 13C NMR, IR and mass spectra. Some of the new compounds were tested for the antimicrobial and antifungal activity.  相似文献

A new chalcanonol glycoside dimer, bis-O-[(I-4′) → (II-6′)]-α-hydroxyphloretin-2′-O-β-glucoside (1), in addition to six known compounds, namely ( ? )-epicatechin (2) and ( ? )-epiafzelechin (3), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), protocatechuic acid (5), methylgallate (6), β-sitosterol (7) and β-sitosterol-3-O-glucoside (8), was isolated from the seeds of saw palmetto. The structures of the isolated compounds were established from the analysis of their MS and 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data. The antiproliferative activities of the isolated compounds towards PC3, the human prostate cancer cells were investigated. Amongst the isolated compounds, the new compound and the sterolic derivatives showed antiproliferative effects. Screening of the antioxidant effects of the isolated compounds by 2,2′-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid radical assay revealed that the isolated phenolics were active free radical scavengers.  相似文献

Oxidation of N-(N-arylsulfonylimidoyl)-4-aminophenols gave the corresponding N-[N-arylsulfonylimidoyl)-1,4-benzoquinonimines, derivatives of N-aroyl- and N-acetyl-1,4-benzoquinonimines. The structure of the products was studied by the X-ray diffraction method and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. N-(N-Arylsulfonylimidoyl)-1,4-benzoquinonimines were found to undergo fast (on the NMR time scale) Z E isomerization about the CÍN bond in the quinonimine fragment. N-(N-Arylsulfonylacetimidoyl)-1,4-benzoquinonimines in solution give rise to dynamic Z E-isomerization with respect to the CÍN bond in the N-arylsulfonylacetimidoyl fragment.  相似文献

1H, 13C, 14N and 15N NMR chemical shifts were used to prove the structures of the products of 2‐chloropyrazine oxidation. It was shown that oxidation by hydrogen peroxide in acetic acid or m‐chloroperbenzoic acid leads to the N4‐oxide, whereas potassium persulfate in sulfuric acid gives the N1‐oxide as the main product. Additionally, the results of NMR measurements of products from the nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom by azide anion, yielding the respective azides, and ethylation reactions of both 2‐chloropyrazine N‐oxides leading to the N‐ethyl salts confirm the structures of both isomeric N‐oxides. Protonation studies of the compounds obtained are also reported. The favoured protonation site is found to be the N atom that is not hindered by any substituents, and in some cases probably the oxygen atom of the N‐oxide function. 在65 ℃、氮气保护下, 往咔唑钠的四氢呋喃溶液中缓慢滴加1,4-二氯-2-丁炔. 反应9 h后, 在苯和石油醚混合溶剂中重结晶, 分离得到反式N-3-炔丁烯基咔唑. 在加热, BPO, BF3, FeCl3, P2O5, 紫外或可见光的引发作用下, 反式N-3-炔丁烯基咔唑发生齐聚反应. 通过元素分析, IR, 1H NMR, MS, UV等方法对反应产物进行分析表征. IR和1H NMR图谱显示单体聚合后炔基及其相连氢原子的特征吸收峰(ν: 3278, 2099 cm-1; : 2.8~3.0)消失, VPO法测得齐聚物分子量在8.3×102至1.9×103之间(聚合度4~9).  相似文献

N,N-Bis(halomethyldimethydimethylsilyl)acetamides, MeCON(SiMe2CH2X)2, (X = Cl, Br) were prepared by transsilylation of N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide with halomethyldimethylchlorosilane. With water and methanol, instead of the expected SiN cleavage, nucleophilic substitution of halogen took place and the products were 1-acetyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyldisilamorpholine and N,N-bismethoxymethyldimethylsilyl)acetamide respectively. These compounds were shown by IR and 1H NMR spectra to have the N,N-disilylacetamide structure. Thermodynamic, kinetic constants of hindered rotation around the CN bond in these compounds were determined from their temperature-variable 1H NMR spectra. The main products of thermolysis of the silylamides are α,ω-dichloropolydimethylsiloxanes and polydimethylcyclosiloxanes.  相似文献

Reactions of hydrogen sulfates of quino‐ and diquino‐annelated 1,4‐dithiins 11 and 2 with DMF/hydroxylamine‐O‐sulfonic acid/Fe++ ion system took place at the α‐quinolinyl positions and led to N,N‐dimethylcarbamoyl and N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomethyl derivatives 6 , 8 , 12 and 7 , 9 , 13 , respectively. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomethyl derivatives 7 , 9 , 13 showed the presence of rotational isomers E and Z regarding to the N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomethyl substituent. The spectra of 6 , 7 , 8 , 12 and 13 were completely assigned with the use of 1D and 2D NMR techniques. In the case of rotational isomers 7a and 7b , the crucial correlations came from the NOE interaction between the methylene and methyl protons from CH2N(CH3)CHO groups and benzene‐rings protons. Synthesis of 2,3‐dihydro‐1,4‐dithiino[6,5‐e]quinoline 4‐oxide 14 was presented as well.  相似文献

Conventional photocycloaddition of 1,4-dihydropyridines does not afford novel head-to-head 3,6-diazatetraasteranes. Herein, we describe a highly regioselective method to synthesize 3,6-diazatetraasteranes via an intramolecular photodimerization of 1,4-dihydropyridines. First, the 1,4-dihydropyridines were tethered by phthaloyl to direct a proximate parallel arrangement in head-to-head orientation by the rotation of CC single bonds in solution. An intramolecular [2 + 2] photocycloaddition proceeded subsequently to give desired 3,6-diazatetraasteranes in high yield (92–97%) and excellent regioselectivity. Furthermore, two different 1,4-dihydropyridines can also be regiocontrolled by this strategy and produce polysubstituted 3,6-diazatetraasteranes via a cross-photodimerization in a concise and efficient way. In addition, this approach can provide direct access to other polysubstituted polyhedron scaffolds from 1,4-dihydropyridine analogues.  相似文献

First examples of ene diamines with a phosphonate function at the C=C double bond were obtained by the reaction of dialkyl H‐phosphonates with bis(Ntert‐butyl)‐diimine derived from glyoxal, [1,4‐bis(tert‐butyl)‐1,4‐diaza‐1,3‐butadiene], and isolated as hydrochlorides. Preferentially the cis‐diamine is formed. The new phosphonates are characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy(1H, 13C, 31P). In addition the methyl ester 8a was characterized by 14,15N NMR spectroscopy as well as by several 2D NMR techniques and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, unequivocally establishing the ene diamine structure. In the crystal dimers of the cations are formed by P–O ··· H–N hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

研究了烷基苯基硅铜酸盐与2-环烯酮的1,4-加成反应的立体选择性, 并合成了一系列新的2-取代-3-硅基环烷酮. 结果表明, 在0 ℃下用饱和NH4Cl溶液处理, 烷基苯基硅铜酸盐与2-芳基-2-环烯酮的1,4-加成反应的立体选择性不同程度地受芳基和环的大小影响, 得到顺、反两种产物; 并首次发现室温下用甲醇处理反应时, 其立体选择性不受或者很少受环大小、芳基的性质以及与硅原子相连的取代基的影响, 只得到反式产物. 芳基溴甲烷与由烷基苯基硅铜酸盐与2-环烯酮1,4-加成所得的烯醇盐反应时, 只得到反式产物. 合成产物的结构用IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS和HRMS等进行了表征.  相似文献

Abstract

Mercury(II) complexes of imidazolidine-2-thione and its derivatives have been synthesized and their 1H, 13C and 199Hg NMR spectra measured. HgCl2 forms L2HgCl2 type complexes (where L = imidazolidine-2-thione and its derivatives). The NH group of the ligand is shifted downfield by about +1.37 ppm in the 1H NMR after complexation. The C-2 carbon in the 13C NMR is shifted by—6.50 ppm for mono N-substituted ligands, but by—5.30 ppm for N,N''-disubstituted ligands. The 199Hg NMR resonance is shifted by about—60 ppm for N-substituted ligands, but—140 ppm shifts were observed for N',N'-disubstituted ligands.  相似文献

The triethylamin-mediated addition of 2-aminoethanethiol hydrochloride to chalcone analogs was investigated. This addition, bearing a 2-thienyl group at the 3-position, gave the only addition adduct at room temperature in 3 h, whereas the chalcones bearing the 2-furyl group at the 1-position gave an addition-cyclization product (1, 4-thiazepine) in the same conditions. The effect of the groups to the reaction was investigated by changing the 1- and 3-position groups. The chalcones bearing the 2-thienyl group at the 1-position and the others afforded the mixture of products in different ratio at rt for 0.5–24 h. Moreover, the addition–cyclization products (1,4-thiazepine) were obtained under reflux conditions in 36 h. The structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, infrared, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The new Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) complexes of potentially N2O2 Schiff base ligand [N,N’-bis(salicyldehydene)-1,4-bis-(o-aminophenoxy)butane] (H2L) prepared from 1,4-bis-(o-aminophenoxy)butane and salicyldehyde in DMF. Microanalytical data, elemental analysis, magnetic measurements, lH NMR, 13C NMR, UV-visible and IR spectra as well as conductance measurements were used to confirm the structures. N,N'-二芳基二硫代草酰胺与1,2-二溴乙烷进行S烷基化反应, 合成了一系列2,3-双芳基亚氨基-1,4-二硫杂环己烷, 反应在4 h内完成, 产率52%~62%. 产物结构经元素分析, IR, 1H NMR及MS表征, 并以单晶X射线衍射分析进一步确证.  相似文献
