Reaction of aminosilanetriol RSi(OH)(3) (1) (R = (2,6-i-Pr(2)C(6)H(3))N(SiMe(3))) with diethyl zinc at room temperature in 1:1 stoichiometric ratio affords [(THF)Zn(O(2)(OH)SiR)](4) (2) (R = (2,6-i-Pr(2)C(6)H(3))N(SiMe(3))) in good yield. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal that 2 is monoclinic, P2(1), with a = 17.117(3) A, b = 16.692(5) A, c = 17.399(4) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 91.45(7) degrees, and Z = 2. The molecular structure of 2 contains two puckered eight-membered Zn(2)Si(2)O(4) rings, which are connected by the Zn-O bonds and form two planar four-membered Zn(2)O(2) rings. Compound 2 contains an unreacted hydroxyl group on each silicon atom, and hence, we carried out the reactions of 2 with dimethylzinc and methyllithium to form [Zn(4)(THF)(4)(MeZn)(4)(O(3)SiR)(4)] (3) (R = (2,6-i-Pr(2)C(6)H(3))N(SiMe(3))) and [(L)ZnLi(O(3)SiR)](4) (4) (L = 1,4-(Me(2)N)(2)C(6)H(4), R = (2,6-i-Pr(2)C(6)H(3))N(SiMe(3))), respectively. This suggested that 2 could be an intermediate product formed during the synthesis of 3 and 4.  相似文献

To elucidate intrinsic recognition of carboxamides by zinc(II) in carbonic anhydrase (CA) (as inhibitors) and carboxypeptidase A (CPA) (as substrates), a new series of Zn(2+)-carboxamide-appended cyclen complexes have been synthesized and characterized (cyclen = 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane). Two types of Zn(2+)-carboxamide interactions have been found. In the first case represented by a zinc(II) complex of carbamoylmethyl-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane (L(1)), the amide oxygen binds to zinc(II) at slightly acidic pH (to form ZnL(1)), and the deprotonated amide N(-) binds to zinc(II) at alkaline pH (to form ZnH(-1)L(1)) with pK(a) = 8.59 at 25 degrees C and I = 0.1 (NaNO(3)), as determined by potentiometric pH titrations, infrared spectral changes, and (13)C and (1)H NMR titrations. The X-ray crystal structure of ZnH(-1)L(3) (where L(3) = N-(4-nitrophenyl)carbamoylmethyl cyclen, pK(a) = 7.01 for ZnL(3) <==> ZnH(-1)L(3)) proved that the zinc(II) binds to the amidate N(-) (Zn-N(-) distance of 1.974(3) A) along with the four nitrogen atoms of cyclen (average Zn-N distance 2.136 A). Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n (No. 14) with a = 10.838(1) A, b = 17.210(2) A, c = 12.113(2) A, b = 107.38(1) degrees, V = 2156.2(5) A(3), Z = 4, R = 0.042, and R(w) = 0.038. These model studies provide the first chemical support that carboxamides are CA(-) inhibitors by occupying the active Zn(2+) site both in acidic and alkaline pH to prevent the occurrence of the catalytically active Zn(2+)-OH(-) species. In the second case represented by a zinc(II) complex of 1-(N-acetyl)aminoethylcyclen, ZnL(6), the pendant amide oxygen had little interaction with zinc(II) at acidic pH. At alkaline pH, the monodeprotonation yielded a zinc(II)-bound hydroxide species ZnL(6)(OH(-)) (pK(a) = 7.64) with the amide pendant remaining intact. The ZnL(6)(OH(-)) species showed the same nucleophilic activity as Zn(2+)-cyclen-OH(-). The second case may mimic the Zn(2+)-OH(-) mechanism of CPA, where the nucleophilic Zn(2+)-OH(-) species does not act as a base to deprotonate a proximate amide.  相似文献

Infrared spectra of metal(II) selenate hydrates (MeSeO4.nH2O and Na2Me(SeO4)2.2H2O; n=6, 5, 4, 1; Me=Mg, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd) containing matrix-isolated SO42- guest ions are reported and discussed with respect to the S-O stretching modes 3 and 1. An adequate measure for the SO42- guest ion distortion is the site group splitting deltanuas (deltanuab and deltanuac in the case of a doublet and a triplet for 3, respectively; a, being the highest wavenumbered component of nu3) and deltanumax (the difference between the highest and the lowest wave numbered S-O stretching modes). It has been shown that the SO42- guest ion distortion depends on both the number of the sulfate oxygen atoms involved in coordinative bonds with the metal(II) ions and the electronic configuration of the metal(II) ions, i.e. their crystal field stabilization energy (CFSE) additionally to the site symmetry and the local potential at the lattice site of the host lattice. The SO42- guest ions matrix-isolated in MeSeO4.H2O (Me=Mn, Co, Zn) and in Na2Me(SeO4)2.2H2O (Me=Mn, Cu, Cd) exhibit three bands corresponding to the nu3 modes as deduced from the site group analysis and deltanuab approximately equal to deltanubc. When SO42- guest ions are incorporated in the triclinic Na2Me(SeO4)2.2H2O host lattices (Me=Co, Ni, Zn) the nu3 stretching region resembles a higher local symmetry of the SO42- guest ions (an approximate (A1 + E) splitting) than the crystallographic one (i.e. deltanuab>deltanubc instead of deltanuab approximately equal to deltanubc) and, hence, the ratio deltanuab/deltanubc has to be taken into account (the higher value of the ratio deltanuab/deltanubc, the weaker is the distortion of the SO42- guest ions). The SO42- guest ions incorporated in MeSeO4.nH2O (n=6, 5, 4) exhibit a higher local symmetry of the guest ions than that deduced from the site group analysis (D2d for the SO42- guest ions in MeSeO4.5H2O, MeSeO4.4H2O and in the monoclinic MeSeO4.6H2O host lattices and close to Td in the tetragonal MeSeO4.6H2O host lattices). The analysis of the infrared spectra of selenate host lattices containing SO42- guest ions reveals that the guest ions are stronger distorted when the adjacent metal(II) ions have CFSE not equal to 0. These ions are more resistant to angular deformations of the MeO6-octahedra (i.e. changes in the O-Me-O bond angles), thus facilitating the SO42- guest ion distortion as compared to those having CFSE=0 which allow stronger angular deformations of the respective metal octahedra. Infrared spectra of kieserite-type compounds MeSeO4.H2O (Me=Mn, Co, Zn) containing matrix-isolated SO42- guest ions and Me'2+ guest ions different from those of the host ions (i.e. Me'SO4.H2O in MeSeO4.H2O) are also presented and discussed (double matrix-spectroscopy).  相似文献

Four novel three-dimensional (3D) microporous supramolecular compounds containing nanosized channels, namely, [Co(phen)2(H2O)2]2[Co(H2O)6].2BTC.21.5H2O (1), [Co(phen)2(H2O)2]2[Cu(H2O)6].2BTC.21.5H2O (2), [Co(phen)2(H2O)2]2[Mn(H2O)6].2BTC.18H2O (3), and [Zn(phen)2(H2O)2]2[Mn(H2O)6].2BTC.22.5H2O (4), were synthesized from 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate (BTC), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), and the transition-metal salt(s) by self-assembly. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis showed that the resulting 3D microporous supramolecular frameworks consist of a two-dimensional (2D) hydrogen-bonded host framework of [MII(H2O)6(BTC)2]4- (M=Co for 1, Cu for 2, Mn for 3, 4) with rectangular-shaped cavities containing [MII(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ (M=Co for 1-3, Zn for 4) guests. The guest complex is encapsulated in the 2D hydrogen-bonded host framework by hydrogen bonding and aromatic pi-pi stacking interactions, forming the 3D hydrogen-bonded framework. The catalytic activities of 1, 2, 3, and 4 were studied using hydroxylation of phenols with 30% aqueous H2O2 as a test reaction. The compounds displayed a good phenol conversion ratio and excellent channel selectivity in the hydroxylation reaction, with a maximum hydroquinone (HQ)/catechol (CAT) ratio of 3.9.  相似文献

Fluorescence properties of four 4-acyl pyrazolone derivatives (H(2)L(1)=N-(1,3-diphenyl-4-propylene-5-pyrazolone)-salicylidene hydrazone (1), H(2)L(2)=N-(1,3-diphenyl-4-ethylene-5-pyrazolone)-salicylidene hydrazone (2), H(2)L(3)=N-(1,3-diphenyl-4-benzylidene-5-pyrazolone)-salicylidene hydrazone (3), H(2)L(4)=N-(1,3-diphenyl-4-phenylethylene-5-pyrazolone)-salicylidene hydrazone (4), and their Zn (II) complexes: (Zn(H(2)L(1))(2) (5), Zn(H(2)L(2))(2).3CH(3)OH (6), Zn(H(2)L(3))(2).2CH(3)OH (7), and Zn(4)(H(2)L(4))(4) (8)) were studied at room temperature. It was revealed that these compounds show different fluorescence properties both in the solid state and in solution. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations on ligands 1-4 were also performed to further understand their emission properties. The calculation results indicate that the energy gaps between the highest occupied molecular orbitals (HOMOs) and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals (LUMOs) of these ligands are in the following order 1>2>3, which is consistent with the redshift of the emission spectra.  相似文献

Studies on the subtle effects and roles of polyatomic anions in the self-assembly of a series of AgX complexes with 2,4'-Py(2)S (X(-) = NO(3)(-), BF(4)(-), ClO(4)(-), PF(6)(-), CF(3)CO(2)(-), and CF(3)SO(3)(-); 2,4'-Py(2)S = 2,4'-thiobis(pyridine)) have been carried out. The formation of products appears to be primarily associated with a suitable combination of the skewed conformers of 2,4'-Py(2)S and a variety of coordination geometries of Ag(I) ions. The molecular construction via self-assembly is delicately dependent upon the nature of the anions. Coordinating anions afford the 1:1 adducts [Ag(2,4'-Py(2)S)X] (X(-) = NO(3)(-) and CF(3)CO(2)(-)), whereas noncoordinating anions form the 3:4 adducts [Ag(3)(2,4'-Py(2)S)(4)]X(3) (X(-) = ClO(4)(-) and PF(6)(-)). Each structure seems to be constructed by competition between pi-pi interactions of 2,4'-Py(2)S spacers vs Ag.X interactions. For ClO(4)(-) and PF(6)(-), an anion-free network consisting of linear Ag(I) and trigonal Ag(I) in a 1:2 ratio has been obtained whereas, for the coordinating anions NO(3)(-) and CF(3)CO(2)(-), an anion-bridged helix sheet and an anion-bridged cyclic dimer chain, respectively, have been assembled. For a moderately coordinating anion, CF(3)SO(3)(-), the 3:4 adduct [Ag(3)(2,4'-Py(2)S)(4)](CF(3)SO(3))(3) has been obtained similarly to the noncoordinating anions, but its structure is a double strand via both face-to-face (pi-pi) stackings and Ag.Ag interactions, in contrast to the noncoordinating anions. The anion exchanges of [Ag(3)(2,4'-Py(2)S)(4)]X(3) (X(-) = BF(4)(-), ClO(4)(-), and PF(6)(-)) with BF(4)(-), ClO(4)(-), and PF(6)(-) in aqueous media indicate that a [BF(4)(-)] analogue is isostructural with [Ag(3)(2,4'-Py(2)S)(4)]X(3) (X(-) = ClO(4)(-) and PF(6)(-)). Furthermore, the anion exchangeability for the noncoordinating anion compounds and the X-ray data for the coordinating anion compounds establish the coordinating order to be NO(3)(-) > CF(3)CO(2)(-) > CF(3)SO(3)(-) > PF(6)(-) > ClO(4)(-) > BF(4)(-).  相似文献

A series of chiral dizinc complexes of the type [(2,6-{ArN=C(Me)C5H3N}2C6H3O)Zn2(micro-Cl)Cl2] [Ar=2,6-i-Pr2C6H3 (), 2,6-Me2C6H3 (), 2,4,6-Me3-C6H2 (), 2,4-Me2C6H3 ()] can be conveniently prepared in good yield by the template reaction of 2,6-{O=C(Me)C5H3N}2C6H3OH with an excess of the corresponding aniline and two equivalents of zinc dichloride in n-BuOH at elevated temperature. Alternatively, the pro-ligands, 2,6-{(ArN=C(Me)C5H3N}2C6H3OH [Ar=2,6-i-Pr2C6H3 (L1-H), 2,6-Me2C6H3 (L2-H), 2,4,6-Me3C6H2 (L3-H), 2,4-Me2C6H3 (L4-H)], can be isolated and then treated with two equivalents of zinc dichloride to afford . Interaction of with two equivalents of NaOAc in the presence of TlBF4 gives the diacetate-bridged salt [(L1)Zn2(micro-OAc)2](BF4) () while with Nadbm (dbm=dibenzoylmethanato) the bis(dbm)-chelated salt [(L1)Zn2(dbm)2](BF4) () is obtained. Hydrolysis occurs on reaction of with TlOEt to furnish [(L1)Zn2(micro-OH)Cl2] () as the only isolable product. Conversely, reaction of with Tlhp (hp=2-pyridonate) affords the neutral bis(pyridonate)-bridged trimetallic complex [(L1)Zn3(micro-hp)2Cl3] () as the major product along with as the minor one. Complex and mixtures of / act as modest activators for the ring-opening polymerisation of epsilon-caprolactone. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been performed on , , , , and reveal Zn...Zn separations in the range: 3.069(4)-4.649(6) A.  相似文献

A novel zinc(Ⅱ) complex, Zn(IBT) 2 (1, HIBT=5-(4-((1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl)phenyl)-2H-tetrazole) has been synthesized with Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, 4-(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzonnitrile (IBN) and NaN 3 by the hydrothermal method, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic data for 1:C22H18N12Zn, Mr=515.85, orthorhombic, Pbcn, a=16.0567(15), b=9.5316(9), c=14.6107(14) , V=2236.1(4)  3 , Z=4, D c=1.532 g/cm3 , μ=1.138 mm-1 , F(000)=1056, R=0.0350 and wR=0.0888 for 1438 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)) and the goodness-of-fit S=1.002 on F2 . The crystal structural analysis revealed that complex 1 exhibits a rare two-dimensional homochiral wave-like layer structure. In addition, the photoluminescence of complex 1 was studied in the solid state at room temperature together with its theoretical analysis.  相似文献

The title compound (E)-4-tert-butyl-N-(2,4-dichlorobenzylidene)-5-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-thiazol-2-amine was synthesized by the reaction of 4-tert-butyl-5-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-thiazol-2-amine with 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde, and its crystal structure was determined by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.9748(4), b = 10.1803(5), c = 11.4603(6), α = 102.882(1), β = 100.253(1), γ = 104.457(1)°, V = 850.95(7)3, Z = 2, F(000) = 392, C16H15Cl2N5S, Mr = 380.29, Dc = 1.484 g/cm3, S = 1.095, μ = 0.512 mm-1, the final R = 0.0301 and wR = 0.0965 for 3334 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)). The preliminary antitumor activity shows that for the title compound the IC50 of Hela is 0.175 μmol/mL and that of Bel7402 is 0.156 μmol/mL.  相似文献

C(4)N(3)OH(7).Zn(H(2)O)HPO(4), built up from 4-rings of ZnO(2)(H(2)O)N and HPO(4) tetrahedra, is the first neutral, molecular, zincophosphate cluster. A series of trigonal bipyramidal pentanuclear complexes involving the alkoxo-diazine ligands poap and p3oap, containing the M(5)[mu-O](6) core is described, which form by a strict self-assembly process. [Co(5)(poap-H)(6)](ClO(4))(4).3H(2)O (1), [Mn(5)(poap-H)(6)](ClO(4))(4).3.5CH(3)OH.H(2)O (2), [Mn(5)(p3oap-H)(6)](ClO(4))(4).CH(3)CH(2)OH.3H(2)O (3), and [Zn(5)(poap-H)(6)](ClO(4))(4).2.5H(2)O (4) are homoleptic pentanuclear complexes, where there is an exact match between the coordination requirements of the five metal ions in the cluster, and the available coordination pockets in the polytopic ligand. [Zn(4)(poap)(poap-H)(3)(H(2)O)(4)] (NO(3))(5).1.5H(2)O (5) is a square [2 x 2] grid with a Zn(4)[mu-O](4) core, and appears to result from the presence of NO(3), which is thought to be a competing ligand in the self-assembly. X-ray structures are reported for 1, 4, and 5. 1 crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/n with a = 13.385(1) A, b = 25.797(2) A, c = 28.513(3) A, beta = 98.704(2) degrees, and Z = 4. 4 crystallized in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 13.0897(9) A, b = 18.889(1) A, c = 20.506(2) A, alpha = 87.116(1) degrees, beta = 74.280(2) degrees, gamma = 75.809(2) degrees, and Z = 2. 5 crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/n with a = 14.8222(7) A, b = 21.408(1) A, c = 21.6197(9) A, beta = 90.698(1) degrees, and Z = 4. To clarify the nature of five-center, six-electron (5c-6e) C(2)Z(2)O interactions, atoms-in-molecules (AIM) analysis has been applied to an anthraquinone, 1,8-(MeZ)(2)ATQ (1 (Z=Se), 2 (Z=S), and 3 (Z=O)), and a 9-methoxyanthracene system, 9-MeO-1,8-(MeZ)(2)ATC (4 (Z=Se), 5 (Z=S), and 6 (Z=O)), as well as 1-(MeZ)ATQ (7 (Z=Se), 8 (Z=S), and 9 (Z=O)) and 9-MeO-1-(MeZ)ATC (10 (Z=Se), 11 (Z=S), and 12 (Z=O)). The total electronic energy density (H(b)(r(c))) at the bond critical points (BCPs), an appropriate index for weak interactions, has been examined for 5c-6e C(2)Z(2)O and 3c-4e CZO interactions of the n(p)(O)sigma*(Z--C) type in 1-12. Some hydrogen-bonded adducts were also re-examined for convenience of comparison. The total electronic energy densities varied in the following order: OO (3: H(b)(r(c))=0.0028 au)=OO (6: 0.0028 au)>OO (9: 0.0025 au)> or =NNHF (0.0024 au)> or =OO (12: 0.0023 au)>H(2)OHOH (0.0015 au)>SO (8: 0.0013 au)=SO (2: 0.0013 au)> or =SO (11: 0.0012 au)=SO (5: 0.0012 au)>HFHF (0.0008 au)=SeO (10: 0.0008 au)=SeO (4: 0.0008 au)> or =SeO (1: 0.0007 au)> or =SeO (7: 0.0006 au)>HCNHF (-0.0013 au). H(b)(r(c)) values for SO were predicted to be smaller than the hydrogen bond of H(2)OHOH and H(b)(r(c)) values for SeO are very close to or slightly smaller than that for HFHF in both the ATQ and 9-MeOATC systems. In the case of Z=Se and S, H(b)(r(c)) values for 5c-6e C(2)Z(2)O interactions are essentially equal to those for 3c-4e CZO if Z is the same. The results demonstrate that two n(p)(O)sigma*(Z--C) 3c-4e interactions effectively connect through the central n(p)(O) orbital to form the extended hypervalent 5c-6e system of the sigma*(C--Z)n(p)(O)sigma*(Z--C) type for Z=Se and S in both systems. Natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis revealed that n(s)(O) also contributes to some extent. The electron charge densities at the BCPs, NBO analysis, and the total energies calculated for 1-12, together with the structural changes in the PhSe derivatives, support the above discussion.  相似文献

报道2,4-Br2C6H3OCH(CN3)CO2Sn(C6H11)2CU3(1)和2-OCH3-4-CH3CH=CHC6H3OCH2CO2Sn(C6H11)2CH3(H2O)(Ⅱ)的晶体结构和分子结构。(Ⅰ)单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=13.067(3),b=10.594(3),c=18.157(4),β=106.99(2)°,Z=4,Dc=1.672g/cm3,V=2403.73,μ=43.731cm-1,Mr=622.99,F(000)=1232;(Ⅱ)单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,a=10.409(1),b= 12.570(2),c=20.664(2),β=83.51(1)°,Z=4,Dc=1.281g/cm3,V=2686.4A3,μ=9.761cm-1,Mr=539.28,F(000)=1120.最后的偏离因子,化合物(Ⅰ)R=0.046,Rω=0.046;化合物(Ⅱ)R=0.049,Rω=0.047。晶体结构解析表明,化合物(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)中的锡均被配体的3个碳和2个氧原子配位,配位原子呈畸变三角双锥构型;化合物中的环己基均为椅式构象;化合物(Ⅱ)中,配位水分子和另一分子的羰基氧与芳环上的甲基氧?  相似文献

A POMs-based 3D zeolike ionic crystal 1, {[Co(dpdo)2(CH3CN)(H2O)2]2(SiMo12O40)- (HEO)2}n (dpdo = 4,4'-bipyridine-N,N'-dioxide), was constructed via self-assembly by embedding Keggintype [SiMo12O40]^4- polyanions within the intercrystalline voids as pillars and structurally characterized. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 11.430(3), b = 12.242(3), c = 14.279(3)A, α = 106.196(4),β = 94.316(4), γ = 98.294(3)°, V = 1884.5(7)A^3 Z = 1, C44H50N10O54CoEMo12Si, Mr = 2880.17, Dc = 2.538 g/cm^3, p = 2.484 mm^-1,F(000) = 1388, the final R = 0.0383 and wR = 0.1096 for 7753 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Flack factor is 0.22(3). Compound 1 is a pillar-layered framework with the [SiMo12O40]^4- anions linearly located on the square voids between the 2D bilayers which are formed by the dpdo ligands and cobalt(II) ions.  相似文献

The reaction of Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O with 3,3'-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)-2,2'-dipyridine (L) gave a mononuclear zinc(Ⅱ) complex: [ZnL2](ClO4)2·2DMF·4H2O, which was structurally characterized by EA, IR, UV, 1H NMR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C54H54Cl2N14O14Zn, Mr=1259.38) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=20.874(2), b=14.9953(16), c=20.462(3) (A), β=101.553(2)°, V=6274.8(13) (A)3, Z=4, Dc=1.333 g/cm3, F (000)=2608, μ(MoKα)=0.548 mm-1, R=0.0682 and Wr=0.1931 for 4984 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ). The Zn(Ⅱ) is four-coordinated in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry through four N atoms from four benzimidazole units of two ligands. In the crystal lattice, the [ZnL2]2 cations are linked to each other by extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds between nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole rings, water and DMF molecules.  相似文献
