[Re(CO)6][BF4] reacts with HMPA to form [Re(CO)3(HMPA)3][BF4] (4), whose structure was determined by X-ray crystallography and proves to be a key intermediate in the ligand exchange reaction between three CO and Cp; and may be related to other cations such as [Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+, [Re(CO)3(CH3CN)3]+, [Re(CO)3(DMSO)3]+, obtained by different ways, and important in the field of organometallic radiopharmaceuticals. 相似文献

The title compounds were prepared in good yield by treatment of Re(CO)5Cl or [Re(CO)3(H2O)3]Br with sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate hydrate (NaS2CNMe2·H2O) and a neutral ligand yielding eight Re(CO)3(S2CNMe2)(L) derivatives: L = NH31, pyridine (py) 2, imidazole (im) 3, pyrazole (pz) 4, triphenylphospine (PPh3) 5, 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane (PTA) 6, t-butyl isocyanide (t-BuNC) 7, and cyclohexyl isocyanide (CyNC) 8. The resulting new complexes were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR and infrared spectroscopy. Each was also structurally elucidated by X-ray crystallography. General structural features in all eight compounds were similar. The orientation of the three single-faced ligands, py, im and pz, demonstrates an interaction with the filled π orbital of the dithiocarbamate. Compounds were tested for stability under conditions that mimic physiological conditions; 1-4 quickly decomposed, 7 and 8 decomposed over 24 h while 5 and 6 were stable. 相似文献

The coordinatively unsaturated cluster [Pt3(μ3-CO)(μ-dppm)3]2+ (1, dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) reacts with Na+[M(CO)5]− to give the mixed metal clusters [Pt3{M(CO)3}(μ-dppm)3]+ (M = Re, 2; Mn, 3). The new clusters are characterized by spectroscopic methods and, for M = Re, by an X-ray structure determination. The Pt3Re core in 2 is tetrahedral with particularly short metal-metal distances. 相似文献

In this study selected bidentate (L2) and tridentate (L3) ligands were coordinated to the Re(I) or Tc(I) core [M(CO)2(NO)]2+ resulting in complexes of the general formula fac-[MX(L2)(CO)2(NO)] and fac-[M(L3)(CO)2(NO)] (M = Re or Tc; X = Br or Cl). The complexes were obtained directly from the reaction of [M(CO)2(NO)]2+ with the ligand or indirectly by first reacting the ligand with [M(CO)3]+ and subsequent nitrosylation with [NO][BF4] or [NO][HSO4]. Most of the reactions were performed with cold rhenium on a macroscopic level before the conditions were adapted to the n.c.a. level with technetium (99mTc). Chloride, bromide and nitrate were used as monodentate ligands, picolinic acid (PIC) as a bidentate ligand and histidine (HIS), iminodiacetic acid (IDA) and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) as tridentate ligands. We synthesised and describe the dinuclear complex [ReCl(μ-Cl)(CO)2(NO)]2 and the mononuclear complexes [NEt4][ReCl3(CO)2(NO)], [NEt4][ReBr3(CO)2(NO)], [ReBr(PIC)(CO)2(NO)], [NMe4][Re(NO3)3(CO)2(NO)], [Re(HIS)(CO)2(NO)][BF4], [99Tc(HIS)(CO)2(NO)][BF4], [99mTc(IDA)(CO)2 (NO)] and [99mTc(NTA)(CO)2(NO)]. The chemical and physical characteristics of the Re and Tc-dicarbonyl-nitrosyl complexes differ significantly from those of the corresponding tricarbonyl compounds. 相似文献

The photochemistry of fac‐[Re(bpy)(CO)3Cl] ( 1 a ; bpy=2,2′‐bipyridine) initiated by irradiation using <330 nm light has been investigated. Isomerization proceeded in THF to give the corresponding mer‐isomer 1 b . However, in the presence of a small amount of MeCN, the main product was the CO‐ligand‐substituted complex (OC‐6‐24)‐[Re(bpy)(CO)2Cl(MeCN)] ( 2 c ; bpy=2,2′‐bipyridine). In MeCN, two isomers, 2 c and its (OC‐6‐34) form ( 2 a ), were produced. Only 2 c thermally isomerized to produce the (OC‐6‐44) form 2 b . A detailed investigation led to the conclusion that both 1 b and 2 c are produced by a dissociative mechanism, whereas 2 a forms by an associative mechanism. A comparison of the ultrafast transient UV‐visible absorption, emission, and IR spectra of 1 a acquired by excitation using higher‐energy light (e.g., 270 nm) and lower‐energy light (e.g., 400 nm) gave detailed information about the excited states, intermediates, and kinetics of the photochemical reactions and photophysical processes of 1 a . Irradiation of 1 a using the higher‐energy light resulted in the generation of the higher singlet excited state with τ≤25 fs, from which intersystem crossing proceeded to give the higher triplet state (3HES( 1 )). In THF, 3HES( 1 ) was competitively converted to both the triplet ligand field (3LF) and metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer (3M LCT) with lifetimes of 200 fs, in which the former is a reactive state that converts to [Re(bpy)(CO)2Cl(thf)]+ ( 1 c ) within 10 ps by means of a dissociative mechanism. Re‐coordination of CO to 1 c gives both 1 a and 1 b . In MeCN, irradiation of 1 a by using high‐energy light gives the coordinatively unsaturated complex, which rapidly converted to 2 c . A seven‐coordinate complex is also produced within several hundred femtoseconds, which is converted to 2 a within several hundred picoseconds. 相似文献

Cyclohexane solutions of [W(Cp)(CO)3]2 and [Mo(Cp)(CO)3]2 exhibit weak bimodal emission spectra when excited With 354 nm picosecond pulses, but do not luminesce when pumped at 530 nm. The small di- and triatomic molecules [SN]+ and [SNS]+ have shown versatile chemistries and [SNS]+ is an important starting reagent for many sulfur-nitrogen radicals. However, their chemistry is limited to the more polar solvents (e.g. SO2). In this work an attempt is made to increase their solubility in less polar solvents by exchange of the usual [MF6]− (M = As, Sb) anions by the large and weakly coordinating [Al(OC(CF3)3)4]−. As expected the metathesis reactions of [SN][AsF6] and [SNS][SbF6] with Li[Al(OC(CF3)3)4] in liquid sulfur dioxide resulted in the formation of the insoluble Li[SbF6], which is the driving force for these metathesis reactions. The characterization of the compounds by IR and multinuclear NMR revealed that [SNS]+ formed a [Al(OC(CF3)3)4]− salt in a clean reaction. A preliminary crystal structure of [SNS][Al(OC(CF3)3)4] is presented. The solubility of [SNS][Al(OC(CF3)3)4] in CH2Cl2 is significantly increased with respect to the corresponding [MF6]− salts, and potentially opens up new areas of [SNS]+ chemistry. The reaction of the more reactive [SN]+ with Li[Al(OC(CF3)3)4] was less clear. Multinuclear NMR and IR spectra were consistent with the formation of [SN][Al(OC(CF3)3)4], which also showed significant decomposition. 相似文献

The electron donating water soluble phosphines, P{(CH2)nC6H4-p-SO3Na}3,n = 1, 2, 3 and 6, react rapidly with Co2(CO)8 under two phase reaction conditions to yield the disproportionation products, [Co(CO)3(P{(CH2)nC6H4-p-SO3Na3}2] [Co(CO)4]. Selective precipitation yields the formally zwitterionic complex anions as the sodium salt, [Co(CO)3(P{(CH2)nC6H4-p-SO3} 3)2]5−. The anions can be used as precursors to water soluble cobalt hydroformylation catalysts under two phase and supported aqueous phase conditions. The tendency to form alcohol products is low with these complexes. The behavior of the catalysts is consistent with an active species that remains water soluble during the reaction and is not leached into the nonaqueous phase. 相似文献

Nitrosylation reactions are rare in the context of low valent Re(I)- and Tc(I)-tricarbonyl complexes so far. We herein describe a method for the conversion of a “M(CO)3-moiety” (M = Re, Tc) into a dicarbonyl-nitrosyl moiety “M(CO)2NO”, the synthesis of important precursor complexes and intermediates and possible applications for this new kind of Re- and Tc-chemistry.The behavior of the complex [ReCl3(CO)2(NO)]− in water was studied in detail and compared to that of [ReCl3(CO)3]2−. Contrary to the conversion of [ReCl3(CO)3]2− to the mixed aquo-carbonyl complex [Re(OH2)3(CO)3]+ in water, one chloride remains initially bound to the metal center in the dicarbonyl-nitrosyl complex, making [ReCl(OH2)2(CO)2(NO)]+ the main species for further reactions. In this context, we isolated and characterized the complex [Re(μ3-O)(CO)2(NO)]4. Examples of complexes with different bi- and tridentate ligands based on ReCl3(CO)2(NO)]− are discussed.For the development of potential new radiopharmaceuticals we also adapted the nitrosylation technique to the n.c.a. level with 99mTc. [99mTc(OH2)3(CO)3]+ served as starting material to form a 99mTc(CO)2(NO)-core. Labelling reactions with ligands such as iminodiacetic acid (IDA), nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) and diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) were performed, resulting in the complexes [99mTc(IDA)(CO)2(NO)], [99mTc(NTA)(CO)2(NO)] and [99mTc(DTPA)(CO)2(NO)]. In this way, the “nitrosyl-approach” adds a new and challenging synthetic tool to the already established organometallic chemistry of Re- and Tc-tricarbonyl complexes. 相似文献

The polyoxoanion incorporated {Mn(CO)3^+} complex, (n-Bu4N)2[Mo6O16(OCH3)2{HOCH2C(CH2O)3}2·{Mn(CO)3}2](1), has been synthesized by the reaction of (n-Bu4N)4[Mo8O26] with Mn(CO)5Br in methanol, in the presence of C(CH2OH)4. The complex 1 has been characterized by IR, UV-Vis, X-ray single crystal diffraction, and TG. Crystal data for the complex 1:C25H48MnMo3NO16 (1), Triclinic Pi, a=0.9405(3) nm, b=1.3351(4) nm, c=1.5455(4) nm, α=103.206(5)°, β=102.165(5)°, γ=100.784(5)°, V=1.7896(9) nm^3, Z=2, R1=0.0703, wR2= 0.1495. The structure analysis of complex 1 shows that the complex consists of two tetrabutylammonium cations and a polyoxomolybdate anion that incorporates two fac-Mn(CO)3^+ units. The anion of complex 1 can be considered as the dimer of two rhomb-like anions by sharing of two comers. 相似文献

A series of rhenium(I) tricarbonyl complexes, containing bidentate derivatives of aniline, was synthesized and structurally characterized. With 1,2-diaminobenzene (Hpda) the ‘2+1’ complex salt fac-[Re(CO)3(Hpda)2]Br was isolated. The neutral complex [Re(CO)3(Hapa)Br] was formed with 2-aminodiphenylamine (Hapa) as ligand. 2-Aminophenol (Hopa) also produced the neutral ‘2+1’ complex [Re(CO)3(opa)2(Hopa)], but with 2-mercaptophenol (Hspo) the bridged dimer [Re2(CO)7(spo)2] was found. In the complex [Re(CO)3(Htpn)Br] (Htpn = N′-{(2-methylthio)benzylidene}benzene-1,2-diamine) the potentially tridentate ligand Htpn is coordinated via the methylthio sulfur and imino nitrogen atoms only, with a free amino group. 相似文献

An unexpected trimanganese(I) tetrathiolate-bridged complex, [Mn3(CO)9(μ-SC6H5)4]−, with an incomplete cubane structure, was obtained by thermal reaction of [Mn2(CO)10] with [Mo(η5-C5H5)2(SC6H5)2]. The structure, established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies, shows the cation, [Mo(η5-C5H5)2(H)CO]+, directed towards the vacant site of the cubane structure. [Mg(HF)2](SbF6)2 and [Ca(HF)2](SbF6)2 monocrystals were grown from the corresponding hexafluoroantimonates(V) dissolved in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. [Mg(HF)2](SbF6)2 crystallizes in the space group Pnma (no. 62) with a=1249.1(4) pm, b=1230.2(4) pm, c=699.1(2) pm, V=1.0742(6) nm3, Z=4. Magnesium is octahedrally coordinated by six fluorine atoms from which two belong to two HF molecules. The structure can be represented by alternating rows of magnesium and antimony atoms running parallel to the c-axis. Magnesium atoms are connected by cis bridging Sb(2)F6 units along the a-axis and by trans bridging Sb(1)F6 units along the b-axis. In this way a three-dimensional network is formed.[Ca(HF)2](SbF6)2 crystallizes in the space group P21/n (no. 14) with a=935.2(3) pm, b=1088.7(3) pm, c=1104.8(3) pm, β=106.697(5)°, V=1.0774(5) nm3, Z=4. The coordination sphere around the calcium atom consists of eight fluorine atoms which define the vertices of an Archimedean antiprism. The two HF molecules directly coordinate the calcium atom and their fluorine atoms are placed in the corners of different square faces of the Archimedean antiprism. The Ca-F(HF) distances are shorter than the Ca-F(Sb) distances. The Sb(1)F6 and Sb(2)F6 groups have four equatorial bridging fluorine atoms, while the Sb(3)F6 groups have only two bridging trans F ligands. The Ca atoms in the [−1,0,1] plane are connected by equatorial F ligands of Sb(1)F6 and Sb(2)F6 units, forming a [Ca(SbF6)+]n layer. These layers are connected by trans bridging Sb(3)F6 groups. HF molecules occupy the space between these layers and additionally contribute to the connection between the layers by hydrogen bonding. 相似文献

New ligand 2-(4′-biphenyl)imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline (BPIP) and its complexes [Ru(bpy)2(BPIP)]2+ (1) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) and [Ru(phen)2(BPIP)]2+ (2) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized by mass spectroscopy, 1H NMR and cyclic voltammetry. The interaction of two Ru(II) complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) was investigated by spectroscopic and viscosity measurements. Results indicate that both complexes bind to DNA via an intercalative mode and the DNA-binding affinity of complex 2 is much greater than that of complex 1. Furthermore, when irradiated at 365 nm, both complexes have also been found to promote the photocleavage of plasmid pBR 322 DNA. 相似文献

Heating cis-[Ru(S2CNMe2)2(CO)2] and [Ru3(CO)12] in xylene affords octanuclear [Ru8(μ5-S)2(μ4-S)(μ3-S)(μ-CNMe2)2(μ-CO)(CO)15] resulting from the double carbon-sulfur bond cleavage of two dithiocarbamate ligands. The structure consists of a tri-edge-bridged square of ruthenium atoms with a further ruthenium atom being bound only to the central bridging atom. Studies suggest that it may be formed via the pentanuclear intermediate [Ru5(μ4-S)2(μ-CNMe2)2(CO)11] which is formed in trace amounts. 相似文献

Geometrical isomerization of fac-Mo(CO)3L3 (L = P(OPh)3, P(OMe)3, P(OEt)3) to the mer form and that of cis-Mo(CO)4L2 (L = P(OPh)3, P(OMe)3, PPh2(OMe)) to the trans form were observed in CH2Cl2 at room temperature in the presence of a catalytic amount of Me3SiOSO2CF3 (TMSOTf). Crossover experiments suggest that a ligand dissociation is not involved in the isomerization. A catalytic cycle involving an interaction of the silicon atom in Me3Si+ with one oxygen in P(OR)3 ligands has been proposed. The first isolation and the X-ray structure analysis were attained for mer-Mo(CO)3{P(OPh)3}3 through the TSMOTf-assisted isomerization of fac-Mo(CO)3{P(OPh)3}3. 相似文献

The reaction of the labile compound [Re2(CO)8(CH3CN)2] with 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine in dichloromethane solution at reflux temperature afforded the structural dirhenium isomers [Re2(CO)8(C14H10N4)] (1 and 2), and the complex [Re2(CO)8(C14H10N4)Re2(CO)8] (3). In 1, the ligand is σ,σ′-N,N′-coordinated to a Re(CO)3 fragment through pyridine and pyrazine to form a five-membered chelate ring. A seven-membered ring is obtained for isomer 2 by N-coordination of the 2-pyridyl groups while the pyrazine ring remains uncoordinated. For 2, isomers 2a and 2b are found in a dynamic equilibrium ratio [2a]/[2b] = 7 in solution, detected by 1H NMR (−50 °C, CD3COCD3), coalescence being observed above room temperature. The ligand in 3 behaves as an 8e-donor bridge bonding two Re(CO)3 fragments through two (σ,σ′-N,N′) interactions. When the reaction was carried out in refluxing tetrahydrofuran, complex [Re2(CO)6(C14H10N4)2] (4) was obtained in addition to compounds 1-3. The dinuclear rhenium derivative 4 contains two units of the organic ligand σ,σ′-N,N′-coordinated in a chelate form to each rhenium core. The X-ray crystal structures for 1 and 3 are reported. 相似文献
