We discuss existence and non-existence of positive solutions for the following system of Hardy and Hénon type: $$\left\{\begin{array}{ll} {-\Delta v=|x|^{\alpha}u^{p},\,-\Delta u=|x|^{\beta}v^{q} \,\,{\rm in}\, \Omega,}\\ {u=v=0 \quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad{\rm on}\, \partial \Omega}, \end{array}\right.$$ where ${\Omega\ni 0}$ is a bounded domain in ${\mathbb{R}^{N}}$ , N ≥ 3, p, q > 1, and α, β > ?N. We also study symmetry breaking for ground states when Ω is the unit ball in ${\mathbb{R}^{N}}$ .  相似文献

We study the following nonlinear elliptic system of Lane–Emden type $$\left\{\begin{array}{ll} -\Delta u = {\rm sgn}(v) |v| ^{p-1} \qquad \qquad \qquad \; {\rm in} \; \Omega , \\ -\Delta v = - \lambda {\rm sgn} (u)|u| \frac{1}{p-1} + f(x, u)\; \; {\rm in}\; \Omega , \\ u = v = 0 \qquad \qquad \qquad \quad \quad \;\;\;\;\; {\rm on}\; \partial \Omega , \end{array}\right.$$ where ${\lambda \in \mathbb{R}}$ . If ${\lambda \geq 0}$ and ${\Omega}$ is an unbounded cylinder, i.e., ${\Omega = \tilde \Omega \times \mathbb{R}^{N-m} \subset \mathbb{R}^{N}}$ , ${N - m \geq 2, m \geq 1}$ , existence and multiplicity results are proved by means of the Principle of Symmetric Criticality and some compact imbeddings in partially spherically symmetric spaces. We are able to state existence and multiplicity results also if ${\lambda \in \mathbb{R}}$ and ${\Omega}$ is a bounded domain in ${\mathbb{R}^{N}, N \geq 3}$ . In particular, a good finite dimensional decomposition of the Banach space in which we work is given.  相似文献

In this article, we study the Fu?ik spectrum of the fractional Laplace operator which is defined as the set of all \({(\alpha, \beta)\in \mathbb{R}^2}\) such that $$\quad \left.\begin{array}{ll}\quad (-\Delta)^s u = \alpha u^{+} - \beta u^{-} \quad {\rm in}\;\Omega \\ \quad \quad \quad u = 0 \quad \quad \quad \qquad {\rm in}\; \mathbb{R}^n{\setminus}\Omega.\end{array}\right\}$$ has a non-trivial solution u, where \({\Omega}\) is a bounded domain in \({\mathbb{R}^n}\) with Lipschitz boundary, n > 2s, \({s \in (0, 1)}\) . The existence of a first nontrivial curve \({\mathcal{C}}\) of this spectrum, some properties of this curve \({\mathcal{C}}\) , e.g. Lipschitz continuous, strictly decreasing and asymptotic behavior are studied in this article. A variational characterization of second eigenvalue of the fractional eigenvalue problem is also obtained. At the end, we study a nonresonance problem with respect to the Fu?ik spectrum.  相似文献

Let G be a homogeneous group, and let X 1, X 2, … , X m be left invariant real vector fields being homogeneous of degree one on G. We consider the following Dirichlet boundary value problem of the sub-Laplace equation involving the critical exponent and singular term: $$\left\{\begin{array}{ll}-\sum_{j=1}^{m}X_j^2u(x)-\frac{a}{\|x\|^\nu}u(x)=u^{\frac{Q+2}{Q-2}}(x), x\in\Omega,\\ u(x)=0, \quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\,\,\,\, x\in \partial\Omega,\end{array}\right.$$ where ${\Omega\subset G}$ is a bounded domain with smooth boundary and ${\mathbf{0}\in\Omega}$ , Q is the homogeneous dimension of G, ${a\in \mathbb{R},\ \nu <2 }$ . We boost u to ${L^p(\Omega)}$ for any ${1\leq p < \infty}$ if ${u\in S^{1,2}_0(\Omega)}$ is a weak solution of the problem above.  相似文献

We establish a global Calderón–Zygmund theory for solutions to a large class of nonlinear parabolic systems whose model is the inhomogeneous parabolic \(p\) -Laplacian system $$\begin{aligned} \left\{ \begin{array}{ll} \partial _t u - {{\mathrm{div}}}(|Du|^{p-2}Du) = {{\mathrm{div}}}(|F|^{p-2}F) &{}\quad \hbox {in }\quad \Omega _T:=\Omega \times (0,T)\\ u=g &{}\quad \hbox {on }\quad \partial \Omega \times (0,T)\cup {\overline{\Omega }}\times \{0\} \end{array} \right. \end{aligned}$$ with given functions \(F\) and \(g\) . Our main result states that the spatial gradient of the solution is as integrable as the data \(F\) and \(g\) up to the lateral boundary of \(\Omega _T\) , i.e. $$\begin{aligned} F,Dg\in L^q(\Omega _T),\ \partial _t g\in L^{\frac{q(n+2)}{p(n+2)-n}}(\Omega _T) \quad \Rightarrow \quad Du\in L^q(\Omega \times (\delta ,T)) \end{aligned}$$ for any \(q>p\) and \(\delta \in (0,T)\) , together with quantitative estimates. This result is proved in a much more general setting, i.e. for asymptotically regular parabolic systems.  相似文献

Let Ω denote the upper half-plane ${\mathbb{R}_+^2}$ or the upper half-disk ${D_{\varepsilon}^+\subset \mathbb{R}_+^2}$ of center 0 and radius ${\varepsilon}$ . In this paper we classify the solutions ${v\in\;C^2(\overline{\Omega}\setminus\{0\})}$ to the Neumann problem $$\left\{\begin{array}{lll}{\Delta v+2 Ke^v=0\quad {\rm in}\,\Omega\subseteq \mathbb{R}^2_+=\{(s, t)\in \mathbb{R}^2: t >0 \},}\\ {\frac{\partial v}{\partial t}=c_1e^{v/2}\quad\quad\quad{\rm on}\,\partial\Omega\cap\{s >0 \},}\\ {\frac{\partial v}{\partial t}=c_2e^{v/2}\quad\quad\quad{\rm on}\,\partial\Omega\cap\{s <0 \},}\end{array}\right.$$ where ${K, c_1, c_2 \in \mathbb{R}}$ , with the finite energy condition ${\int_{\Omega} e^v < \infty}$ As a result, we classify the conformal Riemannian metrics of constant curvature and finite area on a half-plane that have a finite number of boundary singularities, not assumed a priori to be conical, and constant geodesic curvature along each boundary arc.  相似文献

We consider the following nonlinear problem in ${\mathbb {R}^N}$ $$- \Delta u +V(|y|)u = u^{p},\quad u > 0 \quad {\rm in}\, \mathbb {R}^N, \quad u \in H^1(\mathbb {R}^N), \quad \quad \quad (0.1)$$ where V(r) is a positive function, ${1< p < {\frac{N+2}{N-2}}}$ . We show that if V(r) has the following expansion: $$V(r) = V_0+\frac a {r^m} +O \left(\frac1{r^{m+\theta}}\right),\quad {\rm as} \, r\to +\infty,$$ where a > 0, m > 1, θ > 0, and V 0 > 0 are some constants, then (0.1) has infinitely many non-radial positive solutions, whose energy can be made arbitrarily large.  相似文献

In this article, we discuss the recent work of Lin and Zhang on the Liouville system of mean field equations: $$\Delta{u}_i+\sum_{j}a_{ij}\rho_{j} ({\frac{{h_j}e^{u_{j}}}{\int_{M}{h_{j}e^{u_{j}}}}-{\frac{1}{|M|}}})=0\,\, \quad{\rm on}\, M,$$ where M is a compact Riemann surface and |M| is the area, or $$\Delta{u}_i+\sum_{j}a_{ij}\rho_{j} \frac{{h_j}e^{u_{j}}}{\int_{\Omega}{h_{j}e^{u_{j}}}}=0\,\, \quad{\rm in}\, \Omega,$$ $${u_j}=0,\,\, \quad{\rm on}\, \partial\Omega, $$ where ?? is a bounded domain in ${\mathbb{R}^2}$ . Among other things, we completely determine the set of non-critical parameters and derive a degree counting formula for these systems.  相似文献

Let Ω be a bounded domain in ${\mathbb{R}^2}$ with smooth boundary. We consider the following singular and critical elliptic problem with discontinuous nonlinearity: $$(P_\lambda)\left \{\begin{array}{ll} - \Delta u = \lambda \left(\frac{m(x, u) e^{\alpha{u}^2}}{|x|^{\beta}} + u^{q}g(u - a)\right),\quad{u} > 0 \quad {\rm in} \quad \Omega\\u \quad \quad = 0\quad {\rm on} \quad \partial \Omega \end{array}\right.$$ where ${0\leq q < 1 ,0< \alpha\leq4\pi}$ and ${\beta \in [0, 2)}$ such that ${\frac{\beta}{2} + \frac{\alpha}{4\pi} \leq 1}$ and ${{g(t - a) = \left\{\begin{array}{ll}1, t \leq a\\ 0, t > a.\end{array}\right.}}$ Under the suitable assumptions on m(x, t) we show the existence and multiplicity of solutions for maximal interval for λ.  相似文献

In this paper we study the number of the boundary single peak solutions of the problem $$\left\{\begin{array}{ll} -\varepsilon^{2} \Delta u + u = u^{p}, \quad {\rm in}\, \Omega \\ u > 0, \quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad {\rm in}\, \Omega \\ \frac{\partial u}{\partial {\nu}} = 0, \quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\,\,\, {\rm on}\, \partial {\Omega}\end{array}\right.$$ for ${\varepsilon}$ small and p subcritical. Under some suitable assumptions on the shape of the boundary near a critical point of the mean curvature, we are able to prove exact multiplicity results. Note that the degeneracy of the critical point is allowed.  相似文献

We study existence, uniqueness and asymptotic behavior near the boundary of solutions of the problem $$\left\{\begin{array}{ll}-F(D^{2} u) + \beta (u) = f \quad {\rm in} \, \Omega, \\ u = + \infty \quad \quad \quad \quad \quad \quad \,\,\,\, {\rm on}\, \partial \Omega, \end{array} \right.\quad \quad \quad \quad \quad {\rm (P)}$$ where Ω is a bounded smooth domain in ${{\mathbb R}^N, N >1 , F}$ is a fully nonlinear elliptic operator and β is a nondecreasing continuous function. Assuming that β satisfies the Keller–Osserman condition, we obtain existence results which apply to ${f \in L^\infty_{loc}(\Omega)}$ or f having only local integrability properties where viscosity solutions are well defined, i.e. ${f \in L^N_{loc}(\Omega)}$ . Besides, we find the asymptotic behavior near the boundary of solutions of (P) for a wide class of functions ${f \in \mathcal{C}(\Omega)}$ . Based in this behavior, we also prove uniqueness.  相似文献

We consider the following q-eigenvalue problem for the p-Laplacian $$\left\{\begin{array}{ll}-{\rm div}\big( |\nabla u|^{p-2}\nabla u\big) = \lambda \|u\|_{L^{q}(\Omega)}^{p-q}|u|^{q-2}u \quad \quad\, {\rm in} \,\,\,\, \Omega\\ \quad\quad\quad \quad \quad \quad u = 0 \quad\qquad\qquad \quad\quad \,\,{\rm on } \,\,\,\, \partial\Omega,\end{array}\right.$$ where \({\lambda\in\mathbb{R},}\) p > 1, Ω is a bounded and smooth domain of \({\mathbb{R}^{N},}\) N > 1, \({1\leq q < p^{\star}}\) , \({p^{\star}=\frac{Np}{N-p}}\) if p < N and \({p^{\star}=\infty}\) if \({p\geq N.}\) Let λ q denote the first q-eigenvalue. We prove that in the super-linear case, \({p < q < p^{\star},}\) there exists \({\epsilon_{q}>0}\) such that if \({\lambda\in(\lambda_{q},\lambda _{q}+\epsilon_{q})}\) is a q-eigenvalue, then any corresponding q-eigenfunction does not change sign in Ω. As a consequence of this result we obtain, in the super-linear case, the isolatedness of λ q for those Ω such that the Lane–Emden problem $$\left\{\begin{array}{ll}-{\rm div}\big(|\nabla u|^{p-2}\nabla u\big) = |u|^{q-2}u \qquad\quad\quad\quad \,\,{\rm in}\,\,\,\Omega\\ \quad\quad\quad \quad \quad \quad u = 0 \quad\qquad\qquad \quad\quad \,{\rm on } \,\,\, \partial\Omega,\end{array}\right.$$ has exactly one positive solution.

(1) 1 $$\left\| {\left. {\sum\limits_{k = 1}^\infty \Omega (|S_k (x) - f(x)|)} \right\|_C } \right.$$ то 1 $$\omega (f;\delta ) = O\left( {\delta \int\limits_\delta ^1 {\frac{{\bar \Omega (v)}}{{v^2 }}dv} } \right),$$ где ¯Ω(v) —функция, обратная к Ω(и).

Following the work of G. Citti and F. Uguzzoni who studied Yamabe type problems on Heisenberg group domains, we consider here the following critical semi-linear equation on domains of the Heisenberg group ${{\mathbb{H}^1}}$ : $$(P) \left\{\begin{array}{lll}-{\Delta_{H}}u\quad =\quad K{u^{3}}\quad\,{\rm in}\,\,\Omega,\\ \quad\quad\,{u}\quad > \quad0\qquad\,\,\,\,{\rm in}\,\,\Omega,\\ \quad\quad\,{u}\quad = \quad 0 \quad\quad\,\,\,{\rm on}\,\partial \Omega, \end{array}\right. $$ where Δ H is the sublaplacian on ${{\mathbb{H}^1}}$ and K is a C 3 positive function defined on Ω. Using a version of the Morse Lemma at infinity, we give necessary conditions on K to insure the existence of solutions for (P).  相似文献

We discuss the spectrum of a symmetric elliptic differential operator A with domain \(\mathop {H^m }\limits^o (\Omega ) \cap H^{2m} (\Omega )\) in regions Ω with unbounded boundary \(\dot \Omega \) , where are \(\bar \Omega \) uniformely of class C2m and on \(\dot \Omega \) the normal condition x·ν(x)≦μ for sufficient small positiveμ. We prove the A-priori-estimate \(\parallel u\parallel _{m,\Omega } \leqq c\parallel (l + r) (A - k)u\parallel _{o,\Omega } \) and show for all k>k, k≧0 suitable, there are no eigenvalues of A and by characterizing weighted Sobolev spaces with negative norm the existence of solutions \((l + r)_2 ^{ - 1} u \in \mathop H\limits^0{^m} (\Omega ) \cap H^{2m} (\Omega )\) of the equation (A?k)u=f, (1+r)f∈L2(Ω).  相似文献

We consider the system ${-\Delta{u}_{j} + a(x)u_{j} = \mu_{j}u^{3}_{j} + \beta \sum_{k \neq j} u^{2}_{k}u_{j}}$ , u j > 0, j = 1, . . . , n, on a possibly unbounded domain ${\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^{N}, N \leq 3}$ , with Dirichlet boundary conditions. The system appears in nonlinear optics and in the analysis of mixtures of Bose–Einstein condensates. We consider the self-focussing (attractive self-interaction) case ${\mu_{1}, \ldots, \mu_{n} > 0}$ and take ${\beta \in \mathbb{R}}$ as bifurcation parameter. There exists a branch of positive solutions with uj/uk being constant for all ${j, k \in \{1, \ldots, n\}}$ . The main results are concerned with the bifurcation of solutions from this branch. Using a hidden symmetry we are able to prove global bifurcation even when the linearization has even-dimensional kernel (which is always the case when n > 1 is odd).  相似文献

We consider an eigenvalue problem of the form $$\left.\begin{array}{cl}-\Delta_{p} u = \lambda\, K(x)|u|^{p-2}u \quad \mbox{in}\quad \Omega^e\\ u(x) =0 \quad \mbox{for}\quad \partial \Omega\\ u(x) \to 0 \quad \mbox{as}\quad |x| \to \infty,\end{array} \right \}$$ where \({\Omega \subset \mathrm{I\!R\!}^N}\) is a simply connected bounded domain, containing the origin, with C 2 boundary \({\partial \Omega}\) and \({\Omega^e:=\mathrm{I\!R\!^N} \setminus \overline{\Omega}}\) is the exterior domain, \({1 < p < N, \Delta_{p}u:={\rm div}(|\nabla u|^{p-2} \nabla u)}\) is the p-Laplacian operator and \({K \in L^{\infty}(\Omega^e) \cap L^{N/p}(\Omega^e)}\) is a positive function. Existence and properties of principal eigenvalue λ 1 and its corresponding eigenfunction are established which are generally known in bounded domain or in \({\mathrm{I\!R\!}^N}\) . We also establish the decay rate of positive eigenfunction as \({|x| \to \infty}\) as well as near .  相似文献

We consider the following fourth order mean field equation with Navier boundary condition $$\Delta^2 u = \rho \frac{h(x) e^{u}}{\int_\Omega h e^{u}}\,\,{\rm in}\, \Omega,{\quad}u = \Delta u = 0\,\,{\rm on}\,\partial \Omega,\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad\quad(*)$$ where h is a C 2,?? positive function, ?? is a bounded and smooth domain in ${\mathbb{R}^4}$ . We prove that for ${\rho \in (32m\sigma_3, 32(m + 1)\sigma_3)}$ the degree-counting formula for (*) is given by $$d(\rho)=\left\{\begin{array}{ll}\frac{1}{m!} (-\chi (\Omega) +1) \cdot\cdot \cdot (-\chi(\Omega)+m) & {\rm for}\, m >0 ,\\ 1 & {\rm for}\, m=0\end{array}\right.$$ where ??(??) is the Euler characteristic of ??. We consider the problem $$\begin{aligned} -\Delta u=\varepsilon ^{2}e^{u}- \frac{1}{|\Omega |}\int _\Omega \varepsilon ^{2} e^{u}+ {4\pi N\over |\Omega |} - 4 \pi N\delta _p, \quad \text{ in} {\Omega }, \quad \int _\Omega u=0 \end{aligned}$$ in a flat two-torus $\Omega $ with periodic boundary conditions, where $\varepsilon >0,\,|\Omega |$ is the area of the $\Omega $ , $N>0$ and $\delta _p$ is a Dirac mass at $p\in \Omega $ . We prove that if $1\le m<N+1$ then there exists a family of solutions $\{u_\varepsilon \}_{\varepsilon }$ such that $\varepsilon ^{2}e^{u_\varepsilon }\rightharpoonup 8\pi \sum _{i=1}^m\delta _{q_i}$ as $\varepsilon \rightarrow 0$ in measure sense for some different points $q_{1}, \ldots , q_{m}$ . Furthermore, points $q_i$ , $i=1,\dots ,m$ are different from $p$ .  相似文献
