An o‐anisidine‐Pd(OAc)2 catalytic system for the direct co‐catalytic Saegusa oxidation of β‐aryl substituted aldehydes to α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes has been developed. The use of o‐anisidine in place of (S)‐diphenylprolinol made the process more simply and cost‐effective. The process not only features the use of unmodified aldehydes rather than enol silyl ethers, but also gives moderate to good yields (44–72 %).  相似文献

An efficient methodology has been developed for the synthesis of quinoxalin‐2(1H)‐one derivatives of 2‐phenylimidazo[1,2‐a]pyridines by microwave‐irradiated Hinsberg heterocyclization between 2‐phenylimidazo[1,2‐a]pyridine‐3‐glyoxalates and o‐phenylenediamine using either montmorillonite K‐10 or Yb(OTf)3 as catalysts. Montmorillonite K‐10 was proven to be an efficient catalyst for the heterocyclization reaction between sterically hindered glyoxalate and o‐phenylenediamine only under microwave conditions. The use of Yb(OTf)3/tetrahydrofuran was also found to be an effective catalyst for the above chemical transformation among a series of Lewis acids screened under microwave conditions; however, comparatively lesser yields were obtained as compared with the use of montmorillonite K‐10.  相似文献

This work reports the use of two‐dimensional (2D) liquid chromatography system coupled with a tandem mass spectrometry for the quantification of ampicillin in bovine milk. A restrict access media column (RAM‐BSA C8, 50 × 2.1 mm, Luna, 10 μm, 100 Å) was used in the first dimension in order to exclude macromolecules, while an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (50 × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) column was used in the second dimension. Three different channels of selected reaction monitoring (SRM) were used: 350 > 106 m/z, 350 > 160 m/z, and 350 > 192 m/z. The first transition was used for the quantification (higher intensity), and latter two for confirmation. The developed method is simple and requires a total analysis time of only 14 min/sample. The sample treatment involved only a centrifugation step for 20 min. The validated method has been successfully applied to monitor AMP residues in raw milk samples. To our knowledge, this is the first study to report the use of ultrahigh‐performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) in 2D configuration.  相似文献

l-Asparaginase (ASNase) has proved its use in medical and food industries. Sequence-based screening showed the thermophilic Streptomyces strain Streptomyces thermoluteus subsp. fuscus NBRC 14270 (14270 ASNase) to positive against predicted ASNase primary sequences. The 14270 ASNase gene and four l-asparaginase genes from Streptomyces coelicolor, Streptomyces avermitilis, and Streptomyces griseus (SGR ASNase) were expressed in Streptomyces lividans using a hyperexpression vector: pTONA5a. Among those genes, only 14270 ASNase and SGR ASNase were successful for overexpression and detected in culture supernatants without an artificial signal peptide. Comparison of the two Streptomyces enzymes described above demonstrated that 14270 ASNase was superior to SGR ASNase in terms of optimum temperature, thermal stability, and pH stability.  相似文献

The chemo‐selective reaction of 2‐amino‐N′‐arylbenzohydrazide and ketonic acid catalyzed by iodine was used to synthesize various 2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐ones efficiently. The use of levulinic acid furnished a series of 2,3,3a,4‐tetrahydropyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinazoline‐1,5‐diones in high yields, while acetobutyric acid only afforded the quinazoline skeletons without forming the second pyridine ring. Using alcohol as the solvent instead of ionic liquids, a subsequent esterification was performed with the carboxylic group of acetobutyric acid substrate in one‐pot manner.  相似文献

Large aza‐analogues of curved polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with a double‐helicene structure present unique features for molecular photonics. We present the preparation and characterization of three such structures. The synthesis of these heterocyclic nanographenes involves only a few high‐yield steps that use readily available starting materials. X‐ray analysis revealed that each of these new dyes has three conformational isomers: one diastereoisomer in a meso form and two enantiomers in twisted forms [(P,P)] and [(M,M)]. The low energy barriers between the conformers, however, prevent their separation by using chiral HPLC, and the NMR spectra show only one set of signals for each of these curved compounds. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations quantify the small energy difference and the small energy barriers between the chiral and meso forms, which fully supports the experimental results. Their optical absorption lacks any sensitivity to the solvent environment, whereas their fluorescence features exhibit pronounced solvatochromism. This rarely observed solvatofluorochromism of centrosymmetric molecules without either electron‐withdrawing groups or ‐donating substituents was probed by using time‐resolved spectroscopy. These studies suggest that, similar to 9,9′‐bianthryl, the nonpolar locally excited state shows negligible solvatochromism, whereas the charge‐transfer state is sensitive to solvent polarity.  相似文献

The oxidation of N-aminophthalimide with lead tetraacetate in the presence of 5-[(E)-2-arylethenyl]-3-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazoles and 5-(4-methylphenyl)-3-[E)-2-phenyl-ethenyl]-1,2,4-oxadiazole led to the formation of the corresponding (3-aryl-1-phthalimidoaziridin-2-yl)-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazoles. In the reaction with 3,5-distyryl-1,2,4-oxadiazole a mixture was obtained of two regioisomeric monoadducts and a diadduct in the ratio 80 : 15: 5; at the use of 3 equiv of the aziridinating reagents only diadduct was isolated as a mixture of two diastereoisomers in the ∼3 : 2 ratio that were separated by recrystallization.  相似文献

Highly thermo‐ and photostable, near‐infrared‐absorbing heptamethine cyanine dyes were achieved with the use of fluorine‐containing components. In particular, one prepared heptamethine cyanine dye, bearing a tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)borate as a counter anion and an N‐ethyl‐2,2,2‐trifluoroacetamido group at the meso position, showed not only a high decomposition temperature (Tdt), but also very high photostability toward white LED irradiation.  相似文献

Electrochemical behaviour of 12 icosahedral carboranes – ortho‐, meta‐ and para‐carborane with different exo‐skeletal substituents was investigated. The study was done using phosphate buffers, in some cases with 20 % and 30 % dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) addition to increase the solubility of studied compounds. Commercial glassy carbon electrode or home‐made screen printed electrodes were used. Distinct electrochemical responses were observed only for the ortho‐carborane and its exo‐skeletal derivatives. The study of different exo‐skeletal substituents on the electrochemical behaviour of the carboranes is crucial for the intended use of these compounds as electrochemical labels of biomolecules.  相似文献

The use of stimuli to induce reversible structural transformations in metallosupramolecular systems is of keen interest to chemists seeking to mimic the way that Nature effects conformational changes in biological machinery. While a wide array of stimuli have been deployed towards this end, stoichiometric changes have only been explored in a handful of examples. Furthermore, switching has generally been between only two distinct states. Here we use a simple 2‐(1‐(pyridine‐4‐methyl)‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)pyridine “click” ligand in combination with PdII in various stoichiometries and concentrations to quantitatively access and cycle between three distinct species: a [PdL2]2+ monomer, a [Pd2L2]4+ dimer, and a [Pd9L12]18+ cage.  相似文献

Halogen bonds involving an aromatic moiety as an acceptor, otherwise known as R?X???π interactions, have increasingly been recognized as being important in materials and in protein–ligand complexes. These types of interactions have been the subject of many recent investigations, but little is known about the ways in which the strengths of R?X???π interactions vary as a function of the relative geometries of the interacting pairs. Here we use the accurate CCSD(T) and SAPT2+3δMP2 methods to investigate the potential energy landscapes for systems of HBr, HCCBr, and NCBr complexed with benzene. It is found that only the separation between the complexed molecules have a strong effect on interaction strength while other geometric parameters, such as tilting and shifting R?Br???π donor relative to the benzene plane, affect these interactions only mildly. Importantly, it is found that the C6v (T‐shaped) configuration is not the global minimum for any of the dimers investigated.  相似文献

Poly(p‐xylylene)s (PPX) have found wide applications in various fields owing to their chemical robustness, low gas permeability and excellent dielectric properties. As a structural isomer of PPX, poly(o‐xylylene)s (POX), possessing a distinct main‐chain connectivity, are excellent candidates to pursue high‐performance materials; however, the investigation of POX is hampered by the lack of efficient synthetic methods. Herein, we report a straightforward way to access POXs through a cobalt‐catalyzed reductive polymerization. This method not only allows the direct preparation of electronically unmodified POXs, but also enables the copolymerization between o‐xylylene dibromides bearing different aryl or benzylic substituents. The glass transition temperatures of the copolymers can be finely tuned by varying the ratio between comonomers. The obtained POXs are solvent processible and amenable for thin‐film fabrication. As aryl bromide moiety remains untouched during the polymerization, post‐polymerization functionalization is easily achieved through Suzuki‐Miyaura coupling reaction. The chemistry also enables the copolymerization of xylylene dibromide regioisomers, thereby leading to diversified non‐conjugated polymers, whose backbones are rich in arylene moieties. Moreover, the use of the polymerization strategy to synthesize structurally novel porous polymers is demonstrated.  相似文献

The enantio‐separations of eight 2‐arylpropionic acid nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (2‐APA NSAIDs) were established using reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography with hydroxypropyl‐β‐cyclodextrin (HP‐β‐CD) as chiral mobile phase additive for studying the stereoselective skin permeation of suprofen, ketoprofen, naproxen, indoprofen, fenoprofen, furbiprofen, ibuprofen and carprofen. The effects of the mobile phase composition, concentration of HP‐β‐CD and column temperature on retention and enantioselective separation were investigated. With 2‐APA NSAIDs as acidic analytes, the retention times and resolutions of the enantiomers were strongly related to the pH of the mobile phase. In addition, both the concentration of HP‐β‐CD and temperature had a great effect on retention time, but only a slight or almost no effect on resolutions of the analytes. Enantioseparations were achieved on a Shimpack CLC‐ODS (150 × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) column. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and phosphate buffer (pH 4.0–5.5, 20 mM) containing 25 mM HP‐β‐CD. This method was flexible, simple and economically advantageous over the use of chiral stationary phase, and was successfully applied to the enantioselective determination of the racemic 2‐APA NSAIDs in an enantioselective skin permeation study. Quantum chemical results will be presented on drugs, carcinogens, teratogens, and endogenous biomolecules using our new nonempirical ab initio MODPOT /VRDDO method, which incorporates as options to our ab initio LCAO -MO -SCF /CI programs ab initio effective core model potentials (MODPOT ) permitting one to calculate only the valence electrons explicitly yet accurately and an integral prescreening technique (VRDDO , variable retention of diatomic differential overlap) especially effective for spatially extended molecules. For molecules of the size of those of interest the MODPOT /VRDDO calculations run an order-of-magnitude faster than with our own fast ab initio programs and still retain accuracy to the third decimal place for the valence electron properties. We have also just implemented a new efficient MERGE technique which allows us to reuse integrals from a common skeletal fragment and only to have to recalculate those for a new atom or group or a change in its position. Examples will be presented of the use of this technique on a carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and its metabolites. The pKa's, oil-water partition, and drug distribution coefficients as a sensitive function of pH have been measured for a number of drugs as well as for relevant endogenous biomolecules. The pH dependence of the lipophilicities of such molecules has profound implication on appropriate use of such data in QSAR studies.  相似文献

In this work, the tuneability of the π acceptor or donor properties of a set of N‐heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) with a wide spectrum of electronic characteristics is established by means of density functional theory and energy decomposition analysis (EDA) tools. Even though the main orbital interaction contribution to the NHC coordination is the σ donation, a significant contribution of the π interactions to the bond is observed. By means of carefully selected coordination sites, different contributions to the π interactions could be identified and isolated. It includes not only the well known back donation and donation interactions, but also the intrafragment polarization, which has not been considered in previous studies. This can be obtained through the use of the extended transition state method for EDA combined with the natural orbitals for chemical valence and the constrained space orbital variation analysis. The contributions vary with the position of the heteroatoms and the presence of exocyclic substituents; the donation/backdonation π interactions between NHC and the coordination site can range between 2 and 61% of the total π orbital interactions, while the rest is owed to intrafragment polarization. Our results do not only contribute to the understanding of the electronic structure of NHC‐based complexes, giving ways to improve their catalytic properties, but also provide comprehension on the modelization methods used to study their donor–acceptor interactions. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Four‐component relativistic calculations of 77Se–13C spin–spin coupling constants have been performed in the series of selenium heterocycles and their parent open‐chain selenides. It has been found that relativistic effects play an essential role in the selenium–carbon coupling mechanism and could result in a contribution of as much as 15–25% of the total values of the one‐bond selenium–carbon spin‐spin coupling constants. In the overall contribution of the relativistic effects to the total values of 1J(Se,C), the scalar relativistic corrections (negative in sign) by far dominate over the spin‐orbit ones (positive in sign), the latter being of less than 5%, as compared to the former (ca 20%). A combination of nonrelativistic second‐order polarization propagator approach (CC2) with the four‐component relativistic density functional theory scheme is recommended as a versatile tool for the calculation of 1J(Se,C). Solvent effects in the values of 1J(Se,C) calculated within the polarizable continuum model for the solvents with different dielectric constants (ε 2.2–78.4) are next to negligible decreasing negative 1J(Se,C) in absolute value by only about 1 Hz. The use of the locally dense basis set approach applied herewith for the calculation of 77Se–13C spin‐spin coupling constants is fully justified resulting in a dramatic decrease in computational cost with only 0.1–0.2‐Hz loss of accuracy. Summary The use of a Zr-Au-Lu alloy allows the simultaneous determination of all neutron spectrum parameters relevant to the k-0standardization of NAA, in terms of both the Høgdahl and the Westcott convention. The present paper reports on the fundamental aspects (theoretical considerations, desired composition; gamma-spectrometry protocol) of this “all-in-one” alloy and on the experimental results (radiation stability; homogeneity tests) obtained for a variety of prototypes that were produced by some firms specialized in alloying technology. It is concluded that for the most recently produced material all criteria are fulfilled to pass on to the development of a certified Zr-Au-Lu alloy, which would be quite useful not only in the practice of k-0NAA, but for neutron spectrum monitoring in general.  相似文献

The combination of light activation and N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) organocatalysis has enabled the use of acid fluorides as substrates in a UVA‐light‐mediated photochemical transformation previously observed only with aromatic aldehydes and ketones. Stoichiometric studies and TD‐DFT calculations support a mechanism involving the photoactivation of an ortho‐toluoyl azolium intermediate, which exhibits “ketone‐like” photochemical reactivity under UVA irradiation. Using this photo‐NHC catalysis approach, a novel photoenolization/Diels–Alder (PEDA) process was developed that leads to diverse isochroman‐1‐one derivatives.  相似文献

Calixarenes are exciting class of organic macromolecules and proved to be an excellent sensing material for optical and mass transaction based sensors. The limited conductivity of calixarenes is a major impediment for the development of calixarene‐only chemiresistive sensors. The authors report on a calixarene‐based chemiresistor that is based on a hybrid material obtained by non‐covalent functionalization of SWCNTs with calixarene. This has two beneficial effects: (a) The use of SWCNT eliminates the conductivity issue, and this enables low‐power chemiresistive sensing; (b) the excellent affinity of calixarenes for certain analytes improves sensitivity. The hybrid material was fabricated by solvent casting, and its formation was confirmed by structural (SEM and TEM), electrical (IDVD and IDVG), and spectroscopic (Raman and ATR‐IR) characterizations. The resulting sensing device, operated typically at +1 V, undergoes an increase in resistance upon exposure to successive increments in concentration from 50 to 250 ppm for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes, commonly known as BTEX. Respective limits of detection are 25, 7.5, 6.5, and 4 ppm. This is well below their Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) permissible exposure limit (PEL) except for benzene. A mechanistic study for BTEX was performed via field‐effect transistor measurements, and this suggested that the sensing mechanism is dominated by an electrostatic gating effect. In our perception, the availability of a wide variety of calixarenes generates wide perspectives for calixarene‐only based SWCNT‐calixarene hybrid sensor arrays for the realization of electronic nose application.  相似文献
