A novel chemoselective protocol for the carbonylative Suzuki coupling of benzyl chlorides with aryl boronic acids at low pressure of carbon monoxide has been developed. Applying a commercially available palladium acetate/PCy3 catalyst system in the presence of potassium phosphate as the base and water as the solvent the coupling reactions proceeded smoothly. To demonstrate the general applicability 12 different α-arylated acetophenones have been synthesized in moderate to good yields (41-78%) under mild conditions.  相似文献

Carbohydrate-substituted phosphines are easily obtained in quite good yields by coupling of protected or non-protected d-glucosamine with the corresponding diphenylphosphino acid. These neutral ligands, in association with palladium acetate, are very active catalysts in the Suzuki cross-coupling reaction. The polyhydroxy phosphines are more active than the peracetylated phosphines. The process tolerates electron-rich as well as electron-poor substituents. Excellent turnovers, up to 97?000 are observed.  相似文献

Three iminophosphine ligands having soft phosphorus and hard nitrogen atoms and their Pd(II) complexes were synthesized and characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic techniques. Also, electrochemical properties of the iminophosphines and their Pd(II) complexes were investigated in acetonitrile–tetrabutylammonium perchlorate solution with cyclic and square wave voltammetry techniques. All Pd(II) complexes were evaluated as catalysts for carbonylative cross‐coupling reactions of aryl iodides with phenylboronic acid. The Suzuki carbonylation of aryl iodides at 80 °C under balloon pressure of carbon monoxide in the presence of K2CO3 as a base was examined, and good to high conversions and excellent selectivities were obtained.  相似文献

A highly efficient Suzuki cross-coupling reaction between benzylic halides and aryl boronic acids using palladium chloride as catalyst in acetone:water (3:1) as the solvent system has been developed. High yields of products, mild reaction conditions and short reaction times in the absence of ligand are important features of this method.  相似文献

N-aryl bromodifluoroacetimidoyl halides were prepared by the reaction of bromodifluoroacetic acid, triphenyl phosphine, p-arylaniline and triethylamine in tetrachloromethane in good yields. Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of N-aryl bromodifluoroimidoyl iodide with arylboronic acids was realized to afford bromodifuoromethyl ketimine in good yields.  相似文献

Carbonylative cross-coupling of different pyridyl halides with various boronic acids was studied using catalytic systems constituted of N-heterocyclic carbene type ligands and palladium. These systems easily obtained in situ from the corresponding imidazolium salt and palladium acetate appear more efficient toward bromopyridines than catalysts based on hindered and basic alkylphosphines such as tricyclohexylphosphine. Their higher efficiency was also evidenced by coupling using chloro- or dichloropyridines and chloroquinolines, which practically do not react with catalytic systems based on phosphines.  相似文献

A practical heterogeneous palladium‐catalyzed carbonylative Suzuki coupling of aryl iodides with arylboronic acids under carbon monoxide gas‐free conditions has been developed using a bidentate phosphino‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticle‐immobilized palladium(II) complex as catalyst. Formic acid was utilized as the carbon monoxide source with dicyclohexylcarbodiimide as the activator, and a wide variety of biaryl ketones were generated in moderate to high yields. The new heterogeneous palladium catalyst can be prepared via a simple procedure and can easily be separated from a reaction mixture by simply applying an external magnet and recycled up to 10 times without any loss of activity.  相似文献

[formula: see text] The first general intermolecular C-N bond-forming reactions between aryl halides and amides were realized using a palladium catalyst with Xantphos as the ligand. Aryl triflates, carbamates, and sulfonamides are also viable substrates for the amidations, which proceed at 45-110 degrees C with 1-4 mol% of Pd catalyst in 66-99% yields and exhibit good functional group compatibility.  相似文献

A palladium-catalyzed decarboxylative cross-coupling of potassium 2- and 4-nitrophenyl acetates with aryl chlorides and bromides has been developed. Because the nitro group can be readily converted to many other functional groups, the new reaction provides a useful method for the preparation of diverse 1,1-diaryl methanes and their derivatives.  相似文献

A mild, palladium-catalyzed coupling of aryl halides with ammonia or lithium amide to form primary arylamines as the major product is described. These reactions occurred with excellent selectivity for formation of the primary arylamine over formation of the diarylamine (9.5:1 to over 50:1 ratios of arylamine to diarylamine). In addition, the first organopalladium complex with a terminal -NH2 ligand has been isolated. This complex reductively eliminates to form arylamines.  相似文献

A highly efficient and green process for palladium-catalyzed deacetonative coupling of aryl propargylic alcohols with aryl chlorides has been developed. The reaction occurs smoothly in neat water with 2?mol% PdCl2 as catalyst, and various synthetically useful functional groups, including ether, aldehyde, ketone, and heterocyclics, are well tolerated. Moreover, the reaction could proceed through a consecutive Sonogashira/deacetonative process using 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol and aryl chlorides as coupling partners, affording the symmetric alkynes in good yields.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed C-N cross coupling of sulfinamides and aryl halides is reported. In the presence of Pd(2)(dba)(3), tBuXPhos, NaOH, and a small amount of water, the C-N cross coupling of chiral tert-butanesulfinamide and aryl halides was accomplished to give N-aryl tert-butanesulfinamide without racemization, and the coupling of racemic p-toluenesulfinamide smoothly afforded N-aryl p-toluenesulfinamides. 2-Bromopyridine was also suitable for the coupling. Addition of a small amount of water to the catalytic system was of importance to obtain high yields.  相似文献
