合成了3-(水杨酰肼)-丁基-2-酮肟H2L(1,C11H13N3O3)和2个镍的3-(水杨酰肼)-丁基-2-酮肟化合物[Ni(HL)(CH3COO-)(C5H5N)2](2)和[Ni(HL)2]·2C3H7NO(3)。化合物1晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n,晶体学参数为:a=0.451 87(2) nm,b=2.086 8(1) nm,c=1.224 48(9) nm,β=94.974(3)°,V=1.150 3(1) nm3Z=4,Dc=1.358 g·cm-3,μ=0.101 mm-1F(000)=496,R=0.0435,wR=0.142 5。化合物2晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n,晶体学参数为:a=1.362 39(8) nm,b=1.345 37(6) nm,c=1.438 54(7) nm,β=113.138(3)°,V=2.424 6(2) nm3Z=4,Dc=1.398 g·cm-3,μ=0.843mm-1F(000)=1 064,R=0.042 4,wR=0.116 6。化合物3晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶体学参数为:a=1.104 22(7) nm,b=2.860 1(1) nm,c=1.114 13(7)nm,β=114.589(5)°,V=3.199 5(3) nm3Z=4,Dc=1.398 g·cm-3,μ=0.667 mm-1F(000)=1 416,R=0.057 6,wR=0.1535。在化合物1晶体中,酮肟分子之间通过分子间氢键形成二维网状结构。在化合物2中,每个镍(Ⅱ)离子由1个3-(水杨酰肼)-丁基-2-酮肟的2个氮原子和1个氧原子,2个吡啶分子中的2个氮原子和1个乙酸根中的1个氧原子形成畸变的NiN4O2八面体配位构型,存在分子内氢键O-H(肟)…O(乙酸根)和O-H(酚)…N(酰肼)。在化合物3晶体中,每个镍(Ⅱ)离子由2个3-(水杨酰肼)-丁基-2-酮肟的4个氮原子和2个氧原子配位,形成畸变的NiN4O2八面体配位构型。晶体中存在O-H…O和O-H…N两种分子内氢键和O-H…O分子间氢键。  相似文献

以5-氯水杨醛和邻溴苯胺为原料合成了一种新的Schiff碱配体2-[(2-溴苯胺基)甲基]-4-氯苯酚(1)(C13H9BrClNO,H2L),继而与过渡金属铜离子配合,得到其配合物2 ([Cu(C13H8BrClNO)2],CuL2)。通过X-射线衍射法对配体及其配合物进行了结构表征。化合物1属正交晶系,Pbca空间群,晶胞参数a=0.710 19(12) nm,b=1.308 2(2) nm,c=2.533 3(5) nm,Mr=310.57,V=2.353 6(7) nm3,Dc=1.753 g·cm-3,Z=8,μ=3.700 mm-1,Z=8,F(000)=1 232,R=0.025 0,wR=0.055 5;化合物1依靠分子间的C-H…N,C-H…O,C-H…Cl 氢键及π-π堆积作用进一步联结成二维网状结构。化合物2属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数a=0.956 8(2) nm,b= 1.085 3(3) nm,c=1.204 7(3) nm,β=105.965(7)°,Mr=682.67,V=1.202 8(6) nm3,Dc=1.885 g·cm-3,Z=2,μ=4.481 mm-1,F(000)=670,R=0.045 0,wR=0.122 5。2依靠分子间C-H…π作用及卤素…卤素作用进一步联结成三维网状结构。  相似文献

Copper(Ⅱ) complexes Cu(C6H6N2)2(ClO4)2 (1) and Cu2(OAc)4(C5H5ClN2)2 (2) with amino-pyridine deriva-tives ligands have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum. Their crystal struc-tures are determined by X-ray diffraction method. Compound 1, C12H16C12CuN4O8Mr=478.73, triclinic, space group , a=0.7641(1)nm, b=0.7987(1)nm, c=0.7990(1)nm, α=106.78(1)°,β=95.71(1)°, γ=108.85(1)°, V=0.4317(1)nm3Z=1, Dc=1.841g·cm-3, μ=1.627mm-1F(000) =243,R1=0.0264, ωR2=0.0641 (I>2σ(I)). In 1, the center metal ion Cu(Ⅱ) possesses distorted octahedral geometry. Compound 2, C18H22C12Cu2N4O8Mr=620.38,monoclinic, space group C2/ca=1.9888(3), b=0.9158(1), c=1.4241(2)nm, β=115.89(1)°, V=2.3336(5)nm3Z=4, Dc=1.766mg·cm-3, μ=2.104mm-1F(000)=1256, R1=0.0263, wR2=0.0676 (I>2σ(I)). 合成了镍的戊三酮二水杨酰腙配合物Ni(C19H16N4O5)的两个同质异晶,测定其晶体结构。该配合物的两个晶体均属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶体1晶胞参数为:a=1.03076(9)nm,b=1.9105(1)nm,c=0.93305(8)nm,β=101.490(4)°,Z=4,μ=1.119mm-1,R=0.0370;晶体2晶胞参数为:a=2.1949(3)nm,b=0.9901(2)nm,c=0.8568(1)nm,β=92.799(6)°,Z=4,μ=1.084mm-1,R=0.0440。两个晶体中镍原子由多啮配体的二个酰氧原子和二个肼氮原子形成平面正方形配位。对配合物的红外光谱进行归属。  相似文献

The complexes of [Ag2Pd2(μ-dppm)2(μ-S2CNC4H8)23-S2CNC4H8)2](SbF6)2·Et2O (1) and [AgPd(S2CN C4H8)(μ-dppm)2](SbF6)·H2O (2)were synthesized and their single crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. The complex 1 is monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=1.14370(3)nm, b=1.39025(4)nm, c=2.93579(8)nm, β=95.173(1)°, V=4.6490(2)nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.716g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=1682cm-1, F(000)=2384, Mr=2401.98, R=0.0662, wR=0.1302. The complex 2 is monoclinic system, space group Cc with a=2.74136(6)nm, b=1.04317(2)nm, c=2.523990(10)nm, β=95.173(1)°, V=4.6490(2)nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.716g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=1682cm-1, F(000)=2384, Mr=2401.98, R=0.0662, wR=0.1302. The title coordination compound with N-substituted-salicyl Schiff ligand, Cu(C15H12N2O3)(C5H5N), has been synthesized. The coordination compound crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a=2.037 62(7) nm, b=0.698 45(2)nm, c=2.508 76(9)nm, V=3.570 4(2) nm3, Z=8, F(000)=1 688, Dc=1.529 g·cm-3, Mr=410.91, μ=1.250 mm-1, R=0.031 3 and wR=0.077 0. In the coordination compound, one phenolate oxygen, one carbonyl oxygen and one hydrazine nitrogen atom from the dianionic ligand N-salicylaldehyde-N′-(4-methoxybenzoyl) hydrazone and one pyridine nitrogen atom coordinate to Cu(Ⅱ) ion, forming a distorted square plane. A biased bimetallic Fe-Fe complex Cp*Fe(dppe)(C≡CFc) (1) was synthesized from FcC≡CH (Fc=C5H4FeC5H5) and Cp*Fe(dppe)Cl (Cp*=C5Me5). Its one-electron oxidation species [Cp*Fe(dppe)(C≡CFc)][PF6] (1a) was also prepared and the spectroscopic properties of 1a was studied. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of 1 shows that ferrocenylacetylene is bonded at the terminal carbon to the iron center in the Cp*Fe(dppe) part. Crystallographic data for 1: monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a=4.067 65(14) nm, b=1.260 74(4) nm, c=1.649 89(5) nm, β=104.387(10)°, V=8.195 7(5) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.354 g·cm-3, F(000)=3512, μ=0.822 mm-1. 用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of 2-carbonyl-substituted 2H-azirines with ethyl 2-cyano-2-diazoacetate or 2-diazo-3,3,3-trifluoropropionate provides an easy access to 2H-1,3-oxazines and 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ones. These compounds can be selectively prepared from the same starting material using temperature as the only varied parameter. The 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, a common precursor for both heterocyclic products, isomerizes into 2H-1,3-oxazine under kinetic control, while 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one is the sole product of the reaction at elevated temperatures. According to DFT-calculations a one-atom oxazine ring contraction involving ring-opening to a 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, followed by a 1,5- and 1,2-prototropic shift leads to the consecutive formation of imidoylketene and azomethine ylide, which then further undergo cyclization to the pyrrole derivative.  相似文献

Scope of the copper catalyzed/mediated selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction has been studied for the synthesis of isoselenazolones. It is noticed that the 2-chloro, 2-bromo-, and 2-iodo-aryl amides substrates can be exploited in the selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction by employing 25-100 mol % of CuI/1,10-phenanthroline (L) and potassium carbonate as a base in DMF. Furthermore, electron rich 2-chloro-arylamides also underwent selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction to give biologically important selenium-nitrogen heterocycles. Also, copper-catalyzed selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction has been meticulously applied for the synthesis of diaryl diselenides having methoxy, amine, and amide functionality from respective aryl iodides in the presence of stoichiometric amount of succinimide as an external Se-N coupling partner.  相似文献

A series of novel N-methyl morpholine (Nmm) based ionic liquids with 1,2-propanediol group were synthesized and used as catalysts for Knoevenagel condensation at room temperature in water. Under the effect of the catalyst, various aldehydes or aliphatic ketones could react with a wide range of activated methylene compounds well, including malononitrile, alkyl cyanoacetate, cyanoacetamide, β-diketone, barbituric acid, 2-arylacetonitrile and thiazolidinedione. Furthermore, most of the products could be separated just by filtrating and washing with water. Additionally, the catalyst is recyclable and applicable for the large-scale synthesis.  相似文献

A series of polyheterocyclic spirotetrahydrothiophene derivatives were obtained in moderate to excellent yields via a catalyst-free sulfa-Michael/aldol cascade reaction of chalcones 1 and commercially available 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol 2 under mild conditions. We also present the first asymmetric sulfa-Michael/aldol cascade reaction of chalcones 1 and commercially available 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol 2 with moderate to good enantioselectivities catalyzed by readily available chiral phase-transfer catalysts (PTCs).  相似文献

Both soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) inhibitors ODQ 1 and NS2028 2 are synthesized via improved protocols. In the former case treating 3,4-dihydroquinoxalin-2(1H)-one oxime 8, which can be prepared in two steps from 1,2-benzenediamine, with 1,1′-carbonyldiimidazole (CDI) gives the dihydro-ODQ 10 that in the presence of KMnO4 oxidises to give ODQ 1 in an overall yield of 46% starting from 1,2-benzenediamine. In the latter case, the synthesis affords NS2028 2 from 2-amino-4-bromophenol 3 in three steps with an overall yield of 85% and avoids the need for chromatography. Furthermore, Suzuki-Miyaura reaction conditions are described that enable the preparation of 8-aryl and 8-heteroaryl derivatives of NS2028 directly from NS2028 2. Finally, demethylation of the 8-(methoxyphenyl) substituted analogues afforded the 8-(hydroxyphenyl) derivatives 40-42. All new products are fully characterised.  相似文献
