The Eu-Tetracycline(TC)-TOPO-sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)system wasstudied,Experiments showed that the maximum fluorescence intensity was obtainedin the pH range of 7.5-8.7 and the concentrations of Eu~(a+),TOPO and SDS are1.0×10~(-6)mol/L,1.0×10~(-8)mol/L and 1.0×10~(-8)mol/L,respectively,This fluorescencesystem can be used for the determination of TC in serum and urine,Beer's Law isobeyed in the range of 2.0×10~(-8)mol/L=1.0×10~(-6)mol/L for the concentration of TC.The determination limit is 1.2×10~(-8)mol/L,The composition and the luminescencemechanism were discussed.  相似文献

This article is engaged in the research of extractive chromatographic method for the sep-aration of 15 rare-earth elements with P_507 (iso-oetel iscetyl phosphate) as stationary phase,silanization porous microbeads silica gel as support, and hydrochoric acid-sodium chloride asmobile phase. The sodium chloride in eluant has accelerated the speed of rare-earth separa-tion. The base line separation can be achieved for all the 15 rare-earth elements. The authorshave proposed a simple and rapid method of determination of the 15 microrare-earth ele-ments in rocks using extractive chronmtographic enriched separation and ICP spectrometrydetermination, and accurate results for rare-earth elements have been obtained.  相似文献

This paper deals with the determination of one male-sterile plant found in Chinese wheatcultivar (T. aestuvum L.). It is the first time in the world that a spontaneous mutant is dis-eovered in wheat. This dominant male-sterile gene is assigned as Ta 1. This determinationfirmly confirms the existence of the genic male-sterility and provides once again the scien-tific evidence to solve the argument of this problem. An indirect method for determining some parameters in a forecast model has been developed, by which the program of the original model with little modification can be used as a subroutine of the inversion system and the optimum estimate of the parameters can be obtained by calling the subroutine time after time. It is specially useful for the sophisticated numerical weather prediction model. It may also be utilized to improve the forecast timely in case of obvious differences between the recent observations and the forecasts. The effect of the method is verified by numerical simulation tests with simple models.  相似文献

A highly sensitive and fairly selective spectrofluorimetric method has been developed for the determination of germanium with morin in tap water and health drink. The fluorescent reaction and optimal conditions of germanium with morin in phosphoric acid medium were studied. The detection limits of germanium in tap water and health drink were found to be 0.2 and 0.7μd/L respectively.  相似文献

Two new chiral ionic liquids, 1 -((-)-menthoxycarbonylmethylene)-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphateand 1-((-)-menthoxycarbonylmethylene)-3-hexadecylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, were designed an d prepared. Theirchemical structures were characterized by ~1H-NMR. Reverse atom transfer radical polymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) in these two ionic liquids was carried out using AIBN/CuCl_2/bipy as the initiating system. The resultant well-definedpolymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) was employed as a macroinitiator to induce the atom transfer radical polymerization ofmenthyl methacrylate (MnMA) in chlorobenzene, which yielded a PMMA-b-PMnMA diblock copolymer with narrow polydispersity.  相似文献

A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of four fat soluble vitamins: retinol (vitamin A), cholecalciferol(vitamin D), tocopherol(vitamin E) and phylloquinone(vitamin K_1) in fortified milk powders and egg yolk has been developed. The method requires enzymatic hydrolysis of lipid component of the sample as a pretreatment. Several factors which influence the enzymatic hydrolysis were studied-Separation was achieved using μ-Bondapak C-18 column(3.9×300mm), 98% methanol as mobile phase, a double channel detection was selected; vitamins D_3 E_1 K_1 were detected by UV spectrophotometry (265 nm) first, then vitamin A by fluorometry (EX 325nm, EM 480mm). The retention times of vitamin A_1 D_3, E and K_1 4.87, 9.00, 10.58 and 15.45 min respectively. Detection limit were 0.64, 0.25, 0.50 and 0.07 ng; and the recoveries were 90.5%~103.6% 90.0%~95.6%, 91.7%~98.8%, 91.5%~98.6%, respectively. The vitamins A, D_0, E, K_1 contents in foods were determined satisfactorily.  相似文献

Chaidamuite (ZnFe(SO_4)_2(OH). 4H_2O), which is a new sulphate mineral, belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with the cell parameters corrected by the least-squares method: a=7.309(2), b=7.202(2), c=9.691(3), α=89.64(3), β=105.89(3), γ=91.11(2)°, Z=2. The crystal structure has been determined by the Patterson method and Fourier syntheses and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method to an R factor of 0.032, using 2833 independent reflections. In the structure, a zigzag chain consists of [Fe(1)O_5(OH)] and [Fe(2)O_5(OH)] octahedra sharing the OH corners, and an octahedral-tetrahedral chain running parallel to the b axis consists of the zigzag chain of Fe octahedra and (SO_4) tetrahedra sharing four pairs of octahedral corners on either side of the zigzag chains. These chains are cross-linked by the isolated [Zn(1)O_2(H_2O)_4] and [Zn(2)O_2(H_2O)_4] octahedra into corrugated sheets parallel to the (100) plane. Adjacent sheets are hydrogenbonded through water molecules.  相似文献

The absorption spectra of 4f electron transitions of the complexes of neodymium and erbium with 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid in the presence of diethylamine and ethanol have been measured by normal and third-derivative spectrophotometry. Their molar absorptivities are 70.7 l.mol~(-1).cm~(-1) for Nd and 62.5 l.mol~(-1).cm~(-1) for Er. They are 7.6 times and 14.9 times greater than those of corresponding chlorides, respectively. Use of the third-derivative spectra both eliminates the interference of Ce(Ⅳ) and increases the sensitivity for Nd and Er. Beer,s Law was obeyed from 0-10 ug/ml of Nd and Er. The method has been applied to the determination of neodymium and erbium in rare earth mixtures.  相似文献

In this paper, a newly developcd method is deseribed for the analysis of inclusion populations in the milligrarr, range.The authors have designed a series of devices by which the heating decrepitation of fluid inclusions in the inert gas flow. the grading refrigeration for extracting water and gases can be realized, and which also can be used in combination with gas chromatograph, Making use of elcctrodialysis technique can directly extract the remaining saltsin the decrepitatod inclusions. The equipment is simple. It not only avoids drawbacks of the conventional methods, but also facilitates the continuons determination of stable isotopes of hydrogen, gases and salts on the same sample.With the newly developed method, inclusion compositions for samples collected from various types of ore deposits in China have been first determined, and this provides fundamental grounds for expounding the origin of mineral deposits.  相似文献

The possibility of mesoporous acid solid as a carder for metallocene catalyst in ethylene polymerization and catalyst for polyethylene (PE) catalytic degradation was investigated. Here, HMCM-41 and AIMCM-41, and mesoporous silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieves (SAPO1 and SAPO2) were synthesized and used as acid solid. Much more gases were produced during catalytic degradation in PE/acid solid mixtures via in situ polymerization than those via physical mixing. The particle size distribution results exhibited that the particle size of SAPO1 in the PE/SAPOI mixture via in situ polymerization was about 1/14 times of that of the original SAPO1 or SAPO1-supported metallocene catalyst. This work shows a novel technology for chemical recycling of polyolefin.  相似文献
