The new flavone, 5,4'-dihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxy-3'-methoxyflavone, and one new isoflavone glycoside, 3',5'-dimethoxy irisolone-4'-O-β-D-glucoside were isolated from the rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis. Their structures were established based on the spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

Three new compounds, mansoxetane; 4′-(3-hydroxy-1,2-oxetanyl)-2′,2-dihydroxy-4-(2-formyl-1-ethyl)-6′,6-dimethoxy biphenyl, and mansonones R and S, together with two previously reported coumarins, mansorins A and C, and four known mansonones, mansonones C, E, G and H, were obtained from the methanolic extract of the heartwood from Mansonia gagei Drumm. Novel trisubstituted ethylenes, alkyl and alkoxy ring-disubstituted propyl 2-cyano-3-phenyl-2-propenoates, RPhCH?C(CN)CO2C3H7 (where R is 2,3-dimethyl, 2,5-dimethyl, 2,6-dimethyl, 3,4-dimethyl, 2,3-dimethoxy, 2,4-dimethoxy, 2,5-dimethoxy, 2,6-dimethoxy 3,4-dimethoxy, 3,5-dimethoxy) were prepared and copolymerized with styrene. The monomers were synthesized by the piperidine catalyzed Knoevenagel condensation of ring-substituted benzaldehydes and propyl cyanoacetate and characterized by CHN elemental analysis, IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR. All the ethylenes were copolymerized with styrene (M1) in solution with radical initiation (ABCN) at 70°C. The composition of the copolymers was calculated from nitrogen analysis, and the structures were analyzed by IR, 1H and 13C-NMR, GPC, DSC, and TGA. Decomposition of the copolymers in nitrogen occurred in two steps, first in the 200–500°C range with residue (0.6–5.0% wt.), which then decomposed in the 500–800°C range.  相似文献

The results of a study on a new generation of MgCl2 supported Ziegler-Natta catalysts that contain dialkyl propane diethers as internal donors and produce highly stereospecific polypropene even without any external donor are presented. The results concerning three different catalysts containing 2,2-diisobutyl-1,3-dimethoxy propane (DIBDMP), 2,2-dicyclopentyl-1,3-dimethoxy propane (DCPDMP) and 2-ethyl,2-butyl-1,3-dimethoxy propane (EBDMP) as internal donors are compared. The same donors have also been studied by using them as external donors with a catalyst contaning diisobutyl phthalate as internal donor. The present results, along with previously obtained findings on traditional supported Ziegler-Natta catalysts, permit a general comprehension of the role of internal and external donors.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the antidiabetic chloroform fraction of the ethanolic extract obtained from the aerial parts of Callistemon lanceolatus DC led to the isolation of three new phytoconstituents, one flavone, 8-(1″-hydroxyisopranyl)-5,6-dihydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxy flavone (1) and two phenolic esters, 2,3,4-trihydroxyphenethyl tetracontanoate (2) and 2,3,4-trihydroxyphenethyl tetracontanoate-4-β-xylopyranoside (3). The isolated compound 1 exhibited significant in vivo blood glucose lowering effect comparable to the standard drugs Pioglitazone and Rosiglitazone in streptozotocin induced diabetic rats without causing any toxic effect on the pancreas and liver. Compound 1 showed a glide score of −7.89 against PPAR-γ target in molecular docking studies which is significantly higher than the glide score of reference molecule Rosiglitazone (glide score of −5.77). Compound 1 also exhibited moderate in vitro PPAR-γ transactivation activity of 48.52% in comparison with standard drugs rosiglitazone and pioglitazone, which showed a transactivation activity of 80.47% and 65.27%, respectively.  相似文献

Electrophilic trisubstituted ethylenes, ring-trisubstituted methyl 2-cyano-3-phenyl-2-propenoates, RPhCH = C(CN)CO2CH3 (where R is 2,4,6-trimethyl, 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy, 3,5-dimethyl-4-hydoxy, 3,4,5-trimethoxy, 2-bromo-3-hydroxy-4-methoxy, 5-bromo-2,3-dimethoxy, 5-bromo-2,4-dimethoxy, 6-bromo-3,4-dimethoxy were prepared and copolymerized with styrene. The monomers were synthesized by the piperidine catalyzed Knoevenagel condensation of ring-trisubstituted benzaldehydes and methyl cyanoacetate, and characterized by CHN analysis, IR, 1H and 13C-NMR. All the ethylenes were copolymerized with styrene (M1) in solution with radical initiation (ABCN) at 70°C. The compositions of the copolymers were calculated from nitrogen analysis and the structures were analyzed by IR, 1H and 13C-NMR. The order of relative reactivity (1/r1) for the monomers is 5-bromo-2,3-dimethoxy (2.69) > 3,4,5-trimethoxy (1.86) > 6-bromo-3,4-dimethoxy (0.84) > 5-bromo-2,4-dimethoxy (0.39) > 4-hydoxy-3,5-dimethyl (0.31) = 2-bromo-3-hydroxy-4-methoxy (0.31) > 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy (0.24) > 2,4,6-trimethyl (0.22). Relatively high Tg of the copolymers in comparison with that of polystyrene indicates a decrease in chain mobility of the copolymer due to the high dipolar character of the trisubstituted ethylene monomer unit. Decomposition of the copolymers in nitrogen occurred in two steps, first in the 200–500ºC range with residue (1–6% wt), which then decomposed in the 500–800ºC range.  相似文献

5,8-Dihydroxy-2,3,6-trimethoxy-7-ethyl-1,4-naphthoquinone (1) was used to synthesize in high yield 5,8-dihydroxy-7(1′-hydroxyethyl)-2,3,6-trimethoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (lomazarin, 3), a pigment from Lomandra hastilis. Alkaline hydrolysis of lomazarin produced mainly 5,6,8-trihydroxy-2,3-dimethoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (9) through a retro-aldol decomposition of the 6-keto-form of 5,6,8-trihydroxy-7(1′-hydroxyethyl)-2,3-dimethoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (13b) formed during the reaction. 2,5,8-Trihydroxy-7(1′-hydroxyethyl)-3,6-dimethoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (norlomazarin, 4a), a pigment of L. hastilis, and its 3,5,8-trihydroxy-7(1′-hydroxyethyl)-2,6-dimethoxy isomer 4b were formed as a difficultly separable mixture in addition to quinone 9. 合成了大黄素类蒽醌衍生物1,4-二甲基-6,8-二甲氧基-9,10-蒽醌(1)并应用紫外光谱、荧光光谱、圆二色谱等方法研究了其与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)和小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的相互作用.荧光光谱结果表明,化合物1与BSA的相互作用主要以静态猝灭方式使BSA的内源性荧光发生猝灭;圆二色谱表明,化合物1通过疏水作用及形成氢键破坏了α-螺旋结构,导致BSA分子中的α-螺旋含量下降.在pH 7.4时固定DNA的浓度,加入化合物1后,紫外光谱的最大吸收峰发生红移且吸光度加大.荧光光谱表明,化合物1与DNA-4S green NC的结合为竞争性抑制,并可使溶液体系荧光猝灭;圆二色谱表明,随着化合物1的加入,DNA碱基间作用能迅速减弱,表明化合物1与DNA之间为嵌插作用.此外,MTT方法的结果表明,化合物1对结肠癌细胞株HCT116增殖有明显的抑制作用.  相似文献

The Lewis acid-promoted reaction of β,γ-unsaturated α,α-dimethoxy esters, which are easily prepared by the acetalization of β,γ-unsaturated α-keto esters, with silyl nucleophiles is presented. By employing trimethylsilyl enolate and allyltrimethylsilane as nucleophiles, the BF3-promoted reactions of a series of β,γ-unsaturated α,α-dimethoxy esters bearing aromatic and aliphatic substituents proceeded at the γ-position in an SN2′ manner to furnish γ-substituted α,β-unsaturated α-methoxy esters in good yields with high regioselectivity. In contrast, the reaction using trimethylsilyl cyanide predominantly occurred at the α-position, and the reaction of silyl hydride resulted in a mixture of α- and γ-regioisomers in favor of the γ-substitution products.  相似文献
