Functionalized vinyl pinacol boronates suitable for Suzuki cross-coupling reactions are synthesized using ruthenium-catalyzed olefin cross-metathesis of 1-propenyl pinacol boronate and various alkenes, including functionalized and 1,1-disubstituted alkenes. The resultant boronate cross products are stereoselectively transformed into predominantly Z-vinyl bromides and E-vinyl iodides. The vinyl bromides may be synthesized in a two-step, one-pot synthesis from a variety of olefins, resulting in a Z-selective formal vinyl bromide cross-metathesis reaction.  相似文献

1,3-Enynes were easily prepared from coupling between vinyl halides and alkynes or domino coupling of vinyl halides in the presence of copper iodide. It is noteworthy that the double-bond geometry of the vinyl halides was retained during the reaction. This ligand-free protocol is potentially useful and practical.  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of propargylic amines has been developed via an efficient copper(I)-catalyzed three-component coupling reaction of alkynes, benzal halides and amines through C-H and C-halogen activation. Tri-substituted vinyl pinacol boronates, which are key reactive intermediates in a variety of transformations, are synthesized using ruthenium-catalyzed olefin cross-metathesis of α-substituted vinyl boronates and various alkenes. Cross-metathesis of 2-isopropenyl pinacol boronate proceeds with moderate yield and high Z-selectivity when sterically unhindered cross partners are used. Cross-metathesis of vinyl boronates that possess α-substitution larger than a methyl group is also achieved. Yield and Z-selectivity are lower in these cases, and the success of a cross-metathesis reaction is highly dependent on the steric bulk surrounding the double bond of the α-substituted vinyl boronate.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A general and efficient copper-catalyzed method for the amidation of vinyl bromides and iodides has been developed. This protocol uses a combination of 5 mol % copper iodide and 20 mol % N,N'-dimethyl ethylenediamine. Substrates bearing ester, silyl ether, and amino groups were successfully coupled under the reaction conditions. The double bond geometry of the vinyl halides was retained under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

The reactions of alkyl nitriles, acetyl chloride, aldehydes and β-ketoesters or simple ketones was studied for the one-pot synthesis of β-acetamido carbonyl compounds. It was observed that the reaction proceeds in the absence of Lewis acids. However, a Lewis acid catalyzes the reaction and several were tested. It was found that whereas Cu(OTf)2 is suitable for the coupling of β-ketoesters with aldehydes, Sc(OTf)3 is the best for ketones. A possible mechanism is proposed based on the isolation and characterization of an intermediate.  相似文献

We report a Ni-catalyzed three-component cross-electrophile coupling of alkynes with alkenyl halides and fluoroalkyl halides to generate fluoroalkyl-incorporated 1,3-dienes. This mild and operationally simple protocol is distinguished by its broad substrate scope and excellent chemo-, regio-, and stereo-selectivity, offering a new and organometallic agent-free platform for the construction of fluoroalkyl-incorporated diene motifs. Under divalent palladium catalysis, a three-component coupling reaction for synthesizing tetrahydrofuran derivatives has been established. The reaction involves the intramolecular carbopalladation of an alkyne with a carbanion which was generated from the addition of an alkoxide ion to an alkene derivative, followed by allylic chloride insertion to the CPd bond and quenching the CPd bond by β-heteroatom elimination in the presence of excess chloride ions.  相似文献

A general method for the coupling of aryl and vinyl halides with diaryl and dialkyl phosphines, as well as with dibutyl phosphite, is reported. This highly efficient transformation is realized through the use of copper(I) iodide as a catalyst, N,N'-dimethylethylenediamine as a ligand, and Cs(2)CO(3) as a base. A new approach is herein reported to prepare biaryl derivatives via a tandem Pd-catalyzed boron-Heck and Suzuki reactions. This one-pot tandem process avoided purification or addition of extra catalyst between steps. A novel high-yielding Zn/CuI-mediated coupling method of alkyl halides with vinyl sulfones, vinyl sulfonates, and vinyl sulfonamides is described. This protocol is applicable for primary, secondary, and tertiary alkyl iodides and bromides. Alkyl chlorides and aryl and vinyl halides were unreactive under the reaction conditions. A general procedure for vinyl aryl ether bond formation by direct coupling of vinyl halides and phenols under mild Ullmann-type reaction conditions has been developed. A convenient one-pot synthesis of 1,4-benzoxazines via three-component coupling and subsequent O-cyclization is reported. The present reaction provides an efficient protocol to functionalized 1,4-benzoxazine derivatives in good to high yields from aldehydes, amines and alkynes. By applying a simple TiO2–(NH4)2S2O8 system and promoted by UV light, the three-component reactions of cyclic ether, aniline and aldehyde can be progressed efficiently. 29 substituted amines with different structures were synthesized with up to 97% isolated yields. Isotope effect study revealed that the rate-determining step might be the nucleophilic addition step but not radical generation.  相似文献

Three-component coupling reaction of conjugated dienes, thiols, and carbon monoxide affords an atom-economical thiocarbonylation of the dienes to give beta,gamma-unsaturated thioesters as the sole products. A catalyst system based on [Pd(OAc)(2)] and Ph(3)P showed excellent catalytic activity. The thiocarbonylation was performed under an atmosphere of carbon monoxide (400 psi) at 110 degrees C in CH(2)Cl(2) for 60 h. A wide variety of thioesters were synthesized in good to excellent yields from easily accessible starting materials. The reaction is believed to proceed via a eta(3)-allylpalladium intermediate. The thiocarbonylation, which is applicable to a wide variety of conjugated dienes, occurs in high regioselectivity, the latter dependent on the steric characteristics and stability of the eta(3)-allylpalladium complex.  相似文献
