In this paper, stochastic operational matrix of integration based on delta functions is applied to obtain the numerical solution of linear and nonlinear stochastic quadratic integral equations (SQIEs) that appear in modelling of many real problems. An important advantage of this method is that it dose not need any integration to compute the constant coefficients. Also, this method can be utilized to solve both linear and nonlinear problems. By using stochastic operational matrix of integration together collocation points, solving linear and nonlinear SQIEs converts to solve a nonlinear system of algebraic equations, which can be solved by using Newton's numerical method. Moreover, the error analysis is established by using some theorems. Also, it is proved that the rate of convergence of the suggested method is O(h2). Finally, this method is applied to solve some illustrative examples including linear and nonlinear SQIEs. Numerical experiments confirm the good accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method.  相似文献

In the paper, we apply the generalized polynomial chaos expansion and spectral methods to the Burgers equation with a random perturbation on its left boundary condition. Firstly, the stochastic Galerkin method combined with the Legendre–Galerkin Chebyshev collocation scheme is adopted, which means that the original equation is transformed to the deterministic nonlinear equations by the stochastic Galerkin method and the Legendre–Galerkin Chebyshev collocation scheme is used to deal with the resulting nonlinear equations. Secondly, the stochastic Legendre–Galerkin Chebyshev collocation scheme is developed for solving the stochastic Burgers equation; that is, the stochastic Legendre–Galerkin method is used to discrete the random variable meanwhile the nonlinear term is interpolated through the Chebyshev–Gauss points. Then a set of deterministic linear equations can be obtained, which is in contrast to the other existing methods for the stochastic Burgers equation. The mean square convergence of the former method is analyzed. Numerical experiments are performed to show the effectiveness of our two methods. Both methods provide alternative approaches to deal with the stochastic differential equations with nonlinear terms.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the stability of n-dimensional stochastic differential delay systems with nonlinear impulsive effects. First, the equivalent relation between the solution of the n-dimensional stochastic differential delay system with nonlinear impulsive effects and that of a corresponding n-dimensional stochastic differential delay system without impulsive effects is established. Then, some stability criteria for the n-dimensional stochastic differential delay systems with nonlinear impulsive effects are obtained. Finally, the stability criteria are applied to uncertain impulsive stochastic neural networks with time-varying delay. The results show that, this convenient and efficient method will provide a new approach to study the stability of impulsive stochastic neural networks. Some examples are also discussed to illustrate the effectiveness of our theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper studies the robust and resilient finite-time H control problem for uncertain discrete-time nonlinear systems with Markovian jump parameters. With the help of linear matrix inequalities and stochastic analysis techniques, the criteria concerning stochastic finite-time boundedness and stochastic H finite-time boundedness are initially established for the nonlinear stochastic model. We then turn to stochastic finite-time controller analysis and design to guarantee that the stochastic model is stochastically H finite-time bounded by employing matrix decomposition method. Applying resilient control schemes, the resilient and robust finite-time controllers are further designed to ensure stochastic H finite-time boundedness of the derived stochastic nonlinear systems. Moreover, the results concerning stochastic finite-time stability and stochastic finite-time boundedness are addressed. All derived criteria are expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which can be solved by utilizing the available convex optimal method. Finally, the validity of obtained methods is illustrated by numerical examples.  相似文献

The anharmonic oscillator is solved quickly, easily, and elegantly by Adomian's methods for solution of nonlinear stochastic differential equations emphasizing its applicability to nonlinear deterministic equations as well as stochastic equations. No difficulty is encountered in treating the case of the forced anharmonic oscillator or the stochastic case or of any nonlinear oscillating system such as the Duffing or Van der Pol oscillators, for example, with coefficients, as well as forcing functions, which are stochastic processes, since statistical separability is inherent in the Adomian method.  相似文献

This paper presents a numerical method for solving nonlinear stochastic Itô Volterra integral equations driven by fractional Brownian motion with Hurst parameter \( H \in (0,1)\) via of hat functions. Using properties of the generalized hat basis functions and fractional Brownian motion, new stochastic operational matrix of integration is achieved and the nonlinear stochastic equation is transformed into nonlinear system of algebraic equations which by solving it, an approximation solution with high accuracy is obtained. In addition, error analysis of the method is investigated, and by some examples, efficiency and accuracy of the suggested method are shown.  相似文献

In this paper, we study recourse-based stochastic nonlinear programs and make two sets of contributions. The first set assumes general probability spaces and provides a deeper understanding of feasibility and recourse in stochastic nonlinear programs. A sufficient condition, for equality between the sets of feasible first-stage decisions arising from two different interpretations of almost sure feasibility, is provided. This condition is an extension to nonlinear settings of the “W-condition,” first suggested by Walkup and Wets (SIAM J. Appl. Math. 15:1299–1314, 1967). Notions of complete and relatively-complete recourse for nonlinear stochastic programs are defined and simple sufficient conditions for these to hold are given. Implications of these results on the L-shaped method are discussed. Our second set of contributions lies in the construction of a scalable, superlinearly convergent method for solving this class of problems, under the setting of a finite sample-space. We present a novel hybrid algorithm that combines sequential quadratic programming (SQP) and Benders decomposition. In this framework, the resulting quadratic programming approximations while arbitrarily large, are observed to be two-period stochastic quadratic programs (QPs) and are solved through two variants of Benders decomposition. The first is based on an inexact-cut L-shaped method for stochastic quadratic programming while the second is a quadratic extension to a trust-region method suggested by Linderoth and Wright (Comput. Optim. Appl. 24:207–250, 2003). Obtaining Lagrange multiplier estimates in this framework poses a unique challenge and are shown to be cheaply obtainable through the solution of a single low-dimensional QP. Globalization of the method is achieved through a parallelizable linesearch procedure. Finally, the efficiency and scalability of the algorithm are demonstrated on a set of stochastic nonlinear programming test problems.  相似文献

By means of the Hermite transformation, a new general ansätz and the symbolic computation system Maple, we apply the Riccati equation rational expansion method [24] to uniformly construct a series of stochastic non-traveling wave solutions for stochastic differential equations. To illustrate the effectiveness of our method, we take the stochastic mKdV equation as an example, and successfully construct some new and more general solutions. The method can also be applied to solve other nonlinear stochastic differential equation or equations.  相似文献

A novel state-space self-tuning control methodology for a nonlinear stochastic hybrid system with stochastic noise/disturbances is proposed in this paper. via the optimal linearization approach, an adjustable NARMAX-based noise model with estimated states can be constructed for the state-space self-tuning control in nonlinear continuous-time stochastic systems. Then, a corresponding adaptive digital control scheme is proposed for continuous-time multivariable nonlinear stochastic systems, which have unknown system parameters, measurement noise/external disturbances, and inaccessible system states. The proposed method enables the development of a digitally implementable advanced control algorithm for nonlinear stochastic hybrid systems.  相似文献

Nonlinear partial differential equation with random Neumann boundary conditions are considered. A stochastic Taylor expansion method is derived to simulate these stochastic systems numerically. As examples, a nonlinear parabolic equation (the real Ginzburg-Landau equation) and a nonlinear hyperbolic equation (the sine-Gordon equation) with random Neumann boundary conditions are solved numerically using a stochastic Taylor expansion method. The impact of boundary noise on the system evolution is also discussed.  相似文献

A stochastic model for the nonlinear point reactor kinetics equations with Newtonian temperature feedback and multi-group of precursor delayed neutrons is presented. This model is a couple of the stiff stochastic nonlinear differential equations. The matrix formula of this stochastic nonlinear model is solved by the analytical exponential technique (AET). This proposed technique is based on the integration factor, Euler’s method and the exponential function of the coefficient matrix. This exponential function is determined via the eigenvalues and corresponding eigenvectors of the coefficient matrix. The mean neutron population of the stochastic nonlinear model in the presence Newtonian temperature feedback and six-groups of delayed neutrons is computed for various cases of the external reactivity. The numerical results of the analytical exponential technique are compared with the results of the Euler–Maruyama method and the deterministic results. This comparison confirms that the AET for stochastic nonlinear model is efficient to study the natural behavior of neutron population in the presence temperature feedback effects and multi-group of precursor delayed neutrons.  相似文献

A new numerical path integration method based on bubble grids for nonlinear dynamical systems is presented in this paper. The ordinary differential equations for the first and second order moments are derived on the basis of the Gaussian closure method. Then the probability density values on the bubble nodes in the computational domain can be calculated via the obtained method. The good performance of the resulting method is finally shown in the numerical examples by using some specific nonlinear dynamical systems: Duffing oscillator subjected to harmonic and stochastic excitations, and Duffing–Rayleigh oscillator subjected to harmonic and stochastic excitations.  相似文献

Nested decomposition is extended to the case of arborescent nonlinear programs. Duals of extensive forms of nonlinear multistage stochastic programs constitute a particular class of those problems; the method is tested on a set of problems of that type.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of continuous gain-scheduled fault detection (FD) is studied for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems which possesses partially known jump rates. Initially, by using gradient linearization approach, the nonlinear stochastic system is described by a series of linear jump models at some selected working points. Subsequently, observer-based residual generator is constructed for each jump linear system. Then, a new observer-design method is proposed for each re-constructed system to design H observers that minimize the influences of the disturbances, and to formulate a new performance index that increase the sensitivity to faults. Finally, continuous gain-scheduled approach is employed to design continuous FD observers on the whole nonlinear stochastic system. Simulation example is given to show the effectiveness and potential of the developed techniques.  相似文献

We reformulate a stochastic nonlinear complementarity problem as a stochastic programming problem which minimizes an expected residual defined by a restricted NCP function with nonnegative constraints and CVaR constraints which guarantee the stochastic nonlinear function being nonnegative with a high probability. By applying smoothing technique and penalty method, we propose a penalized smoothing sample average approximation algorithm to solve the CVaR-constrained stochastic programming. We show that the optimal solution of the penalized smoothing sample average approximation problem converges to the solution of the corresponding nonsmooth CVaR-constrained stochastic programming problem almost surely. Finally, we report some preliminary numerical test results.  相似文献

This paper considers the global stability and stabilization of more general stochastic nonlinear systems. Due to the absence of the conventional assumptions (e.g., Lipschitz condition), the stochastic nonlinear systems under investigation may have more than one weak solution. However, the most associated results are only applicable to the stochastic systems having a unique strong solution, and therefore, it is meaningful to refine and extend the relevant concepts and methods to the more general case. In this paper, the concepts of stochastic stability in the more general sense are first introduced to cover the stochastic nonlinear systems having more than one weak solution. Then, the generalized stochastic Barbashin–Krasovskii theorem and LaSalle theorem are established, which present the criterions of stochastic stability for more general stochastic nonlinear systems. As one of the main contributions in this paper, we rigorously prove the generalized stochastic Barbashin–Krasovskii theorem. Moreover, based on the generalized theorems, the output-feedback and state-feedback stabilization are accomplished respectively for two classes of high-order stochastic nonlinear systems under rather weaker assumptions comparing to the existing literature.  相似文献

This work deals with the analysis of a class of semilinear vector stochastic operator equations. The method of the stochastic Green's function due to Adomian is extended to the above-mentioned class of equations. Some perturbation techniques are also developed and a pertinent application in nonlinear mechanics is considered.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to give a systematic method for global asymptotic stabilization in probability of nonlinear control stochastic differential systems the unforced dynamics of which are Lyapunov stable in probability. The approach developed in this paper is based on the concept of passivity for nonaffine stochastic differential systems together with the theory of Lyapunov stability in probability for stochastic differential equations. In particular, we prove that, as in the case of affine in the control stochastic differential systems, a nonlinear stochastic differential system is asymptotically stabilizable in probability provided its unforced dynamics are Lyapunov stable in probability and some rank conditions involving the affine part of the system coefficients are satisfied. Furthermore, for such systems, we show how a stabilizing smooth state feedback law can be designed explicitly. As an application of our analysis, we construct a dynamic state feedback compensator for a class of nonaffine stochastic differential systems.  相似文献

Recent important generalizations by G. Adomian (“Stochastic Systems”, Academic Press 1983) have extended the scope of his decomposition method for nonlinear stochastic operator equations (see also iterative method, inverse operator method, symmetrized method, or stochastic Green's function method) very considerably so that they are now applicable to differential, partial differential, delay, and coupled equations which may be strongly nonlinear and/or strongly stochastic (or linear or deterministic as subcases). Thus, for equations modeling physical problems, solutions are obtained rapidly, easily, and accurately. The methodology involves an analytic parametrization in which certain polynomials An, dependent on the nonlinearity, are derived. This paper establishes simple symmetry rules which yield Adomian's polynomials quickly to high orders.  相似文献

We consider a class of stochastic nonlinear complementarity problems. We first reformulate the stochastic complementarity problem as a stochastic programming model. Based on the reformulation, we then propose a penalty-based sample average approximation method and prove its convergence. Finally, we report on some numerical test results to show the efficiency of our method.  相似文献
