提出了使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定Mg元素的方法。采用硝酸、盐酸溶解样品,用硝酸和盐酸的混合酸作为测定介质,在选定的仪器条件下直接测定Mg元素的检出限为0.0044μg/mL,相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为0.49%~0.60%,样品加标回收率在94.0%~102.0%之间。经对比试验证明,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定无定形硼粉中Mg的测定值与美国军用标准重量法测定值一致。  相似文献

采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)进行方铅矿中多元素同时测定.通过对方铅矿样品化学处理试验建立了HCl-NH4Cl-HNO3的溶矿体系.本体系采用基体匹配、背景系数和元素干扰系数校正及元素内标法确定了最佳综合实验测试条件.本实验建立的ICP-AES法同时测定方铅矿中镉、钴、铜、铁、铟、铅、锌7种元素的方法,本方法测量相对误差RE (n=8)为1.50%~7.50%,相对标准偏差RSD (n=8)为1.7%~5.7%.经国家一级标准物质GBW 07269分析验证可以满足方铅矿单矿物样品的分析要求.  相似文献

建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定锌锭中的Pb、Cd、Fe、Cu、Sn 5种杂质元素的方法。样品用硝酸(1+1)溶解后,在稀硝酸介质中利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定其中Pb、Cd、Fe、Cu、Sn的含量,测定的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)小于1.7%,对锌光谱标样BYG0505的测定结果与标准值基本一致。实现了对锌锭中多种杂质元素的简便、快速、准确的同时测定。  相似文献

建立了一种电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定钴白合金中锗含量的分析方法,确定了溶样方法和分析谱线,进行了基体元素的干扰等实验,对方法精密度和准确度进行了考察,结果表明,方法的检出限为0.043 μg/mL,对钴白合金中锗的测定结果与其它标准分析方法分析结果基本一致,方法的相对标准偏差RSD在1.1%~1.9%(n=7),样品的加标回收率在98.5 %~102.1 %。所建立的方法准确、快速,适用于钴白合金中锗的测定。  相似文献

建立了测定粗锌中砷含量的原子荧光光谱法。粗锌样品经硝酸溶液(1+1)低温溶解完全以后,在盐酸介质中,用抗坏血酸预还原,以硫脲掩蔽铜、铁、银等杂质元素,砷被硼氢化钾还原为氢化物,用氩气导入原子化器测量。砷测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.5%~3.0%(n=11),加标回收率为98.4%~103.6%。与国家标准测定方法分光光度法测定结果对比,相对偏差为0.1%~2.4%。该法准确、可靠,适用于砷含量在0.005 0%~0.50%之间的粗锌中砷的测定。  相似文献

选用HCl(2%)处理螯合铁样品,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)快速测定螯合铁含量的方法,实验确定了最佳测定条件,采用标准曲线法为定量依据,得出样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.42%(n=6),加标回收率为98.48%~99.43%。建立的方法处理样品简单、快速,测定结果准确可靠,令人满意。  相似文献

二氧化硅是无取向硅钢环保涂层液的核心成分,其含量直接影响硅钢涂层的固化工艺及涂层产品的磁性能。因此为保证涂覆过程的顺利进行,对涂层液中二氧化硅含量的检测是十分必要的。本方法采用样品中分别加入硝酸、双氧水及高氯酸,置于电热板上进行消解处理,处理后的样品经酸溶、过滤步骤,以重量法计算沉淀中二氧化硅的含量,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)仪测定滤液中可溶性硅含量,则样品中二氧化硅含量为重量法和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定结果的合量。从而建立了重量法-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法联用测定无取向硅钢磷酸盐体系环保涂层液中二氧化硅含量的方法。讨论了样品前处理用消解酸及消解温度、滤液中可溶性硅及含量、ICP-AES仪器检测时的元素干扰。结果表明:按照本实验方法测定无取向硅钢磷酸盐体系环保涂层液中二氧化硅含量,检测结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)在0.76%~1.08%之间,加标回收率在97.00%~104.0%之间。该方法可广泛应用于各检测部门对无取向硅钢磷酸盐体系环保涂层液中二氧化硅含量的监控。  相似文献

Titanium was determined in nano-titanium(IV) oxide food packaging by microwave digestion with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Microwave digestion was optimized using different acid combinations. Both spectrometry techniques showed good reproducibility, repeatability, and recovery. For ICP-AES, the limit of detection was 5.0 mg kg?1, the linear dynamic range was 100–5000 µ g L?1, the average recoveries for blank samples spiked with titanium were between 94.7% and 100.1%, and the relative standard deviations were from 2.1% to 7.1%. By ICP-MS, the limit of detection was 0.3 mg kg?1, the linear dynamic range was 0.5–200 µ g L?1, the recoveries were 88.4%–96.3%, and the relative standard deviations were 6.3%–7.4%. These results indicated that methods were effective for the determination of titanium in food packaging.  相似文献

Methods were developed for indium (In) determination in complex ores by electrothermal atomization atomic absorption spectrometry using matrix modification after its separation with Amberlite XAD-2 coated with 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN). Palladium-magnesium, nickel, and zinc nitrates were used as matrix modifiers and were compared in terms of maximum pyrolysis temperature, sensitivity and background signal. They have enhanced the absorption signals for indium, respectively eliminating the matrix interferences. The standard additions method was applied. The relative standard deviations for six replicate determinations were in the range 0.3-4.0% for indium in different ores samples for indium concentrations 7.6-209 μg g−1. The recommended method was applied to the indium determination in real samples. The data obtained by this method were in good agreement with those obtained by ICP-AES.  相似文献

为了填补现有方法的技术空白,本方法采用微波消解和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法( ICP-AES)相结合,实现对含铜污泥中铅、锌、铬、镉、砷、镁、铝、锑量的同时测定。首先采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸微波消解进行样品的前处理,消解后加入高氯酸置于电热板进行除碳并赶酸,溶样效果理想,且有效避免了高温溶样对易挥发元素砷、锑的损失,整个过程安全、高效、无损。溶样后以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法( ICP-AES)进行测定。对含铜污泥的分解方法进行了合理选择,并对测定时的元素分析谱线及各测定元素间干扰情况等进行了讨论。该方法的加标回收率在95.31%~107.28%%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.31%~2.05%之间(n=7),结果表明,该方法准确度高,操作简单快捷,可同时测定多种元素,能满足批量的测定含铜污泥中铅、锌、镍、铁、镉、铬、砷、锑含量的测定要求。  相似文献

建立了用极谱法和原子吸收光谱法测定矿石中含锑量为0.00X%~XX%的锑的快速分析方法,使锑在H2SO4(2%)-HCl(10%)体系中,既可以用极谱法测定,也可用原子吸收光谱法测定,两种方法测锑的定量线性范围均为:0~30μg/mL;检出限(3 N/S):极谱法为0.01μg/mL,原子吸收法为0.1μg/mL。方法加标回收率在98%~110%;相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)在1.5%~5.0%。方法快速简便,高效准确,已用于锑矿的采、选、冶生产过程控制分析,效果良好。  相似文献

采用N2O-C2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法对变形钛合金中的铝进行分析.考察了铝的最佳测定条件、线性浓度范围以及样品分析中的干扰因素.实验表明,该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差小于0. 5%(n=6),加标回收率为97. 6%~99. 0%.该方法适用于变形钛合金中铝的分析,满足实验室化学分析技术与分析质量的控制要求.  相似文献

The adsorption behavior of gold (Au), silver (Ag) and palladium (Pd) on nanometer-size titanium dioxide (NSTD) at low concentrations was studied using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). A preconcentration procedure of the analytes was carried out using NSTD as a solid-phase extractant before their determination by ICP-AES. The optimum conditions for adsorption were studied in detail, and under the condition that Au, Ag and Pd ions could be adsorbed and recovered quantitatively. The static adsorption capacities of Au, Ag and Pd on NSTD were 22.63, 14.06 and 11.82 mg/g, respectively. For the elution of gold, silver and palladium, a mixture of 5% thiourea solution and 3 mol L(-1) HNO3 was used. The parameters tested included: pH conditions, contact time of the analytes with NSTD, flow rate, adsorption capacity and sorption kinetics. According to the definition of IUPAC, the detection limits (3sigma) of this method for Au, Ag and Pd with an enrichment factor of 50 were (0.016), (0.006) and (0.012) microg mL(-1), respectively, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 8.7%, 4.5% and 7.4%, respectively (n = 6). Slurry sampling followed by electrothermal vaporization (ETV) was used as sample introduction technique in inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) for the direct determination of trace elements in food samples. A polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) emulsion was used as a fluorinating reagent to promote vaporization and the transportation of analytes. The main factors affecting the analytical signals were investigated in detail. Under optimum operating conditions, the detection limits (DL) for this method varied from 1.8 (Cu) to 215 ng/mL (Zn), while the relative standard deviations (RSD) were in the range 2.6% (Cu)-7.2% (Zn). The proposed method was successfully applied to the direct determination of trace amounts of V, Cu, Cr, Fe, Zn, and La in rice without any chemical pretreatment. 建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定高温合金中低含量钇的方法。采用盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸溶解样品,在优化的仪器条件下,采用基体匹配法配制系列标准工作溶液,选择分析线为360.073 nm。钇的含量在0.0005%~0.050%范围内与光谱强度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.99999,检出限为0.000003%。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于6.0%(n=8),加标回收率为90.0%~104.0%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于高温合金中低含量钇的测定。  相似文献
