假设曲线纤维的方向角沿板的长度方向按照线性规律变化,导出了纤维曲线铺设时的参考路径,将参考路径沿板的宽度方向平移可得一种曲线纤维增强复合材料单层板,当这种纤维曲线铺设的单层板对称铺放时即可得相应的曲线纤维增强复合材料层合板.基于弹性薄板的小挠度理论,建立了曲线纤维增强复合材料层合板自由振动问题的基本方程,采用微分求积法进行数值求解,得到了层合板的自振频率及相应的振型.与已有文献计算结果的比较,验证了本文计算结果的正确性.通过数值算例分析了微分求积法求解本问题时的收敛性,研究了纤维铺放路径和边界条件的不同对曲线纤维增强复合材料层合板频率及振型的影响,研究结果可为该种结构的设计提供一定的参考.  相似文献

Based on the modified mixed Hellinger-Reissner(H-R)variational principle for elastic bodies with damping,the state-vector equation with parameters is directionally derived from the principle.A new solution for the harmonic vibration of simply supported rectangular laminates with damping is proposed by using the precise integration method and Muller method.The general solutions for the free vibration of underdamping,critical damp and overdamping of composite laminates are given simply in terms of the linear damping vibration theory.The effect of viscous damping force on the vibration of com- posite laminates is investigated through numerical examples.The state-vector equation theory and its application areas are extended.  相似文献

In this article, the effect of random system properties is accounted to estimate the free vibration of multilayered composite shell panel in hygrothermal environment. The majority of previous investigations assumed that the material properties are independent of temperature and moisture. Establishing margin on material properties for design, analysis, and conceptualizing the material is highly difficult and uncertain. To perturb that, a first-order perturbation technique is adopted to obtain the response statistics of the structure by obtaining the mean and variance of random natural frequencies. The higher-order shear deformation theory with 9 degrees of freedom per node with the von-Karman sense of nonlinear kinematics is employed for generating basic formulation. The analysis is carried out by using quadratic C0 eight-noded isoparametric element. The governing equation for free vibration of laminated composite panel is derived using variational principle, which is a generalization of the principle of virtual displacement. The solution methodology is validated with published results. Mean and variance are obtained for different cross-ply of spherical and cylindrical laminates with different stacking sequence and boundary conditions.  相似文献

An analytic method is presented in this paper to study the postbuckling and mode jumping behavior of bi-axially compressed composite laminates. The governing partial differential equations (PDEs) are derived rigorously from an asymptotically correct, geometrically non-linear theory. A novel and relatively simpler solution approach is developed to solve the two coupled fourth-order PDEs, namely, the compatibility equation and the dynamic governing equation. The generalized Galerkin method is used to solve boundary value problems corresponding to antisymmetric angle-ply and cross-ply composite plates, respectively. The variety of possible modal interactions is expressed in an explicit and concise form by transforming the coupled non-linear governing equations into a system of non-linear ordinary differential equations (ODEs).

The comparison between the present method and the finite element analysis (FEA) shows a pretty good match in their numerical results in the primary postbuckling region. While the FEA may lose its convergence when solution comes close to the secondary bifurcation point, the analytic approach has the capability of exploring deeply into the post-secondary buckling realm and capture the mode jumping phenomenon for various combinations of plate configurations and in-plane boundary conditions. Free vibration along the stable primary postbuckling and the jumped equilibrium paths are also studied.  相似文献

Hybrid-stress finite element method is applied for analysis of bending and vibration of composite laminated plates in this paper. Firstly, based on the modified complementary principle, a rectangular hybrid-stress plate bending element is presented which applies to analysis of laminates. Inside the element, different stress parameters are assumed according to different layers. The boundary displacements are determined by means of the assumption of YNS theory on the boundary of elements. The element formed in this way not only can take effects of transverse shear deformation and local warping into account, but also has less degrees of freedom. Then, problems of bending and vibration of laminates are solved by using this element, and the numerical results are compared with the exact solutions. This shows that the results obtained in the paper are very close to the exact results.  相似文献

研究了超声速流中压电复合材料层合板的颤振特性及振动抑制方法。采用一阶活塞理论计算了超声速流场中的气动压力,基于经典层合板理论和Hamilton原理推导了压电复合材料层合板的动力学模型,设计了滑模观测器以减少观测溢出,通过Lyapunov方法证明观测器的稳定性,应用观测状态设计了LQR控制器,讨论了几何参数、铺设角度对压电复合材料层合板颤振特性的影响,利用SIMULINK仿真求解了层合板的脉冲响应,验证了控制器的有效性。结果表明,合理规划层合板的几何参数和铺设角度可提高系统颤振稳定性,滑模观测器能够较为准确地追踪原始系统且具有良好的鲁棒性,LQR控制可以在一定范围内消除层合板的颤振点,并且能够有效地控制压电复合材料层合板在颤振边界处的振动,Q矩阵越大,振动控制效果越好,压电层厚度越大,LQR控制效果越好。  相似文献

通过对湿热环境下阶梯挖补胶接修理后碳纤维/双马树脂(T300/QY8911)层合板振动特性的分析,探究了挖补修理后碳纤维/双马树脂层合板在不同湿热效应下的振动特性。基于Mindlin-Reissner板理论与最小势能变分原理,在考虑湿热效应前提下,推导了正交各向异性复合材料层合板的本构关系及四边简支条件下的自由振动控制方程;其次,利用ABAQUS软件建立了三维黏弹性有限元挖补修理模型,应用Fortran语言将湿热耦合下的应力-应变本构关系编入UMAT二次开发文件中,采用三维八节点五自由度等参单元进行了离散。通过与参考文献对照,验证了胶接修理后T300/QY8911层合板有限元模型和编译的湿热环境下UMAT子程序的合理性与有效性。算例结果表明:湿热环境对挖补修理后层合板固有频率的影响比对完整层合板严重;温度对材料性能的影响大于湿度;相比于材料性能变化对振动特性的影响,湿热残余应力对胶接修理后层合板振动特性的影响占主导;参考环境下,胶接修理后层合板的固有频率增大;湿应力对层合板固有频率的影响大于热应力。  相似文献

双稳态层合板作为一种柔性可变体结构,为实现振动状态下的构型调控,将对其开展固有振动特性的 研究.本文以四角点简支约束的矩形非对称铺设双稳态板作为研究对象,运用最小势能原理、一阶剪切变形理 论、以及冯卡门几何非线性位移应变关系,得到双稳态板的两种稳态构型.首次给出了适合于四点简支的6参 数构型函数与17参数构型函数,研究对比发现对于稳态构型采用17参数的构型函数结果相对更精确;对于应 用线性位移应变关系的基于任一稳态构型下振动固有特性而言,这两种构型函数得到的结果基频相差2 %,其 它阶次频率相差也不大.随后采用6参数构型函数得到的稳态构型研究了几何尺寸、铺层数分别对两种稳态构 型固有振动特性的影响.本研究对于进一步研究该类结构动态跳变机理具有重要意义.  相似文献

In this paper, a nonlinear and coupled constitutive model for giant magnetostrictive materials(GMM) is employed to predict the active vibration suppression process of cantilever laminated composite plate with GMM layers. The nonlinear and coupled constitutive model has great advantages in demonstrating the inherent and complicated nonlinearities of GMM in response to applied magnetic field under variable bias conditions(pre-stress and bias magnetic field).The Hamilton principle is used to derive the nonlinear and coupled governing differential equation for a cantilever laminated composite plate with GMM layers. The derived equation is handled by the finite element method(FEM) in space domain, and solved with Newmark method and an iteration process in time domain. The numerical simulation results indicate that the proposed active control system by embedding GMM layers in cantilever laminated composite plate can efficiently suppress vibrations under variable bias conditions. The effects of embedded placement of GMM layers and control gain on vibration suppression are discussed respectively in detail.  相似文献

Semi-analytical solutions for bending and free vibration of composite laminated plates have been derived based on three-dimensional elasticity theory using a newly developed hybrid analysis, which perfectly combines the state space approach (SSA) and the technique of differential quadrature (DQ). The thickness direction of laminates is selected as the transfer direction in SSA, and the DQ technique is employed to discretize the in-plane domains. This actualizes the transformation of the original partial differential equations into a state equation consisting of first-order ordinary differential equations. In particular, the use of DQ technique makes ease of the treatment of various boundary conditions, which cannot be considered in the conventional exact SSA. To avoid numerical instabilities in the conventional transfer matrix method, artificial interfaces are introduced to divide each layer into several sub-layers to reduce the transfer distance and the joint coupling matrices are established according to the continuity conditions at actual and artificial interfaces to implement the global analysis. Comprehensive numerical examples are preformed to validate the present hybrid method. Effects of some parameters on mechanical properties of the laminates are discussed.  相似文献

A displacement-based variational model is developed to study the effects of transverse cracking and local delaminations in symmetric composite laminates. In the model, the crack shape is assumed to be a function of crack density and delamination length. Using a variational approach with the principle of minimum potential energy, governing equations are derived. 根据纤维增强复合材料宏细观结构特征,基于ABAQUS软件平台,建立了层合板高速冲击损伤三维有限元分析模型。该模型在复合材料层间引入界面单元模拟层间分层,采用三维粘弹性本构,结合Hashin失效准则模拟单层板面内损伤.利用该模型,深入研究了复合材料层板的抗弹性能和损伤特性,数值分析结果与实验结果吻合良好,证明了该方法的合理有效性。通过数值分析,详细探讨了材料强度参数对层板抗弹性能和损伤特性的影响规律,获得了一些有价值的结论。  相似文献

非对称铺层的复合材料层合板在存在热残余应力的情况下,具有双稳态性质.层合板的两个稳态之间仅需要一个适当的激励就可以互相转化,因此该结构在变体飞机上应用广泛.基于经典层合板理论,本文引入几何大变形建立了具有双稳态性质的复合材料层合板的能量泛函,提出了一个高阶的位移场函数,用瑞利里兹法推导出一组关于位移场函数系数的非线性方程组.结合牛顿迭代法和消元法求解非线性方程组,得到了层合板面外位移场.同时利用有限元软件ABAQUS,对复合材料层合板双稳态机理进行了数值模拟.选取了几组具有代表性的铺层进行计算,以有限元结果为基准,比较了本文的位移场结果与前人的结果,验证了高阶位移场函数的准确性.  相似文献

A detailed fracture mechanics analysis of bridge-toughening in a fiberreinforced composite is presented in this paper.The integral equation governing bridge-toughening as well as crack opening displacement (COD) for the composite withinterfacial layer is derived from the Castigliano's theorem and interface shear-lagmodel.A numerical result of the COD equation is obtained using the iteration solutionof the second Fredholm integral equation.In order to investigate the effect of variousparameters on the toughening,an approximate analytical solution of the equation ispresent and its error analysis is performed,which demonstrates the approximatesolution to be appropriate.A parametric study of the influence of the crack length,interracial shear modules,thickness of the interphase,fiber radius,fiber volumefraction and properties of materials on composite toughening is therefore carried out.The results are useful for experimental demonstration and toughening design includingthe fabrication process of the composite.  相似文献

基于Timoshenko梁理论研究多孔功能梯度材料梁(FGMs)的自由振动问题.首先,考虑多孔功能梯度材料梁的孔隙率模型,建立了两种类型的孔隙分布.其次,基于Timoshenko梁变形理论,给出位移场方程、几何方程和本构方程,利用Hamilton原理推导多孔功能梯度材料梁的自由振动控制微分方程,并进行无量纲化,然后应用微分变换法(DTM)对无量纲控制微分方程及其边界条件进行变换,得到含有固有频率的等价代数特征方程.最后,计算了固定-固定(C-C)、固定-简支(C-S)和简支-简支(S-S)三种不同边界下多孔功能梯度材料梁自由振动的无量纲固有频率.将其退化为均匀材料与已有文献数据结果对照,验证了正确性.讨论了孔隙率、细长比和梯度指数对多孔功能梯度材料梁无量纲固有频率的影响.  相似文献

基于振动信号应用神经网络研究层合板分层损伤的检测方法. 对层合板分层损伤区域, 采 用相同坐标不同节点建立了分层损伤处的有限元模型; 通过数值模拟提取结构无损和 不同程度面积分层损伤的全局振动标识量; 重点研究神经网络对层合板分层损伤位置 和损伤程度的检测技术. 研究表明, 用结构全局振动标识量作为人工神经网络的输入, 对 层合板结构分层损伤检测是一种很有效的工程实用技术, 可应用于实际结构的在线损伤检测.  相似文献

The damping property of materials can be defined as the ratio of dissipated energy over the total strain energy during the loading–unloading process, called the specific damping capacity (SDC). In this study, in order to characterize the damping properties of materials, a test plan in designed to extract the SDC of a single layer composite from hysteresis data. The theory of linear viscoelasticity incorporates a varying Young’s Modulus by using a complex stiffness modulus. Considering different lay-ups, the modified classical lamination plate theory is modified to represent both stiffness and SDC of laminates. The results are compared with experimental results for symmetric laminated specimen. This evaluation shows a very good agreement between theoretical and experimental results in the range of low frequency loading from 0.2 to 4 Hz. The complex compliance matrix changes the governing equation in to a complex form which contains both stiffness and damping properties.  相似文献
