From the molecular current viewpoint, an analytic expression exactly describing magnetic field distribution of rectangular permanent magnets magnetized sufficiently in one direction was derived from the Biot-Savart’s law. This expression is useful not only for the case of one rectangular permanent magnet bulk, but also for that of several rectangular permanent magnet bulks. By using this expression, the relations between magnetic field distribution and the size of rectangular permanent magnets as well as the magnitude of magnetic field and the distance from the point in the space to the top ( or bottom ) surface of rectangular permanent magnets were discussed in detail. All the calculating results are consistent with experimental ones. For transverse magnetic field which is a main magnetic field of rectangular permanent magnets, in order to describe its distribution, two quantities, one is the uniformity in magnitude and the other is the uniformity in distribution of magnetic field, were defined. Furthermore, the relations between them and the geometric size of the magnet as well as the distance from the surface of permanent magnets were investigated by these formulas. The numerical results show that the geometric size and the distance have a visible influence on the uniformity in magnitude and the uniformity in distribution of the magnetic field.  相似文献

径向磁化的多环嵌套永磁轴承轴向磁力解析模型   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解决径向磁化双环永磁轴承轴向磁力偏小的问题,设计了径向磁化多环嵌套永磁轴承新结构。基于磁路及虚功原理法,结合径向磁化多环嵌套永磁轴承结构特点及线性叠加原理,建立了径向磁化多环嵌套永磁轴承轴向磁力解析模型。模型表明:径向磁化多环嵌套永磁轴承轴向磁力与磁环剩磁平方成正比,磁力随磁环间隙的增大而减小,随磁环数的增大而增大;在正常轴向工作范围内,轴向磁力随轴承轴向偏移的增大而增大。模型计算结果与有限元计算结果基本吻合。对比计算说明:径向磁化多环嵌套永磁轴承轴向磁力远大于由原多嵌套磁环所构成的若干双环永磁轴承轴向磁力之和。  相似文献

The problems of nonlinear deformation of a thin current-carrying shell under the coupled action of an unsteady electromagnetic field and a mechanical field are studied. The nonlinear magneto-elastic kinetic equations, the physical equations, the geometric equations, the electrodynamics equations, and the expressions of Lorentz force of a thin current-carrying shell under the action of a coupled field are given. Normal Cauchy form nonlinear differential equations, which include ten basic unknown functions in all, are obtained by the variable replacement method. Using the difference and quasilinearization methods, the nonlinear magneto-elastic equations are reduced to a sequence of quasilinear differential equations, which can be solved by the method of discrete orthogonalization. Numerical solutions for the stresses and deformations in the thin current-carrying strip-shell with two simply supported edges are obtained by considering a specific example. The results that the stresses and deformations in a thin current-carrying strip-shell with two simply supported edges change with variation of the electromagnetic parameters are discussed, through a special case. A two-dimensional nonlinear magnetoelastic model of a current-carrying orthotropic shell of revolution is constructed taking into account finite orthotropic conductivity, permeability, and permittivity. It is assumed that the principal axes of orthotropy are aligned with the coordinate axes and that the orthotropic body is magnetically and electrically linear. The coupled nonlinear differential equations derived describe the stress-strain state of flexible current-carrying orthotropic shells of revolution that have an arbitrarily shaped meridian and orthotropic conductivity and are in nonstationary mechanical and electromagnetic fields. Based on the method of energy principle, an analytical approach for computing the capillary force for sphere/sphere geometry is presented in this paper. In modeling the capillary force, we consider spheres with both equal and non-equal radii, for both symmetric and asymmetric configurations at liquid/solid interfaces. We use numerical analysis to investigate the validity and efficiency of the derived model. The effect of various parameters including humidity, distance between two spheres, radii of spheres and contact angles on the meniscus force are investigated. Finally the results obtained from the model are compared with experimental measurements, and the accuracy and precision of the presented approach is verified.  相似文献

An analysis is made of the small-amplitude capillary-gravity waves which occur on the interface of two incompressible inviscid magnetic fluids of different densities. The waves arise as a result of second harmonic resonance. The fluids moving with uniform velocities parallel to their interface are stressed by an oblique magnetic field. The linear relations between the oblique magnetic field and the instability criteria of the linear waves are analyzed. At the stability region (away from the neutral curve) of the linear theory, a pair of coupled non-linear partial differential equations are presented. On the neutral curve, a pair of coupled non-linear partial differential equations are introduced. The last pair of equations may be regarded as the counterparts of the single Klein-Gordon equation which occurs in the non-resonant case. In all cases, the wave profile and its stability conditions are obtained. These conditions are discussed analytically and graphically.  相似文献

Well-acknowledged problems associated with modeling the history force in large, many-particle simulations are related to the need to store and integrate over the entire lifetime of the particle. To address this concern, a computationally efficient method for calculating the history force (the “window model”) was developed based on the assumption of weak changes in acceleration in the recent relevant history of the particle. This assumption leads to the design of a model with a truncated integration interval which requires storage of and integration over a much shorter period of the particle’s history compared to other history force models. The truncation of the integration window can yield more than an order of magnitude savings in CPU time. In a related study, the two empirical coefficients of the Mei & Adrian history force kernel have been optimized (based on comparison with experimental data for falling particles) to give improved predictions of the data. Both the new history force kernel and the window model have been investigated for a large range of experimental data yielding, to the authors’ knowledge, the most extensive comparison yet conducted. For falling particles, the new history force kernel shows good predictions for particle Reynolds numbers ranging from 9 to 853 and density ratios from 1.17 to 9.32. Good predictions were also obtained using the window model when changes in particle relative acceleration over the window period were modest. For particles under forced oscillating in a quiescent fluid, the history kernel was generally reasonable but did not predict the peak forces well in all cases. This may be explained by noting that the assumption of a t−2 long-time dependence for the finite Reynolds number history force kernel may become invalid during rapid deceleration and wake ingestion (which can lead to exponential or t−1 behavior). However, the finite Reynolds number kernel gives better predictions in all cases than those made using the Basset history force. The window model was only reasonable for the oscillating particle cases when the changes in the relative particle acceleration over the integration window were small.  相似文献

The influence of the magnetization of a soft magnetic sphere on the surrounding magnetic field is measured and characterized.The interaction force between two soft magnetic particles is directly measured using an ultra precision load sensor in uniform and non-uniform magnetic fields. The interaction force largely follows an inverse fourth power law as a function of separation distance between particle centers. At small distances,the effect of magnetization of one particle on the magnetization of its adjacent particle causes the attractive(repulsive) force to be larger(smaller) than that predicted by the inverse fourth power law.The theoretical prediction based on a modified dipole model,that takes into account the coupling effect of the magnetization among soft magnetic particles,gives excellent agreement with the measured force in a uniform magnetic field.The interaction force under a non-uniform applied magnetic field can be reasonably predicted using the dipole-dipole interaction model when the local magnetic field is used to determine the magnetization.  相似文献

The resonance frequencies and stability of a nanobeam in a longitudinal magnetic field are investigated. To this aim, a three dimensional beam model is used in which the small-scale effect is taken into account based on the nonlocal elasticity theory. The Lorentz forces are obtained in terms of the local elastic rotations of the beam and the thermal stress due to current is modeled as an axial compressive force. Using the Galerkin method, the governing equations of motion are solved and the stability boundary of the nanobeam is determined.  相似文献

Liquid bridge force acting between wet particles is an important property in particle characterization. This paper deals with liquid bridge force between either two unequal-sized spherical particles or a sphere and a flat plate under conditions where gravitational effect arising from bridge distortion is negligible. In order to calculate the force of the liquid bridge efficiently and accurately, expressions of liquid configuration and liquid bridge force were derived by building a mechanical model, which assumes the liquid bridge to be circular in shape between either two unequal-sized spheres or a sphere and a plane. To assess the accuracy of the numerical results of the calculated liquid bridge forces, they were compared to the published experimental data.  相似文献

目前,悬链线在竖向集中力和均布荷载共同作用下的构形分析和受力计算的理论仍不完善。针对这一问题,通过引入悬链线的几何约束方程、力平衡方程和超越方程,建立了竖向集中力与均布荷载共同作用下的非线性方程组。采用牛顿迭代法求解方程组,得到了悬链线的构形和受力情况。为了验证理论计算的正确性,进行了算例和试验验证。结果表明,算例的计算结果与文献结论保持一致,试验测得的构形和水平张力大小与理论计算的构形和水平张力大小吻合较好。本文的理论计算可以更加简单精确地计算出悬链线在竖向集中力和均布荷载共同作用下的构形和受力情况,为实际工程提供重要的理论指导。  相似文献

我国海上油田开采起步较晚,大部分油田处于浅水区,因此,在设计管道时,应充分考虑由浅水区波浪引起的管道周围海床渗流力。根据浅水波相关假设,考虑自由水面非线性影响,推导出椭圆余弦波的波面方程,在此基础上进一步得到一个关于速度势的表达式,并根据该表达式得出作用于海床表面的波压公式。考虑海床土的压缩性,推导出一阶近似椭圆余弦波作用下浅水区埋置管道周围海床的渗流压力解析解,最后将计算结果与大型水槽试验及以往研究成果作对比。结果表明,在椭圆余弦波的作用下,由一阶椭圆余弦波理论得到的计算结果与试验结果规律基本一致,与相似工况下的现有理论成果数值基本相同,具有一定的可行性和工程价值。  相似文献

针对异径球形湿颗粒间液桥力,以Young-Laplace公式为基础,结合环形近似法并引入等效半径,在宽松设定的条件下推导出了简化的近似解析公式。此公式形式简洁,且当两球半径相等时,可回归到Pitois等提出的径球液桥力公式。本文对此近似解析公式进行参数敏感度分析,发现随着颗粒间距的增大,液桥力对颗粒半径的敏感度降低。此外,本文近似解析公式与其他实验和理论结果进行对比发现,该近似解析公式与上述实验和数值结果相当吻合,表明该近似解析公式可以较准确地计算接触角较小时的异径球颗粒间的液桥力,因而适于湿颗粒系统的数值模拟。  相似文献

提出一种实用的闭环辨识方法—磁中心变位移法,可以对控制力矩陀螺用磁轴承的磁力参数进行辨识。这种方法通过在磁中心处改变转子位移,得出不同位移时的电流值,再用这些值进行最小二乘辨识,得出所求的磁力参数。辨识出的电磁力模型中代入实际数据所得输出值与磁轴承实际输出数据非常吻合,证明了辨识所得磁力参数的准确性,并且用所得到的磁力参数指导磁轴承系统控制器参数的选择,使之更好地对磁轴承进行控制。实验证明,调整后的参数使转子在 30 060 r/mim 时仍能稳定地悬浮在给定位置,验证了所得磁力参数的准确性。  相似文献

A multipole re-expansion solution for two nonidentical dielectric spheres in a parallel electric field is used to determine the critical ratio of particle radii which leads to the strongest force of attraction between the spheres at various interstices and under varying dielectric properties. These critical ratios provide genuine optimal dimensions, in the sense that the force of attraction decreases for both increasing and decreasing ratios. Numerical results are compared with experimental results from the literature and discussed from the perspective of the impact on the design of electrorheological nanofluids.  相似文献

The force of interaction between small particles in a gas induced by a temperature difference between the particle surface and the gas far away from the particle is considered. The particle dimensions correspond to the free-molecular, transitional, and continuum heat transfer regimes. A Monte-Carlo numerical method of direct statistical simulation of the solution of the nonlinear Boltzmann equation and the results of asymptotic solutions are used. The force of interaction between two hot or cold spherical particles is investigated. The dependence of the temperature force on the particle size, i.e. on the flow regime (Knudsen number), and the distance between the particles is examined.
