SBR compounds including the N-isopropyl-N’-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine-modified clay(organoclay) were prepared.Effects of modified clay and antioxidant(IPPD) contents on mechanical and rheological properties of SBR composites were studied.FTIR results confirmed that the clay was chemically modified by IPPD and changed into an organoclay.X-ray diffraction(XRD) results confirmed the increase in interlayer distance of the clay due to the insertion of IPPD.Rheological and cure characteristics of SBR compounds were determined using RPA(Rubber Process Analyzer) and rheometer.Scorch time and cure time of SBR compounds decreased with introduction of the organoclay.Mechanical properties and heat aging resistance of the SBR composites were improved significantly by incorporation of the organoclay.  相似文献

Novel copolymerization of ethylene with substituted allenes(CH2=C = CH—R,1:R = n-butyl,2:R =n-octyl) using bis(β-enaminoketonato)titanium catalysts[PhN = C(R2)CHC(R1)O]2TiCl2(1a:R1 = CF3,R2 = CH3;1b:R1 = Ph,R2 = CF3) has been investigated.In the presence of modified methylaluminoxane,these catalysts can copolymerize ethylene with substituted allenes,affording copolymers with unimodal molecular weight distributions and homogeneous compositions.By varying the reaction conditions,the comonomer incorporation can be tuned in the range of 0-3.6 mol%.1H-NMR spectra reveal that the copolymerization proceeds through 1,2-insertion fashion of allene comonomer exclusively,and the regioselective nature maintains under various reaction conditions.The retained intra-chain double bond can be converted into the epoxy group under mild conditions.  相似文献

A series of hyperbranched polyurethane-benzyltetrazoles(H-PBTZs) with different linkage structures were synthesized via the polycondensation of hexamethylenediisocyanate as an A2 type monomer with(4-(1H-tetrazol-5- yl)benzyl)-diethanolamine(TBDEA) as a BB’2 type monomer in the absence of catalyst at different temperatures.The FTIR, and 13C and 1H-NMR spectroscopy were used to characterize the molecular structures of TBDEA and H-PBTZs as well as the counterpart linear polyurethane-benzyltetrazole(L-PBTZ).The molecular composition was determined by the reaction selectivity that the isocyanate group reacted with the hydroxyl group in diethanolamine segment or the active hydrogen atom on tetrazole ring.Raising reaction temperature was propitious to the reaction of isocyanate group with the active hydrogen atom on tetrazole ring.The degrees of branching(DB) for H-PBTZs obtained from the 1H-NMR spectra increased with raising reaction temperature.The wider molecular weight distribution of 1.7-2.9 for H-PBTZs was obtained via GPC analysis.TGA results showed that H-PBTZs had high thermal stability compared with L-PBTZ.  相似文献

The selective cationic polymerization of isobutylene(IB)initiated by a BF3·cyclohexanol(CL)complex was carried out from the mixed C4 fraction feed containing the 4C saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons at-20℃.The effects of CL concentration,BF3 concentration,solvent for preparing BF3·CL complex and polymerization time on the chemical structure of end groups,number-average molecular weight(Mn)and molecular weight distribution(MWD,Mw/Mn)of the resulting polymers were investigated.The experimental results indicate that the BF3·CL complex initiating system exhibited an extremely high selectivity toward the cationic polymerization of IB in the mixed C4 fraction feed and low molecular weight(Mn=900-3600)polyisobutylenes(PIBs)with large proportion of exo-double bond end groups were obtained.The exo-double bond content in PIB chain ends increased by increasing CL concentration or by decreasing solvent polarity in initiating system,BF3 concentration and polymerization time.The Mn and MWD of the resulting PIBs were dependent on the concentrations of CL and BF3.Highly reactive PIBs with around 90 mol%of exo-double bonds were successfully synthesized by the selective polymerization of IB from the mixed C4 fraction feed,providing a potentially practical process for its simplicity and low costs.  相似文献

The crystallization behavior of syndiotactic polystyrene (sPS) γ form undergoing annealing at various temperatures was investigated using the thermodynamic phase diagram based on Strobl's crystallization theory.On the basis of the differential scanning calorimetric results,it was observed that γ form melt-recrystallization occurred at a higher temperature with the increasing lamellar thickness,which resulted from the pre-annealing at the elevating temperature after acetone induced crystallization.Further temperature dependent small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) measurement revealed the evolution of the γ form lamellae upon heating until phase transition,involving three different regimes:lamellae stable region (25-90 ℃),melt-recrystallization region (90-185 ℃) and pre-phase transition region (185-195 ℃).As a result,recrystallization line,equilibrium recrystallization line and melting line were developed for the sPS γform crystallization process.Since the melt of γform involved a γto-α/β form phase transition,the melting line was also denoted as the phase transition line in this special case.Therefore,the equilibrium crystallization temperature and melting (phase transition)temperatures were determined at around 390 and 220 ℃ on the basis of the thermodynamic phase diagram of the sPS γform.  相似文献

A series of linear poly glycidol copolymers, tethering with both alkene and hydroxyl groups, were prepared by a combination of anionic ring-opening polymerization (ROP) using specific reactions of ethoxy ethyl glycidyl ether (EEGE) and allyl glycidyl ether (AGE) firstly, and subsequently removal of the protection group of glycidol in EEGE to achieve the linear copolymer pendant with both hydroxyl groups and double bonds. The EEGE/AGE monomer reactivity ratio is measured to be 3.30/1.13. The chemical compositions of the as-synthesized polymers were characterized by tH NMR and GPC, and the glass transition temperatures (Tg) of as-synthesized polymers were determined by DSC. The final copolymers have abundant double bonds and hydroxyl as side groups. Furthermore, the ratio of the double bonds to hydroxyl groups can be controlled by the ratio of the starting materials in a wide range.  相似文献

L-lactide(LLA) homopolymerization and copolymerization with ε-caprolactone(CL) in toluene initiated by tetrahydrosalen-supported yttrium borohydride complex were systematically investigated. A possible mechanism of LLA homopolymerization was proposed according to the 1H-NMR result. In addition, PCL-b-PLLA copolymers were synthesized by sequential addition of monomers and their structure was characterized by GPC, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.  相似文献

Novel polycarbonates from 5-allyloxy-1, 3-dioxan-2-one (ATMC) with 5, 5-dimethyl- 1, 3-dioxan-2-one (DTC) were successfully synthesized for the first time using immobilized porcine pancreas lipase (IPPL) as catalyst. The resulting copolymers were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and GPC. The molecular weight (Mn) of the copolymer with molar feed ratio of 10:90 (ATMC:DTC) was 9300 and the polydispersity was 1.31, while the Mn increased to 14300 and polydispersity of 1.25 with the feed ratio of 50:50. Moreover, the composition of the copolymers agreed well with the monomer feed.  相似文献

An aromatic heterocyclic Schiff base neodymium complex bearing thiazole was synthesized and its activity in the ring-opening polymerization ofε-caprolactone(CL)was examined.The conditions of the CL/Nd molar ratio,monomer concentration,polymerization time and temperature were investigated.Activities of ca.171 kg/Nd·h were obtained under the optimum condition(CL/Nd=1600(molar ratio),[CL]=2.26 mol L~(-1),1 h at 50℃),giving a poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)of number-average molecular weight M_n=5.4×10~4 and molecular weight distribution MWD=1.96.The conversion of CL monomer as high as 94% was observed after polymerized for one hour.The mechanism of coordination polymerization has also been illustrated.  相似文献

A series of new Schiff base polyamides(PAs) were synthesized by polycondensation of benzilbisthiosemicarbazone diamine(LH6) with different commercially available aliphatic and aromatic diacid chlorides. The monomer and all the PAs were characterized by FTIR,1H-NMR,and elemental analysis.The prepared polyamides showed inherent viscosities in the range of 0.30-0.36 dL/g in DMF at 25℃,indicating their moderate molecular weight.The PAs were completely soluble in aprotic polar solvents such as dimethylformamide(DMF),N-methylpyrolidone(NMP), tetrachloroethane(TCE),dimthylsulfoxide(DMSO) and also in H2SO4 and partially soluble in THF,acetone and chloroform at room temperature.Thermal analysis showed that these PAs were practically amorphous and exhibited 10%weight loss above 220℃.  相似文献

A series of cationic surfmers with benzyl groups(QARBCs)with different R groups on the benzene ring were synthesized and characterized by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR.The aggregation of QARBCs was studied by the steady-state fluorescence technique.It turned out that QARBCs had surface activity and their critical micelle concentration(CMC)values varied in the range of 10-2—10-3mol/L with slight increase with temperature.The copolymerization of acrylamide(M1)and QARBCs(M2)was studied below and above CMC,their reactivity ratios were determined by the Finemann-Ross method.It was found that below CMC,copolymerization took place in a homogeneous system and reactivity ratios of acrylamide and QARBCs were less than 1;while above CMC,reactivity ratios of QARBCs were greater than 1.The copolymerization mechanism of QARBC was observed to be similar to that of micellar polymerization.QARBCs tended to homopolymerization,which gave rise to micro-blocky sequences in the polymer backbone.The Q and e values of QARBCs were calculated according to the Alfrey-Price equation by using r1(AM)and r2(qarBC).Samples of poly(AM-co-QARBC) were prepared above and below CMC and their hydrophobic associations were studied by the steady-state fluorescence spectra and 2D NOESY spectra,and their critical associating concentrations(CAC)were estimated.The results showed that samples of poly(AM-co-QARBC)prepared above CMC had stronger hydrophobic association in aqueous solution than those prepared below CMC.  相似文献

Sulfonated poly(ether ketone)s containing 3,5-dimethyl phthalazinone moieties(SPPEK-DMs)with different degrees of sulfonation(DS)were synthesized via direct polycondensation from 4-(3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3- phthalazinone,4,4’-difluorobenzophenone and 3,3’-disulfonate-4,4’-difluorobenzophenone.The chemical structure of SPPEK-DMs was characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR.Thermal stability of SPPEK-DMs was characterized by the thermogravimetric analysis.The membranes prepared from SPPEK-DMs exhibited ion exchange capacities(IEC)ranging from 0.93 mmol·g-1to 1.86 mmol·g-1.Water uptake,swelling,oxidative stability and methanol permeability of SPPEKDMs membranes were investigated.SPPEK-DMs membranes exhibited high oxidative stability.The methanol permeability values of SPPEK-DMs membranes were in the ranee 5.15×10-8-6.61×10-7cm s,which was much lower than those of Nafionl 17.The proton conductivity of SPPEK-DM40 membranes was 1.1×10-2Scm-1at 70℃.  相似文献

The freshly prepared water-wet amidoximated bacterial cellulose (Am-BC) serves as an effective nanoreactor to synthesis zinc oxide nanoparticles by in situ polyol method. The obtained ZnO/Am-BC nanocomposites have been characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The influence of the zinc acetate concentration on the morphologies and size ofZnO nanoparticles and the possible formation mechanism were discussed. The results indicated that uniform ZnO nanoparticles were homogeneously anchored on the Am-BC nanofibers through strong interaction between the hydroxyl and amino groups of Am-BC and ZnO nanoparticles. The loading content of ZnO nanoparticles is higher using Am-BC as a template than using the unmodified bacterial cellulose. The resultant nanocomposite synthesized at 0.05 wt% shows a high photocatalytic activity (92%) in the degradation of methyl orange.  相似文献

Novel copolymers based on acrylamide(AM)and complex pseudorotaxane monomer N’-(3-vinylbenzyl)-1,4- diaminobutane dihydrochloride with cucurbit[6]uril(CB[6])(3VBCB)were prepared via free-radical polymerization in aqueous solution,and characterized by 1H-NMR,FT-IR,elemental analysis and static light scattering.The compositions of the copolymers(PAM3VBCB)with pseudorotaxane units were determined by 1H-NMR and elemental analysis.Thermal properties of the copolymers were studied by TGA,and the effects of the copolymer concentration and pH on the average hydrodynamic radius(Rh)of the copolymer molecules were studied by dynamic light scattering(DLS).The experiment data show that CB[6]beads are localized on 1,4-diaminobutane units in side chains of the copolymers.TGA results show that thermal stability of the copolymer increases with increasing the content of pseudorotaxane unit because of the enhanced rigidity and the bulky steric hindrance of 3VBCB in side chains of PAM3VBCB.DLS data show that the average hydrodynamic radius of copolymer molecules increases with the increase in the copolymer concentration,and both the pH and electrical conductivity of PAM3VBCB solutions demonstrate an acute change with addition of NaOH because of CB[6] dethreading from the side chains of PAM3VBCB.CB[6]threading and dethreading of PAM3VBCB could be controlled by addition of BaCl2 and Na2SO4  相似文献

Supercritical carbon dioxide(scCO2) was used as a reaction medium in synthesizing amphiphilic graft copolymers composed of poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride)(SMA) backbones and methoxyl poly(ethylene glycol)(MPEG) side chains via esterification.The synthesized copolymers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),1H-NMR,thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetric analysis(DSC).The gelation phenomenon was suppressed effectively by tuning reaction conditions.The influences of scCO2 temperature and pressure on the conversion of anhydride were investigated.It was found that the highest conversion ratio occurred at 80℃under a constant pressure of 14 MPa or 26 MPa.With the increase of scCO2 pressure,the conversion ratio increased first,and then leveled off.The conversion ratio of anhydride could be controlled by regulating the reaction conditions.It was also revealed that using low molecular weight MPEG brought a high conversion ratio of anhydride.  相似文献

A novel conjugated hyperbranched polymer containing bithiazole rings(PBTADB) was synthesized by polycondensation of 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxaldehyde and 2,2’-diamino-4,4’-bithiazole(DABT).The structure of the hyperbranched polymer was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.PBTADB dissolved in organic polar solvents such as DMSO and NMP.Bithiazole rings were introduced to provide bidentate N-donor sites for binding metal ions.The metal complexes were prepared by chelation of the polymer with Co2+ and Sm3+.The magnetic behavior of coordination compounds was measured as a function of magnetic field strength(0-4.8×106 A/m) at 5 K and as a function of temperature(5-300 K) at magnetic field strength of 2.4×106 A/m.The magnetic hysteresis loops of PBTADB-Sm3+and PBTADB-Co2+showed the typical ’S’ shape at 5 K with the Curie-Weiss temperature Tθ=96 K and 41 K respectively.The results show that they exhibit properties of soft ferromagnetic materials.  相似文献

Poly[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]methyl acrylate,poly(CPhDMA),was synthesized with radical polymerization process using 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile as radical initiator in 1,4-dioxane at 60℃.The structure of poly(CPhDMA) was confirmed by means of UV-Vis,FT-IR,1H-NMR,and 13C-NMR spectral techniques.The molecular weight distribution values of the polymer were determined with gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The number-average molecular weight(Mn),weight-average molecular weight(MW) and polydispersity index(PDI) values of poly(CPhDMA) were determined to be 10300,21600 and 2.097,respectively.The thermal degradation kinetics of the polymer was investigated by using TG/DTG-DTA and DSC analyses at different heating rates in dynamic nitrogen atmosphere.The apparent activation energy values obtained by Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and Friedman methods were found to be 91.68 and 85.23 kJ mol-1,respectively,for thermal decomposition of poly(CPhDMA).Also,the thermal degradation activation energy value of poly(CPhDMA) was calculated by using the Kissinger method based on the DTG,DTA and DSC data.Then the mechanism function of it was determined by master plots method.Finally,electrical and optical properties of poly(CPhDMA) were determined by four-point probe and UV-Vis techniques,respectively.  相似文献

Abstract The novel shish-kebab-type liquid crystalline poly(p-phenylene)s were synthesized through Suzuki coupling reaction from 2,5-bis[(4-n-alkoxyl)benzoyloxy]1,4-dibromobenzene (monomer 1) and 1,4-benzenediboronic acid bistrimethylene cyclic ester (monomer 2). Their structure and properties were characterized by GPC, DSC, X-ray diffraction and polarizing optical microscope (POM). It was found that the polymers turned to liquid crystalline phase above their melting point. The melting point (Tm) of the polymers decreases when the length of the alkoxy tails of the mesogenic units increases. The mesophase was identified by X-ray diffraction method. The polymers could dissolve in common organic solvents and show strong blue fluorescence. The maximum absorption bands of polymers prepared from annealed films have large red-shift due to the spontaneous orientation of the liquid crystalline side chains. The same phenomena were also observed in the fluorescence spectra.  相似文献

A biodegradable ABBA block copolymer was synthesized via the ring-opening co-polymerization of ε-Scaprolactone (CL, B) and glycolide (A) by means of step polymerization in the presence of ethylene glycol as an initiator and stannous octanoate as a catalyst at 110 ℃ for 48 h. The molecular length of the PCL prepolymer(BB) could be adjusted by controlling the molar ratio of the ethylene glycol initiator to ε-caprolactone monomer. The structure and the composition of the block copolymer were determined by the weight ratio of the monomer glycolide (A) to PCL pre-polymer(BB). The block copolymers were characterized by ^1H NMR, GPC, DSC and X-ray. The results confirm the successful synthesis of an ABBA block copolymer.  相似文献

The copolymerization of DL-LA and 3-BMG was carried out in bulk with Stannous 2-ethylhexanoate as thecatalyst. A series of copolymers with pendant protected groups were obtained and characterized by ~1H-NMR and GPCanalysis. The monomer reactivity ratios were evaluated by the Fineman-Ross method and the Kelen-Tudos method and foundto be r_(BMG) = 1.96 and r_(LA) = 0.37, respectively.  相似文献
