The development of a micromachining technique for processing arbitrary structures with high aspect ratios in bulk silicon is presented. It is based on utilizing standard microelectronic processes and electrochemical macropore formation onn-type silicon in electrolytes containing hydrofluoric acid. This pore-etching technique allows us to produce very regular pore arrays with pore diameters and distances in the micrometer range and pore lengths up to wafer thickness. Samples with prefabricated pore arrays which differ in pore spacing, pore diameter and geometry are used as substrates for a micromachining process. The pores will facilitate the anisotropic etch profile which is required for the desired high aspect ratios although an isotropic etch process is used. Very deep microstructures with steep pore walls and aspect ratios of 10–15 are produced with this technique. It is shown that smaller pore array dimensions improve microstructure resolution.  相似文献

Pulsed field gradient NMR self-diffusion studies of water were used to determine surface-to-volume ratios and specific surface areas of the grains forming a glacial sand deposit. Both quantities exhibit a noninteger power-law dependence as a function of the diameters of the grains. The associated fractal dimensions of the surface area ( D(s)) and of the pore volume ( D(v)) are found to be D(s)-D(v) = -0.70+/-0.05 and D(s) = 2.20+/-0.05. The results demonstrate that NMR studies with native pore fluids are suitable to investigate the fractal nature of natural, unconsolidated porous materials.  相似文献

Results of the experimental determination of the threshold voltage of pore formation for n-InP (100) crystals with a charge-carrier density of 2.3 × 1018 cm?3 are presented. The threshold voltage of pore formation is shown to be a function of the electrolyte composition, in particular, of the acid concentration in the electrolyte solution. A 5% solution of hydrochloric acid is the most suitable etchant for obtaining high-quality porous indium phosphide films. It is possible to obtain a nanoporous layer that consists of pores 40 nm in diameter spaced by 5–10 nm. The porosity in this case is 45%.  相似文献

This paper proposes a saturated function series approach for generating multiscroll chaotic attractors from the fractional differential systems, including one-directional (1-D) n-scroll, two-directional (2-D) nxm-grid scroll, and three-directional (3-D) nxmxl-grid scroll chaotic attractors. Our theoretical analysis shows that all scrolls are located around the equilibria corresponding to the saturated plateaus of the saturated function series on a line in the 1-D case, a plane in the 2-D case, and a three-dimensional space in the 3-D case, respectively. In particular, each saturated plateau corresponds to a unique equilibrium and its unique scroll of the whole attractor. In addition, the number of scrolls is equal to the number of saturated plateaus in the saturated function series. Finally, some underlying dynamical mechanisms are then further investigated for the fractional differential multiscroll systems.  相似文献

使用中国原子能科学研究院HI-13串列加速器产生的32S离子轰击BOPET薄膜,薄膜在空气中陈化3个月后在专用装置中使用Na OH溶液蚀刻制备核孔膜,研究Na OH溶液浓度、蚀刻温度对微孔孔形的影响。在不同温度和蚀刻液浓度条件下,蚀刻出微孔孔径为0.2至0.93μm的亚微米核孔膜,计算其微孔锥角,得出微孔锥角随着蚀刻温度、蚀刻液浓度和微孔孔径的变化趋势。研究表明,采用低浓度、高温度的Na OH溶液蚀刻有利于减小微孔锥角,有利于制备较小孔径的核孔膜。如选用0.5mol/L的Na OH溶液浓度,在蚀刻温度为90℃的条件下蚀刻,此时蚀刻时间小于2 h,既可以得到高质量微孔膜也有利于提高生产效率。  相似文献

Abstract  

We have systematized various studies on 4-D visualization and interaction thus far, and we proposed 4-D geometric algorithms via 5-D homogeneous processing. Our framework uses 5 × 5 matrices and 5 × 5 determinants to express various types of transformations, and it simplifies geometric operations without the use of division operations. Using the proposed scheme, we developed an interactive 4-D space display system. The simplicity, generality, and duality of 5-D homogeneous processing are effective not only for 4-D geometric operations but also for interference problems among various 4-D objects. However, the processing regarding geometric characteristics of 4-D objects was not considered in our previous works. In this paper, we describe 4-D geometric elements, in general, and we discuss 4-D computational geometry via 5-D homogeneous processing. Unified geometric operations without the use of division operations constitute the most important part of 5-D homogeneous processing. We systematize the methods for 4-D geometric element definitions and interferences via 5-D homogeneous processing. In the field of 4-D visualization, the proposed algorithms can be potentially used in a user interface for feature detection of a 4-D object and collision detection of several 4-D objects. We comprehensively develop and advance the theoretical framework in the field of 4-D graphics. It is expected that this method of processing will be useful for the performance improvement of 4-D graphics systems.  相似文献

We have proposed an optical information processing system adopting synthesis of the optical coherence function by using direct frequency-modulation of a laser diode.1’ Optical coherence function having notch shape is discussed theoretically and experimentally. Applying the notch shaped coherence function to this system, to mask selectively a two-dimensional (2-D) information from a three-dimensional (3-D) object can be carried out. After showing the experimental results on selective masking, the performance deterioration factors are discussed in detail.  相似文献

A method for manufacturing emulsions — crossflow membrane emulsification has been studied. This involves the formation of emulsions by breaking up the discontinuous phase into droplets in a controlled manner without the use of turbulent eddies. This is achieved by passing the discontinuous phase through a suitable microporous medium and injecting the droplets so formed directly into a moving continuous phase. This paper presents two examples of experimental data for droplet formation using a single pore (capillary tube) and a membrane tube. A high-speed video camera (up to 1000 frames per second) was used to record the formation of droplet from a single pore and thus measure droplet growth and the detachment processes as a function of process parameters such as transmembrane pressure drop, membrane pore size, continuous phase crossflow velocity etc. Real emulsions were prepared using a membrane tube.  相似文献

We present here a 3-D image processing applied to coded aperture imaging. As a code we use a ring, and decoding is performed by deconvolution. Depth and lateral resolution are examined by Fourier and object space analyses. In particular contrast inversions are put in evidence and their influence in nuclear medicine is discussed. The theory is confirmed first by computer simulations, then by “in vivo” images of the heart.  相似文献

多孔介质在工程领域中的应用非常广泛,其中有效导热率和孔隙率为多孔介质材料非常重要的性质,得到一个符合需要的有效导热率和孔隙率的多孔介质材料具有重要意义.本文使用四参数随机生成方法制作了训练数据集,搭建了一个条件生成对抗网络(CGAN),使用预定的有效导热率和孔隙率作为输入,生成一个满足输入条件的多孔介质结构.特别地,由于多孔介质的孔隙结构分布对材料的有效导热率影响巨大,提出局部结构损失函数参与网络训练,使得网络更好地学习到孔隙分布与导热率之前的关系.通过使用格子Boltzmann方法验证神经网络生成的多孔介质结构的有效导热率,结果表明该方法能够快速且准确地生成预定参数的多孔介质结构.  相似文献

Electron beam halo formation is studied as a potential mechanism for electron beam losses in high-power periodic permanent magnet focusing klystron amplifiers. In particular, a two-dimensional (2-D) self-consistent electrostatic model is used to analyze equilibrium beam transport in a periodic magnetic focusing field in the absence of a radio frequency (RF) signal, and the behavior of a high-intensity electron beam under a current-oscillation-induced mismatch between the beam and the periodic magnetic focusing field. Detailed simulation results are presented for choices of system parameters corresponding to the 50-MW, 11.4-GHz periodic permanent magnet (PPM) focusing klystron experiment performed at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC). It is found from the self-consistent simulations that sizable halos appear after the beam envelope undergoes several oscillations, and that the residual magnetic field at the cathode plays an important role in delaying the halo formation process  相似文献

The relationship between the lateral and the longitudinal periodicities of the coherence function of a propagating quasi-periodic field, which has such well known manifestations as the Talbot and the Lau effects, is verified experimentally in the more general case of partial coherence. The 3-D nature of spatial periodicity of such a field might find applications in some areas of image processing or in 3-D spatial encoding of optical information.  相似文献

An ultrasonic backscattering model is developed for textured polycrystalline materials with orthotropic or trigonal grains of ellipsoidal shape. The model allows us to simulate realistic microstructures and orthotropic macroscopic material textures resulting from thermomechanical processing for a broad variety of material symmetries. The 3-D texture is described by a modified Gaussian orientation distribution function (ODF) of the crystallographic orientation of the grains along the macroscopic texture direction. The preferred texture directions are arbitrary relative to the axes of the ellipsoidal grains. The averaged elastic covariance and the directional anisotropy of the backscattering coefficient are obtained for a wave propagation direction arbitrary relative to the texture and grain elongation directions. One particular application of this analysis is the backscattering solution for cubic crystallites with common textures such as Cube, Goss, Brass and Copper. In our analysis, in the texture-defined coordinates the matrix of elastic constants for cubic crystallites takes the form of orthotropic or trigonal symmetry. Numerical results are presented, discussed and compared to the experimental data available in the literature illustrating the dependence of the backscattering coefficient on texture and grain shape.  相似文献

The development of efficient algorithms to analyze complex electromagnetic structures is of topical interest. Application of these algorithms in commercial solvers requires rigorous error controllability. In this paper we focus on the perfectly matched layer based multilevel fast multipole algorithm (PML-MLFMA), a dedicated technique constructed to efficiently analyze large planar structures. More specifically the crux of the algorithm, viz. the pertinent layered medium Green functions, is under investigation. Therefore, particular attention is paid to the plane wave decomposition for 2-D homogeneous space Green functions in very lossy media, as needed in the PML-MLFMA. The result of the investigations is twofold. First, upper bounds expressing the required number of samples in the plane wave decomposition as a function of a preset accuracy are rigorously derived. These formulas can be used in 2-D homogeneous (lossy) media MLFMAs. Second, a more heuristic approach to control the error of the PML-MLFMA’s Green functions is presented. The theory is verified by means of several numerical experiments.  相似文献

本文采用一种基于数字滤波的正文解调算法,用于三维形貌测试系统中相位分布的计算。文中考察了频域理想低通滤波器、三阶巴特沃思滤波器、有限冲击响应滤波器以及空域均值滤波器,通过分析滤波器性能和比较处理结果,得出均值滤波器或有限冲击响应滤波器比较适用于类似于变形光栅的窄带信号。采用数字处理方法,可以由一帧变形光栅图迅速、精确地重建物体的形貌。  相似文献

Local order and molecular dynamics of liquids near surfaces strongly deviate from the behavior in the bulk. This in particular refers to liquid crystals above the bulk isotropization temperature. Transverse relaxation data of 5CB examined in porous glasses with different pore sizes are reported. A strong pore size effect was found. For the interpretation, a simple diffusion-adsorption computer simulation was carried out. Molecules can diffuse from the isotropic bulk part of the pore fluid to the ordered surface layer and vice versa. The residual dipolar correlation function is characterized by a slowly decaying tail owing to repeated returns of molecules to the surface. At each return the molecular orientation correlation is recovered as far as the surface sites visited have orientations correlated to the initial site. That is, molecular orientation is controlled by the "reorientation mediated by translational displacement" process considered in previous papers.  相似文献

运用傅里叶光学方法,分析并推导了自聚焦透镜的三维相干成像公式。研究表明,虽然自聚焦透镜中介质折射率是径向渐变折射率分布,不同于薄透镜中的均匀分布,但是由于它的三维相干成像性质却类似于薄透镜,从而使自聚焦透镜可以在成像和光学信息处理系统中有效地代替薄透镜,实现光学系统的微型化。  相似文献
