The interaction of 2,2'-methylenedicyclohexanone and 2,2'-methylenedicyclopentanone with 4-aminoazobenzene in acetic acid leads to reduction of the azo group of 1,4-dihydropyridine and 4H-pyran derivatives formed as intermediates. The reduction products were isolated as the corresponding pyridinium salts.  相似文献

4-Alkoxy-2-butynyl(alkoxycarbonyl)dimethylammonium salts undergo 3,2-Stevens rearrangement by the action of the corresponding sodium alkoxides. Hydrolysis of the rearrangement products with dilute hydrochloric acid gives 3-alkoxy-2-oxo-3-pentenoic acid esters which are converted into 3-methylene-2-oxo-4-pentenoates via 1,4-elimination of alcohol. [2 + 4]-Cyclodimerization of 3-methylene-2-oxo-4-pentenoates leads to 1,4-bis(alkoxalyl)-4-vinylcyclohexenes.  相似文献

The course of the thermal, acid-catalysed and iodide-catalysed decomposition of 2-amino-3-(2′,2′-dimethylaziridino)-1,4-naphthoquinone (III) was investigated. Thermal and iodide-catalysed decompositions gave mainly 2,3-diamino-1,4-naphthoquinone (VI) and 2-amino-3-(2′-methylallylamino)-1,4-naphthoquinone (V) together with low amounts of 2,2-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,5,10-hexahydrobenzo[g]quinoxaline (IV) and 2-isopropyl-1H-naphthoimid-azole-4,9-dione (VII). The acid catalysed isomerization of the aziridinonaphthoquinone III with halohydric acids or with acetic acid readily gave the opening of the aziridine ring; the corresponding salts of 2-amino-3-(2′-haloisobutylamino)-1,4-naphthoquinones (VIIIa-c) and 2-amino-3-(2′-acetoxyisobutylamino)-1,4-naphthoqunone (X) were formed by cleavage of the carbon-nitrogen bond at the substituted carbon atom. Hypotheses on the mechanism of these reactions are given.  相似文献

2,3-Diaminophenol 4, 3,4-diaminophenol 5, 4-methoxy-1,2-diaminobenzene 6, 3,4-diaminobenzenethiol 7, 2,3-diaminobenzoic acid 8, and 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid 9 were reacted with 2,4-pentanedione to yield the corresponding benzo[b][1,4]diazepinium salts, respectively. The hydroxy-benzo[b][1,4]diazepinium salts 17 and 18 do not form mesomeric betaines (MB) on deprotonation. Instead, they are converted into the diimines 24 and 25. By contrast, the 7-mercaptobenzo[b][1,4]diazepinium salt 20 yields the corresponding thiolate on increasing the pH of the solution. This MB, which possesses 4n pi-electrons, does not fit into the classification system of heterocyclic mesomeric betaines accepted today. Deprotonation of the betaine results in the formation of an instable anionic thiolate 31 which oxidizes immediately to the disulfide 32. The carboxy derivatives 21 and 22 readily form cross-conjugated mesomeric betaines. Whereas the diimine 34 proved to be instable, the sodium salt of the diimine 36 was unambiguously characterized. An X-ray single crystal analysis of 22 as its picrate is presented in order to gain additional insights into these 4n pi-electron systems.  相似文献

We developed an alkynylation of allylic phosphates with acetylenes in the presence of copper and magnesium salts. The reaction proceeded regioselectively to afford the corresponding 1,4-enynes. Furthermore, the functional group tolerance of this reaction was established. As an application, the 1,4-enyne intermediate involved in the synthesis of 13R,19S,20S-trihydroxydocosapentaenoic acid could be efficiently synthesized.  相似文献

Twelve novel energetic salts 1a-f and 2a-f with nitrodicyanomethanide and dinitrocyanomethanide anions paired with 1,5-diamino-4-methyltetrazolium, 1,4-dimethyl-5-aminotetrazolium 1,4,5-trimethyltetrazolium, 1-methyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazolium, 1,4-dimethyltriazolium, and 1,3-dimethylimidazolium have been prepared through metathesis reactions of equivalent silver(I) salts with corresponding iodide salts in acetonitrile. Key physical properties, such as melting point, thermal stability and density, were measured. The relationship between their structures and these properties was determined. The structures of 1,5-diamino-4-methyltetrazolium-based salts 1a and 2a were further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The densities and standard enthalpies of formation for these energetic salts were calculated. All of the salts possess higher enthalpies of formation than the nitrate analogues.  相似文献

Sebacates from alcohols having a 1,4-pyrone nucleus were synthesized, and their reactivities toward diamine were investigated. The polycondensation reactions of di(6-hydroxymethyl-1,4-pyron-3-yl) sebacate or di(2-methyl-1,4-pyron-3-yl) sebacate with hexamethylenediamine took place easily even at room temperature to form a high molecular weight nylon 610 in a quantitative yield. The reactivities of these active diesters with diamine were much higher than that of the corresponding diphenyl ester and were almost comparable to those of acid chlorides. It was also found that inorganic salts such as lithium chloride, zinc chloride, or calcium chloride had a strong influence on the molecular weight of the resulting polyamide. The reactivity enhancement of the active diesters toward aminolysis could be attributed mainly to the acidic character of the leaving group.  相似文献

Benzylic zinc reagents add with high regioselectivity to 1-(phenoxycarbonyl) salts derived from pyridine-3-carboxaldehyde ( 1a ) or 3-acetylpyridine ( 1b ) to yield 1-(phenoxylcarbonyl)-4-benzyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3-carboxaldehydes 5a, 5c or ketones 5b, 5d . Aromatizations of these dihydro analogues with sulfur led to the corresponding aldehydes 6a, 6c or ketones 6b, 6d . An alternate synthesis to the aldehydic precursors involved additions of benzylic zinc reagents to 1-(phenoxycarbonyl) salts formed from methyl nicotinates which led to the corresponding methyl 1-(phenoxycarbonyl)-4-benzyl-1,4-dihydronicotinates 7a, 7b . Aromatizations of 7a, 7b led to the corresponding pyridine esters 8a, 8b which on reduction with lithium aluminum hydride yielded the corresponding carbinols 9a, 9b . Oxidation of 9a, 9b by manganese dioxide afforded aldehydes 6e, 6f . Aldehydes 6a-f were readily converted into the benz[g]isoquinolines 10a-f on heating in polyphosphoric acid.  相似文献

A novel approach has been proposed to the synthesis of phosphonium salts containing a 1,4-dihydroxybenzo fragment via reaction of 2-methyl-1,4-benzoquinone or 2-isopropyl-5-methyl-1,4-benzoquinone with PH-phosphonium salts generated in situ from triphenylphosphine and trifluoromethanesulfonic or trifluoroacetic acid. Sodium dithionite reduction of α-substituted N-alkylpyridinium salts (derived from picolinic acid derivatives) afforded the corresponding 1,4-dihydropyridines with a new substitution pattern, in which the electron-withdrawing group is at the α-position. A gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method for the qualitative and quantitative determination of the calcium-channel antagonists C-4-substituted 1,4-dihydropyridines, and their corresponding N-ethyl derivatives, is presented. Also, the electrochemical oxidation and the reactivity of the compounds with alkyl radicals derived from 2,2'-azobis-(2-amidinopropane) were monitored by GC/MS. Mass spectral fragmentation patterns for the C-4-substituted 1,4-dihydropy-ridine parent drugs were significantly different from those of their oxidation products, generated either by electrochemical oxidation or by reaction with alkyl radicals. However, for N-ethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine compounds it was not possible to detect the final products (pyridinium salts) using these experimental conditions.  相似文献

Possible isomerisation of 1,2,3-trialkylimidazolium and 1-alkylpyridinium ion pairs by proton transfer and by the nucleophilic addition of the anion to the cation have been investigated at the B3LYP/6-31+G* and B3LYP/6-311+G** levels of density functional theory. The deprotonation energies of 1,2,3-trialkylimidazolium and 1-alkylpyridinium cations to diaza-pentafulvene and pyridinium-ylide, respectively, were only slightly larger than that of 1,3-dialkylimidazolium salts yielding N-heterocyclic carbenes. Accordingly, in the case of 1,2,3-dialkylimidazolium salt ion pairs the stability of the H-bonded complex between the fulvene and the corresponding acid can be comparable to that of the ion pair in the presence of sufficiently basic anions, such as acetate. In the case of the pyridinium salts the nucleophilicity of the cation dominates over the acidity, and the formation of 1,2- or 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives is preferred over proton transfer.  相似文献

The regio- and stereoselective addition of C(1)-ammonium enolates – generated in situ from aryl esters and the isothiourea catalyst (R)-BTM – to pyridinium salts bearing an electron withdrawing substituent in the 3-position allows the synthesis of a range of enantioenriched 1,4-dihydropyridines. This represents the first organocatalytic approach to pyridine dearomatisation using pronucleophiles at the carboxylic acid oxidation level. Optimisation studies revealed a significant solvent dependency upon product enantioselectivity, with only toluene providing significant asymmetric induction. Using DABCO as a base also proved beneficial for product enantioselectivity, while investigations into the nature of the counterion showed that co-ordinating bromide or chloride substrates led to higher product er than the corresponding tetrafluoroborate or hexafluorophosphate. The scope and limitations of this process are developed, with enantioselective addition to 3-cyano- or 3-sulfonylpyridinium salts giving the corresponding 1,4-dihydropyridines (15 examples, up to 95 : 5 dr and 98 : 2 er).

In products of Stevens 3,2-rearrangement of ammonium salts containing alongside alkoxycarbon- ylmethyl also 3-phenyl-2-propynyl group an intramolecular 1,5-hydride shift is observed resulting in immonium salts which transform into aminoesters of enamine structure. The hydrolysis of the latter provides the lower aliphatic aldehydes and the corresponding aminoesters. An acid treatment of the reaction mixture affords a mixture of hydrogenated and nonhydrogenated esters of α-ketoacids originating from the mixture of 1,3-diene aminoesters. At treating with concn. HCl of the obtained mixture the nonhydrogeneted ketoester undergoes cyclization into 4-methyl-3-phenyl-2-buten-1,4-olide.  相似文献

6-Azido-6-deoxy-d-galactitol and d-mannitol were obtained quantitatively via the reduction of the corresponding 6-azido-6-deoxy-d-hexono-1,4-lactones, and 6-azido-6-deoxy-d-glucitol was obtained by the reduction of 6-azido-6-deoxyglucose in good yields. The reduction of monoazidodeoxyhexitols by catalytic hydrogenation gave the monoaminohexitol analogues in 95–98% yields. Oxidation of these afforded the corresponding 6-amino-6-deoxy-d-aldonic acids in moderate yields. Alternatively, saponification of 6-azido-6-deoxy-d-hexonolactones gave 6-azido-6-deoxyaldonic acid salts which, after reduction followed by neutralization, led to the expected compounds in 82–88% overall yields.  相似文献

A novel synthetic method for the preparation of aliphatic aldehydes from the corresponding carboxylic acids via 1,3‐dimethylbenzimidazolium salts is provided. 1,3‐Dimethylbenzimidazolium salts were rapidly reduced with sodium/ethanol and then hydrolyzed with hydrochloric acid to obtain aliphatic aldehydes, in which the 1,3‐dimethylbenzimidazolium salts can be readily achieved from the corresponding carboxylic acids. The mechanism for the reductive reaction of 1,3‐dimethylbenzimidazolium salts with sodium/ethanol was discussed.  相似文献

A method of synthesizing arylbisdithiophosphonic acids was developed by the reaction of 2,4-diaryl 1,3,2,4-dithiadiphosphetane-2,4-disulfides with tri(ethylene glycol) and 1,4-butandiol in anhydrous benzene suspension under mild conditions. The arylbisdithiophosphonic acids thus obtained were transformed into the corresponding diammonium salts. New bis(triorganylgermyl), stannyl and plumbyl, and cyclic diphenylsilyl and diphenylplumbyl derivatives of arylbisdithiophosphonic acids were prepared from the reactions of diammonium salts of the corresponding acids with triorganylchlorogermane, chlorostannane, chloroplumbane, diphenyldichlorosilane, and diphenyl dichloroplumbane.  相似文献

Monodispersed phenyl-capped trianiline and tetraaniline were successfully synthesized by the reactions of diphenylamine with acetaldehyde-based Schiff's bases of N-phenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine and 1,4-phenylenediamine, respectively, in the presence of ammonium persulfate and hydrochloric acid, subsequent deprotonation and reduction with phenylhydrazine. The reaction mechanism probably involves the slow hydrolysis of the Schiff's bases and subsequent oxidative coupling reactions of the formed ammonium salts with diphenylamine at pseudo-high dilution condition of the salts.  相似文献
